Over 2000 reconverted to Hinduism in South Gujarat

Valsad: As many as 2200 members of 384 families belonging to 23 villages in South Gujarat reconverted to Hinduism leaving Christian religion.

The converts mostly poor tribal rural people participated in reconversion ceremony held at Sutharpada near Kaprada of Valsad district in South Gujarat. The event was organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad whose national secretary Mohanbhai Joshi was present here.

The reconverts said they were converted to Christianity by false promises given by Missionary.
Swami Omkaranandji announced his plan to establish an Ashram in this area hit by Christian Missionary. Vishwa Hindu Parishad Gujarat President Dilip Trivedi, Joint Secretary Lalit Suvakiya, Secretary Niral Patel, Ajit Solanki were present in the function among others.

    The process of reconversion to Hinduism should be made easy for all Muslims and Christians living in India. There should also be an incentive award for reconverted Hindus, such as admissions to schools and other institutions of higher learning. Reservations for government positions should also be established. If I can be of any assistance, please contact me at basudeovarma@msn.com. God bless all for sincere efforts.

    Hi I appreciate the work of VHP liberating the Hindu souls on HIndu land.Lets not forget that Christian has much bigger agenda on conversion , Please visit Project Joshua http://www.joshuaproject.net .
    I have xtian friend who say that they are converting other religions on Jesus’s call. Fools,do need to understand the state and church nexus. How can they liberate people when Pope John Paul II was doing all kind of self renunciation activities to get close to Jesus (refer Toronto star) . How are jesus follower catch children for sex ( recent apology of Pope in Ireland and so on) . We all Hindu have to support reconversion activities as they are bigger plan for churches to collect Money too. Pastors collect fund and grow richer by fooling our innocent brothers in India. Please all of the reader become active on internet and make your friends award of Church’s malicious agenda. There are hundred of site like http://www.vision-india.org who malign our beliefs. ABOVE ALL WE NEED TO PROTECT OURSELVES AND WHATEVER MAY BE THE PRICE. SUPPORT RECONVERSION AT ALL COST. CHRISTIANITY IS IN DECLINE IN WEST THAT IS WHY CHURCH WANT PEOPLE FORM INDIA,CHINA AND ASIAN COUNTRIES…….

      Yes I also with you with this thinking, but about the hindu you don’t know. I think as a only human being, leave apart your religion aside when you are thinking about other religion and read some books on it, because lack of knowledge will guide you in a wrong decision and you will be a wrong man only. you have not read bahdwadgita nor the vedas, both are the root of this ancient hindu dharma. But I have read every thing in your Kuran. I don’t like to quote anything on this matter but if you will read the both books you will understand all these things which I want to say you. Brother after all you are also one of them who was forced to accept Islam from one ancient Hindu.

    Conversion is a crime it is punishable-and reconversion is a prime work to end such crime. Punish those who indulge in conversion activity as a rule is a rule even unto a fool a fool is the one who does not have a rule , who believes it, if I say that they have been converted for want of benefits or greed ,Its purely based on the truth. Conversion is a work of a unholy power against the God’s own design. So Don’t taste and see how fatal is conversion. Now, I am enjoying my life in total peace after reconversion. The conversion from one’s original faith is dangerous, dangerous and dangerous.

      I agree with David Raj. So what religion you reconverted from ? Its the missionaries those who should be sent out of the Bharat (India) who promote the conversion in the name of second coming of Jesus.Its all money game and they want people from Bharat in US churches. The fact is that 30% of US population is not christian at all. Hinduism gives us a total left and right brain thinking ability.

        . Mantra 1:

        “ om shri Brahma putraya namaha:”

        Definition given by them: “ Oh lord, son of god, we praise you” (they say it was referring to jesus)

        My Explanation: Brahma Putraya = son of Brahma, It actually refers to Lord Shiva. Brahma born from a lotus, He created shiva.

        “ one who is the son of Brahma,We bow to thee”

        Mantra 2:

        ”om shri umathyaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them: “oh lord who is born of the spirit, we praise you”

        My explanation: it is not umathya, it is umadhya = Uma + Adhya;

        Uma = luminous or light

        Adhya = source

        Umadhyaya = source of light.( see a small mistake , they wrote ‘t’ instead of ‘d’. it changed the entire meaning)

        “one who is the source of light,We bow to thee”

        Mantra 3:

        “om shri kanni sudhaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them: “oh lord who born of a virgin we praise you”

        My explanation: kanni in Tamil /Malayalam means virgin. Sanskrit word for virgin is “Kanya”

        There is no  “Kanni” in Sanskrit . It is “kani”. Kani = Ever. Sudha = pure.

