   There is nothing she can do except postponing assaults. Basic structure of Islam, its tenets, and its belief leave no room for tolerance for religious minorities.

   I always think what kind of behavior should be expected from people who are told by their God to be best and superior.

   And remember Islamists in Bangladesh want to expand their borders too; Awami league is very much a part of this project.

   I was watching a documentary on Jerusalem and found Islams intolerance against other religion started from the very begging of its origination. They have done it every where and in Bangladesh minorities are the target.
   It is happening in Nigeria happened in Sudan.
   It seemed to me they are in adolescence stage of the life cycle of their religion.

   Does not listen to others ; does not care about others opinion.

   Even in some countries they kill their own community (happening in middle-east.)
   It will take another 100 years for them to understand what humanity means.

A Muslim can never be the believer of tolerance and peaceful co -existences of mankind.It is evident in all Muslim majority countries of the world.Individually there may be any exception but collectively they are dangerous for the minorities as well as the peace loving people of the WORLD !

   I am a Bangladeshi Hindu, I live in Dallas Texas. I saw today’s newspaper about destruction in Ramu Buddha Bihar temple which is one of the oldest temple in Cox’sbazar. I am so touched with that. We have now opportunity though Sheik Hasina in New York, please connect with her and ask her what kind of steps they have taken so far for arresting those perpetrator Muslim people. Otherwise we will go to UN to face off them.

   Coming from North Demsha, Satkania,Ctg,Bangladesh

   Today, the Sunday,19th January,2014 at 9 pm, while preparing this manuscript at least 30 people of 7 families remain under open sky in this chilly night. They become homeless as a result of planned firesetting in the village north Demsha of Satkania Upazilla on 16th January at around 1.30 pm. We have made an attempt to prepare a sketch on the information obtained from the affected &administration.

   Alo Rani Das: I received a phone call once at about 10 pm but felt sleep because the conversion was indistinct. Then my sleep was interrupted with the cracking sound of bamboos. Came out of the house barehanded & found fire all around. I started shouting loudly to become faint soon after. Fire brigade from Keranihat came about 55 minutes later.

   Haradhon Das: I went to Padua, Satkania to my daughter’s father in laws house with puffed rice with molasses mixed puffed rice on the occasion of “Poush Festival”. Having the news I came back and saw everything is finished.

   Juthika Das: Busted into tears, could not tell anything.

   Kancheon Das: There was no political conflict of anybody with us. This firing happened all at once after the election. You can guess, what may be the cause?

   Naryan Das: I doubt about my survival. How to go to the market? we are living in panic with the family members. When they will set fire again? If we would not wake up we would die in sleep.
   Officer in charge, Police station, Satkania Mr. Khaleque: The case was filled last night. We keep on trying. The suspect cannot be mentioned. Hopefully we will reach a decision soon.

   Mr. Ramjan Ali, Chairman of Satkania union: I was at Coxs Bazar when the incidence took place. There was a phone call at 4.00 pm. I could not hear because the ring tone was left silent. I rushed to village next morning. I had a talk with O.C. I also talked to UNO. We arranged a meeting at Demsha school field yesterday. We applied to government describing the loss of wealth taka 16 Lucks. I really do not know the culprit. Fire may be set by somebody. Because there was no burner at the source of fire. But I cannot comment exactly who set it.
   The incidence happened on 16th January. It may be the continuation of post election violence or it maybe a separate event. Whatever it is, the judgment lies with the administration. But today at this moment, we at least feel to stand by the side of this homeless & horrified 30 people of 7 families.

    পিরোজপুরের মঠবাড়িয়া উপজেলার তুষখালী ইউনিয়নের চেয়ারম্যান শাহজাহান হাওলাদার-এর ছেলে শামীম হাওলাদার একই গ্রামের সুমন বেপারীর বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা মামলা দিয়ে হয়রানি করছে বলে অভিযোগ পাওয়া গেছে।

    আওয়ামী লীগের সমর্থক পরিচয় দেয়া শামীম পুলিশ প্রশাসনকে টাকা দিয়ে ম্যানেজ করে এসব অনিয়ম করছে।

    খোঁজ নিয়ে জানা গেছে, তুষখালী ইউনিয়নের সংখ্যালঘু ওই পরিবারটির জমিজমা দখল করাই শামীমের উদ্দেশ্য।

