Laal Singh Chaddha: Amir Khan To Face Legal Action For Insulting Indian Army and Hurting Hindu-Sikh Sentiments.

After Boycott Calls for Movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, Amir Khan To Face Legal Action For Insulting Indian Army, Humiliating the Sikhs  and Attacking Hindu Sentiments.

Upananda Brahmachari  | HENB | Haridwar | August 12, 2022:: Laal Singh Chaddha (LSC), starring Amir Khan, Kareena  Ali Khan, Naga Chaitanya receives mostly negative feedback from audiences because of the boycott call. In a big controversy, Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha is also receiving some favorable feedback despite the boycott calls for its humiliation to Sikh community, vilification of Hindu faith and portraying India Army men in a very poor light. Being hurt in many counts, Vineet Jindal, an senior SC lawyer and activist, has filed a case against Aamir Khan in the meanwhile. Vineet Jindal, the complainant, claims that “the way Aamir Khan has represented the Army officers is a type of mischief.” The complaint also highlights that this film Laal Singh Chaddha humiliates the Sikh Community and their valiant role in Indian Army and shows utter disrespect to the Hindu faith in general.

Various sections of Indian Penal code viz. Sec 153 (provocation with intent to cause riot), Sec 153 A (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc.), Sec 298 (Uttering, words, etc., with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person) and Sec  505 (Statements conducing to public mischief- a. with intent to cause, or which is likely to cause, any offi­cer, soldier, 3[sailor or airman] in the Army, 4[Navy or Air Force] 5[of India] to mutiny or otherwise disregard or fail in his duty as such etc.) have been cited in the complaint against Aamir Khan, his production house and Vicom18 Studios. The complaint has been placed to Police Commissioner of Delhi, as reported.

There is uproar against LSC, mainly in Social media where the netizens are serious enough to boycott the movie and many prominent personalities also joined the boycott row.

From some review, it has been flashed that Aamir Khan portrayed Laal Singh Chaddha as a mentally challenged person who joined in Indian army and participated in Kargil War where he was seen engaged in carrying an Army officer of Pakistan side for his treatment and well being. Such episode is quite unbelievable that Indian army recruits mentally challenged person and some Indian army man extends help to the enemy side. In such a way Aamir Khan picturized Indian army in a very poor light and humiliated the role community with unpatriotic and compromising character.

Not only that, in a point of time, Laal Singh Chaddha compares his way of worship with malaria disease and cause of communal conflicts.  In such a way Aamir Khan attacked the Hindu-Sikh sentiments in his movie LSC like his early production of ‘PK’.

As a habitual offender, Aamir Khan and his production team with his wife Kiran Rao as if vouched to disregard the National and Hindu sentiments including its Sikh counterpart as now it is evident.

To glorify Islam, Aamir Khan went to Haj as a devout Muslim and with every scope he tries to taunt Hindus in his movies one after another. This double standard of Aamir Khan and most of the Khans in Bollywood must stop mocking Indian nationalism and Hindu beliefs and traditions.

But, how Aamir Khan is so desperate to attack National and Hindu-Sikh sentiment once again?

It’s a matter of fact; an axe is able to cut a wood when a wooden handle gives its support to that axe. Likewise, Aamir is supported with the various supports from Director Advait Chandan, Viacom18 Studios (with huge Reliance investments), Paramount Pictures, others  and obviously from CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification).

When the agitated people are vocal and united against Aamir Khan and the movie LSC, they must not spare the culprits like Mukesh Ambani (invested 100 crores for LSC) and Prasoon Joshi (the BJP man now in the chair of CBFC) behind the making of Laal Singh Chaddha.

It is a humble question to the BJP people in the row of boycotting the movie that how a close man of BJP Mukesh Ambani invested a huge amount for the making of Laal Singh Chaddha and how BJP man Prasoon Joshi helped Aamir Khan to provide the release certificate from CBFC?

Boycotting Laal Singh Chaddha is obviously a tool to release the Hindu-Sikh reaction to some extent. But, if the Mukesh Ambani and Prasoon Joshi like Jaichandi Hindus are not neutralized strictly under the protest mechanism; the personality like Aamir Muhammad Ghori Khan will win forever.

Law abiding Hindu-Sikhs though prefer the boycott and legal action as if now, but the repressed and humiliated Hindus will definitely be uncontrolled very soon under the paramount Bollywood pressure and pretexts.

The anti-Hindu and anti-national Aamir Khan and Companies must try to read the wall writings all around.
