Resolutions passed in the  third all-India Hindu Convention regarding Hindu Rashtra in Bharat for the protection, prosperity and peace of Global Hindus.

HjsPanaji | HJS Input |  28  June 2014::  Bharat and Nepal are self-materialised Hindu Nations. Every sect has a Nation that it calls its own. However, Hindus do not have a single Nation which they can call as their own. And hence, the Third All India Hindu Convention passed resolutions for the establishment of the Hindu Nation in Bharat and Nepal besides resolutions for a complete ban on Cow-slaughter, stopping insurgence from Bangladesh and finalisation of the policy for the protection of the Hindus world over. This information was given by the National Guide of Hindu Janjagruti Samiti H.H. Dr Charudatta Pingale during the press conference held here today. The conference was also attended by Prof. Madhav Bhattarai, the ‘Rajguru’ of Nepal and President of the Rashtriya Dharmasabha. Four hundred representatives of over 125 Hindu organisations from 20 States in Bharat as well as representatives from Bangladesh and Nepal participated in the Convention.

As per the ‘Common action Programme’ finalised during the Convention, it has been decided to organise 80 regional Conventions across 20 States and ‘Public Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas’ at 100 venues. H.H. Dr Pingale also informed that a decision has been taken during the Convention to work unitedly for providing assistance during the natural and man-induced calamities, and to implement a programme of ‘Self-defence training classes’ for strengthening of the Hindus.

Mr Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti informed that the Convention also passed the resolutions as given ahead. The BJP Government, which assumed power in the Centre recently should legislate Acts –

1. Act banning cow-slaughter throughout the country,

2. Common Civil Code giving equal rights to all citizens in the country according to the judgement passed by the Supreme Court and

3. Act banning religious conversion in order to preserve Hindu race.

The demands raised in the Convention include

1. Act to be legislated for deporting 5 crore Bangladeshi intruders in Bharat.

2. Enact the bill to grant citizenship to Hindus displaced from Bangladesh and Pakistan.

3. Awarding stringent punishment to those sheltering and providing help to intruders from Bangladesh. Mr Anil Dhir, National Secretary-General of Bharat Raksha Manch said that Hindu organisations have decided on the programme to implement a crash campaign to deport Bangladeshi intruders on the basis of prevalent Acts. Mr Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, President of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad informed that the Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad will be providing legal assistance and legal guidance for the programmes to be undertaken in the interest of the Nation and Dharma to devout Hindu organisations in 9 States.

All India Hindu Convention passes a resolution to declare Nepal as a Hindu Nation

Nepal has since time immemorial been identified as Vaidik Sanatan Hindu Nation in the form of a Devabhumi (Land of Deities), Shivbhumi (Land of Shiv), Tapobhumi (Land of penance), Dnyanbhumi (Land of knowledge) and Gorakshabumi (Land of protection of cows) under the rule of Deity Shri Pashupatinath; however, due to the anti-Hindu school of thought of the leftist, Nepal lost the status of the Hindu Nation and was declared a secular Nation. Presently, interim constitution 2063 is in force in Nepal, in which Secular republic status and Democracy have been made irreversible. Consequently, adversities on Dharma such as conversions, cow-slaughter have increased in Nepal. Besides, Nepal is on the verge of a religious-war. Eighty-two percent of the Hindus residing in Nepal are staunch followers of Sanatan Hindu Dharma. Most of them aspire that Nepal once again becomes a Hindu Nation. So that Nepal becomes Hindu Nation once again, this convention passes the resolution that,

1. This Convention supports morally, politically and at all the levels the local Hindus, who are making efforts so that Nepal be declared as a Hindu Nation.

2. Nepal’s Parliament should declare Nepal a Hindu Nation

3.The Secular Government of Bharat should not interfere directly or indirectly to crush the future movement to force the Nepal Government to declare Nepal as a Hindu Nation.

Resolutions passed in the third ‘All India Hindu Convention’ !

‘Uniform Civil Code’ should be enacted in the Nation.

The Convention demands that Common Civil Code according to the judgement passed by the Supreme Court should be enacted as soon as possible.

The Act to ban Cow-slaughter all over the country should be legislated

The third ‘All India Hindu Convention’ demands that ,

1. On immediate and strict implementation of the Act to ban cow-slaughter all over the country.

2. Strictly ban breeding, import and rearing of cows of foreign breed.

3. Cow should be declared as National animal.

‘Anti-conversion’ Act should be implemented in the Nation

The Convention proposes,

1. In view of the increase in the rate of religious conversion of Hindus all over Hindustan, Union Government should legislate effective law pertaining to religious conversion.

