Jai Sri Ram

Greetings of Sri Ram Navmi to all.

Ramraksha stotra: Not just a divine chant.

Barkha Mathur | Nagpur | TNN | Apr 19, 2013:: The nine days of ChaitraNavratri, from GudiPadwa till Ram Navami, are filled with chants of Ramrakshastotra. The same can be heard at temples, homes and in groups, as people come together for collective recitals.

Considered to be one of the most sacred chants, it has tremendous powers to protect a devout from evil, says Prafulla Nandangiri, secretary of Bhonsla Ved Shala in Mahal. “There are a total of 38 shlokas, of which some like the 35th one is ‘siddha’. Reciting it can provide mental strength to a person, by making him feel fearless,” he says. This is a siddha stotra for complete protection of body and when read 1,300 times, it can destroy all dangers that a person may be facing, says Nandangiri.

“Ramraksha is also considered to be good for a newborn child and the new mother, and is read out while tying the black thread around the neck of an infant,” he says, adding that there are different rhythms for reciting it.

“The stotra focuses on all parts of the body and invokes Lord Ram to protect them. So, it is recited for children and also for those afflicted with some disease,” explains Kapil Chandrayan, a student of astrology. For best results, it should be read in Sanskrit for the vibrations that emanate through chanting of these sacred mantras, suggests Chandrayan.

Recitals of Ramraksha stotra are considered good during Chaitra Navratri as at this time god is present with all his powers in the sanctum sanctorum of temples, says Prasad Joshi, who is studying scriptures. “I recite the Ramraksha stotra as it helps me to master incantation of different chants. It has been written with anushtup chan as its poetic meter, which is a four-part mantra with 32 letters in one stanza. During these nine days, reading and reciting these sacred mantras is very effective.” <Read details here.>

Why should Bharat tolerate Jihadi Threat time and again? Cut the Islamic Terror Root for ever.

Posted by hinduexistence on February 28, 2013

JIHADI THREAT TO HINDUS

How many Jihadi threats to bear as Bharatiya Hindu? O Hindus! Cut the root of Islamic Terrorism right now.

~ Upananda Brahmachari.

Prayag Raj  - Kumbh Mela – Uttar Pradesh | Feb 28 2013 :: Though Hindus think it most sacred and significant holy congregation for the mankind, the followers of ‘Satanic Verses’ think just opposite. While UNESCO accredited Kumbhmela as the “Greatest Show on Earth”, the Talibani swines want to discredit this largest Dharmik (most of the people do understand it religious) confluence is nothing but a ‘kufr’.

Their congregation of Haj in Mecca & Madian comes to the second place after Kumbh Mela, considering Kumbh Mela’s greatness of amity, variety and obviously the spirituality of Hinduism, or Sanatan Path or Arya Dharma, whatever you can say to set it a Bharatiya connotation. So, the zealous and cruel Jihadi outfits of Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar-e-Toiba now have set their heinous Jihad by blasting the stations and nearby places like Dehradun, Haridwar and Kath Godam rail junctions near Nainital and prominent places of religious and tourist interest like Har Ki Pauri in the holy city, Haridwar, only to frighten the Hindu devotees participating in Kumbh Mela . Prayag Raj, the current venue of Kumbh Mela  may also  be target of these Quran lover Muslim zealots.

Islamic Terror outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad Tuesday (26 Feb) allegedly threatened to blow up major railway stations and places of  Hindu shrines and tourist interest in Uttarakhand in retaliation to the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afjal Guru, a senior police official said. Being shocked by Kasab and Afzal hanging, these fundamental Muslims want to attack upon Hindus in Kumbh Mela time.

The letter written purportedly by the Karachi based area commander of terror outrfit Jaish-e-Mohammad contains a threat to blow up Dehradun, Haridwar and Kath Godam rail junctions near Nainital and prominent places of religious and tourist interest like Har Ki Pauri in the holy city, as Haridwar SSP Arun Mohan Joshi told to the PTI source.

“Though the authenticity of the threat and the origin of the letter is being examined, we are not taking any chances and have alerted the highest authorities in places mentioned in the letter”, he said.

As a routine work, security around the places mentioned in the letter has been beefed up. But, there is no guarantee of preventing  the series of blasts anymore.

The letter addressed to former Superintendent of Haridwar Railway station Amrinder Singh was received on Tuesday, he said adding similar letters have been issued to retired railway officials in the past as well. Sources say that the security of Allhabad station is also being kept most vigilant than ever.

The difference between the latest threat letter and those received in the past is that this one has purportedly been written by Jaish-e-Mohommad whereas the earlier ones bore the name of Lashkar-e-Toiba, the SSP said.

Unfortunately, our Home Minister, Intelligence Departments  and the Security Agencies have all the information of upcoming terror, blast threat perceptions etc. and we read and hear the news of post-blast calamity and casualty very fortunately.

Actually, Mr. Sushil Shinde (the most culpable person among the all incapable Congress men, as he sees only Saffron Terror all around) keeps all terror files under his pillow as ready reference, but within the snooze, those files turn spoiled and truncated by the Maino Antonia Sonia Maino)  mouses. Who can blame this poor Shinde?

mukesh at tirupathi

Mukesh Ambani is now under the Threat of Indian Mujahideen

Islamic threat has no bound in India. It may come to you or the Reliance Barron Mukesh Ambani. No difference at all.

The terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM), the champion of Dilsukhnagar twin blasts in Hyderabad, has given a threat to Mukesh Ambani. IM delivered a letter to the office of the RIL Chairman threatening to harm him for supporting Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Police have launched a probe following that letter, purportedly sent by terror outfit Indian Mujahideen to Mukesh Ambani, as reports came in.

