Give equal rights to Hindus as are available to Minorities in India: Hindu Charter.

Amend Art. 12, 15, 19, and 25 to 30 to stop injustice to Hindus!

Hindu Charter organised ‘National Conference On Equal Rights For Hindus’ to highlight Constitutional and Institutional bias against Hindus.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi (Aerocity) | Sept 21, 2019:: Hindu Charter successfully organized a National Conference on Equal Rights for Hindus on Saturday (21 September) in New Delhi. The objective of the conference focused on to seek amendments in the Indian Constitution to eliminate discrimination against the majority Hindu community and to stop appeasement of Muslims and Christians in India through ‘Secular’ loopholes of Indian Constitution.

A draft resolution and Constitution (Amendment) Bill for the amendment of articles 12, 15, 19, and 25 to 30 was ready to be prepared at the conference keeping six main subjects (6 panel in fact) in mind. The conference took place at the Hotel Holiday Inn, Aerocity in New Delhi.

The event was attended by Aloke Kumar (Acting President VHP), Ratan Sharda (RSS spokesperson) Koenraad Elst (Belgian Hindutva Scholar), Maria Writh (German Hindutva Writer), R Jagannathan (Swarajya Magazine Editor), R K Ohri (Ex-IPS), Prof. Kaushik Gangopadhyay (IIMK), Prof P A Verghese (Ex-Catholic & Hindutva proponent now),  Madhu Kishwar (Hindutva Narrator), Dr Chamu Krishna Shastry (Sanskrit Language Propagator), Dr Vennugopalan (Vedic Scholar), Dr Bharat Gupta ( Hindu Scholar), Aravindan Neelakandan (Hindutva Writer), Suresh Chavanke ( Shudarshan TV), Tapan Ghosh (Senior Bengali Hindu Leader), Rahul Dewan (Hindutva Activist), Padma Pillai (Sabrimala ReadyToWait Leader), Maninder Singh Sirsa and Kapil Mishra (both MLA from Delhi Assembly) and many other dignitaries including the members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha and Art of Living.

The panel discussions in six formats were moderated by Sankrant Sanu (P 1), Shefali Vaidya (P 2), Rahul Roushan (P 3), Ritu Rathaur (P 4), Ashish Dhar (P 5) and Arihant Pawariya (P 6), very effectively.

The panels were set for the discussion on the topics as Panel 1: Organized Conversions Subverting Religious Character of the Indian Society and Civilisation (relating to Amendment of Article 25 (1) of Constitution); Panel 2: Selective Undue Interference by the State & Judiciary in Customs and Practices of Hindus. (relating to Amendment of Articles 12, 19 and 25 (1) of Constitution); Panel 3: Control and management of Hindu Temples & Religious Institutions and misappropriation their properties for secular purposes by the Indian State. (relating to Amendment of Articles 25(2)(b) and 26 of Constitution); Panel 4: Indian State Facilitating Conversion of Hindus by Sectarian Public Funding. (relating to Amendment of Article 27 of Constitution); Panel 5: Indian State Hindering Inter-Generational Transmission of Ancient Civilizational Knowledge. (relating to Amendment of Article 28 of Constitution); and Panel 6: Fragmentation of Hindu society by denying Hindus the Right to administer Educational Institutions without Undue State Interference (relating to Amendment of Articles 15(5), 29 & 30 of Constitution).

The panelists indulged into threadbare discussion to point out the secular latches of Indian Constitution to discriminate majority Hindu people through gross violation even in the frame of fundamental rights and in the name of minority development (read appeasement) and vote bank politics.

At the end of empaneled sessions, the Hindu Charter approved a Resolution and prepared a Draft of the Constitution (Amendment) Bill to be submitted to the Hon’ble PM & the Hon’ble HM requesting them to consider amendment of articles 12, 15, 19, 25 to 30 of the Constitution giving equal rights to Hindus as are available to Minorities in India.

The Hindu Charter team is to formally urge to Govt of India to facilitate propagation of “ancient civilisational knowledge” and to allow Hindus to “administer educational institution” on their own.

The participants expressed their “gratitude” to PM Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah for the “historic decision” on Article 370 and J&K which have “reintegrated the country”, said one of team members of Hindu Charter.

Eminent Hindu interlocutor and Hindu Existence Web Editor, Upananda Brahmachari expressed his satisfaction for the successful event of Hindu Charter on “Equal Rights for Hindus” held in Delhi and expressed his willingness thru his twitter handle to join the next event of #EqualRightsForHindus.

Taking his twitter handle Brahmachari retaliated, “What’s this stupid secular equality in India! End this game of More than equal and Less than equal. How minorities are treated as holy cow and majorities are as black sheep? To stop discrimination against Hindus, Govt must take action to amend earring Articles viz. 12, 15, 19, and 25 to 30 of Indian Constitution”.

Congratulations to organisers for such a systematic and serious event. The battle is going to be long. However, we shall be successful one day. I would suggest that resolutions and draft amendment should be given not only to PM and HM, but also to leaders of other parties, even all MPs including Muslim and Christian MPs. If funds allow, then to MLAs as well. After examining legal aspects.
