As per Existing Supreme Court of India Ruling, the Ban on Cow Slaughter is very much possible for its enactment. It is also highly benificial to the all round development of our Mother Land Bharatvarsha by honoring the traditional “Rishi”(The inheritence of the knowledge of Wishdom & Culture propounded by the Indian Sages) and “Krishi” (The Indigenous way of Cow based Agriculture)tradition. But, only for the appeasement of the Muslims it is far away to impose a ban upon Cow Slaughter in India. If it is not for a Political mileage for BJP, the serious approach of Gokarna Pitha Shankaracharya should be spported by all concerned in India who love Mother Land Bharat, Mother Ganges, Mother Cow, Mother Scripture Geeta with their utter devotion. While the 5000000 signature campaign in 1950 by RSS and the Life time devotion of Achrya Vinoba Bhabe to prohibit Cow Slaughter in India got a fragmented success, this time it is the turn of Hindus lead by Jagadguru Swami Raghaveshwar Bharati, the Shankaracharya of Gokarna Pitha, Karnataka to establish their SUCCESS this time for ever. This time or Never.
Baba Ramdev, Sant Asharam Bapu, Sree Sree Ravi Shankarji, Acharya Sudhangshuji, Chidananda Muniji and many other Saints in India are dead against the Cow Slaughter in India. How the Power & Politics in India try to ignore the Joint force of Bhartiya Samaj ? Upcoming Hindu Revolt is just initiated by the Santa Shakti.

    SC upholds cow slaughter ban

    TNN 27 October 2005, 12:22am IST

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court, in a trend-setting judgment, on Wednesday reversed a 36-year-old ruling and upheld the constitutional validity of a
Gujarat law imposing a complete ban on slaughtering of bulls and bullocks, often misused to get around the ban on slaughter of cows.

The verdict puts the apex court’s seal of approval on a key Hindutva theme and was instantly celebrated by BJP as well as Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi as a victory of their traditional stance against cow slaughter.

Significantly, Congress also welcomed the verdict, signalling that the majority political opinion may have come around to supporting the issue which remains a taboo to many.

Though the apex court had, from time to time, upheld the constitutional validity of anti-cow slaughter laws enacted by different state governments, the Wednesday judgment reversed a 1959 pioneer ruling by a five-judge Bench striking down laws enacted by Bihar and Uttar Pradesh to ban slaughter of bulls and bullocks.