The letter, delivered by an unidentified person to Ambani’s personal staff in a sealed envelope at his Maker Chambers office on February 24, also said IM would damage his 27-storey mansion ‘Antilia’ on Altamount Road, a police officer said on condition of anonymity.

The handwritten letter, claimed to have been penned by an IM operative, said the organisation wanted the release of its operative Danish and, if he was not set free, the home-grown terror group would cause harm to Ambani.

Police suspect the letter referred to Mohammed Danish Ansari, a native of Darbhanga in Bihar, who was arrested in January by NIA for sheltering Bhatkal brothers before they reportedly escaped to Pakistan three years back.

After receiving the letter, a senior officer of RIL met city Police Commissioner Satyapal Singh to apprise him of the development, the officer said.

Police would ask for CCTV footage from the security staff of Ambani’s office to find out whether any images of the person, who had delivered the letter, were captured.

When contacted, a spokesman for RIL refused to comment as the matter was under investigation.

In this fortified Jihadi process, life threat to a labour or farmer coming to a Hindu pilgrimage or a multi billioner business  Barron, Mukesh Ambani are equally detrimental  to the safety, security, prosperity and peace of the individual and the society at large. Now, the Right to live is threatened by the Terrorism in India, especially by the Jihadi Terrorism. Islamic Terrorism is destroying the Global peace as an authenticated humane paranoia.

Then, what is the solution to get rid off this Islamic Terror or brutal Jihad? The Answer is simple but difficult. Simple to say, but difficult to do. Annihilation of Islamic Terror by uprooting it from barbaric Quranic teaching and the murderous activities  in Mosques and Madrasas (Islamic Seminaries). Be bold and say No to Jihadi Islam. Jihad can only be resisted and eventually finished by Anti-Jihad.

In Bharat (India), declaring Bharat as a Hindu Rashtra is the final solution to stop  and finish Jihadi brutality here and afterwards from this planet.

Bhojshala Yagna Kund Vagdevi Bhojshala and Kamal Maulana Dargah Police lathicharged Hindus

Bhojshala : Ayodhya of Madhya Pradesh !

saffron flag‘Bhojshala’ is an ancient and the only temple of Mata Saraswati, built by Raja Bhoj in 1034 AD. (‘See Photo Evidences’) Bhojshala was home to thousands of students and scholars and it was main centre of education. Attacks on Bhojshala started from 1305 AD and Muslims built today’s Kamal Moulana dargah near Bhojshala. (‘Read Detailed Timeline of Facts’)

saffron flagBhojshala has become victim of Governments of Madhya Pradesh due to appeasement of Muslims for votes. Today Archeological Survey of India (ASI) allows everyone to go inside Bhojshala ‘as a tourist’ with fees. On tuesday, Hindus can enter in Bhojshala and they are allowed to take flowers and akshata. But since the new idol of Vagdevi is seized by Madhya Pradesh government and kept in Gwalior jail, Hindus can’t offer anything to Saraswati Mata. On friday, Muslims are allowed to offer Namaz in Bhojshala complex. Vasant (Basant) Panchami, also known as Mata Saraswati Jayanti is the only day in the year on which Hindus are allowed to perform full-fledge puja by taking idol or photo of Mata Saraswati inside Bhojshala. So Muslims can offer Namaz in Bhojshala 52 times in a year, but Hindus can perform puja only once in a year. It should be noted that Dhar, where Bhojshala is located, has 16 mosques to offer Namaz.

saffron flagWhat do you want in Bhojshala on this Vasant Panchami (15th February 2013) - Puja or Namaz ?

omom

na

saffron flagIn year 2006, Vasant (Basant) Panchami was on friday, so the demand of the Hindus to perform puja in Bhojshala for the full day was refused and the police also used force against Hindu devotees and arrested many. Now this year 2013, again Vasant (Basant) Panchami happens to be on friday and Hindu Devotees are demanding to perform puja for the whole day and restrict Muslims to offer Namaz in Bhojshala on this day. Also the BJP Govt. should release Vagdevi (Mata Saraswati) idol from Gwalior Jail, which was installed by Hindus in Bhojshala.

For details refer tabs Timeline of Facts and Photo Evidences.

O Hindus, take up this challenge and do your duty towards Dharma !

saffron flagOur Demandssaffron flag

  • on 15th February 2013, ‘Bhoj-shala’ should be made available to Hindus instead of Muslims for ‘namaz’, as it is the day of Vasant Panchami falling on Friday.
  • The Government should release the idol of Shri Vagdevi made of ‘Ashta-dhatu (8 metals) from the Gwalior jail.
  • From the evidences, it is amply clear that Bhojshala is nothing but a Hindu temple and hence it should be handed over to Hindus completely.
  • The Government should restrict Muslims permanently to enter and offer Namaz in Bhojshala.
  • Today it is observed that few fanatics and miscreants are damaging ancient idols of Deities and other signs of temple. This damage should stop immediately and Government should ensure that these idols and signs should not get harmed.
  • Bring back the original idol of Shri Vagdevi from London Museum.

Maha Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj. Ganga Sagar Mela 2013. Sab tirath bar bar… Ganga Sagar ek bar…

Ganga Sagar Mela – 2013 (Toll free help line 18003453220).

ॐ Welcome to Ganga Sagar Mela    Makar Sankranti     Kapil Muni Temple at Sagardwip

2013 gangasagarHere thousands of people take Holy Dip during Makar Sankranti, usually falls on 14 or 15th January every year. Gangasagar pilgrimage and fair is the second largest congregation of mankind after the holy Kumbha Mela. The latter is observed once in four years at alternate locations in north, central and central-west parts of the country, Gangasagar fair and pilgrimage is held annually on the Sagar Island’s southern tip in the Ganges delta atop the Bay of Bengal.