2. If anybody is converted by hatching a conspiracy, forcibly or through allurements, the individual responsible for the conversion should be given life term. If the converted individual happened to be minor, criminal responsible for the conversion should be awarded capital punishment.

3. Missionaries should not be allowed to perform social services, which may be conducive to religious conversion.

4. Christian missionaries should be banned from running orphanages or performing any other social service in tribal areas.

5. Other religious organisations should not distribute religious literature without the permission of the Government.

Above demands should be fulfilled immediately.

Bharat be declared a Hindu Nation !

Ever since the Creation of the Universe, Hindu Dharma is established for the welfare of the living beings. In order to preserve the line of thinking of Hindu Dharma, Hindu philosophy, Hindu Scriptures, Hindu culture, Hindu race and the Hindu Nation, the Hindus world over have to be awakened. Bharat should become motherland of the Hindus world over, so that the Hindus from every corner of the world can come to Bharat with full confidence, and no authority can deport them from this Holy land. Hence, we pass the resolution in this Convention that,

1. This Convention will take up whatever legal efforts that are required for declaring Bharat as Hindu Nation

2. This Convention is committed to giving all possible assistance to those, who will make efforts to make Bharat a Hindu Nation.

Ramnathi,  Goa | HE Input | 26 June  2014:: During the pre-last session of the seventh day of the Convention, Shri Promod Muthalik, Chief, Shri Ram Sene and Shri Upananda Brahmachari, Editor of Hindu Existence placed some other important resolutions in respect of establishment of Hindu Rashtra and the delegates and the participants of the conventions passed the resolutions with strong acclamation of ‘Jayatu Jayatu Hindu Rashtram’.

Resolutions regarding Atrocities upon Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka: Muslim Infiltration in Bharat, regarding Hindu Refugees and matters on Hindu dharmik affairs, Education and  Hindu Temple Trust – Shri Upananda Brahmachari.

  1. Govt of India should send delegation team in the respective countries to find the situations and solutions for the regular atrocities upon the Hindus in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
  2. The Bengali Hindus in Assam should not be kept in the list of ‘D’ (doubtful) voters. Hindus came from Bangladesh should not be kept in detention camps. The provisions for such harassment must be abolished.
  3. Five Crores Muslim infiltrators came to India from Bangladesh. They must be detected and must be sent back to Bangladesh. Side by side Hindus came from neighbouring countries for religious atrocities must be given citizenship rights in Bharat without any basis of ‘cut off dates’ as they have  actual origin in Bharat .

  1.  Any ‘Nastik’ (Non Believer) or Non Hindu must not be allowed  as member or chief for any Hindu Temple Trust and Institutions or any Dharmik programmes  like ‘Kumbh Mela’ etc.

  3. It is seen that the funds collected in Govt Controlled Hindu temple Endowment Boards are not used in proper Dharmik activities or Hindu benefits and sometimes it is used for the purpose of (non Hindu) minority people. So, the devout Hindus will give no donations etc. to the Govt controlled Temples.

Some other proposals for Dharma, Education and Minority affairs – placed by a devout Hindu.

  1. To finish the terrorism from this land, a strict law may be introduced like TADA and POTA.
  2. Minority Commission and Minority Ministry may be abolished.
  3. Definition of ‘Minority’ may clearly be defined.
  4. Dharmik syllabus in School curriculum may mandatorily be introduced.

Release of Hindu Saints illegally captivated in Jails under Congress Conspiracy – Shri Promod Muthalik.

  1. Under a nefarious design of then ruling party powers,  some Hindu saints are put in jails without proper charge sheets from 2008 and in recent under conspiracy. This Hindu Adhiveshan urges Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of  Bharat to take proper initiatives under  law to free such saints as they are supposed not to be guilty.

All the proposals were passed with strong ‘Jayatu Jayatu Hindu Rashtram’ acclamation of the unanimous majority of the delegates and participants of the Adhiveshan.

Hindu-Jain Unity to stop all slaughter-houses in Ahimsha Nagari at Palitana (Gujarat)! Hindus have to stop selling cows to the butchers!!

Posted by hinduexistence on February 21, 2014

STOP ISLAMIC TERROR OF COW KILLING. BAN COW SLAUGHTER JIHAD IN INDIA.

Finally, Palitana (Gujarat) to be free of slaughter-houses !

Ahimsha Yatra Mumbai-PalitanaHJS Source | Bhavnagar (Gujarat) | February 18, 2014:: Palitana, renowned place of pilgrimage of Jain community all over the world, will now be free of slaughter-houses. The fight undertaken for past several months by Jain Saint Pujya Shri. Viragsagar Maharaj has culminated in success after his march of 700 kms from Mumbai to Palitana and ‘Jagaran’ drive. District Collector, Katara assured that there would be no slaughter-house in the radius of 9 kms from Palitana. Also, Palitana city has been declared as ‘Ahimsa Nagari’ under law; therefore, orders were immediately issued against existing slaughter-houses.

