The “I Love Muhammad” controversy is continuously growing across the country, especially in Uttarakhand. After starting from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, it has turned into a major controversy in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. In Kashipur, the police have registered a case against three named persons and 500 unidentified persons. Outside Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, the tension is spreading in states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Telangana. The question arises: why and how did the “I Love Muhammad” slogan become a source of controversy and tension? In cities like Unnao, Bareilly, Kaushambi, Lucknow, and Maharajganj in Uttar Pradesh, as well as Kashipur in Uttarakhand and Hyderabad in Telangana, the Muslim community has taken to the streets in support of “I Love Muhammad.” Protests are ongoing at various places, and during these protests, clashes have taken place between the police and the Muslim community.

Where did the controversy start?

The controversy started in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The controversy, which started in the Syed Nagar area of Rawatpur in the first week of September, has now spread to many parts of the country.

Was “I Love Muhammad” poster a misunderstanding?

The “I Love Muhammad” poster has created a storm, but the real story behind the controversy is different. The case was filed not for writing “I Love Muhammad” but for putting up a signboard in the wrong place to create communal tension. Some people have distorted the incident and given publicity. Now, while the police are trying to calm the people, some are escalating the issue and creating a ruckus. So, the starting of the “I Love Muhammad” movement is not an outcome of any misunderstanding, rather it was the beginning of a bigger conspiracy. In fact, on September 4, in Rawatpur’s Syed Nagar neighborhood, a signboard reading “I Love Muhammad” was put up on the road as part of the Barfatha celebrations. Some people protested. After a debate, the police removed the signboard and reinstalled it near the venue. The next day, some youths tore down a religious poster. A case was filed on September 10. However, it was publicized as a case against “I Love Muhammad,” and the uproar escalated.

Muslims started putting up posters, taking out processions

News spread among the Muslim community that the police had filed an FIR for putting up “I Love Muhammad” posters. In this protest, members of the Muslim community started taking out processions. Moreover, people have recently started putting up “I Love Muhammad” posters in their shops and houses.

Uproar in Kashipur

A similar procession was also taken out in Kashipur in Uttarakhand’s Udham Singh Nagar district. A crowd of around 500 people took to the streets and started shouting slogans. Kotwali SSI Anil Joshi said that around 500 people, led by Nadeem Akhtar, Anis Gandhi, and Danish Chowdhury, were taking out a procession in the Mohalla Ali Khan area without permission. They were stopped at Ali Khan intersection, and attempts were made to convince them, but they refused. This led to rioting. The mob attacked the police, chased and beat up two policemen. The policemen somehow managed to escape. At this time, stones were pelted at the police vehicle 112, and its windows were broken. The police have arrested seven people, including the main accused. A case has been registered against over 500 people.

Crowd gathered on the request of three SP leaders; New details emerge about the “I Love Mohammad” procession

New details have emerged about the “I Love Mohammad” procession of hundreds of people in Kashipur last night. Police investigation has revealed that the gathering at Ali Khan Chowk was at the request of three SP leaders. Police investigation revealed that the entire incident was linked to the social media appeal of three SP leaders. On the call of these leaders, hundreds of youth gathered at Ali Khan Chowk, and the situation worsened. The police have arrested the main accused and SP leader Nadeem Akhtar and sent him to jail, while the other two leaders are still absconding.

Slogans of “Sar Tan Se Juda” were raised in Kaushambi

Slogans of “STSJ” i.e., “Sar Tan Se Juda” i.e., “Separate head and body” were raised in Kaushambi, due to which the police were forced to detain several people. A video of it has gone viral. The police forced the children to sit by holding their ears. Several youths were seen holding placards and chanting slogans. In this incident, Sadar CO Shivank Singh said that a video of some children in the Manjanpur city area raising objectionable slogans has gone viral on social media. After investigating the incident, a case has been registered under relevant sections, and several children are being detained and questioned.

Preplanned and Subversive

According to information received so far, “I Love Muhammad” is a politically motivated campaign aimed at disrupting the political stability of various states in India, especially those run by BJP-ruled governments in various states. Political parties like the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, with the help of various Islamic organizations, are trying to provoke the sentiments of minorities by inciting popular Muslim sentiments in the Ghazwa-e-Hind franchise to transform India into an Islamic country.

“I Love Muhammad” intentions pose a threat to Indian secularism and throw a challenge to the polytheist Indian society with a claim to Mohammedan love for Islamic fanaticism, Sharia, Polygamy, Sar Tan Se Juda,  Torture upon Women, Pedophilia, Sodomy, Hate, Violence, and so on.

I Love Muhammad or Islamic Gen Z in India

Inspired by the recent upheaval in Nepal through the Gen Z movement, Islamic organizations in India are radicalizing Muslim youth through the “I Love Muhammad” movement, to create a major Islamic unrest in India. Radical Islamic organizations are attempting to shape an Islamic Gen Z in India to destabilize the Modi government at the center. The “I Love Muhammad” movement has a greater impact on the Muslim mindset to show down the idea of “I Love my India” or anything. To crush such nefarious propaganda against Mother India, the central and all state governments must address the situation firmly.