The Kapil Muni Temple at Sagardwip is the fourth constructed temple in the island. The first was razed by a tornado and the next two were destroyed by the sea. It was in 1961, the chief minister of Bengal, BC Roy donated Rs.11,000 to construct the present temple which was completed in 1973.

Sagardwip (Sagar Island), 128kms away from Kolkata presents an ideal repose for a quiet weekend. A small island in the Sunderban delta, Sagardwip is bequeathed with a quiet charm amidst the completely unspoiled and silvery beach on the estuary of the mighty Ganga. It has a lighthouse that offers you a panoramic view of the surroundings. Quite a hot spot for Hindu pilgrimage.

One lakh take the holy dip at Gangasagar… Another four lakh pilgrims are likely to reach…..

Gangasagar | 12 th January 2013 | Hindu Existence Media :: In the run-up to the festival of Makar Sankranti, around one lakh devotees have taken the holy dip at Gangasagar, the confluence of the Ganga and the Bay of Bengal.

West Bengal Panchayat minister Subrata Mukherjee today said the government is trying to make the annual fair by increasing the safety and comfort level for the devotees.

He said they are also constructing permanent guest houses for visitors and also a permanent jetty at a cost of Rs 5 crore.

Though the shameful pilgrimage tax of Rs. 5/= has been waved out this year, the escalated conveyance fare is still hammering the capacity of the common rural pilgrims coming from far away from the farthest corner of Bharat out of their spiritual passion to dip into holy Ganges confluence with Bay of Bengal,  even once for a life.

This escalation of Bus and ferry services in the Mela time could be managed by the Govt. of West Bengal this time, if a 3 Crore budget for the make shift wooden rest house for the ‘torn Sari-Hawai Chappal’ clad Chief Minister of West Bengal, Miss(?) Mamata Banerjee was possible to be averted from misutilizing the public exchequer.

The South 24 Parganas District authority is discharging their duties on war footing to welcome the expected 5 lakh pilgrims to the Ganga Sagar Makar Sankranti Mela this year. Over 200 NGOs are also rendering their stream of cooperation to make this Dharmik events a grand success.

‘Kumbh Mela’ the Greatest Show on Earth and The World’s Most Massive Act of Oldest Faith…

'Kumbh Mela' the Greatest Show on Earth and The World's Most Massive Act of Oldest Faith...

‘Kumbh Mela’ the greatest show on Earth, says a study

According to the study done by a team of professors across the UK and India, the Kumbh Mela attracts worldwide attention as a remarkable spectacle: millions of pilgrims bathing in the Ganges, parades of gurus on thrones, flanked by naked Naga Sadhus smeared in ash…..
………….

Kumbha Hindu ExistenceLondon | Tue, 18 Dec 2012 | By PTI :: The Kumbh Mela, one of the largest religious gatherings in the world, to be held at Sangam in Allahabad early next year has been described as the “greatest show on Earth” in a four-year study by British and Indian researchers.

Up to 100 million people will gather on the shores of the Ganges to celebrate the Hindu festival commencing on January 14, 2013. For four years the team of British and Indian researchers have been studying the event, seeking to understand how people treat each other, how they experience the crowd and what impact the crowd has on their everyday lives.

They will present their findings at a special event at Allahabad University on January 24, 2013. The study described the Kumbh Mela as an incredible event and the “greatest show on Earth”.

The Kumbh Mela attracts worldwide attention as a remarkable spectacle: millions of pilgrims bathing in the Ganges, parades of gurus on thrones, flanked by naked Naga Sadhus smeared in ash.

This research, led by Nick Hopkins at the University of Dundee, Prof Stephen Reicher at the University of St Andrews, and Prof Narayanan Srinivasan at the University of Allahabad shows it to be remarkable in other ways as well.

How is it that a vast city of strangers emerges from nothing every year, and yet it functions harmoniously? How is it that people thrive in an environment that is densely crowded, intensely noisy and often insanitary?

The event in Allahabad will provide the answers to these and other questions about the Mela. It will also provide insights that are relevant, not only to the Mela, but go to the heart of processes that make human social life possible, which create (or undermine) social cohesion and which shape our sense of well being. ‘Sometimes we look at the Mela as an exotic event and focus on how different the pilgrims are from us. Our work shows how the pilgrim experience has lessons for all of us about how to create a good community and to ensure that people thrive in the community,’ Hopkins said. ‘By all the tenets of conventional wisdom, the Mela shouldn’t work. It is crowded, noisy and unsanitary.

One might expect people to be stressed, quarrelsome and conflictual. Yet the event is harmonious and people are serene. Studying the Mela has forced us to reconsider many basic beliefs about how people function in society,’ Reicher said. Narayanan said, ‘This has been the largest ever social science collaboration between the UK and India and possibly the most successful. The event in Allahabad will be very exciting. It will reveal findings that are sure to surprise people. It will change their understanding of crowds and communities.’

Hindu Existence  Post Script:

The Kumbh Mela

Kumbh Mela is a mass Hindu pilgrimage in which Hindus gather at the Ganges, river Godavari and river Shipra, where bathing for purification from sin is considered especially efficacious.

Mainly, the Ardh (half) Kumbh Mela is celebrated every six years at Haridwar and Allahabad, the Purna (complete) Kumbh takes place every twelve years, at four places Allahabad, Haridwar, Ujjain, and Nashik. The Maha(great) Kumbh Mela which comes after 12 ‘Purna Kumbh Melas’, or 144 years, is held at Allahabad.