1. More than 500 Jain sadhu- sadhvi took part in this agitation under leadership of Pujya Jainacharya Shri. Daulatsagar Sureeshwarji and Pujya Acharya Shri. Nandivardhansagar Maharaj.

2. Thousands of activists and citizens joined the agitation as they were motivated with speeches given by Swami Jainacharya Ashoksagar Sureeshwarji of ‘Simha Garjana’ and Shri. Labdhichandrasagarji Maharaj, a ‘Pravachankar’. The Administration tried to stop them from joining the agitation considering the large number of participants. (In the State of Narendra Modi, how can attempts be made to stop an agitation staged against slaughter-houses ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

3. A huge procession was taken out at Palitana concluding in front of District Collector’s office. Spontaneous ‘Bandh’ was observed in whole of Palitana area. Slogans were raised against cow-slaughterers, slaughter-houses and it was said that one who talked about protecting animals, would only rule Gujarat. District Collector rushed to Bhavanagar considering the anger amongst agitators. Jain Muni, however, insisted to meet him and discuss the matter. As a result, he had to go to Palitana. As he saw the rage amongst citizens on this issue, he immediately agreed for their demands.

4. There are more than 250 slaughter-houses at Palitana which is the holy land sanctified with the presence of Mahaveer and Teerthankar. This city has been declared as ‘Ahimsa Nagari’ under law; but cows are slaughtered in many unauthorized slaughter-houses every day breaking this law. (How could Modi’s administration not notice such breach of law and slaughtering of cows ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Saint Pujya Shri. ViragsagarMaharaj, therefore, undertook march covering 700 kms on foot, as per the wish of his disciples and citizens. He expressed satisfaction as the march was concluded with success.

Resolve to go round the whole country for making her free of cow-slaughter !

How many organizations of Hindus say such things ?

How many organizations of Hindus say to stop cow slaughter

Our squad of activists will be more vigilant than police through the medium of ‘Ahimsa Sangh’ wherever unauthorized cow-slaughter is taking place and through the local administration, these illegal things will be stopped. It is our primary need to protect cows and we will try our best to do it. We will accomplish our goal of making this country free of cow-slaughter by going round the whole country, stated Pujya Munishri Viragsagar Maharaj and he commended his activists who took part in this agitation.

Demands accepted by the State Administration

  1. All slaughter-houses operated in Palitana will be shifted out of the city, beyond 9 kms. Legal action will be taken against those who do not follow the law and the owner will be banished.
  2. Care will be taken even in future that there would not be any slaughter-house in Palitana as it has been declared as ‘Ahimsa Nagari’.
  3. It will be checked  at administrative level that there was no sale of meat, fish, eggs and liquor etc. in Palitana. Its propagation will be done through media and making public announcements over loudspeakers. Banners will be displayed on vehicles to give information.
  4. One ‘helpline’ will be started through which complaints will be attended. Patrolling will be increased in the area.

‘Veerbhogya Vasundhara’ means who sacrifices more, only rulers over the world.

Neither Congress nor BJP will stop cow-slaughter ! – Puri Shankaracharya

Cow Protection - Puri ShankaracharyaHJS Source | Prayag (Uttar Pradesh) | February 18, 2014:: ‘Political parties have become agents of cow-slaughtering in the name of increasing revenue; therefore, neither the Congress nor BJP will stop cow-slaughter. The Government is trying to destroy religious and spiritual seats of faith like ‘Ramsetu’ and it is taking this country to destruction in the name of development,’ stated Purvanmay Puri Peethadheeshwar Pujya Swami Shri. Nishchalanand Saraswatiji Maharaj while guiding devotees in ‘Magh- Mela’.

Few points from guidance given by Purvanmay Puri Peethadheeshwar Pujya Swami Shri. Nishchalanand Saraswatiji Maharaj

1. ‘Veerbhogya Vasundhara’ means who sacrifices more, only rulers over the world. In the present time, sacrifices made by Hindus are falling short compared to others. Muslims offer some part of their land for mosque; however, Hindus, given a chance, try to grab some portion of land even from temples.

2. Millions of Hindus have a dip in holy Ganga during ‘Magh- mela’, Kumbh-Mela’ etc; but make no special efforts for protection of Ganga.

3. Politicians are trying to declare, many persons as Saints for political gain. A former Prime Minister of Congress, P V Narasimha rao appointed one Saint as Shankaracharya; but remember, those who are making fake appointment of somebody as Shankaracharya, their destruction is inevitable.

