Secular Hindu Manifesto 2024.

“Secular Hindu Manifesto 2024” released with an aspiration to be accepted by all nationalist parties. 

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | March 21, 2024:: Sri Jitendra Khurana Nachiketa, an ardent follower of Jyotirmath Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati, has released  the “Secular Hindu Manifesto 2024” in his website. A Delhi based Hindutva activist Khurana is the founder of HinduManifesto.com.  

Before the 2019 General Election, a 15 point Hindu Manifesto was released with 15 point Hindu demands which was blessed by Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati, as claimed by Khurana in his website.

Now, Before the 2019 General Election, Khurana has released a 20 point “Secular Hindu Manifesto 2024″ which speaks not only for Hindu interest, it deals with equal benefit to the minorities without any appeasement so far. Life before, Khurana has a plan to send the manifesto to all registered political parties in India with an aspiration to be accepted by all of them. 

The Secular Hindu Manifesto 2024 deals with the demand of Hindus on various issues like ‘ Declaring Cow as the Mother of Nation’, ‘Re-consecration of Ayodhya Ram Temple’, ‘Free Hindu Temples from Govt Control’, ‘Save Ganga and other Rivers’,  ‘Right to teach Religion in Hindu Educational Institutions’, ‘Construction of Majority Commission’, ‘Protection of Hindu Joint Families’, ‘Ban on Homo-sexuality and Live together’ and other issues as below: 

1. As per the demand of Pujya Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati ji, “Go Mata” should be declared the Mother of the Nation.
Also, cow pasture land and village ponds across the country should be freed from the land mafia and available for cattle and other animals. With this, the public will get cheap pure milk and stray animals will not enter the farmers’ fields. If there are more cows, a cow sanctuary should be built and shifted there.

2. To complete the invalid and contrary to scriptures consecration of the incomplete Ram Janmabhoomi temple in a religious manner, after the completion of the temple, the consecration should be done again as per the scriptures in the presence of respected Shankaracharyas, revered Ramanandacharyas and revered Ramanujacharyas including other Vaishnavacharyas and the incomplete work should be completed for the most revered Ramlala.

3. By changing Article 30 of the Constitution, the majority Hindus should also be given the right to open educational institutions of their choice so that Hindus can also study religious education subjects like Ramayana, Geeta, Puranas and Upanishads etc. along with all modern education in schools. Educational institutions of minorities will also continue to run. At present only minorities have these rights.

4. Formation of a majority commission to review the social and economic crimes committed against the majority Hindus.

5. The money of all the Hindu temples under government control should be spent only on the Hindu society and the propagation of Hindu religion by those who believe in Hindu Gods and Goddesses. A rule should be made to spend the temple money on welfare schemes for poor general category, OBC and Scheduled Caste/Tribe and talented Hindus of general category.

The members of the temple committee should include the chairman and the committee members should be respected saints nominated from Pujya Shankaracharya, Pujya Vaishnavacharyas and Sant Akharas. For administrative services, an IAS level Hindu officer should also be a member of the committee and other members will be made only on the suggestion of the Chairman.

All employees including priests of all Hindu temples should be given the salary and facilities of government employees, which will be borne by the donations collected in the temple only and there will be no burden on the government.

6.  Adi Shankaracharya had built only 4 Shankaracharya Peethas, Jyotirmath (Badarikashram), Govardhan Math Puri, Shringeri and Dwarka. Apart from this, all fake Shankaracharya Peethas should be banned and strict legal action should be taken against fake Shankaracharyas.

7. The false Aryan invasion theory used by the British to keep India dependent, to hurt the sentiments of Hindus and to divide Hindus and India, should be rejected (from all school syllabus and history books).

8. Formation of Hindu Religious Parliamentary Committee in Parliament respecting Hindu spiritual principles. Which will check whether any law is interfering with Hindu religion.

9. Homosexuality is anti-Hinduism, complete ban on live-in relationships and relations outside marriage should be declared a punishable offence.

10. Minority status to Hindus in 8 states in India with less than 50% Hindu population. [These states are: Lakshadweep (2.5%), Mizoram (2.75%), Nagaland (8.75%), Meghalaya (11.53%), J&K (28.44%), Arunachal Pradesh (29%), Manipur (31.39%) and Punjab (38.40%)].

11. Hundreds of schemes based on Sachar Committee Report were given to minorities like student scholarships and loans to businessmen at interest rates equal to those of minorities, but the Hindus of Brahmin Kshatriya Vaishya community were deprived of these by all the central governments for the last 18 years.

Now all the students and citizens of Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya community should get the benefits of such schemes on the same basis.

Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes should also get the benefits of similar schemes.

12. For clean water flow of all the rivers like Ganga, Yamuna, Narmada etc., drainage of water should be done only after installing sewer treatment plants as per capacity on all the drains in them.

To avoid the drinking water crisis in the country, great emphasis should be given to irrigation and management of rain water.

13.  Support to state governments to quickly fill the shortage of more than 5 lakh police personnel to increase internal security.

Minimum financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to Rs 10 lakh to policemen injured in riots, movements and demonstrations.

Financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh should be given to the families of policemen who were martyred in demonstrations and movements and a permanent government job should be given to one member of the family.

14. Strong internal and social security is not only the responsibility of the police and security forces, but also the responsibility of the common people. Therefore, there should be inspiration for self-defense among the public also. Therefore, self-defense training should be mandatory for all students from school level.

15.  Make plans to promote joint Hindu family like,

– Income tax exemption for joint families.

– Loan exemption for joint families to purchase houses on the basis of combined income.

– Income tax exemption for those who keep elderly parents with them.

(Joint family schemes should also be given to minorities)

16. For Manipur Meitei Hindus,

Reconstruction of over 394 Hindu temples demolished in civil war-like situation in Manipur.

Compensation/financial assistance to those Meitei Hindus whose houses, shops etc. were demolished and burnt in Manipur.

Appropriate compensation to the family members of Meitei Hindus who were murdered.

To expel the infiltrators from Myanmar and seal all the borders with Myanmar.

17. The new domicile rule imposed after the removal of Article 370 should be removed so that any citizen of India can get a job in Jammu and Kashmir at any time.

For the rehabilitation of displaced Kashmiri Hindus, a safe Kashmiri Hindu enclave should be created in Kashmir.

18. Regarding Bangladeshi infiltrators in India,

– Identify all Bangladeshi infiltrators and cancel their Aadhar cards, Voter ID cards.

– Exclude them from the voter list and give them temporary infiltrator identity cards till they are expelled.

– On the basis of Nehru-Liaquat Agreement, Indian citizenship should be given to the persecuted Bangladeshi minorities.

19. Formation of Men’s Commission for Male Welfare to eliminate mental, economic and social pressure, the main reasons for increasing suicide by men, and for continuous observation on physical and mental condition. This men’s commission should be valid for minorities also.

20. There should be a provision for life imprisonment to death for raping a woman and direct death penalty for raping a minor girl.

Taking his X handle Hindu Existence Editor and prominent Hindutva interlocutor, Upanada Brahmachari supported the above manifesto.

Brahmachari wanted to add 5 more points on it as:

1. Delete ‘Secular and ‘Socialist’ words from the Preamble of Indian Constitution.

2. Stop fraudulent conversion racket engineered by the Islamists and Churches.

3. Central Film Censor Board must include Hindu seers to stop Films against Hindu ethos.

4. Stop foreign Funds coming to India to end the Hindu majority, might and right of India.

5. Stop false promises by the Political parties during election time. ECI start check on it.
