Uttar Pradesh: After adopting the Hindu religion, a Muslim girl took 7 rounds with her lover according to the Hindu marriage ritual and told how the love was fulfilled in marriage. 

Sujata Pal Singh | HENB | Kaushambi (UP) | July 2, 2023:: Shabana, a resident of Mahoba in Uttar Pradesh, has renounced the Muslim religion and married Bablu, a resident of Kaushambi, in a Hindu temple. After adopting the Hindu religion, she took 7 rounds with her husband in the temple. Now she has become Rajni from Shabana. During this marriage people blessed the bride and groom. Both were having a love affair for the last 4 years.

According to information, Bablu, a resident of Thabha Alawalpur village of Karari Kotwali, used to work at a brick kiln in Prayagraj. Here, Shabana, a resident of Patha Road, also used to work in the same place. Both used to meet each other. Meanwhile, both of them fell in love, and about 6 months ago the family members came to know about the relationship between Shabana and Bablu.

Bablu’s relatives gave blessings

After this, Shabana’s family members started pressurizing their daughter to get married. But, she clearly told her family that she will marry only Bablu. Meanwhile, Shabana and Bablu decided to get married. After this, she came to Kaushambi from Mahoba and got married after reaching the village temple on Saturday afternoon. During this, the family members of the Hindu young man were also present and blessed the newly married couple.

‘We got married of our own choice’

At the same time, the girl who became Rajni from Shabana told that both of us got married of our own choice without any pressure from anybody.. We love each other for almost 4 years. In the case, Inspector Ganesh Prasad of Karari police station told that the case of getting married has come to the fore. But both are adults. No complaint has been received about this. That’s why no legal action has been taken.

‘Muslim girls are being attracted to Hindus’

Fearing severe atrocities in Muslim society, scrouge of triple talaq, wearing Hijab, and immense torture, including using them as baby-producing machines,  many Muslim girls and women in India now are preferring marriage with the Hindu male to lead a life in a free and fair atmosphere. Such trends in Uttar Pradesh are comparatively high in Uttar Pradesh.
