Arrest Subramanian Swamy, rights body urges Mumbai police.

Maharashtra’s minorities commission Saturday called for the arrest of Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy for his “extreme xenophobic right-wing thoughts” expressed in a newspaper article.

State Minorities Commission vice chairman Abraham Mathai wrote to Mumbai police chief Arup Patnaik, urging him to initiate criminal charges against Swamy under Section 153 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

“I am writing to you following uproar and a feeling of insecurity among the minority community caused by an article written by Dr. Subramanian Swamy entitled ‘How to wipe out Islamic terror’ published in the DNA of 16th July 2011,” the letter said.

Swamy, a doctorate from Harvard, penned an op-ed that advocated denial of voting rights to non-Hindus with the goal of stemming terrorist attacks in India.
“The extreme xenophobic right-wing thoughts expressed in it are quite disturbing and the article is socially irresponsible and completely anti-Islamic. It is also alarming that Dr. Swamy is trying to incite Islamophobia using his freedom of expression to propagate hate through stereotyping,” Mathai said.
Mathai also said that there are “Hindu terrorists” as well in jails who have equally perpetrated heinous acts.

“As a matter of fact, the Muslim community has as much stake as any in the

progress, security and well being of India as a nation. Dr. Swamy’s bizarre solution is converting Muslims into Hinduism, rather than allowing each individual to choose to live as he/she wishes as expressed in Article 25 of the constitution,” he said.

The terrorist blast in Mumbai on July 13, 2011, requires decisive soul-searching by the Hindus of India. Hindus cannot accept to be killed in this halal fashion, continuously bleeding every day till the nation finally collapses. Terrorism I define here as the illegal use of force to overawe the civilian population to make it do or not do an act against its will and well-being.

Islamic terrorism is India’s number one problem of national security. About this there will be no doubt after 2012. By that year, I expect a Taliban takeover in Pakistan and the Americans to flee Afghanistan. Then, Islam will confront Hinduism to “complete unfinished business”. Already the successor to Osama bin Laden as al-Qaeda leader has declared that India is the priority target for that terrorist organisation and not the USA.

Fanatic Muslims consider Hindu-dominated India “an unfinished chapter of Islamic conquests”. All other countries conquered by Islam 100% converted to Islam within two decades of the Islamic invasion. Undivided India in 1947 was 75% Hindu even after 800 years of brutal Islamic rule. That is jarring for the fanatics.

In one sense, I do not blame the Muslim fanatics for targeting Hindus. I blame Hindus who have taken their individuality permitted in Sanatan Dharma to the extreme. Millions of Hindus can assemble without state patronage for the Kumbh Mela, completely self-organised, but they all leave for home oblivious of the targeting of Hindus in Kashmir, Mau, Melvisharam and Malappuram and do not lift their little finger to help organise Hindus. If half the Hindus voted together, rising above caste and language, a genuine Hindu party would have a two-thirds majority in Parliament and the assemblies.

The first lesson to be learnt from the recent history of Islamic terrorism against India and for tackling terrorism in India is that the Hindu is the target and that Muslims of India are being programmed by a slow reactive process to become radical and thus slide into suicide against Hindus. It is to undermine the Hindu psyche and create the fear of civil war that terror attacks are organised.

Hindus must collectively respond as Hindus against the terrorist and not feel individually isolated or, worse, be complacent because he or she is not personally affected. If one Hindu dies merely because he or she was a Hindu, then a bit of every Hindu also dies. This is an essential mental attitude, a necessary part of a virat (committed) Hindu.

I believe what Dr Swamy said is entirely true. For long we Hindus have been complacent and docile, we have been pushed around and made use of. Why? Because we have been disunited by caste, creed and language. We have to discard all these and react as Hindus. We have to deny the Muslims the foothold that they wish to expand in India. Let us all Hindus come together and act for the greater good of Hindus, regardless of caste. creed or language. Long live Sanatan Dharma. I wish a great success of the HINDU EXISTENCE blog for its tireless effort for the propagation of this noble cause of Hindutva. Jai Shri Krishna.

  (1) We should retaliate.
  (2) Hindus must collectively respond as Hindus.

  Actually, India, USA, UK, Australia along with Israel, Southern Sudan, etc., have been the battlefields in endless bloody wars to install a universal caliphate, the objective of the Global Islamic Jihad (GIJ) alias Pan Islamism.

  These Abraham Mathai and Mahes Bhatts are the stooges of the Islamic Terrorism in India. They want completely halal process upon Hindus like 13/7 Mumbai triple blasts again and again. On 30-7-2011 at Kazikund on the Jammu-Srinagar NH, the CRPF foiled a terror attack on Hindu Pilgrims returning from Amarnath Yatra. Three IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) are defused anyway; otherwise we got another loss of 45 lives at the targeted Bus on return.
  