Five Types of Kumbh Melas • Maha Kumbh Mela – occurring every 144 years – only in Allahabad. • Purna Kumbh Mela – after every 12 years – last one took place in January 2001 in Allahabad. • Ardh Kumbh – 6th year after Kumbh Mela. • Kumbh Mela – every 3rd years, rotating through Prayag, Nasik, Haridwar and Ujjain. • Magh Mela – Annual, held every year except years of Kumbh Mela and Ardh Kumbh Mela Held in Magh (Jan-Feb); hence the name. Only in Allahabad.

According to the Mela Administration’s estimates, around 70 million people participated in the 45-day Ardh Kumbh Mela in Allahabad, in 2007.

The previous Kumbh Mela, held in 2010 in Haridwar, was, before it occurred, estimated by the authorities to attract between 30 and 70 million people. Coming Ardha Kumbh Mela will start on 14-January-2013 at Allahabad.

Most Significant Days During The Kumbh Mela

Makar Sankranti  (14th January 2013 Sunday) - Shahi Snan

Kumbh-the greatest show on earthA Holy bath during this period carries special significance. Those who take a holy bath in the rivers Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Krishna and Kaveri acquire pious credits . Ganga is considered as the river of heaven. This river came to earth by the religious austerity of Bhagirath and river had conjunction with ocean for the reclamation of ocean. The day Ganga dissolved in ocean was the day of Makar Sankranti. Hence, the virtue of bathing in Ganga today is much more than any other day. In Kolkata, lakhs of devotees come to take bath in Ganga sagar. In Allahabad as well, great masses come for bathing and doing charity on the banks of Sangam. One month of Kalpvas(kumbh mela) is also started in Allahabad from the day of Makar Sankranti, which is been followed since the era of Ramayana.

Paush Purnima (27 January 2013 Sunday)

The day occurs when the moon is full in the Hindu month of Paush. This is the last full moon of winter. By this time, the sadhu and hundreds of thousands of pilgrims arrive at the Kumbh Mela. On the day of Paush Purnima, devotees take baths in various sacred rivers like Ganga and Yamuna. People take baths at various places including Haridwar and relieve themselves of all their sins and problems. Taking baths, donations, charities etc are considered very sacred on this day. The baths of Magh month start with Paush Purnima and hence, this day is considered very important. It is believed that all wishes come true on this day.

It is advised that Smartha with family should observe fasting on first day only. The alternate Ekadashi fasting, which is the second one, is suggested for Sanyasis, widows and for those who want Moksha. When alternate Ekadashi fasting is suggested for Smartha it coincides with Vaishnava Ekadashi fasting day. Ekadashi fasting on both days is suggested for staunch devotees who seek for love and affection of Lord Vishnu.

Mauni Amavasya Snan (10 February 2013 Sunday) - Shahi Snan

For the holy men and women, this is the main bathing day. New members to various holy monastic orders receive their first initiation on this day. The Amavasya of Magh Masa is called the Mauni Amavasya. Sun and Moon enter and the Capricorn sign, because of the transit, on this day. This day is celebrated as the birthday of Manu Rishi. It is believed, Lord Brahma gave origination to Maharaja Manu and queen Shatrupa. Hence, this day is considered as the beginning of the universe creation. Capricorn sign has the Yoga of Sun and Moon which increases the significance of this Amavasya. Bathing in Sangam of Allahabad, gives virtues to an individual, on this day. According to some scholar, Maun Vrat should be observed. Maun (silent) Vrat means to control all our senses. It depends on a person for how long he wants to observe silence. People take the resolution of Maun Vrat for a day, or a month, or for one year.

Basant Panchami Snan (14 February 2013 Thursday) - Shahi Snan

This is the fifth day of the luminous half of the lunar month and is the beginning of spring in North India. Vasant Panchami day is dedicated to Goddess of learning Maa Saraswati, the source of knowledge, enlightment, music, arts, science and culture.  Goddess Saraswati is worshipped on Vasant Panchami day. Vasant Panchami is also known as Shri Panchami and Saraswati Panchami.

Rath Saptami Snan (17 February 2013 Sunday)

Rath Saptami festival is observed on the seventh day of Shukla Paksha in the Magh Month (January – February) in the traditional Hindu calendar.

Bhishma Ekadasi Snan ( 21 February 2013 Thursday)

On this day, Bhishma Pithamaha, the oldest, wisest, most powerful and most righteous person belonging to the Kuru dynasty (approx. over 5000 years ago), narrated the greatness of Lord Krishna through Sri Vishnu Sahasranama to Yudhishtira, the eldest brother of Pandavas.

Maghi Purnima Snan (25 February 2013 Monday) Magh Purnima or Magha Pournami, also known as Maha Maghi, is one of the auspicious Pournami days for Hindu devotees. Purnima is considered as significant in terms of spiritual practice and performing religious rituals.Samudra Snan or Punya Nadi Snanan (holy dip in holy waters) on Maha Maghi is highly meritorious deed. It is auspicious for Snana, Daana, Japa, and Parayana.

And at last Mahashivratri Snan on 10 Mar 2013 Wednesday.

IANSMirati, Birbhum, West Bengal, October 21, 2012 :: President Pranab Mukherjee rendered priestly duties on Sunday, donning the special puja robes, and performed customary Mahasaptami rituals for the Durga puja at his ancestral home in West Bengal’s Birbhum district. Accompanied by wife Shuvra, Mukherjee arrived at his ancestral residence in Mirati village  from his sister’s house in Kirnahar early in the morning to start the Puja celebrations.