    ভুক্তভোগী সুমন বেপারী বিবার্তাকে জানান, লেখা পড়া শেষ করে গ্রামে থাকতে চাওয়াটাই আমার অপরাধ। শামীম হাওলাদারকে সাথে নিয়ে একটি এনজিও ব্যবসা করতে চেয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু তার আচরণে দ্রুত সে ব্যবসা বন্ধ করে দেই। যখন এক সঙ্গে ব্যবসা করতাম তখনই সে আমার চেক চুরি করে।

    দীর্ঘদিন পর সেই চেকে স্বাক্ষর জাল করে আমার নামে ১৫ লাখ টাকার চেকের মামলা দেয়। ওই মামলায় দুর্বল করতে না পেরে কৌশল পরিবর্তন করে। এবার আমার বিরুদ্ধে হুমকী দেয়ার একটি জিডি করে।

    সুমন জানান, যে চেকটি দিয়ে আমার নামে মামলা করা হয়েছে সেটি আমার লেখা চেক না। আমি আদালতে বিজ্ঞ ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট এর সামনে বলেছি, এই চেকের স্বাক্ষর যদি আমার হয়, তাহলে আপনি যে সাজা দেবেন তা মেনে নেব। তখন ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট আমার স্বাক্ষর পরীক্ষা করে দেখেন ওটা আমার দেয়া চেক না। তিনি আমাকে জামিন দিয়ে দেন।

    এরপরই শামীম আমার নামে একটি জিডি করে। পুলিশকে টাকা পয়সা দিয়ে আমার বিরুদ্ধে তদন্ত রিপোর্ট দেয়ায়।

    সুমন বলেন, জিডির তদন্ত অফিসার এসআই সহিদুল ইসলাম শামীমের সাথে যোগসাজসে আমার বিরুদ্ধে রিপোর্ট দিয়েছে। আমি উপজেলা আওয়ামী লীগ ও বিএনপি নেতাদের সঙ্গে বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছি। সবাই ওর বিরুদ্ধে মামলা করতে বলেছে। তারা আমার সঙ্গে থাকবে।

    তিনি বলেন, আমি হিন্দু মানুষ মামলায় ভয় পেতাম। তাই এতদিন মামলা করিনি। এখন দেখছি ওর বিরুদ্ধে আমাকে দাড়াতে হবে। কাল থেকে আমিও মামলা-মোকদ্দমায় যাব।

    আক্ষেপ করে সুমন বেপারী বলেন, আমার পিতা-মাতা দুজনই অসুস্থ। আমাদের জমিজমার দিকে শামীমের নজর পড়েছে। আমরা দেশ ছেড়ে ভারত গেলেও ওদের চাঁদাবাজির হাত থেকে রক্ষা পাব না।

    তিনি আরো বলেন, এই শাহজাহান চেয়ারম্যান দশ বছর আগে নৌকার মাঝি ছিল। অবৈধ ব্যবসা করে সে এখন দেশের শীর্ষ ধনী হয়ে গেছে। আর মাত্র তিন মাস পর চেয়ারম্যান নির্বাচনের তফসিল ঘোষণা হবে। মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে যাচ্ছে। সেজন্য শেষ বারের মতো মানুষের জমিজমা-টাকা পয়সা যা পারছে দখল করছে। তুষখালী ইউনিয়নের এমন কোনো মানুষ নেই যে শাহজাহানের কুকর্মের খবর জানে না।