4. The day is not far when politicians will be killed like carrots and radish on the roads

5. Today’s fake Dharmacharyas have become selfish. They will do nothing for nation and Dharma but want only benefits.

6. In present times, hybrid farming is a ploy of foreign countries to make us dependent on them for food.

7. Every taluka should have a ‘gou-shala’ for protection of cows.

8. Today, in the age of satellites, computers, cell phones, telephones etc. people have become more extroverted; there is no alternative for living fruitful life.

9. Our activity should be associated with science and Dharma. Those, who fail to do so, get eliminated within the span of 15, 25 or 40 years.

10. In the coming period, leadership of this country will be in the hands of spiritual seekers.

Bengali Hindu intellectuals please stop propagation of beef eating and cow slaughter.

Posted by hinduexistence on January 6, 2013

HINDU EXISTENCE FORUM IS DEDICATED WITH SAVE COW MOVEMENT ALONG WITH ITS ALL HINDUTVA ACTIVITIES. A NEW PAGE ADDED FOR COW PROTECTION IN BHARAT.

Bengali Hindu intellectuals please stop propagation of beef eating and cow slaughter……..

~Upananda Brahmachari.

vande-gau-mataram1As a Hindu, I deserve a special veneration to Mother Cow (Go Mata) alike Mother Earth, Mother Ganga or Mother Gayatri, the exponent of Vedas for the highest revelation of consciousness.

But, in my 30 years of  Hindu activism, I could not spare any special thrust for the Save Cow (Go Raksha) Movements until I join with Rashtriye Goraksha Sena (RGS) of Sri Ashoo Mongia in 2011. With the team of  RGS, the movement of Go Raksha got an impetus and I tried my level best to design a new dimension of this sacred movement in West Bengal in a practical level of  confrontation with the opponents supporting the rampant cow slaughter in West Bengal violating all the existing rules and regulations. In the same year I was acquainted with another Save Cow activist of Arya Samaj of West Bengal, Acharya Yogesh Shasrti whose association in the cause of Go Raksha gave me a continuous scope to widen the Save Cow Movement in West Bengal and adjacent States. The Bangiya Arya Pratinidhi Sabha is also associated with the judicial procedure for Banning the Cow Slaughter in West Bengal with its tireless efforts. I am fortunate so that I have got amply scope to render my technical support for the existing Court Cases connected with banning cow slaughter. I am also  engaged with building up an awareness generation for the protection of  Go Sampad (Assets) for the development of our country, as well as the protection of our Sanatan-Vedic-Hindu culture and heritage based upon our extreme veneration to Go Mata.

Now, I have been facing a very odd experience with my other fellows linked with Go Raksha Andolan (movement) coming from some quarters of  renowned Bengali Hindu Thinkers and Writers. These Hindu Activists (very few in number) are extremely engaged with propagating beef eating and consequently cow slaughter very wrongfully hurting the major Hindu sentiments. These persons are writing books, distributing leaflets with the propagation of beef eating and cow slaughter as a basic foundation and heritage of Hindu Dharma with a very suicidal measures to dismantle the Hindu respect and faith on Cow worship and Cow Protection as a Dharmik practice.

These persons are taking the help of some text Dr Ambedkar who acted as a chief antagonist of his Hindu counterpart by writing the defamatory Riddles In Hinduism in which he challenged the authenticity of Vedas and the identity of Hindutva.  In this book Dr Ambedkar tried to thrash out both Lord Rama and Lord Krishna to demoralize the Hindu practices in Bharat. With the help of quotations from Dr Ambedkar, the present Hindu writers and self proclaimed savior of Hindutva very scrupulously tried to infuse beef eating in the Hindus connected/influenced by them.

These persons are also the taking the help of some text of Swami Vivekananda, who in a clear confusion for beef-eating and was not an exponent of Vedas or Sanskrit Grammar or some technical pedagogy without which, the real meaning of Mantras (Hymns) aren’t revealed anyway.  These persons are also taking the confusing illustration of some Vedic Mantras lead to a wrong direction and helping the Muslim preachers who always try earnestly to offer a piece of cooked beef  to any Hindu to make it consumed by a Hindu in any method  to cross the  line of renounce for his religious restrictions above all. But,  these Hindu propagators of beef-eating are not ready to hear anybody to rethink over their anti-Hindu misdeed or to retry to understand the facts about the real heights of Go Mata in our Scriptures. And these Bengali Hindu Beef-maroons do not have the sufficient knowledge about the Vedas, nor they are ready to hear even the versions of Sri Chaitanya, Maharshi Dayananda, Sri Aurobinda or Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya about the Cow Protection discarding beef eating.