The ‘Nabapatrika snan-o-sthapan’, which is the ritual to install the idol of the deity, was performed by Mukherjee’s son Abhijit. Previously the custom was carried out by Mukherjee but this time he only walked up to the canal where the traditional ‘Kola bou’ (tender banana plant) was bathed early in the morning.

After the ‘Pran Prathistha’, or giving life to the deity, Mukherjee chanted hymns and did the Chandipath. The Chandipath was done inside an enclosure and camera persons were not allowed inside.

The Mahasaptami puja rituals concluded with an ‘arati’ which Mukherjee conducted wearing silk dhoti and a silken stole draped around his shoulders.

During the arati, he sought blessings for all. “I wish and pray to god to bless everybody,” he said.

Villagers in large number gathered to see Mukherjee perform his maiden Durga puja after becoming the president of the country.

The rituals were conducted by Mukherjee amid elaborate security arrangements.

For years, the veteran leader has been conducting the Durga Puja rituals at Mukherjee Bhawan, and has steadfastly stuck to the routine by taking out time during the festival despite his busy schedule as in charge of various constitutional and political posts.

The president was later to meet students of his alma mater, Kirnahar Shib Chandra High School, at the nearby Kirnahar town. He would inaugurate a permanent exhibition “Pranab’s School – School’s Pranab” showcasing different phases of his life.

Mukherjee touched down in his native village, some 170 km from Kolkata, on Saturday evening.

He will return to Kolkata Oct 23 evening before returning to Delhi.

Celebrate Ganesha Utsav in a Dharmik way….

Posted by hinduexistence on September 13, 2012

Celebrate Ganesha Festival as per ‘Dharma-shastra’ in an ideal manner avoiding malpractices ! – HJS

O Hindus! Don’t get misled by propagation against Dharma by the Government and anti- Dharma Organisations !

Mumbai | 12-09-2012 – Lokmanya Tilak started public celebration of Ganesha Utsav (Festival)  with the aim of unification of Hindus, protection of Nation and creating awareness amongst people towards Dharma; however, the festival presently celebrated indulging in various malpractices like installing weird idols of Deities, drinking liquor in pandals, noise pollution, teasing women, organising uncivilized programs, air pollution, costly decorations etc., keeps away from the basic purpose of celebration as also eliminates sanctity of the festival. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has been running campaign for the past 9 years for creating awareness towards serving the original purpose of celebrating Ganesha Festival. This campaign has been receiving good response from Police, public Ganesha Festival Committees (committees) and Ganesha-devotees.
…………………………..
HJS has made an appeal that all committees should celebrate this festival as per Dharma-shastra avoiding malpractices so as to acquire the grace of Sri Ganesha. HJS has also appealed to all Ganesha-devotees to use idols made of clay as prescribed by Dharma and worship it with devotion. Immersion of the idol should be done in flowing water or natural water resources as per the science.
…………………………
Points in the discussion:
1. Why issue of pollution is raised only during Hindu festivals?
2. Negligible pollution.
3. Anti-Dharma ANiS and Govt. mislead people.
4. Desecration of Ganesha and unwarranted expenses in immersion of idols in artificial water tanks.

Our Pranam – Bowed Salutation and Gratitude to all the Gurus in this auspicious Guru Purnima!

Posted by hinduexistence on July 3, 2012

Holy Message of H.H. Dr. Jayant Balaji Athavale, Sanatan Sanstha in the event of Sri Guru Purnima.

O Hindus ! Become the immortal flame in the historical chapter on establishment of the Hindu Rashtra and preserve the heritage of Guru-disciple tradition !

Gurupournima is the day of offering gratitude unto the Guru ! The real mission of the Guru is to guide the society (that is lost in materialism) towards Spirituality and take the true disciples towards Moksha (Final Liberation). The true disciples too follow this path and participate in the samashti (for the sake of the society) mission throughout their life. Offering the self physically, psychologically and economically to the samashti mission of the Guru is true gratitude unto the Guru ! Contribution of the Guru-disciple tradition to the samashti has been immense. This glorious tradition has emancipated the life of the Hindu society on moral, cultural and spiritual fronts.
History is testimony to the fact that whenever there has been a decline of Hindu Dharma, the Guru-disciple tradition has directly participated in the mission of reinstatement of Dharma.
Today, there is a decline of Hindu Dharma. The rise of Raja-Tama-predominant forces is causing decline in sattvikta (Sattva-predominance). Since the society is indulging in adharmik (Unrighteous) practices, the spiritual strength of the Nation is weakening. This has given rise to deceit and hypocrisy in the society. Corruption and immorality are on the ascent everywhere. There is rise in wrongdoings in the name of religion. In short, the very soul of Sanatan Dharma has disappeared, and what remains is its lifeless shell. This is the single reason why reinstating of Dharma has now become necessary. Under the prevailing circumstances, reinstatement of Dharma means establishing a Hindu Rashtra on the foundation of Dharma. This Nation will then have an ideal system of governance. This system will be the true alternative to the present day corrupt democratic system, which has caused deterioration of Bharat in every field and has led to decline of Hindu Dharma.
Brahmatej (Radiance of Brahman) and Kshatratej (Radiance of warrior) are two aspects essential for the reinstatement of the Dharma. Most Saints and spiritual organisations such as Sanatan Sanstha are striving hard for enhancing the spiritual power (nurturing Brahmatej) of the Nation on the strength of their sadhana. While many Nation and Dharma loving organisations, periodicals and intellectuals are involved in nurturing Kshatratej at the physical, psychological and intellectual levels to change the dire state of the Nation, the mission needs to progress as outlined ahead.
A. Physical : This involves physical participation for the reinstatement of Dharma. For example, preventing harm to Dharma, organising protests, retaliatory action etc. This is 10% important as per the times.
B. Psychological : Educating Hindus about the mission and motivating them towards action as per the principle, ‘There can be no action unless emotion for the Nation and Dharma is awakened’. This can be achieved through educative writings in newspapers etc., through discourses etc. This also has 10% importance as per the times.
C. Intellectual : Giving direction to the Hindu society for reinstatement of Dharma. For example, conducting a detailed analysis of calamities affecting the Hindus, providing intellectual strength to Hindu organisations etc. This too has 10% importance as per the times.
D. Spiritual : This involves spiritual practice performed for bestowing spiritual strength to the physical, psychological and intellectual activities carried out for reinstatement of Dharma. For example, chanting or performing Yadnya (Sacrificial fires) to accomplish a task. This has importance of 70% as per the times.
As per the times, with the Guru-disciple tradition and spiritual sects, every Hindu participating in the task involving Kshatratej (of the physical, psychological and intellectual level) and Brahmatej (of the spiritual level) as per the ability and sadhana, amounts to preserving the Guru-disciple tradition ! O Hindus ! Be active and contribute to the reinstatement of Dharma from this year’s Gurupournima and become the immortal flame in the historical chapter on establishment of the Hindu Rashtra !