        Kani sudha = Ever Pure.

        “one who is Ever Pure,We bow to thee”

        Mantra 4:

        “om tharithra narayanaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them: “ oh lord who become poor for our sake , we praise you”

        My explanation:

        It is not “tharithra” but it is “Dhrithri”, which means “ the Earth” in Sanskrit.

        Sanskrit word for poor is Dhaaridrah.

        Narayana = First Being.

        “oh First Being of the earth,We bow to thee”

        Mantra 5:

        “om vidhiristaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them: “oh lord who is circumcised, we praise you”

        My Explanation: vidhir= worshipper or worship. Istaya= favourite or favour.

        There is no word for circumcision in Sanskrit.

        The word “kaat”  means “ to cut”.. Private parts in Sanskrit  is lingam or Yoni.

        “one who favors his worshipper,We bow to thee”

        Mantra 6:”ohm sri panchagayaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them:”oh lord who bore five wounds on your body,we praise you”

        My explanation: It is not “gaya” but “gavya”.

        Pancha = Five ; gavya = blend of

        Blend of five elements the air, the water, the earth, the space, and the fire.

        “one who is blend of five(elements),We bow to thee”

        Mantra 7 : “ohm shri vruksha shul aruthaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them:” oh lord who sacrificed yourself on a trishool- like tree(wooden cross),we praise you”

        My Explanation: not vruksha but virupaksha meanings “mis-formed eye”; shul = tri-spear, not arutha, it is arudha , which means ” to rise”

        “one who rises the tri-spear with a mis-formed eye,Webow to thee”

        Mantra 8: “ohm shri mruthyum jayaya namaha:”

        Definition given by them: “oh Lord who won the death, we praise you”

        My explanation:  Yes, God do not have death. Here Mruthyum Jaya refers to shiva.

        Mantra 9:”ohm shri sibilistaya namaha:”

        Definition : oh lord who willingly offered your flesh to be eaten by your saints, we praise you”

        My explanation: Sibhi chakravarthy is a famous king in mahabharatha, Ramayana also in jataka tales. He is considered as a member of vishnu’s lineage.

        He sacrificed his flesh to save a pigeon from an eagle, pigeon and eagle were the Agni and Indra in disguise. (Note. H is story was written centuries before Christ. Recorded circa 400 B.C in jataka tales of buddists, don’t say it a copy.!)

        Sibi = name of the king sibi. Istaya = favouite.

        Mantra 10:” ohm shri thatchina moothyaya namaha:”

        their definition “Oh lord seated by the side of your father, we praise you”

        My explanation: It is not thatchina moorthy it is “Dhakshana moorthy”

        Dhakshna = south ; Moorthy = deity.

        The deity of the south.. it is often used to refer “Guru”, one of the Dikhpalaka or ruler of directions and also refers to lord shiva.

        “oh god of the south,We bow to thee”

        Mantra 11:”ohm shri maha devayaya namaha:”

        Their definition: “ oh lord of the lords, I bow to you”

        My explanation: Yes but it was actually referred Lord shiva, who is also called as Maha Deva. Budda also mentioned as Maha deva sometimes.

        Maha deva = Greatest amonst the devas

        “one who is greatest amongst the gods, We bow to thee”

        CONCLUSION:

        Though i have corrected the above definitions, some of the mantras stated above are not found in the actual SAHASRANAMAM of Hinduism. The above mantras may got mixed by the local priests in kerala from the Jesus Sahasranamam written by a christian sanskrit pundit.

    I am really happy to note the marvellous work of r s s v h p inbringing bthe innocents to home religion.The book inquision of Goa throws light as to how atrocities were committed by christains on Hindus and how many were forcibly converted to christainity.Tears rolled from my eyes when i saw conservative Brahmin family in toto was converted.We should throw these missionaries and fanatic muslims out of our counry otherwise our hinduism is in danger.

    We should give some temples official power to convert and give protection any person who is going to marry a Hindu, to Hinduism. This way we can integrate at least some people to our society because a lot of people are leaving us for the sake of marriage.

      No sriman, the centralisation of such authority may turn as a biggest prblm.we will have to take convertees to such temples everytime.the best way is reconversion should be vry easy so that neone and newhere can be carried out.it will reduce the hurdles in process. what we need to have centralised is the worship centres because the problem is hindus have temple on evry corner of street and because f that we dont unite at single place do discuss the dharma n all. like muslims gather at mosque and xtiams at church. n one more is important that hindus should donate whatever they can. because of unavailibility of funds hindu orgs work is limited.