Some of such Bengali Hindu beef propagators, I think under some conspiracy beyond their imagination and being actually victim of certain Anti Hindu lobby, who are very tactfully using Hindu intellectuals against Hindus like a iron cuts the iron. I can say such two Hindu experts for ‘beef eating’ in West Bengal are Dr. Radhasyam Brahmachari and Rana Pratap Roy. Dr Brhmachari is an eminent Hindu Thinker and excellent writer of Hindu Philosophy, History, Religion (actually Dharma which is quite different from Religion) and best Bengali exponent of anti-Jihad. He was a senior professor of Applied Physics Department of Calcutta University and also adorned the presidential post of Vishwa Hindu Parishad of West Bengal Unit, who was rather expelled from mainstream Hindu organisations due to his embarrassing propagation of beef eating. Another, Sri Ranapratap Roy is an ex-service man (perhaps in the higher echelon in Indian Army) and is a key person in one Save India Mission, who thinks that eating beef is the most effective remedy to save India with much physical and mental strength. In their every discussion in the present days, they jointly propagate beef eating to strengthen our reactive power against anti-Hindu force, specially the Jihadi Islamic force.  What an irony that Muslims propagate beef eating to strenghtless our congenital bondage of Hindutva and these self proclaimed Hindu saviors think beef eating to strengthen our sense of Hindu heritage.

We earnestly urged these Hindu beef eaters to understand the Vedic reality and not to propagate the unauthentic Vedic-Hindu myth of Cow Sacrifice in Yajna (fire-sacrifice)  or beef eating, but they are discarding all of our points in a very fundamental way of Muslims under which they kill cows and eat beef only to hurt Hindu sentiments and creating communal disharmony. We have every answer for our Hind friends who madly propagate cow slaughter and beef eating, but they are only to rely the Secular and Muslim views against the Hindu Unity.

Even then, we urged all consciousness to spread  its strength of truth under the blessings of Cow Protection in the cause of Nation building. In the next portion we reproduce some pages from http://www.agniveer.com for this page dedicated for Go Raksha and Samvardhan (Protection and Development). We believe that the confused persons may get rid off their  hostility to kill cows and eat it cynically. We are also indebted to Dr Subramnian Swamy  for using one of his articles here for Cow Protection. Vande Gomataram!

Hindus Fighting to Save Cows in West Bengal. Mamata Banerjee, TMC and Police Promoting Cow Slaughter.

Posted by hinduexistence on October 13, 2012

West Bengal Politics, Administration, Police want to crush Hindu Organisations in West Bengal.

Under political pressure from Ruling Party (TMC), the West Bengal Police is plotting to ensure untroubled Cow Slaughter in maximum places very much illegally.

Hindu Existence (Special Investigating Team) | Kolkata |13-10-2012 :: Through its Valuable Judgements dt 02.11.2011 and 13-10-2011, the Honb’le Calcutta High Court categorically said that “the officials of the State and local bodies have no power to facilitate holding of markets for trading of cattle for sacrifice and also the movement of cattle for the said purpose on the occasion of Id-uz-Zoha”.  Earlier, the Supreme Court of India reiterated that “sacrifice of a cow on Bakr id Day is not an obligatory overt act for a Musalman to exhibit his religious belief and ideas”. In many occasions the appex court directed that “such slaughter cannot be a religious purpose because it is not a part of religious requirement for the Musalmans..”  In fine Cow slaughter in the name of Medicinal, Research or Religious purposes is strictly prohibited as per the directions given by the Honb’le courts time to time. In West Bengal one can procure beef from the authorised slaughter houses and permitted outlets, obviously not violating the West Bengal Animal Slaughter Control Act, 1950 in force.

But, unfortunately the Police in West Bengal allowing Animal Cruelty, Ghastly Slaughtering and Perilous Pollution in these days of ensuing Bakar Idd on 27th Oct, 2012, by violating Preventions of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act, 1960; Animal Transportation Act; WB Pollution Control Act; WB Animal Slaughter Control Act, 1950 and the relevant judgements  of different Hon’ble courts. The political and police nexus in different places in West Bengal is promoting local Cow markets (Garu-hat) and the illegal transportation for Cow Slaughter in ensuing Bakar Idd and taking huge amount of speed money-bribe from the unauthorized cow traders and transporters.

