For the pure attraction of Sanatan since childhood, Muslim Man returns to Hinduism in Mandsaur.

Muslim man left Islam and adopted Hinduism in Mandsaur (MP),  now known as  Chetan Singh Rajput.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Mandsaur | May 28, 2022:: In Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, a Muslim man has been converted to a Hindu Dharma after performing Hindu rituals ‘suddhi’  accordingly. On Friday, he was converted to Hinduism by leaving Islam in the Pashupatinath temple. Earlier a Muslim man had bathed with holy mixture of cow dung and urine. Sheikh Zafar Sheikh, son of  Ghulam Moinuddin Sheikh will now be known as Chetan Singh Rajput. The 46-year-old Sheikh has been given initiation to Hinduism by performing a ritual worship by Mahamandaleshwar Swami Chidambaranand Saraswati.

During this programme, a large number of people were present in the temple premises. Sheikh was bathed with cow dung and urine. After adopting Hinduism, he said – this is homecoming. Since childhood, I was inclined towards Hinduism, that is why I married a Hindu girl. Till now I was feeling myself incomplete but now after converting to Hinduism I have become a complete Hindu. This makes me feel at peace.

On this occasion, MP Sudhir Gupta and MLA Yashpal Singh Sisodia also reached the temple and wished him on his return home. MLA Sisodia remained in the temple during the entire programme. The incident of conversion of a Muslim person remains a matter of discussion in the area. At the same time, pictures of Chetan Singh are becoming viral on social media as well. It is true that Chetan Singh did love marriage with a Hindu girl 10 years ago.

Talking to the media, Chetan Singh said that I have been following  Hinduism for a long time. I don’t like fanatical minded people. My wife’s name is Sharda. I have had a love marriage. There is also a temple in my house. No family member has objected. On choosing the name Rajput, he said that the ancestors of Muslims were Rajputs. That’s why I have also chosen the title of Rajput. I am already a devotee of Lord  Shiva. I have been purely fascinated by Sanatan Hindu  Dharma since childhood.
