Gitapath in Kashmir & Installation of Bronze Statue of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in Lal Chowk.

Gita Path in Kashmir

Bengali Hindus will recite Bhagavad Gita and Hanuman Chalisha in Kashmir’s Lal Chowk with the installation a Bronze Statue of Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee.

111Shubhra Das | HENB | Kolkata | June 8, 2024:: On June 23, Bengali Hindus will gather at Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Kashmir, to recite the Bhagavad Gita and Hanuman Chalisa. This event will also feature the installation of a bronze statue of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. Despite the recent disappointment from the Lok Sabha election results in Bengal, hundreds of Bengali Hindus are determined to showcase their devotion and courage by participating in this significant event.

For Lal Chowk, now almost free of the stigma of Islamic terrorism and pro-Pakistan sentiment, this site will witness the mass recital of Bhagavad Gita. The event also marks Dr. Mukherjee’s suspicious death on June 23, 1953, while in prison in Srinagar. This demand of “Ek Nishan, Ek Vidhan, Ek Pradhan” (one flag, one law, one chief) inspired the BJP Government to abolish Article 370 and maintain the  national unity and its territorial integrity of India.

Lal Chowk of Srinagar, the capital of Kashmir, once a hub of Islamic terrorism, where the pro-Pakistan people used to fly Pakistani flag a decade ago to demand the entire Kashmir as a separate  Islamic state. But, for the sacrifice and legacy of  Dr. Shyamaprasad Mukherjee, Kashmir is a part of India today. Mukherjee died on 23 June in 1953 mysteriously when he was captivated in Srinagar by Shiekh Abdullah in an alleged connivance with Jawaharlal Nehru.

The organizers have secured permission for the event after discussions with Delhi’s administration. Plans are underway to bring 50 participants from each district of West Bengal to Kashmir under the banner “Gitapath in Kashmir.” According to the Akhil Bharatiya Sanskriti Parishad, which is organizing the event, participants will travel to Srinagar on a special train departing from Bengal on June 20.

A press release by Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister of J&K and chief patron of the event, states that 1,000 people from Bengal will participate in the Gita and Hanuman Chalisa recitations at Lal Chowk, evening Aarti at Dal Lake, and the installation of Dr. Mukherjee’s statue on June 23. Additionally, on June 24, participants will offer worship at Shankaracharya Hill and the ancient Martand Temple.

You are expressing appreciation just like a dog feels content when his master throws a piece of meat to him. Modi and his so-called Hindu government have been throwing small pieces like this one to make common Hindu feel little distracted. When will he free all Hindu Mandir’s from the Sonia’s legal cage?

PS: SC judgement to give freedom to build ShriRam Mandir has nothing to do with Modi or his governent, please do understand.