An Open Letter for Total Ban on Cow Slaughter in Bharat (INDIA).

Posted by hinduexistence on October 28, 2011

To

1. The President of India, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.

2. The Prime Minister of India, Parliament House, New Delhi.

3. The Chief Justice of India, Supreme Court, New Delhi.

Vande Gomataram.

Subject:  An appeal to ensure the complete prohibition upon Cow Slaughter abiding by the existing rules and regulation in force in different states in India along with the strict direction of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Madam/Sir,

  1. Under the laws enforced in this land with a wide view to natural justice to all creatures, honoring the Sanatani tradition of venerated  Cow progeny even as non hittable (aghna), respecting  the Cow as Go-Mata in highest esteem in the traditional scriptures, contemplating the importance of Cow progeny in Indian agriculture, health, medicines and economics based upon its blessings upon us and obviously to be humane by resisting the animal cruelty, most of the states have been formulated its own rules and acts in favor of banning Cow Slaughter even in Bakri Idd.
  2. But, very unfortunately going to the utter contradiction to the above, in most of the cases Cow progeny are being slaughtered very cruelly in a disgusting gruesome way, sometimes with the help of local administration and politics, only to appease a minority section hurting the majority by violating all the norms so framed by the states very illegally, unreasonably and undemocratically. Though all the Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Buddhists, Arya Samajists  and the  Sanatani and Vedic followers want a total ban on cow slaughter in Bharat, as a matter of humiliation of all Bharat Dharma, the rampant cow slaughter is going on violating all the norms in force.
  3. As an example, the state of West Bengal, now Paschimbanga had given permission in the last year to slaughter Cows in Bakri Idd under the section 12 of the WB Animal Slaughter Control Act 1950, very intrigue-fully going against the verdicts of Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
  4. It is a wide known fact that being aggrieved Sri Kedar Nath Brahmachari and 26 others filed a petition against the State of West Bengal and 20 others for which Hon’ble Calcutta High Court passed an order to ban cow slaughter even in Bakar Idd, vide 1982(2) Kokata, HN dated 20.8.1982.
  5. The State of West Bengal filed an appeal in Supreme Court of India against the above order of Calcutta High Court vide CA 6790/1983 – State of West Bengal & Others. –vs– Ashutosh Lahiri & Others. for which the Hon’ble Supreme Court maintained the order of Calcutta High court to prohibit the Cow slaughter in Bakri Idd  as such slaughters being unconstitutional and directed the State to take measures to stop such illegalities.
  6. Despite of that in West Bengal and other States at least 30 lakhs (5 lakhs in West Bengal) healthy, milky, cultivating and capable Cow progeny are slaughtered very unfortunately within a political nexus of Chairman, Sabhapati of Panchayet Samity and the official authorities in various departments.
  7. As aggrieved by the gross violation of the Slaughter Control Act enforced in different States time and again and felt detrimental to the majority Hindu sentiment in general, various forums filled many petitions in the designated Courts for getting justice to stop cruelty upon animal and especially mentionable the petitions filed in the Honb’le Calcutta High Court by Akhil Bharat Krishi Go Seva Sangha, Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Sri K K Singhania, Sri Abhijit Das & Enamul Haque and others.
  8. It is also mentionable that the esteemed Islamic Institution “Darul-Uloon-Deoband” also declared a Fatwa describing not mandatory to slaughter cows in Bakri Idd and requested not to do such accordingly. The extract of the Fatwa can be obtained from the news published in Dainik Jagran dt. 13.06.2006.
  9. But unfortunately, the chain of illegal slaughter is in vehemently increasing, killing healthy, capable and milking cows, while the children of the poor families are dying do to malnutrition and don’t get a single drop of cow milk in this land of “Gopal”. As per report of the UNICEF entitling “World Children Status Report-2008”, every day 5000 children are dying in India due to malnutrition.
  10. It is well established that the Cow progeny is the foundation of our agriculture, health, conventional & renewable energy source and the all round development of this Sanatani Land with a highest veneration to Go Mata and Go Palak (Cow Savers). And butchering these very calm and pretty animals hitting the religious sentiments of Hindus must attract the provisions of Section 153 and 295 of Indian Penal Court.
  11. Again, a Seven Judges Bench in the Honb’le Supreme Court of India gave the verdict in CA No.4937-4940 of 1998 being the case of State of Gujrat & Others Vs. Mirajapur Moti Kureshi Kasab & Others.  [2005/ SCCL.Com-735] propounding the importance of Oxen over the age of sixteen years for their utility in case of agricultural manure and recycling energy production from its dung and urine and consequently prohibited oxen slaughter even over 16 years of age of it.
  12. Cow slaughter is completely prohibited without any discrimination of age or condition in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chattishgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Gujarat etc., but the total prohibition of Holy Cow progeny in the length and breadth of this Holy Land is still awaited within a suitable Constitutional amendment.  On the other hand the violation of existing slaughter prohibitory rules and regulations are inciting the Hindu sentiments by some communal elements finding the loop holes of the police and administrations by the way.