    পিরোজপুর প্রতিনিধি: পিরোজপুর জেলার মঠবাড়িয়া থানাধীন তুষখালী ইউনিয়নের চেয়ারম্যান মোঃ শাহজাহান হাওলাদার-এর পুত্র মোঃ শামীম হাওলাদার সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায়ের উপর হয়রাণীমূলক মামলা দিয়ে সংখ্যালঘুদের মানসিকভাবে দুর্বল করে ফেলছে। শামীম আওয়ামী লীগকে সমর্থন করে বিধায় থানার পুলিশ প্রশাসন নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে কষ্ট হয় না। টাকা-পয়সা খরচ করে অনিয়মকে নিয়ম করে ফেলে খুব সহজে।
    তুষখালী ইউনিয়নের সংখ্যালঘু একটি পরিবারের উপর সম্প্রতি হয়রাণীর খবর পেয়ে এবিসিবাংলার প্রতিবেদক তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে জানতে পারে শামীম হাওলাদার প্রথমে সুমন বেপারীর ৫,০০,০০০/- (পাঁচ লক্ষ) টাকার একটি চেকের মামলা দেয়। ঐ মামলায় তাকে দুর্বল কিংবা গ্রেফতার না হওয়ায় কৌশল পরিবর্তন করে আবার একটি হুমকি মামলা দেয়া হয়। এইভাবে মামলার মাধ্যমে হয়রাণী সংখ্যালঘু সম্প্রদায় দিন দিন মানসিকভাবে এবং অর্থনৈতিকভাবে দুর্বল হতে চলছে। হুমকি মামলার তদন্ত অফিসার-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হলে বিষয়টি খুবই পরিষ্কার হয়ে যায়। তদন্তকারী অফিসার এস.আই সহিদুল প্রথমে অস্বীকার করে। পরে আবার স্বীকার করে। তদন্তের ব্যাখ্যাটি পক্ষপাত বলেও মনে হয়। সে তদন্ত কাজটি করে ৩০/৮/২০১৫ইং তারিখ সকাল ৭ টায়। ভোর বেলায় সে ৫ জন স্বাক্ষীর সাক্ষ্য নেয় ঘটনার সত্যতা জানার জন্য। সময়টা খুবই সকাল বেলা কিভাবে ৫ জন লোকের বাড়ীতে উপস্থিত হয়। এ সময়টাতে অনেক ঘুম থেকেও উঠে না, কিন্তু এস.আই সহিদুল থানা থেকে প্রায় ৮/৯ কিলোমিটার দূরত্বে গিয়ে সবার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে ঐ দিনই কোর্টে তদন্ত রিপোর্ট জমা দেয়। এ ব্যাপারে সে আদৌ বিবাদী সুমন বেপারীর সাথে যোগাযোগ করেনি বা যোগাযোগ করার ইচ্ছাও করেনি। সবকিছু বাদীর ইশারায় করেছে বলে মনে হয়। ঘটনার ১নং স্বাক্ষীদাতা দুলাল জমাদ্দার এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হলে তিনি জানান, আমি এ ব্যাপারে কিছুই জানি না তবে শুনেছি এ রকম একটা ঘটনা ঘটেছে। দুলাল জমাদ্দার আরও বলেন যদি প্রয়োজন হয়ে থাকে তবে কোর্টে গিয়েও স্বাক্ষী দেব। দুলাল জমাদ্দার বর্তমানে তুষখালী ইউনিয়নের মেম্বার। সে চেয়ারম্যানের একজন আস্থাভাজন মেম্বার। সুবিধা বুঝে সে কথা বলে। তবে সকলের টার্গেট সংখ্যালঘুর উপর। এস.আই সহিদুল-এর নিরপেক্ষতা নিয়ে সবার প্রশ্ন উঠেছে। তার তদন্ত রিপোর্ট কোন স্বার্থে করেছে বিনিময়ে কত লাভবান হয়েছে? তার এই রিপোর্ট তুষখালী ইউনিয়ন-এর সংখ্যালঘুদের জন্য বড় রকম একটি ক্ষতির সম্ভাবনা তৈরি হয়েছে। ভবিষ্যতে এর দায়ভার কে গ্রহণ করবে?

    বর্তমানে আমি অসুস্থ পিতা-মাতা, স্ত্রী ও শিশুকন্যা নিয়ে নিরাপত্তাহীনতার মধ্যে দিন কাটাচ্ছি। আমার জীবিকা নির্বাহের পথও প্রায় বন্ধ। শামীম হাওলাদার (মুঠোফোন- ০১৯৭৫১৬৭০০৫), পিতা শাহজাহান হাওলাদার (মুঠোফোন- ০১৭৪৫৪৬৪৭৫১) তার লোকজন নিয়ে বারবার আমার জীবননাশের হুমকি দিচ্ছে, আরও রয়েছে পুলিশি হয়রানি ও মামলা।
    অতএব, আমার আকুল আবেদন, এ ব্যাপারে আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠান এর মাধ্যমে যথাবিহিত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করে আমার ও আমার পরিবারের নিরাপদে বেঁচে থাকার অধিকার নিশ্চিত করুন।
