Passing an UCC in Uttarakhand, just a gimmick to satiate a majority urge. But, Dhami Govt shaped the state an Islamic hub by with all extremity promoting a dangerous ‘ sabka saath -sabka vikas -sabka vishwas’ policy of Pasmanda Samrat Narendra Modi.    

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Dehradun | Feb 9, 2024:: Four persons were killed and many critically injured in the violence that broke out over the demolition of an illegally-built madrasa and a place for offering namaz (Mosque, as they claimed) inside its premises in the town of Haldwani  in Uttarakhand where the Uniform Civil Code was passed a day before. Curfew has been imposed and shoot-at-sight orders issued. Nainital District Magistrate (DM) Vandana Singh and Senior Superintendent of Police Prahlad Meena, who held a joint press conference here on Friday, confirmed the two deaths in the violence that broke out on Thursday. But, the latest news inputs from the localities have confirmed 4 casualties and injury of more than 100 police personnel.   

When, the clash between Police and the Muslim mob  in Banbhoolpura area of Haldwani in which so far 4 people have died and more than 100 policemen were injured, and the administration compelled to order the closure of all schools and colleges and stopping internet services, the Nainital DM Vandana Singh told the media person, “the incident was not communal in nature” as a face-saver of the Pushkar Singh Dhami Govt, assuring, “accused will be identified and strict action will be taken against them.”

PTI reports, ” local residents on Thursday set vehicles and a police station on fire and hurled stones, injuring more than 100 people, over the demolition of allegedly ‘illegally-built’ madrasa and an adjoining mosque.” The most horrid incident took place in the Malik-Ka-Bagicha area of Banbhoolpura Police Station jurisdiction. 

Four people have been arrested for inciting the mob while several others are being searched. Police say, “cases for rioting and arsoning will be registered against 14-15 identified persons who incited violence”.

The Banbhoolpura Police-Muslim clash proved that the passing of an UCC in Uttarakhand, was just a gimmick to satiate a majority urge. But, Dhami Govt shaped the state an Islamic hub by with all extremity promoting a dangerous ‘sabka saath -sabka vikas -sabka vishwas’ policy of Pasmanda Samrat Narendra Modi.   

Even when the insurgent Islamic flames are turning the state of Uttarakhand under a wildfire, the secular DM of Nainital exhorted, “The police station has been completely damaged by the mob…This is an unfortunate incident. The accused will be identified and strict action will be taken. But, this (incident) was not communal. I request everybody to not make it communal or sensitive. Any particular community did not retaliate…This was an effort to challenge the state machinery, state govt and the law and order situation…A briefing will be done again in the evening,”

On the violence that erupted in the Banbhoolpura area of Haldwani, Chief Secretary of State Radha Raturi said, “We held a meeting and took stock of the situation here. The government will soon restore peace in the region, and the  law of the land will be implemented. And soon, things will return to normalcy. I appeal to all citizens to not spread or pay heed to any kinds of rumours and help maintain peace.“

In the wake of violence in Uttarakhand’s Haldwani on Friday, Union Minister Giriraj Singh stated that no individual has the right to take the law into their own hands, regardless of the circumstances.

Singh expressed confidence in the Uttarakhand government’s ability to handle any such transgressions effectively.

“No one has the right to take the law into their own hands. Be it religious circumstances or any other reason, The Uttarakhand government is able, and if anyone takes the law into their hands, they will handle it perfectly,” the union minister told ANI.

But, how many instances Mr Giriraj Singh wants as the Muslims in India are always ready to take the law into their own hands.

Didn’t Mr Giriraj Singh hear the voice of Jamait Chief against the passing of UCC in Uttarakhand?

Though the internet services in the affected region are stopped, horrific pictures and videos are appearing in various social media platforms.

One female staff of the Uttarakhand Police narrated her ordeal as, “We locked ourselves in a room, while a mob tried to set the room on fire. they came in swarms from all directions. they attacked us with impunity.” 

Another male staff of the Uttarakhand Police described how “the mob started stone pelting from all sides, burnt vehicles and bikes and attacked the police with country made one-shutter or firearms.”

However,  BJP and its Godman Narendra Modi advertise a ‘Amritkaal’ (the seventy five years of Indian Independence) with the showering of stones as flowers by the Muslims, Bangladeshis and Rohingyas here and there in India.

Under the Modi-Shah magic, the stone pelters of Kashmir valley are seen all over India in any Muslim dominated areas.

Even then, Modi Govt in the Center and Double Engine BJP Govts in different states promote the Muslim (Pasmanda) appeasement and find scope to recruit more Muslim IAS and IPS through UPSC and State Administrative and Police services to endanger the situation furthermore.

It is important to note here that Uttarakhand was formed as a state on 9th November 2000, cutting it from Uttar Pradesh. Congress ruled there for 10 years and BJP for 14 years and last 7 years under a double engine Govt as proudly claimed by Bharatiya Janata Party. So, there is least scope to blame Congress for this Haldwani havoc as an usual excuse after a serious breakdown of the BJP’s double engine in the state.

There was another Haldwani horror in July 2023, when Muslims beat Hindu women and children by entering their home Then the peace-force  tore clothes and kicked a pregnant woman, injuring face with a sharp weapon.

The Islamist forces in the BJP ruled states are highly increasing including Uttarakhand. The Haldwani Muslim-Police clash is nothing but a tip of the iceberg.  The Nuh incident last year also exposed another double engine Govt in Haryana.  Both Uttarkhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami and Haryana CM Monharlal Khattar are RSS insiders. They have failed to restrain the Islamic insurgency in their respective states and the pycphants in RSS-BJP are over satisfied with the  PM Modi and other BJP CMs in other states even endangering the safety and security of the peace-loving Hindus.

The situation of the Hindus are like from the Frying Pan (Congress) to Oven (BJP). The concerned Hindu leadership must think about the Hindu defense ignoring all offense made (if any) in this reporting.

If the Police station can’t be protected under a double engine Govt, What is the security of Hindus there in fact?  Isn’t the Haldwani havoc  really shocking?