In this context, these are our earnest requests to the effect that:

A. Please maintain and give full protection to the Prohibitory Acts on Cow Slaughter on Bakri Idd this year on 7th November, 2011 and to extend full cooperation and security to all forums to restrain these illegal slaughters in their activities to help the police and administration on spot of occurrence of illegal slaughters in every state, especially in West Bengal.

B. Please form a task force in each level comprising Govt. officials and the related NGOs to restrain illegal cow slaughter in every place, especially in West Bengal. Please stop all Cow markets set up for Bakri Idd and ban interstate import-export of cow progeny for slaughter as a mandatory measure.

C. Please apply the provisions of National Security Act (NSA) against the perpetrators for the violation of Animal slaughter Control Acts.

D. Please set a high strategy team for banning all type of Cow progeny slaughter under illegality and to monitor the prohibition and utilization through videography in surface and even through helicopter in the disturbed area due to cow slaughter.

E. Please start legal proceedings against BDO (Block Development Officer) and the Officer-In-Charge of the Police Station of the respective Block and the police station where the cases of illegal cow slaughter may occur violating the existing rules and regulations.

F. Please construct the Cow Rehabilitation Center in each district to maintain the rescued Cows and Oxen from illegal slaughter with a coordination of the various “Gosewa Goraksha Sangathan”  (Cow Rehabilitation & Protection Organizations) for a sustainable development of Indian agriculture, health, economy, energy, traditional medicines and ecology.

Vande Go Mataram ! Vande Mataram !! Jai Hind !!!

With best of regards.

Sincerely Yours,

Ashoo Mongia.

(National President, Rashtriya Goraksha Sena).

BD minority Hindus are denied Religious Rights in their largest festival.

The damages of deities are gross in nature. Islamists in Bangladesh are die hard to protest the rituals of infidels.

HE Desk from Dhaka :  Within some moments the final call for the greatest  event in Bengali Social Religious life is to rent the air through “Mahalaya”. But in various places in Bangladesh minority Hindus are anxious about their fate to observe the Durga Puja in peace or not.

Reports came in our desk about putting the strong hurdles to organize Durga Puja by not providing facilities to the puja committees along with state sponsored (?) hooliganism in a Islamic state by destroying Durga Images under construction/installation in the puja pandals in many parts of Bangladesh even under a so called ‘minority friend’ Awami League Govt. in Bangladesh at present.

When thousands of atrocities on Bengali Hindu population in Bangladesh have already been reported and harrowing experiences prove that these barbarities reach new heights during the days of Durga Puja, every year and there is no exception this year too. According to fresh reports, at least six deities, meant for the upcoming Durga Puja, have been desecrated and destroyed by Islamic fundamentalists in Banuria of Kaliganj in Jenaidaha, Alikadam, Bandarban, Birol, Birampur etc. in Bangladesh and the office bearers of the Puja Committee are also fatally injured in some places. Only two Muslim miscreants, in connection with these cases, have been arrested so far.

The clippings of the reports run below as heart rendering :

One Image of Durga, other deities damaged

Jhenaidh| 25th  Sept. 2011: A group of unidentified miscreants damaged some images of deities at a puja mandap in Banuria village under Kaliganj upazila of Jhenidah district in the early hours of Friday.

Parimal Kumar, a member of the Puja Udjapan Committee and inhabitant of the village, said they had gone home after holding a meeting here Thursday midnight.

They found some damaged images of deities, including Ganesh and Laxmi.

Besides, one hand of the tiger’s image was also found detached from its body.

He also added that the heinous incident had taken place just nine days ahead of the Durga Puja, the greatest religious festival of the Hindus.

If they failed to manage any artisan to repair the damaged images in time, they would not be able to celebrate the puja this year.

Vijan Kumar Das, president of the Puja Udjapan Committee, told daily sun that he had heard of the incident.

But, he could not yet visit the spot as he was staying outside.

Anjumanara Begum, UNO of Kaliganj upazila, said on information she had visited the spot.

Two Durga idols wrecked in Dinajpur

Dinajpur || 23rd Sept. 2011 || Unidentified miscreants wrecked two idols of Durga in two upazilas of Dinajpur district on Thursday night, a few days ahead of the biggest festival of the Hindu community.

The four-day Durga puja starts on October 2.

The incidents took place at Paikpara village under Birol upazila and Deior Salghoria village under Birampur upzila.

Dinajpur police super Moinul Islam confirmed the sacrilege and said the police had started investigations into the incidents.

He said the police already arrested a man in Birol on suspicion of his involvement in the crime.

Parimal Chakrabarty, a leader of the Dinajpur district Puja Udjapon Parishad, expressed his concern at the incidents and called on the district administration to step up security at the Hindu temples.

