Ram temple construction work 50% complete: UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

In a memorial function of Bhrahmaleen Achraya Dharmendra at Shri Panchkhand Peeth-Jaipur, Yogi Adityanath confirmed 50% completion of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya.

Neha Lalchandani | TNN  | Lucknow | Oct 7, 2022:: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday said over 50% construction work of Ram temple in Ayodhya has been completed. As per the temple trust, the idol of Lord Ram is likely to be placed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple on the Mankar Sankranti Day in 2024 while the construction of the temple, which started in 2020, is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

“I believe in the philosophy of ‘Karmanyevadhikaraste, Maa Phaleshu Kadachana’ (perform your duty but do not have any expectation of the fruits) propounded by Lord .

Dedicated efforts were made to realise the dream of Ram Mandir for which a movement started in 1949. Now, because of these efforts, over 50% of the work of the temple has been completed,” he said while speaking at a function organised by Shri Panchkhand Peeth in Jaipur. The CM underlined the role of the peeth in social and religious movements and offered tributes to its former head seer Acharya Dharmendra
who passed away recently.

He said Acharya ji always dreamt of a temple at the Ram Janmabhoomi.