  But Hindus are habituated to keep mum all along. No, that should not be. Dr. Swamy has broken the silence. Now all the Swamis and Santas of India and abroad are to roar and echo the same massage of the Lion, named Dr. Subramanian Swamy.
  
  Hindus have the right to survive in Hindustan. Not to be the victim of Islamic jihad again & again.
  
  I congratulate Dr. Swamy for his up-right spirit and request to just continue it. The majority must remain with him. Time has started to enhance a Struggle for Hindu Freedom. Still in India, the Christian and Muslims like to treat Hindus as their subject, their slave. Some Christian and Muslim supporters in Hindu name always promote this ill got mentality for their self interest.
  
  So, buffoons like Mathai A and Mahesh B are requested to find Hindu in their innovative gray-matters. But, Hindus cannot stand still. Enough is enough. This is the time to retaliate. The time to regain.
  
  One Omkar Pandit (Fake Pandit) raised a point in Times of India comments section that Dr. Swamy is anti Dalit and he is writing all these in a Brahminical concept. This Pandit claimed that Dr. Swamy wanted to stop the entry of the Dalits in Hindu temple in South. That claim is also false.
  
  I have gone through all the records and found nowhere that Dr. Subramanian Swamy opposed the entry of so called Dalits in the Hindu temple. The connotation of ‘Dalit’ is made by the culprits of Politics who wanted the advantage of a ‘Dalit Politics’ manufactured by a obnoxious Christian-Muslim-Congress-League tie-up from the beginning.
  
  The Vedanta philosophy never accepts this type of humiliation of Humanity in anyway anywhere in the sphere of Spirituality and Dharma.
  Dr. Swamy always propagates the unison of Hinduism in all its forms and patterns.The take of Omkar Pandit (I don’t know who confer his Pandit upadhi or his surname) has no meaning to substantiate.
  
  As Dr. Swamy’s daughter is a Muslim and wife is a Christian, I think he has got the scope to find and realize the reality of Islam and Christianity in its very interaction with Hindutva. So Dr. Swamy’s analysis in the context of Hindu-Muslim is more than truth.
  
  We know one proverb in Hindi – ” Hati Chale Bazar me, Kutta Bhuke Hazar”. Dr Swamy should not stop his writing anyway.
  
  But, I want to point out one very dangerous thing here. That is the hazards of write something in favour of Hindus in Hindustan, i.e. Bharat i.e. India. Anybody can write in favour of Muslim – Christians, for everybody here. But not in favour of the Hindus anyway. In India to speak in favour of Hindus is considered as a serious sin. Hindus please try to understand this reality and start fighting to obtain the dignity and security here.

In India Seema Mustafa, Abrham Mathai and Mahesh Bhatt these three culprits opened the Morcha (group) against Dr. Subramanian Swamy. Now seeing the FIRE’s (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) initiative to corner Dr. Swamy, it is clearly understood that an International Semitic Group hatched plot against Dr. Subramanian Swamy for being vocal about Muslim-Christian Conspiracy against Hindus in India.

Dr. Swamy should not stop here. He should be write more and more to rock the whole world like Bankim Chandra, Vivekananda, Tilak, Aurovinda, Savarkar, Subhaschandra and to boost the Hindu morale to not only save India but the whole World against the Burning Jihad – Islamic Brutality – Christian Conversion – Expansionism, Maoist killing and obviously the duping Consumerism.

Aggressive Hinduism is the only solution to save the Humanity in its all humbleness.

I sincerely feel there is nothing wrong in Dr Swamy wrote. He has expressed his views on the subject taking into account the happenings all over the world
in the recent past. In fact I feel Dr Swamy is to be congratulated for the way he expressed his views and so candindly.

To hunt him is unjustified.

It is high time that Harvard took quick lessons from the Norwegian incident.

It must learn to differentiate between real complaints and imagined grievances of Muslim Groups in different countries. These Groups are never thankful to the host countries for providing them safe haven but are always keen to force the host Country to mend to their unreasonable demands.

Harvard U must have the guts to accept the facts and throw away this petition.

Mr. Swamy , I am a great admirer of you as long as you talk about corruption in India and how to minimise it.
Also I greatly appreciate when you urge people to add spiritual values along with materialistic earnings.
BUT I have also very big aspiration when you elaborate the spiritualism to HINDUISM and HINDUISM only !!!!!!! That means you are only a realistic Hindu and not MATERIALISTIC HUMAN BEING !!!!!!!
