Why BJP and Hindu Jagran Manch leaders clashed each other in Azamgarh?

Hindutva organizations and BJP leaders clashed in Azamgarh over tout-syndicate in District hospital, filed cases against each other, SP taunted!

Seema Dwivedi | HENB | Azamgarh | July 11, 2023:: In Azamgarh district factionalism in Bharatiya Janata Party has reached its peak. These days some leaders of Hindutva organization and Bharatiya Janata Party have come face to face. When on  one hand the BJP leader has filed a case against the members of  Hindu organizations, on the other hand Hindu organizations have also filed a case against 6 people including BJP’s district treasurer in the city police station.

After this incident, the confronted groups came to the streets with swords to attack each other. At the same time, the Samajwadi Party has made many serious allegations against the BJP matter. The SP leaders have made a serious allegation against the BJP leaders for brokering and giving them protection of perpetrators  in the district hospital who are engaged in various rackets to dupe and make extortion to the patients.

Why did the Hindutva organization lodge the FIR?

Actually this whole matter is related to the district hospital. Hindu Jagran Manch and other Hindu organizations had opened the front after continuous complaints against the touts and atrocities against the poor patients in the district hospital. District President of Hindu Jagran Manch Vipin Singh Paliwal had alleged that when one of his office bearers went to meet the doctor, a tout met him and also threatened him. After which District President of Hindu Jagran Manch Vipin Singh reported the matter to the Balrampur police post and the police detained the touts.

It is alleged that BJP leader Mayank Gupta, who is also the operator of the private medical hall, reached the Balrampur police post while defending the tout, and even there he used caste-indicative words for HIndutva activists and threatened to kill them. It is alleged that in this case, under the pressure of Mayank Gupta and BJP District President, many of office bearers of Hindutva organisations were falsely booked. In this row., Hindu Jagran Manch and BJP workers both reached Kotwali and started protest. After that  Hindutva leader Radha Mohan Goyal  also filed a complaint against the BJP treasurer and others, when many of former Hindu Yuva Vahini leaders were also present.

Police also filed case against BJP leaders

Seeing the protest by Hindu organisations, the police on Monday registered a case against BJP treasurer Mayank Gupta along with three others and another three-four unknown as accused. The Samajwadi Party has come down heavily on the BJP after the case filed by BJP and Hindu organizations against each other. Samajwadi Party District President Havaldar Yadav strongly condemned the incident and said that hooliganism  and tout-rackets that going on a large scale in health sectors in Azamgarh. He said that criminal elements are engaged in the district hospital and extort money from the poor patients there. They also get the protection of BJP leaders.

Poor persons are exploited by the syndicate

The poor man is not getting medicine and other medical services in the district hospital, but they are being exploited financially. Unfortunately, without solving the problems, the members of Sangha Parivar (BJP and Hindu Jagran Manch) are fighting each other.  Samajwadi Party’s state spokesperson Ashok Yadav also left no stone unturned in attacking the Bharatiya Janata Party. He has said that the state president of BJP is silent about the fight over tout-syndicate  in Azamgarh hospital.
