Now what is required is a Constitutional Hindu Rashtra where food, education and healthcare are available to all children without imparity, according to AntarRashtriya Hindu Parishad chief.

B Upendran | HENB | Bengaluru | June 17, 2022:: Praveen Togadia, founder and international president of AntarRashtriya Hindu Parishad (AHP), has reiterated that India has always been a Hindu Rashtra, emphasizing the need for a Hindu constitution to safeguard the interests of Hindus. Addressing a press conference in Hubballi, Togadia clarified that his organization’s objective is to influence Hindu polity and not politics.

The Need for a Hindu Constitution

Togadia stressed that India needs a cultural, constitutional, and sovereign Hindu Rashtra to protect all Hindus without depriving anyone. He emphasized that his organization’s goal is to mobilize people’s mandate to influence the government for the welfare and safety of Hindus.

“Let me make it clear. I have always been trying to influence Hindu polity in India. Our objective has been to mobilize people’s mandate to influence the government for the welfare and safety of Hindus and we will continue to work towards it,” Dr. Togadia  said.

At the side of Press Conference Dr Togadia said that India needed a Cultural, Constitutional and Sovereign Hindu Rashtra to safeguard all Hindus without depriving anybody in the Nation.

Access to Education and Healthcare

Togadia highlighted the rising costs of medical education, recalling his own days as a medical student when fees were just ₹25. “Now, one has to pay crores of rupees for medical education,” he said, emphasizing the need for a system that ensures employment opportunities and access to affordable education and healthcare for all.

Population Growth and Fertility Ratio

Togadia expressed concern about the declining fertility ratio among Hindus, which has dropped to 1.7. “Our slogan is ‘teen bacche, Hindu sacche’ (three children, true Hindu),” he said, announcing that the AHP will honor parents with three children and pay school fees for poor families with three children.

Cases Against Hindutva Activists

Togadia criticized the filing of cases against Hindutva activists, vowing to fight against such actions. “We will fight for the safety of Hindus,” he said, emphasizing that the AHP will not back down in the face of adversity.

India’s Progress and Development

Togadia acknowledged India’s progress since 1947, highlighting achievements in various fields. However, he pointed out that there is still much work to be done to address poverty and inequality. “We have to take along both the Indias,” he said, emphasizing the need for inclusive development.

No Threat to Life

When asked about potential threats to his life, Togadia replied that he is safe due to the blessings of Hindus. “In fact, there was no life threat or problem during the Congress regime either,” he said, adding that even now, there is no threat to his life.

Operation Sindoor

Togadia praised the Indian armed forces for their action against terror bases in Pakistan, saying that the people of the nation would have been happier if there were more casualties on the enemy side.

Hindu Ahead

Togadia’s vision for a Hindu Rashtra prioritizes the welfare of Hindu citizens, with a focus on education, healthcare, and employment involving the development of all Indians without depriving anybody in a welfare state. His comments have sparked Hindutva debate and discussion about the role of Hinduism in Indian society and politics.
