Pakistan: Hindu girls found dead hanging on tree in Islamkot.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | Nov 19, 2024:: The cheer-leaders of Hindutva in RSS-BJP falsely propagate the theory of Akhand Hindusthan (undivided Bharatvarsha) to fume the Hindutva time and again in their own style. But, they never confess the reality that crossing the border in the eastern part of India, Bangladesh is just at the verge of being an ‘Islamic East Pakistan’ where the Hindus are under a severe Islamic persecution again after the ouster of PM Shiekh Hasina  on Aug 5. Hindus are vanishing fast there turned to a less than 8% population from its 23% existence at least at the time of  Bangladesh liberation in 1971. It would not fair to tell that Hindus under Awami League Government were safe and secured. But, the present situation in Bangaldesh has been worsening for Hindu minorities than the regime of Khaleda Zia led Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

The news pouring from the western side of India is more deadly than anything as the Hindus are at the verge of extinction there. In Pakistan, killing, abduction, rape, marriage in hostage, forced conversion are appeared  as daily routine before the existing Hindu in a queue of killing field. The perils of minority Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh are not in the list of priority for RSS-BJP fairly story tellers of Akhand Bharat. The Hindu population in Pakistan now stands below 2% where they were figured 14% around 1947 at the partition of India.

On Nov 10, the bodies of two young girls of the Hindu community were found hanging from a tree on the outskirts of Babuhar Hingorja village near Islamkot Tharparkar in Pakistan. According to the report, the names of the dead girls are Hema and Venti, whose age is between 15 and 17 years.

The cause of death of these two sisters hanging at an unbelievable height in a same tree side by side has not been not divulged through any source.

It is so easy in Pakistan to rape, murder, hang or dump the body of a Hindu girl or women. Yet, no one is ready to take care of the safety and security of  the female clan seriously in that Islamic  country.

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has condemned the tragic deaths of the two Hindu girls in Pakistan’s Islamkot area.

As the incident has caused outrage and fear among local Hindus in Pakistan and India also,  Kalyan has also expressed concerns over the atrocities faced by Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

“It pains a lot to see, our Hindu sisters in Pakistan going through such atrocities and losing their lives. Every time I see such news about the plight of Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, it pains me deeply. I pray for Hema and Venti’s departed souls with tears,” Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM said on X.

Though this is the first time Kalyan has retaliated against the extreme persecution of minority Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, most of the BJP leaders have refrained from reacting against what is going on in Bangladesh and Pakistan.  Rather, the attacks on minorities and killing of Hindus in Bangladesh and Pakistan have been made as a war of words in a diplomatic way without any practical efforts to rescue them.
