Upendra Bharti | HENB | Dehradun | Aug 28, 2923:: A video of the incident is making rounds on social media. The incident took place at Amit gram in Rishikesh area of the Uttarakhand state, in connection with the removal of an ‘illegal mazar’ by Hindutva activists, as surfaced in the various platforms.

The activists associated with ‘Devbhoomi Raksha Abhiyan’ demolished the shrine with sledgehammers as seen in the video while chanting “Jai Shri Ram” and “Har Har Mahadev” slogans.

Uttarakhand is known as Devbhoomi (land of God), but the state is now under the threat of Islamic encroachments over Govt lands on the roadsides, in forests, or in the Govt establishments.

In the first portion of the video, it was seen that the angry Hindu activists were engaged in destroying the “illegal mazar” from a Hindu locality; but the last portion of the video showed that a bulldozer was used to demolish a structure that was not identical to its first portion.

HENB could not authenticate the video source and reached the middle of the apprehension of the incident on the basis of available information.

Earlier, many such videos were proven fake in the context of their date place and reasons in reality.

The Kashmir Media Service, a news agency apparently run by the Islamists published the news on the basis of the information supplied by another anti-Hindu lobbyist forum named Hindutva Watch.

The Muslims of Uttrakhand have been grabbing govt lands on roadsides, in forests, or even lands in Hindu localities to erect many fake Mazars, Tombs, and Mausoleums under a sinister plan of Land Jihad. It is said that more than 500 such illegal Islamic shrines still exist in the state. Such encroachment of lands by erecting Mazars, Islamic tombs, and mausoleums is also called ‘Mazar Jihad’.

The majority of Hindus are attacked, humiliated, and cornered by these erected or make-shift Islamic shrines; Hindu girls and women are exploited by many means of fraud and exploitation, as alleged by local Hindu people many times.

There is also a dangerous Islamic plan to capture the Hindu-majority state of Uttarakhand by Muslims through infiltration and population influx.

The Pushkar Singh Dhami Govt in Uttarakhand announced earlier that all such illegal Mazars, Tombs, and Mausoleums will come under destruction to free the occupied Govt lands and forests one by one. Earlier, 300  of such illegal constructions were destroyed by the Govt.

Some enthusiastic Hindutva organisations in Uttrakhand also run their programme of removal of Islamic shrines from the Hindu localities as those create disturbance to the local people,