This news coming from every corners of West Bengal and the ruling TMC (All India Trinmool Congress) has framed a policy to allow maximum cow markets-cow slaughter for Bakar idd to satisfy its Muslim Vote Bank. For example, the Usthi PS has arranged an illegal Cow trade point just adjacent to Police Station itself (Northern side of PS, in between PS and Usthi Agricultural Nursery).  In Joynagar PS area, big cow markets are presently seen in Mouzpur and Biswanathpur villages. In Sahararhat (Falta PS), the Beef-eaters are canvassing such a illegal Cow market there on mike. Not only that, in some areas Police is trying illegal Cow Slaughter in new places under political pressure.

On 12-10-2012, Sri Sudip Singh (M. +919831115206). Officer-in-Charge, Usthi Police Station invited Sri Pintu Mahish of vill-Pianjganj for a discussion over a General Diary made by him (Pintu Mahish) on 4-10-2012 through registered post (book no. 9508, receipt no. 178). In course  of the discussion, Mrs. Papiya Sultana, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Falta Zone, Ph.  2448-0366 , M. +919874690988 , Fax-03174-241100), South 24 Parganas also appeared in that meeting very interestingly. Through out the meeting, the Police authority pressurized Pintu for negotiating a cow slaughter in Pianjganj village. A bold Pintu negated the proposal of Police to allow cow slaughter in that village only to satisfy the Muslim brothers and sisters of the Muslim Police Officer Papiya Sultana. Further he said to the police officials not to favour anybody but to uphold the law of the land and the verdicts of Hon’ble Courts. It is heard that the O/C of Usthi Police Station is hatching a plan to allow the cow slaughter by a crooked means and set a further meeting on 13-10-2012 evening. But, so far it is gathered that the Police has not formally invited the village leaders of Pianjganj in the All Party Meeting on 13-10-2012. But, a resolution may be adopted to permit an OPEN COW SLAUGHTER IN PIANGANJ VILLAGE violating all the rules in broad day light.

It was very much astonishing that an Officer-in-Charge is negotiating for an illegal cow slaughter in a convened meeting and a Deputy Superintendent of Police is trying to convincing their inability to do anything if such a cow slaughter may happen in a cattle house of a personal occupancy. All the proceedings say a police intention to allow an illegal cow slaughter in Pianganj area, where Hindus are united to resist it in both legal and agitational way.

Police and Rapid Action Force (RAF) also entered and enquired into the village of Pianjganj and took some sample of  posters of Bangiya Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Posters from the wall where a SAVE COW – SAVE NATION call was envisaged in connection of a Rashtra Raksha Sammelan (Protect the Nation Meet) on 09-10-2012 at Kolkata. The Kolkata Police did not allow that meeting to make a repression upon the Save Cow Activists and maintained the State Policy of Miss Mamata Banerjee (Chief Minister, West Bengal) to curb out all the Hindu Force from West Bengal step by step.

On the other hand, cross border cow transportation and cow-theft in rural areas in North 24 Pgs, South 24 Pgs, Nadia and Murshidabad are getting optimum rates due the inaction of BSF and State Police in West Bengal.

Banner-Posters of banned Rashtra Raksha Sammelan at Kolkata on 09-10-2012.

The Police is now trying to arrest the Save Cow Activists (Go Bhakta) in different place in West Bengal including in the area of Usthi Police Station.

But, the Go Bhaktas in West Bengal in various forums and in Bangiya Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, Arya Veer Dal, Rashtriya Go Raksha Mission, Rashtriya Go Sewa Manch, Manishika, Samarpan, Rashtriya Go Raksha Sena, Hindu Existence – Go Raksha Vahini etc. have been united to SAVE COWS IN WEST BENGAL.

In last two days in Kulti area (Burdwan) and Jharkhan Border, 67 Cows in Border areas, 15 Cows in Nirsa and 7 Cows in Kulti have been recovered from the illegal Muslim Cow Traders. 3 cows with valid documents were taken to the custody of Police to return the original owners to retain and not to be slaughtered any way in this critical juncture for avoiding any further tension.

In the last couple of days, the Save Cow Activists  had recovered 5 Cows from Salt Lake IT Sector (Techno-polish) and put in the safe custody of Rajasthan G0 Kalyan Trust Goshala near Barasat. These cows were being transported in a very small vehicle (Chotta Hathi) very wretchedly violating various attracted section of law. Now, Firhad Hakim (Bobby), Urban Development Minister of West Bengal is trying hard to take those 5 Cows for (fake) petting. Then why that vehicle on which the cows were being transported was superscribed with “KURBANIR GARU” on its window screen? It is reported that some Muslim fanatics and the group of Bobby Hakim have given a bond of Rs. 70,000/= to take out the Cows from the Goshala.

