What did Yati Narsinghanand comment on Muhammad… Why Police took him in custody?

Yati Narsinghanand in police custody, BJP MLA said – The attack on the temple is an attack on the entire Hindutva… Those responsible for the attack on the temple on Friday should be killed in an encounter.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | Oct 7, 2024:: Yati Narsinghanand was taken into custody by the UP Police on Saturday, two days after the FIR was registered against him. A video of him making an allegedly ‘offensive’ comment on Islamic Prophet Muhammad was going viral.  However, no official statement has come out in this regard, but a police official confirmed this to Indian Express. According to a PTI report, his aides also said that he has been detained in Ghaziabad. But, the statement of Yati Narsinghanand is found historically true and socially correct in present situation also as analysed by HENB.

On Thursday i.e. October 3, UP Police has registered a case against Yati Narsinghanand for the alleged ‘hate speech’ delivered on September 29 at Hindi Bhavan in Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad.  On the basis of  Sub-Inspector Trivendra Singh’s report, an FIR has been registered under Section 302 of the BNS i.e. hurting religious sentiments. Later, the Hindutva leader was taken to police custody.

From a video reporting of Hindi News ‘Jansatta’ the Hindutva leader urged the Hindus to burn the effigy of  Muhammad instead of Ravan in the occasion of Dussehra. In his speech, Yati Narsinghanand clarified the Islamic  attacks,  huge loots, atrocities,  rape and murder of non-Muslims caused by the doctrinaires initiated Arab desert bandit Muhammad. Narsinghanand mentioned for a single blunder Hindus traditionally burn the effigy of Ravan for ages. Now, for the huge plunders perpetrated by Muhammad, Hindus must start to burn the effigy of Muhammad everywhere as he is the cause of civilization peril of human society.

Actually, the teachings of Muhammad as embedded in Quran has its tremendous influence on Al Qaeda, Talibans, ISIS, Hamas, and other Jihadi outfits emerged as the extreme threat to the peace and harmony in present days.

After, Narsinghanand’s speech went viral on social media, it  was strongly opposed in many states and union territories, including Maharashtra and Telangana including many parts of Ghaziabad and around Dasna Shiv-Shaktidham Temple. Some Muslim miscreants tried to attack  Dasna Shiv-Shaktidham Temple on Friday night, but neutralised by police.

The Loni (Ghaziabad) BJP MLA Nand Kishore Gurjar, who went to Dasna temple on Saturday, said that the police pretended to lathicharge at night, but they should have shot 10-20 people in  an encounter. Attack on a Temple is always an attack on the entire Hindutva. If 10-20 people had died at night in an encounter, there would not have been such a ruckus. Gurjar said, ‘This was an attack on Sanatan Dharma. This is an attack on the faith of Hindus. NSA should be imposed on everyone and those who are not arrested should be encountered by announcing a reward. Two-four may be local, most of them were terrorists from outside, Rohingya. They are outside Muslims and if any local Muslim is with them then the police should encounter them. Otherwise the society will decide. There will be a fight to the finish, we will be ready for that. All Hindus should be prosecuted under NSA and reward should be announced for those who are not arrested and there should be an encounter. Some may be local, but most of them are terrorists from outside, Rohingya.

Security arrangements of Dasna Shiv-Shakti Dham Temple has been increased after the protest on Friday. On Saturday, an FIR was registered against 100-150 unidentified people under various sections. Massive protests were held against Narsinghanand in many areas of Ghaziabad on Saturday as well. Meanwhile, an FIR has been registered against four more people of Dasna Devi Temple in connection with hate speech.

Yati’s arrest is unfortunate

Stating it very unfortunate, Hindutva interlocutor and Hindu Existence Website Editor Upananda Brahmachari wrote in his X handle, “Our National Motto is: Satyameva Jayate (Truth alone Triumphs). Then what un-truth told by Yati Narsinghanand?  Yati Ji told 100% Truth on Muhammad. See the Islamic History in Quran, Hadith and life of Muhammad. Plz don’t compromise with truth.”
