Controversy Erupts in Jabalpur over Unauthorized Construction of a Madrasa on Government Land.

Madhya Pradesh: Hindu Groups Allege “Kinnar Jihad” and “Land Jihad” in Jabalpur Land Encroachment Case.

Shibam Verma | HENB | Bhopal | Oct 15, 2025:: A controversy has erupted in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, after Hindu organization members accused Muslim groups and a transgender individual of colluding to encroach on government land to establish a madrasa. The allegations were made by Manoj Rajak and Abhilasha Singh, members of a Hindu organization, who claimed that the site was part of a larger “conspiracy.”

Rajak alleged that government land was being usurped in the name of religious education, with money being channeled through a transgender person to establish a madrasa. “Classes were about to begin,” Rajak claimed, adding that “plans were underway for both ‘land jihad’ and ‘kinnar jihad’.”

Interestingly, in the Kinnar (transgender) society of India, there is a significant portion of Muslim members inclined towards Islamic propaganda and public money collection, a portion of which is spent on the development of Muslim orphanages and madrasas. Allegations have surfaced that Muslim Kinnar groups are involved in human trafficking of Hindu girls and women across various states.

Months ago, 10 cases of forced conversion of Hindu transgenders to Islam were reported simultaneously in Indore. According to OpIndia Hindi news, “Recently, a case of pressure on Hindu transgenders to convert has come to light in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Here, Hindu transgenders were allegedly injected with HIV for refusing to accept Islam. Due to this, 60 transgenders have been infected with HIV so far. While giving a complaint to the police, the Hindu transgender group alleged that Payal alias Naeem Ansari and Seema Haji alias Farzana are involved in this illegal conversion act.” This is also another aspect of transgender-related issues like “Kinnar Jihad”.

Actually, building a mosque means a fortification of Islam. Within 3 years, there will be no non-Muslims surrounding that mosque. And, a Madrasa is a factory for making jihadis to make India an Islamic state by 2047. It was revealed in a paper by the PFI (Popular Front of India), an Islamist group.

The allegations sparked a protest by right-wing activists, who claimed that the land was being illegally occupied. Following the protest, senior administrative officials, including the Tehsildar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), and Station House Officer (SHO), visited the site and ordered the demolition of the under-construction structure. Notices were also issued to halt any further development.

Local Muslim residents have denied the allegations, calling them fabricated and malicious. District officials have maintained that their intervention was purely administrative, aimed at addressing concerns over unauthorized construction on government land.

The incident has sparked tensions in the area, with the Hindu organization members asserting that their concerns were about the alleged encroachment of government land and the purported “conspiracy” behind it.