The position of Cow protection in West Bengal is in a very vulnerable position as the Ruling Party is not maintaining the Verdict of Hon’ble Supreme Court of Indian and Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta. In many places Police and local administration are allowing illegal Cow Markets (Garu-hat) and Cow transportation as narrated above, though totally banned by the Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta.
The tensions related to hurting Hindu sentiments by slaughtering cows at various places in the event of  Bakar idd may affect the peace and harmony of the State. And it is not desirable anyway.
………………….
Despite all these, some sincere and patriot Police officials are exceptionally endeavouring hard to protect the Cow-Wealth in the light of exactness of the law and the judgements of Hon’ble Courts.
Arya Veer Dal Bangal, Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Bengal, Rashtriya Go Raksha Mission Rashtriya Go Sewa Mission, Hindu Existence – Goraksha Vahini and all other Cow Protection Groups and Forums in West Bengal met recently and vowed to SAVE COWS IN WEST  BENGAL at any cost.

BAN ON HOLY COW. KNOW THESE FACTS.

  • Like MP, other BJP-ruled states such as Gujarat have banned cow slaughter and the sale, purchase and transportation of beef. The Karnataka Prevention of Slaughter and Preservation of Cattle Bill, 2010, is awaiting the Governor’s assent. The bill too includes the search-and-seizure clause, but it is vested with policemen above the rank of sub-inspector.
  • Tamil Nadu bans cow slaughter but not the consumption of beef.
  • In Punjab and Haryana, cow slaughter is a criminal offence. The sale of beef is banned but consumption is not penalised.
  • Maharashtra bans the killing of cows but bullocks, female buffaloes and calves can be killed on getting a fit-for-slaughter certificate.
  • West Bengal’s Animal Slaughter Control Act bans the slaughter of healthy cows with offences carrying jail terms of up to six months. There is no ban on the consumption of beef or slaughter if carried out in government or municipal slaughterhouses after a certificate from a veterinarian. The act exempts slaughter for religious purposes. The Supreme Court has said however that such exclusions are illegal. [reproduced from Telegraph.Kolkata.]

Indian breed Cows are most beneficial than foreign breeds. Save ‘Vechur’ and ‘Kasargode’ like Heritage Cow breeds. Stop Cow slaughter in India.

Posted by hinduexistence on January 9, 2012

Indian breed Cows are most beneficial than foreign breeds. Holy Indian Cow breeds give us healthier, life-saving, most fortified and nectar like milk. Actually the cow progeny was considered as Cow-Wealth and it was considered as the back bone of Indian agriculture, health, economy and cultural development. Cows are considered so holy to all Arya-Hindu roots for ever and not to be killed anyway for any purpose. But for dismantle the Indian system, foreign breeds/products are imported in every respect for seed, cows, fertilizers, pesticides, day-to-day consumer products to weaken us in every foot-step. Why should we accept foreign things, while we may produce best from our soil and toil? Please take the vow to accept SWADESHI (Indigenous Breeds/Products) and arouse SWABHIMAN (Self Reliance) to make our MOTHERLAND as “World Mother” and the “Viswa Guru” (World Teacher). Read the following eye opener in the field of Indian breeds of Holy Cows. Vande Gomataram !! ~ Upananda Brahmachari.

Cattle class: native vs exotic

Kerala is feeling the ill-effects of an official policy that favoured disease-prone crossbreeds over low-maintenance native breeds.

Visitors flow in and out of Chandran Master’s compound in P. Vemballur, Thrissur, Kerala. Students, teachers, trainees in animal husbandry work and even officials walk around like it’s a public space. And in some ways, it is. People come a distance to see his 22 cows and two bulls — mostly from rare indigenous breeds. Also, the many kinds of mango, bamboo and fish he has cultivated, again species native to India. The former English teacher also boasts a classic Kathiawari horse and several native breeds of poultry. But the star attractions are the tiny Vechur — “the world’s smallest cow” — and other dwarf varieties of Kerala cattle.

The visitors’ interest also reflects a growing concern in the State about the fate of domestic breeds of cattle and other livestock. Like elsewhere, a strong emphasis on crossbred cattle that aimed at higher milk production also saw a sharp decline in native animals. There is now a serious debate on the results of that approach. Kerala’s cattle population declined by around 48 per cent between 1996 and 2007.

CHANGED STANCE

Dr. R. Vijayakumar, Director of Kerala’s Animal Husbandry Department (AHD), says the State’s new breeding policy “limits exotic [that is, non-native] germplasm to 50 per cent of cattle. We are now also propagating native breeds. We even conduct artificial insemination with the semen of native bulls.” And while the number of animals may have fallen between 1996 and 2007, “milk productivity of cows in the State rose in that period. From an average of six litres a day to 8.5 litres, even as crossbreeds came to account for 87 per cent of Kerala’s cattle.”