Three Images of Durga broken in Bandarban

Bandarban | 20th Sept. 2011: Some miscreants broke three images of goddess Durga at a temple at Vorir Muk under Alikadam upazila of Bandarban district Sunday night.

The images were built in preparation for celebrating the upcoming Durga Puja, the largest religious festival of the Hindus.

The temple authority said a gang of miscreants numbering 8-10 had come to the temple and suddenly attacked them with sticks and sharp weapons while they had been in a meeting on the temple premises and stabbed three people. They had also broken the three images.

One of the critically injured, Monomohan Karmokar, president of the temple authority, was admitted to Alikadam Upazila Health Complex.

Md Iqbal, officer-in-charge of Alikadam police station, said on information they had rushed to the spot and nabbed one Abul Kalam in this connection at night.

Deputy Commissioner Mizanur Rahman, Police Super Kamrul Hasan and Bandarban Puja Udjapan Parishad leaders visited the spot Monday morning.

A case was filed in this connection.

Three other incidents of  breaking the Durga Idol by Muslims fundamentalists  just came into this end : ~~

1. Place : village – Simulia, Sadar Upazila – Jhalkathi.  Dist. Adminstrator Mr. Ashok Biswas confirmed the attack. Police Super Mohammad Mozid Ali inspected the place of occurance.

2. Place : Rajsahi, Tanore Municipality. In the area of Samaspur, Durga Image was desecrated  in the Hari Temple puja site. The 4 images (clay idols) of  Goddess Lakshi (2),  Goddess Saraswati (1), and Lord Kartick (1) were destroyed in the night time. The main culprit and the perpetrator is one Iskamil Mridha as revealed. Intensive police posting is ordered by the authority to maintain the peace. The Secretary of the Hari Mandir Durgotsav Committee has filed a case against 15 Muslim miscreants so far.

3.  Durga Image destroyed in Khulna reports Daily Sun on 17th Sept 2011.

4. It is in the air that Hindus of Coxbazar are likely to boycott the Durga Puja this year to protest over hard regulation and persecution upon them.

The artisans are engaged in repairing the clay image of Goddess Durga as some unidentified miscreants damaged it at a temple in Khulna city on Friday on 16/09/2011.

DUET Islamists always try to put troubles to the Hindu Students in many ways.

Post Script :

Fresh violence was occurred in the DUET (Dahaka University of Enginnering and Technology) at Gazipur between the Muslims and the Hindu Student, when the later group was demonstrating in a road blockade in Dhaka-Gazipur-Shimultali Road after the Durga Mandop (Temporary installation house of the deity) was completely razed to ground by a Muslim group comprising 30-35 heads.

Sri Mridulkanti Das, Secretary  of ‘Vani Archna Samsad’  unit (i.e. the socio clutural observation furom for Sanatanis/Hindus) of the university conveyed that the respective administration had given the written permission to the Hindu students to perform the Durga Puja but a strong group of the Jamatees in the DUET students always propagate Islam in the university and put impediment to conduct any function of the Hindus in DUET and other UET campus as their anti-infidel agenda.

The General Hindu Students Union Of Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Gazipur (DUET) are now demanding a Permanent Hindu Temple in the DUET Campus. Already Muslims have managed their own fund by giving personal donation of each Hindu student. But the university Authority and some Muslim student have protested to make a permanent Hindu temple in the Campus. General Hindu studentas claimed “there is a three storied artistic Mosque but whenever we are trying to build a Hindu Temple by our own fund authority and some Muslim students are making obstacles even providing threat to stop the work of construction including Durga Puja.” It is the matter of regret that there are huge Hindu Students are reading in The DUET but they have no permanent Temple in the campus. The General Hindu Students are afraid, many Hindu Student are still confined in the campus. All Conscientious people should support them and raise voice against this discrimination as appealed by the Hindu Student Union in their flyer distrubuted at the time of agitation.

The whole matter is now intervened by Prof. Dr. Abu Nayeem Sheikh, in-charge of students’ welfare committee  and Prof. Abul Kasheem, Dean of Computer Deptt. of DUET. Policed reached the place to maintain the law and order as reported.

Despite of these menace tantamount to the minority Hindus in Bangladesh, the Home Minister in Bangladesh Sahara Khatun briefed the press that this year has the landmark to conduct 28000 pujas against the 27000 pujas held last year. Even she gave a statistics to increase of three puja mandops (pandals) this year in the capital of Dhaka touching the figure of 196 against last year’s 193 so far. The Minister reiterated the ‘peaceful’ and ‘no problem’ observance of Durga pujas under the instructed and designated Puja Samanoy Samity (Puja Coordination Committee) headed by District Magistrate in every districts to look after his jurisdiction.

But these pro Islamists never raise that glorious days of Bangladesh Hindus, when once only Dhaka was overwhelmed with more than 300 Durga pujas on her own with a celebration of 50000 Durga pujas with the periphery of today’s bangladesh some 60 years back. But it is encouraging that the various Hindu minority forums are struggling hard to protect their religious rights and continue the Hindu rituals and celebrations through many hardships in an Islamic State of Bangladesh.

So far  73 Puja  Mandops are declared as vulnerable  in the face   of attacks of the fanatic Muslims upon the deity or the   Hindu devotees engagaged in Durga Puja. This report has been published in  daily Jugantor    dated  28th Sept, 2011 within a report  ”প্রতিমা তৈরিতে ব্যস্ত সময় কাটছে শিল্পীদের” . But it is nothing but a tip of dangerous ice-berg that silently destroy the Hindu Minority Rights in Bangladesh. Actually thousands of Durgapuja are violated in  Bangladesh every year by the majority Muslims there.                                          …….
