The victim alleged that after her father’s death, Nazil took advantage of her many times on the pretext of giving her support. When she asked him to marry her, Nazil said that first she will have to change her religion, forced to read Kalma and perform Namaz, and feed her cow’s meat. According to a report pulished in India Today, a woman named Parul Kashyap in Lucknow has filed a complaint in the police station accusing her husband of conversion, rape and harassment. The victim alleged that Nazil had a relationship with her by deceit before marriage, then married her after converting her religion. He continued to harass her even after marriage. The woman alleged that Nazil also does obscene acts with his three and a half year old daughter. The woman has also accused her husband’s brother and father of using force on her. ‘He did wrong by mixing drugs in cold drink’
According to NDTV-Hindi, The victim told in the complaint that she met Nazil 6-7 years ago. He lived in my neighborhood. We became friends during high school. Once he invited me to a party at his friend’s place. At the party, he mixed drugs in cold drink and gave it to me. After I fainted, he did wrong to me in the party. Nazil made a video and blackmailed me on the basis of that and did wrong things to me repeatedly.

‘Forcefully converted and married, fed cow’s meat’
The victim alleged that after her father’s death, Nazil took advantage of her many times on the pretext of giving support. Then the victim was a minor. When she asked for marriage, Nazil said that first she will have to convert, read Kalma and Namaz. And forcibly fed cow’s meat. The victim was not ready for this, but being socially and financially weak, she reluctantly agreed to convert. She alleged that Nazil had threatened to make obscene photos and videos viral.

‘He used to behave brutally with my daughter’
The victim said that after this she got married to Nazil. He used to live in a separate room in Lucknow. They have a daughter who is three and a half years old. Nazil also does obscene acts with his daughter. He is making her addicted to drugs. He also beat her up many times when she protested. The woman alleged that Nazil used to call his friends and call girls to the house. He used to beat her up when she protested. When she started working after the birth of her daughter, he also opposed this.

The victim alleged in a conversation with NDTV that Nazil’s father and both brothers often came to their rented house in Munshi Pulia and seeing her alone, tried to force themselves on her. Every time she used to gather people by making noise in some way. When she complained about this to Nazil, he said that this keeps happening in our house, you should also accept all this.
