Kangana Ranaut fears Muharram video, advises Hindu men to combat Islamic horror.

BJP MP Kangana Ranaut calls Muharram video ‘scary’, wants Hindu men to get ‘combat training to survive in a world like this’.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | July 29, 2024:: BJP’s Member of Parliament from Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi and actor Kangana Ranaut on Monday took to X to react to an undated video showing Muslims observing Muharram. Men dressed in white and covered in blood were seen in the video. Sharing the clip, Kangana called it ‘weird and scary’.

Though the place of the video is unclear (whether it is in India or outside), such gory incidents of Muharram is  very much familiar all over the country.

Considered the second holiest month in the Islamic calendar after Ramadan, Muslims believe Muharram to be a period of intense grief as they mourn the death of Prophet Muhammad’s grandson Hazrat Imam Hussain.

With the Muharram video, Kangana tweeted, “This is weird and scary but to survive in a world like this should Hindu men also do some kind of compulsory combat training? Looking at the scenarios around there is no harm in keeping your blood hot… is there?”

Some on X slammed Kangana’s tweet for ‘instigating Hindus by asking them to keep their blood hot’. The original video was tweeted by an verified X user Sunanda Roy  with, “Q: What kind of celebration is this? Liberals and Islamists: World’s most peaceful celebration.”

Giving his reaction on this gory video of Muharram, Upananda Brahmachari remarkd in X, “Where are the left-liberals & pro-Islamist people to condemn such nasty celebrations. The Supreme Court  & High Courts must take sou-motto action against such horrible religious celebration, if it happens in India.“

In the X handle of Hindu Existence, it is asked, “What a nasty celebration of Muharram! The Left-liberals & the pro-Islamists will never condemn it. But, why the SC & HCs are not taking suo-motto action if it happens in India? How Mota Bhai (@AmitShah) find a Vikash (Development) & Virasat (Heritage) in it?”
