Greater Noida (UP): Muslim  Man Arrested for Laundering Rs 11 Crore, Housing Illegal Migrants, and Spreading Hate Against Hindus.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | Nov 9, 2025:: The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has apprehended Farhan Nabi Siddiqui from Greater Noida for allegedly publishing and distributing religious literature aimed at spreading communal tension and enmity among different groups, particularly against Hindus. The arrest followed intelligence inputs about individuals publishing inflammatory material in the Kasna area of Greater Noida under the guise of printing religious literature.

According to the ATS, the operation was allegedly funded through hawala channels and foreign sources, including Turkey and Germany. Investigations revealed that several companies, including M/s Istanbul International Pvt. Ltd., M/s Hakikat Vakfi Foundation, and M/s Real Global Express Logistic Pvt. Ltd., were used for these activities. The printing work was carried out at Hakikat Printing Publication in Greater Noida.

The ATS found that Siddiqui had received around Rs 11 crore through hawala and foreign sources, which were allegedly used to purchase land in Uttar Pradesh’s Amroha district and Punjab. The funds were purportedly used to establish madrasas, mosques, and private firms.

Siddiqui was also found to have provided shelter to illegal Bangladeshi immigrants, and foreign nationals from Turkey and Germany stayed at his house without notifying authorities. Further investigation is underway to trace the funding trail and identify other individuals involved.

Sources say,  Police are also investigating whether the arrested Farhan Nabi Siddiqui has ties to the terror group PFI, with the aim of turning India into Islamistan under Ghazwa-e-Hind.