However, the cost of milk production is much higher with the crossbreeds. The feed requirement of native dwarf breeds like Vechur and Kasargode are very minor. Their feed-to-milk conversion is very good. The crossbreeds are high-maintenance animals and are disease-prone. “See this Vadakara Dwarf,” says Chandran Master. “I doubt I spend five to ten rupees on her feed daily. Still she gives me three to four litres. But the quality of her milk is highly prized and I could get Rs.50 a litre for it. So even in that way, the benefit is greater. There is no high standard of feed required either. Kitchen scraps and leftovers can be used. And they don’t require special sheds or anything.” He, however, does not sell milk. He does sell “very few calves each year when the numbers exceed my capacity to manage.”

Of the Vechur, he says its milk has medicinal qualities recorded by Ayurveda ages ago. In more recent times, studies at the Kerala Agricultural University have also shown the percentage of fats and total solids of the Vechur cow to be higher than that found in crossbred cows. The smaller size of the fat globules in the Vechur’s milk makes it more suitable for infants and the sick.

AHD Director R. Vijayakumar says the decline of native species had many causes. Not just the castrations of ‘non-descript’ varieties that had occurred in a much earlier period. He points to “the trend towards cash crops which brought about a decline in animal-based agriculture and to a younger generation of farmers with no time or patience for rearing large animals — they prefer smaller ruminants. And to a greater interest in crossbreeds due to their higher milk productivity.”

HARDY AND HEALTHY

But costs and maintenance are another matter. “Before I switched to local breeds in 1994,” says Chandran Master, “I had three crossbreds, including one Swiss Brown. I had to spend up to Rs.400 a day on each. The feed was very costly and over Rs.200 a day. Pellet feed, rice powder, wheat powder, oil cake, green grass, it’s endless. They would fall ill all the time and the vet was here every week, with each visit costing me Rs.150 apart from the expense of arranging a vehicle for him.”

Since making his switch: “No vet has attended my cows for 17 years. And I have not even insured a single one of them. These are hardy, healthy creatures.” And several experts do point out that India’s native cattle (Bos indicus) have evolved to cope with the climate and to “withstand diseases, parasites and calve easily without human assistance.” Scientists like Dr. Sosamma Iype, who pioneered the revival of the Vechur at KAU, also point out that these dwarf animals “have good resistance to foot and mouth disease and mastitis. Both, diseases which plague crossbred cows in Kerala. Vechur cattle also have a far lower incidence of respiratory infections.”

Most livestock owners in Kerala are either small or marginal farmers or even landless. The State has the highest percentage of crossbreeds in the country. And while its average milk yield has risen, production is far below demand. The State is not amongst the top producers in the country. Feed utilisation per litre of milk is also one of the highest in India. Critics say it’s wrong to ignore the steep fall in cattle numbers and native breeds that has hurt the State, alongside decades-old policies that made it illegal for a farmer to keep any bull without a licence for it. That licence is only granted at the level of State Director of the AHD.

Technically, Chandran Master and others are breaking the law. But surely the State has no way of knowing whether a farmer is keeping an “illegal” bull? “A hostile panchayat can make life hell for a farmer,” says one expert. “If that farmer is at odds with the ruling outfit of that panchayat, they can keep him in court for months.”

RED TAPE NIGHTMARE

Haritha Bhoomi (Green Earth) a journal on agriculture recently summed up the red tape involved in permissions of any kind: Say a farmer wishes to exceed the limit of six large animals and 20 head of poultry, even by a minor number. He needs clearances from the panchayat to just start the process. If you exceed the quota, you have to go to the Pollution Control Board. Depending on the size of the establishment you wish to build, you will need certificates from the District Town Planner. Perhaps even from the State Chief Town Planner. Manage to get these done and you have to prepare a technical report for the panchayat and get three or four certificates from them. Then the farmer must get clearances from the district medical officer to whom he has to submit NOCs from all residents within 100 metres of his planned farm.

On my first visit to Chandran Master’s home I had run into a Livestock Inspector (LI) from another region. Wishing to remain unnamed, he told me “On most of my visits I see the problems faced by the crossbreeds. They fall ill with the slightest change in climate. They cannot take the heat.” Chandran Master chipped in: “You cannot sleep one night peacefully. Crossbreds can’t stand ten minutes of rain. With local breeds, you don’t even need cowsheds.” The LI nodded: “If I keep a cow, it will be a Vechur.”

(PS: Following Thursday’s story in The Hindu, the Sahabaghya Vikash Abhiyan, a community-based body deeply involved in Kalahandi’s agriculture, has announced it will gift Chandran Master two calves of the rare Khariar breed. The challenge now is to transport them from western Orissa to Thrissur in Kerala.)
