Racket busted in WB Medical Entrance 2016 with an absurd success of Muslims from six exam centers.

Plan chalked out by Al-Ameen Mission to capture Medical, Engineering, Police and Administrative fields by Muslims in West Bengal. 

Big scam apprehended in WBJEEB’s Medical Entrance 2016 where huge numbers of Muslim candidates are found successful defeating both the Islamic population and literacy rate in the state. CBI probe demanded in Calcutta High Court.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Kolkata | Jan 15, 2017:: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board+ which was formed in the year 1962 for the purpose of holding Common Entrance Examinations (CET) for admission to the Undergraduate Level Engineering Courses and now conducting the CET for the admission in Medical, Dental, Engineering & Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture in Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self Financed Institutes in the State  of West Bengal is now under a scanner  of Calcutta High Court for an serious allegations in the angel of alleged connection with an Islamic Educational Institute which recorded an unbelievable and absurd success for its candidate appeared in WBJEE 2016 for Medical stream.

Al Ameen Mission+, the pioneer Muslim educational institution in West Bengal established in 1987 with its wing as Al-Ameen Mission Study Circle+ for imparting training for JEE (Medical & Engineering) and WBCS Exam, has registered such a success rate in WBJEE-2016 in the Medical stream that cast a new light in educational corruption in Bengal with an Islamic tangent most alarmingly.

Getting chance through any competitive examination by any individual belonging to any caste or community is not prohibited anyway. But, system cannot allow itself to favour anybody or group with a means of corruption or conspiracy.

Through an writ petition filed in Calcutta High Court by one Samir Das of an anti-corruption org Swaraj India, it is revealed that the said Al-Ameen Mission Study Circle did a miracle by garnering 618 successful Muslim candidates in 2016 from their institution out of 4000 successful candidates of all categories as published by the WBJEE Board after a Court direction earlier.

From a check of details of these 4000 successful candidates a high of 1134 Muslim names were found in the list published by the WBJEE Board. As such the success rate of Muslims in this JEE Medical stream is 28.35%.

Interestingly, the Muslim candidates trained in Al-Ameen Mission Study Circle were mainly facilitated with sitting arrangements for WBJEE 2016 in Santragachi Kedarnath Institution (Center Code 579312), Budge Budge Institute of Technology- BBIT (Center Code 589111),  Nehru Balika Vidyalaya-Domjur (Center Code 579512), Om Dayal Group of Inst.-Uluberia (Center Code 579112), Mitra Institution Kolkata (Center Code 581612)  and Seacom Engineering College- Uluberia (Code No. 579113), where they were found successful to the extent of over 90%.

From these six centers, total 692 Muslim candidates were included in the list of successful 760 candidates as published by WBJEEB for the Medical entrance 2016. From a check it has been divulged that the success rate of Muslim candidates in these six centers touched an unbelievable 91% where the Al-Ameen candidates are the sole gainer (618 from Al-Ameen Study Center as published in Bengali daily Bartaman dt 15.01.2017).

The petitioner of the instant case and other petitioners in another case in the Calcutta High Court vide WP No 18303 of 2016 being Raj Kumar Mukherjee & ors. -vs- West Bengal Joint Entrance Board & ors think a greater scam in the WBJEE Medical of 2016.

on Aug 26, 2016, hundreds of medical aspirants mobbed the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board office at Rajarhat demanding that the board should publish marks obtained by students alongside their ranks.

Then WBJEE Board did not publish the merit list reflecting the marks obtained by the candidates culpably, but allowed students to make an assessment of their scores by uploading model answer keys on the board website. This made the aspirants agitated in many numbers who had calculated their scores based on the model answer keys. But felt that their ranks could not correspond to their scores. The aggrieved candidates then openly alleged a foul play in the making of the merit list.

On 2nd Sept 2016, the WBJEEB published a merit list of 4000 successful candidates mentioning Roll No, DOB, Marks and OMR under a direction of Calcutta High Court as ordered in  writ petition no.  WP 17757 of 2016. But the authority removed the same from office notice board within some days. Then the conspiracy loomed large.

It is a stumbling growth of Bengal Muslims in the higher competitive examinations crossing their percentage of population and literacy rates. When West Bengal has its 27.01% Muslim population and only 23.42% Muslims are literate as per 2011 census, then 28.35% Muslims are now crowned with their success in Medical entrance in West Bengal.

When the Sachar Committee reported on the basis of 2001 census that 50% Muslim children attend school at the primary level, 26% remain in middle school and only 12% complete matriculation; then this explosive success of Muslim candidates in WBJEE is nothing but a plotted favoritism adopted by the sate itself with an Islamic agenda.

Not only that different leaks with us clearly show that the OMR sheets were manipulated in many ways and a twin Muslim brothers (DOB 12.08.1993) were arranged seats in a center (Center Code 485211) side by side violating the exam norms and passed out successfully with score 190.17 (Rank 575) and score 187.09 (Rank 947).

All these clearly reveal a new Islamic tangent in the state of West Bengal where an Islamic coaching center manages to arrange the seats for their candidates in six or seven specific centers and ensure 91% success of its students from there as a blessing of Allah and obviously from the WBJEE Board.

This reporting has no obvious clue for any intervention of WB CM Mamata Banerjee with this alleged scam of Medical entrance, but it is transparent that the Bengal Islamists are taking control in every sphere with a great support of Didi, ranging politics to business, from administration to education,  population to perpetration.

The Hon’ble Bench of Chief Justice Nishita Mhatre and Tapabrata Chakraborty J. of Calcutta High Court has passed an order on Friday by directing the State Govt to file affidavit in the concerned matters within 15th February, apprehending a gross violation and scam in the WBJEE Medical 2016 result. As the matter is now sub judice, the parties in the case did not want to elaborate their concerns to HENB.

The petitioner demanded  a CBI enquiry on this matter and the court fixed the next hearing on 3rd March 2017.
