Congress leader Imran Masood who is INC  Candidate for Saharanpur LS, abusing Sri Narendra Modi in filthy mouth and threatens to cut Modi into pieces. CECI Plz remove this Congress zealot from election as an exemplary punishment.

The whole Nation is going to participate in to the greatest festival of Indian democracy, The General Election 2014, in a very unique manner of  unity, fraternity and understanding each others under the control of Election Commission of India. The noble mission of ECI is praiseworthy and we salute ECI for its efficient operation of the entire election with a high responsibility.

ECI has strong resolution to stop all maladies,  anomalies, hatred, muscle-money power mongering and subversiveness in this process of pious election procedures.

In this context we want to crave your strong intervention for the under-noted matter.

On 27 March 2014, Indian National Congress candidate from Saharanpur Lok sabha constituency,  Mr. Imran Masood threatens to kill Sri Narendra Modi, the BJP Prime Ministerial Candidate in General Election 2014 in a election campaign attended by cent percent Muslim voters.

The portions of that dangerous campaign has been caught and telecast by some electronic media including India Today TV, where eminent TV journalist Sri Rajant Sharma was seen as anchor for that footage of the concerned matter.

It is seen in that video footage that Mr Imran Masoond, the Cong Leader and the Cong LS candidate  abusing BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi saying that he will “chop Modi into small pieces.”

“UP is not Gujarat. There is only 4 per cent Muslim population in Gujarat but  there are 42 per cent Muslims here in Uttar Pradesh. I will fight against Narendra Modi because I know how to give a fitting reply to him. We will cut him into pieces…” Masood is heard saying in the video.

Later, Mr. Imran Masood denied his version against Modi while interrogated by the media persons. That is also put in this video footage published in the internet and India TV.

We are apprehending a great repercussion from such inflammatory communal speech and hatred made by Mr. Imran Masood in Saharanpur Lok Sabha Constituency, the entire Urttar Pradesh and beyond.

Mr. Imran Masood personally attacked Sri Narendra Modi, the Prime ministerial candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party and Lok Sabha contestant from Varanasi (UP)  and Vadodara (Gujarat), with filthy languages.

Mr. Imran Masood created a division between the 4% Muslims in Gujarat and the 42% Muslims (as Masood claimed) in Gujarat as the 42% Muslims of UP has greater strength to attack Sri Narendra Modi to finish him.

In such a way, Mr. Imran Masood created a hatred and communal feelings by dividing the mass in Hindu-Muslim basis as Mr Imran Masood and his followers in that meeting were Muslims and Sri Narendra Modi is a Non Muslim.

And finally, Mr Imran Masood, the Cong contestant from Saharanpur Lokshabha, openly threatened that he will cut Sri Narendra Modi into small pieces to finish him.

Muslim leaders of different parties are habitual offenders to threaten Hindu people and leaders  for dire consequences. We may not forget the speech of Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi of AIMIM where he threatened to finish the majority Hindu people in India within 15 minutes if the police and army could be lifted for that time.

In this situation We demand strong action by so that:

1. The candidature of Mr. Imran Masood, the INC candidate in Saharanpur be cancelled under appropriate provisions for inciting communal hatred, giving threat to kill the opponent and making a personal attack upon a candidate with filthy language.  The above narrations are hereby supplemented by some video link which may be verified by the Hon’ble ECI.  [Link -1], [Link-2], [Link-3].

2. The safety and security of Sri Narendra Modi can be ensured to foil such any attack upon him by any terrorist elements including the conspiracy of Mr. Imran Masood.

3.  As it is seen that the Muslim leaders in different political parties are exercising the communal way of campaign, video footage of every election campaign for all Muslim candidates may be mandatorily captured and analyzed whether the MCC (model code of conduct) is violated or not.

We think that this letter will see a positive end to stop such communal propaganda by subversive elements to vitiate entire election process and progress.

Imran Masood arrested after ‘chop Modi’ remark, Rahul Gandhi cancels Saharanpur rally

Press Trust of India | Saharanpur | March 29, 2014:: Congress Lok Sabha candidate Imran Masood was on Saturday arrested on charges of hate speech in which he threatened to “chop” Narendra Modi “into pieces”, remarks that led to an FIR being filed against him by police besides sparking an outrage.

Meanwhile, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has called off Saharanpur rally following the arrest of Imran Masood.

Masood was arrested in the wee hours, police said. Congress had distanced itself from the remarks by Masood, who is contesting from Saharanpur, saying it abjures violence whether of language or otherwise while BJP had condemned it as inflammatory and dragged Congress President Sonia Gandhi into the controversy.

A video footage of the election rally in Saharanpur, showing Masood attacking the BJP Prime Ministerial candidate, had gone viral on the web.

“If Modi tries to make Uttar Pradesh into Gujarat, then we will chop him into tiny pieces…I am not scared of getting killed or attacking someone. I will fight against Modi. He thinks UP is Gujarat. Only 4 per cent Muslims are there in Gujarat while there are 42 per cent Muslims in UP,” he had said.

However, he later apologised for his remarks, saying, “I should have been more cautious with my words” and that the same were said in the heat of electioneering.

UP Inspector General of Police (Law and Order) Amrendra Sengar said an FIR has been registered against Masood at Deoband police station of Saharanpur.

Sengar told reporters in Lucknow that the Congress nominee has been booked under section 125 (promoting enmity between classes in connection with election) of the Representation Of The People Act, and various IPC sections.

Five pending cases against Congress’ Imran Masood

According to the affidavit filed by Masood for contesting Lok Sabha polls, four cases were pending trials in Saharanpur courts and one in district court in Lucknow.

The cases were filed under different sections of Indian Penal Code (IPC), including cheating (Section 420), forgery of valuable security (Section 467), forgery for purpose of cheating (Section 468) and voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty (Section 332) among others, the affidavit said.

Besides, a case is being heard against him for charges of intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace (Section 504 of IPC) and punishment for criminal intimidation (Section 506) among others, it said.  Read full report here in TOI.
