Modi must arrest Swamy if the later’s claim over the Chinese invasion in Ladakh is fake. Otherwise…

Arrest Dr. Subramanian Swamy if spreading fake news or Protect LAC in Ladakh from the Chinese invasion! 

Virat Hindustan Sangam founder, Eminent Economist, Ex-Harvard Professor, Former RS Member, and Law Expert Dr. Subramanian Swamy repeatedly cautioned Modi Govt on many matters including the safety and security in LAC sectors. But, BJP Govt in the Center is just ignoring it. 

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Haridwar | July 27, 2023::  On July 15, Dr Subramanian Swamy tweeted a startling matter about what is happening against the sovereignty and integrity of India in the LAC sector in the region of Ladakh.  The tweet reads this: “Yesterday I met someone whose brother is in the army, serving in Ladakh. According to his brother Chinese PLA (People’s Liberation Army) has advanced far across LAC (Line of Actual Control) into undisputed Indian territory and is continuing slowly to further advance. Still koi aaya nahin (still nobody came)? Does Modi understand the consequences?”

Earlier, the Virat Hindustan Sangam founder, Eminent Economist, Ex-Harvard Professor, Former RS Member, and reputed Law Expert Dr. Subramanian Swamy repeatedly cautioned Modi Govt on many matters including the safety and security in LAC sectors. But, BJP Govt in the Center has been ignoring it as of now. 

Pointing to the specific aggression of China in LAC of the Ladakh region by Dr. Swamy can’t be ignored as his passion to restore India as Visva Guru uniting Greater Unity of Hindusthan is beyond any doubt and his claims on the present matter have never been questioned by any agency.   

Subsequently, Dr Swamy tweeted, “What cross roads ? The Chinese troops since April 2020 have grabbed at least 4016 sq kms of Ladakh, after crossing the LAC into Indian territory which territory was never disputed.” (on July 19) tagging an article of Tribune India under the headline: India-China ties at a crossroads.

After that a series of Tweets came out from the twitter-handle of Dr Swamy:  “If Modi can allow China to grab 4056 sq kms of India’s undisputed land in Ladakh (since April 2020) and yet declare “koi aaya nahin…”, as also refuse to name China as aggressor, then he is prima facie compromised by China.” (on July 24)

He also tweeted, “We should ask Waiter whether this capture of land is on the six inch wide LAC or in Ladakh which is ( or was) 100% acknowledged Indian territory hitherto.” (on July 24)

Yesterday, Dr Swamy appealed in his tweet: “In today’s No Confidence Motion in Sansad I hope a BJP MP will pick up nerve and ask the PM about China’s PLA crossing LAC and grabbing parts of Ladakh, since April 2020, and also what Modi is going to do to evict the PLA from Indian territory.” (on July 26)

Last of all, Dr Swamy alleged the surrender of PM Modi to his Chinese counterpart Premier Xi Jinping: “Modi surrendered Ladakh territory to Xi when they met secretly in Bali in G20 conference, and earlier in a SCO meet. China is confident that Congress (I) will not seriously object to being complicit since the 1995 TDK visit to China. So “koi aaya nahin…” charade becomes truth!!“

So, it’s a serious concern that PM Modi is allowing China a silent invasion of Chinese troops to capture Indian territory in Ladakh, as alleged by Dr Subramanian Swamy.

The public has little access to verify the truth of the claim of Dr. Swamy that PM Modi’s indulgence and inaction to protect the land of Ladakh in India. But, Govt has its intelligence and other agencies to check the facts in the row of Swamy’s allegation.

In this pretext, the Central Govt must arrest Dr. Subramanian Swamy for spreading fake news on the Chinese invasion in Ladakh or Protect LAC from the Chinese invasion! 

Post Script: If the Central Govt does not arrest Dr. Subramanian Swamy within 3-7 days, then it will be proved that the claim of Dr. Swamy is genuine and Modi Govt is doing very dangerous to the Nation by giving open access to China to intrude over.

Here is a humble submission to the Modi Govt from the writer: Please don’t suppress any fact that can endanger our country forever. Take actions rightly against the enemies within and outside.
