Then Ouran and Hadith must be objectionable as Nupur Sharma just mentioned the Islamic facts.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | June 1, 2022:: The police in Maharashtra on Monday booked prominent BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma for her alleged objectionable remarks against Islamic Prophet Muhammad during a television news debate, an official said.

Sharma has been charged under IPC sections 298, 294, 153A  and 505B for hurting religious sentiments and other offences based on a complaint, Senior Inspector Ashok Kadlag of Mumbra police station said.

Incidentally, at a rally in Bhiwandi in the district on Saturday, AIMIM chief  Asaduddin Owaisi had asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take action against Sharma.

Sharing another information, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi said on Twitter, “FIR has been registered against BJP spokesperson who insulted Prophet Mohammed PBUH in Hyderabad under Cyber Crime PS.”

The FIR registered by Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad, was registered under sections 153 (A), 504, 505(2) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) based on the complaint of one P Ravinder, who is a senior inspector (SI) at Cyber Crime PS dated May 30, 2022.

In his complaint, P Ravinder said, “I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 27-05-2022 a TV debate on Times Now news channel hosted by Navika Kumar wherein one Nupur Sharma maliciously started insulting the religion of Islam. She particularly used abusive words against Prophet Mohammed Insulting and abusing the Prophet hurts the sentiments of each and every Muslim, as he is the most cherished and revered symbol for Muslims.”

He further claimed that the remarks by Sharma were false and hurtful against the Prophet and religion of Islam and hurt the feelings of Muslims. He said, “By derisively insulting religious beliefs mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and stating that Prophet Mohammed married a 6-year old and was having sex with her at age 9, she not only hurt the feelings of Muslims but also created enmity between different sections of society. Nupur Sharma uttered those spiteful words against Prophet Mohammed, who is treasured greatly by all Muslims. Muslims cannot bear any insult against him. It has enraged and offended all Muslims as a community. Furthermore, she targeted beliefs and tenets of Islam with the intention of creating disharmony, feelings of enmity, hatred, ill-will between Muslims and non-Muslims.”

In the meanwhile, for her remarks on Muhammad- the last prophet of Islam as claimed,  BJP leader Nupur Sharma got thousands of death and rape threats from many corners from India and abroad including Pakistan, UAE, South Asian countries by the Jihadi people in rage.

Fact check from Quran and Hadith on Miʿrāj

As a matter of fact, BJP’s Nupur Sharma passed her comments in a TV debate on Muhammad about his  ascension of the  into Islamic heaven and Muhammad’s marriage with his 3rd wife Aisha at her 6th-7th yr and sex with Aisha at her 9th-10th yr accordingly. It is believed that Aisha bint Abi Bakr was the most beloved and influential wife among 13 wives (in another opinion 11 wives) of Muhammad. All of Muhammad’s wives were widows, with the exception of Aisha with whom Muhammad solemnized his marriage at his 53 yrs of age.

According to Britannica, “Miʿrāj, in Islam, the ascension of the Prophet Muhammad into heaven. In this tradition, Muhammad is prepared for his meeting with God by the archangels Jibrīl (Gabriel) and Mīkāl (Michael) one evening while he is asleep in the Kaʿbah, the sacred shrine of Mecca. They open up his body and purify his heart by removing all traces of error, doubt, idolatry, and paganism and by filling it with wisdom and belief. In the earliest interpretations of the Miʿrāj, the prophet is then transported by Jibrīl directly to the lowest heaven. But early in Islamic history the story of the ascension came to be associated with the story of Muhammad’s night journey (Isrāʾ) from the “sacred place of worship” (Mecca) to the “further place of worship” (Jerusalem). The two separate incidents were gradually combined so that chronologically the purification of Muhammad in his sleep begins the sequence. He is then transported in a single night from Mecca to Jerusalem by the winged mythical creature Burāq. From Jerusalem, where the Dome of the Rock now stands, he is accompanied by Jibrīl to heaven, ascending possibly by ladder or staircase (miʿrāj)”.

Many authentic ancient paintings on ‘Muhammad’s journey to Islamic heaven upon a mystical ride on a mythical creature ‘Burāq’ for a meeting with Allha’ are easily available in the internet and those are carefully preserved in various world renowned museums in the middle east.

Quran gives reference (Q. 17.1) of Miʿrāj in this way: All-Glorified is He Who took His servant for a journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque the environs of which We have blessed, so that We might show him some of Our signs (of the truths concerning Our Divinity and Lordship). Surely He is the One Who hears and sees.

There are also many Hadith describing the Miʿrāj. Popular Islamic scholar and poet Al-Būṣīrī (1213-1294, Egypt) wrote: “(O Prophet), You traveled over night from one Haram (sacred place) to another- As the full moon travels (at night) through intense darkness”.

So, quoting this Islamic fact (though a non-believer may not accept this absurd journey), BJP’s Nupur Sharma did not commit any wrong and it is beyond simple understanding that how such reference from Islamic scriptures can create any enmity, hatred in the society or blasphemy in Islam. If it is so, at first the sections of IPC slapped against Nupur Sharma must be applied first against the sources in which those absurd stories were described.

Did 53 yrs Muhammad marry 6 yrs Aisha and had sex with 9 yrs: Another fact check

Let’s begin with the scriptural details at issue of the marriage of the Prophet Mohammed with Aisha, the daughter of Abu-Bakr, who was the prophet’s closest companion and would become his first successor, or caliph. In the Islamic tradition, we read that this was a happy marriage, and when the prophet passed away in the year 632, he was in Aisha’s arms. In her later life, Aisha also became a powerful figure in early Islam, championing political causes and even leading armies.

The problem is that when she was married to the prophet, Aisha was allegedly scandalously young. This is recorded in Sahih Bukhari, the most authoritative collection of hadiths, or reported words and deeds of the prophet. “The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of 6 (years),” Aisha reportedly said, adding that the marriage was consummated three years later. “Unexpectedly Allah’s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of 9 years of age.”

The first is that that we do not have to accept that Aisha was really 9 years old when her marriage was consummated. Yes, it is written that way in Sahih Bukhari, but this was a collection of oral narratives compiled some two centuries after the fact. While it has been considered as sacrosanct by most Sunni traditionalists, it has faced many criticisms and doubts, by modern Muslims on a plenty of issues.

The second point is that all these Muslim second thoughts about the age of Aisha appeared in the modern age, because this issue was never previously an object of critique. The reason is that the minimum marriage age the present society has in mind today, which is typically 18, is a modern achievement. Throughout much of human history, however, puberty was seen as the legitimate age for marriage. People lived much shorter lives, children had no formal education to finish, and what we abhor as “child marriage” today was simply normal.

All of Muhammad’s 13 or 11 wives (apart from some concubines) were widows, with the exception of Aisha with whom Muhammad solemnized his marriage at his 53 yrs of age. But for this single marriage with a under aged girl Aisha, Muhammad cannot be classified in the gang of ‘Child abuse’ or ‘pedophile’. But, there is a question whether Prophet Muhammad went in mufakhathat or  mufākhadhah with Aisha?

The process of thighing (مفاخذة, mufākhadhah) in Islam refers to rubbing between the legs as an alternative to sexual intercourse when that is not possible due to age or menstruation.

Ruling # 12: It is not permission to have intercourse before (her) being 9 years old, be it in nikah (permanent marriage) or temporary marriage. And as for all other pleasures such as lustful touch, embracing, and thighing (ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺨﻴﺬ), there is no problem in it even with a suckling infant. (Tahreer al-Waseelah, vol. 2, page 221-222).

Anyway, according to Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih al-Bukhari, Volume 1, Number 233 and Volume 1, Number 298, Aisha, the mother of Islam and most beloved wife of Muhammad accepted: “I used to wash the semen off the clothes of the Prophet and even then I used to notice one or more spots on them.” or “The Prophet and I used to take a bath from a single pot while we were Junub. During the menses, he used to order me to put on an Izar (dress worn below the waist) and used to fondle me. While in Itikaf, he used to bring his head near me and I would wash it while I used to be in my periods (menses).”

What was Muhammad doing that left semen all over his clothes? Since Muhammad condemned both masturbation and coitus interruptus (removing the penis from a woman before ejaculation), this leaves nocturnal emissions (wet dreams). But Muhammad had far, far too much sex to have nocturnal emissions, according to the Koran.

Via the process of elimination, that leaves us with some sort of sexual practice with his youngest wife (pre-age 9, ie. Aisha, which didn’t involve masturbation, but also didn’t involve penetration. Hence, Muhammad must have been using his wives’ bodies to pleasure himself. Apart from penetration, how did Muhammad use his wives’ bodies to satisfy his sexual urges? Muslim scholars have a simple answer that explains all of the data: Muhammad practiced “thighing.” When we factor in the evidence from the Hadith, which is entirely consistent with thighing and inexplicable without it, we can only conclude that Muslim scholars who describe this ‘mufakhathat’ (thighing) as an early Islamic practice are absolutely correct.

But, from the above account the exact date and time cannot be confirmed when and whether Muhammad indulged into mufakhathat (thighing) with Aisha before or after 9th year of her age!

Moreover, Muhammad is a great supernatural entity and last prophet of Islam who cannot be equated with a human being, however the fallacy of Islam being polygamy, early marriage or spreading the myth of black magic like ‘Miʿrāj’ can be testified in the relevant section and act Indian Penal code as fact is fact.

It is unfortunate that most of the non-Muslim scholars and critics of Islam do not understand the Islam in the way of Owaisi,  Madani and Bukhari and try in vain to expose Islam. The non-believers clan of Kaffirs must know that Islam is insane and incorrigible both if it is not inflicted ultimately.

It’s a bitter reality that Islam has gained that power to play the victim card in all respect. If you want to tell something about the reality of Islam, you can’t just do it for its lethal power to kill the opponents so religiously with superlative sense of honour. Islam penetrated in human rights, police, judiciary, administration, politics, everywhere to glorify all Islamic menace and undue claim for Sharia and Pan Islamism.

BJP’s Nupur Sharma is now in a Islamic truce of repression in the present row as she exposed some truth about Islam those are not maintainable in the civil society or beyond the limit of rational mind.

But, if the police and judiciary of India go hand to hand with the fanatical people, that will be a predicament for the free society of the country of majority Hindus.
