The Turning of the Wheel towards a Hindu Rashtra in Nepal.

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Kathmandu | Sept 13, 2015:: The political situation of Nepal is moving fast and the adoption of New Constitution in Nepal is also in an ultimate position. If you see these things meticulously, it comes very clear.

At latest, CPN-UML Vice-Chairperson Bidya Devi Bhandari said on Saturday that the much-awaited constitution would be promulgated on coming Monday, September 14. Better late than never. But CA (Constituent Assembly) members and the main parties killed much time to calculate and cherish  their own political benefits, ego and futures, but now they are in their sense that killing of much time further will draw more troubles in Terai, of Madhesis and obviously by pro Hindu Rashtra people in Nepal. As the common people in Nepal are disgusted by the lengthy CA process, there is no way except the New Nepal Constitution within next 24 hours to check the people’s unrest.

In the meanwhile, through some unique developments, Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae called on top leaders of major three parties (Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and UCPN-Maoist) and encouraged them to deliver a new constitution with broadest possible consensus among the concerned stakeholders, including agitating Madhesi parties. As per confidential source, Rae categorically emphasized (before two out of three parties) upon the Delhi’s concern about the pro-Hindu State in Nepal and against any colonial thumping of Vatican or Beijing.

Fortunately, RPPN – the fourth largest party in Nepal has returned to CA after getting requests from other three. At the last stage of CA, pro Hindu Rashtra Party RPPN decided to boycott the Constitution making procedures pointing out the obstinate mentality of many CA members and some manmade dilemma against majority people’s demand for a Hindu Rashtra in Nepal. Through this development a clear signal goes on that the presence of RPPN, a Pro Hindu Rashtra Party in the CA is very much essential for those political parties are visibly against it. In one point of time RPPN demanded referendum in Nepal as the most suitable way to judge the people’s demand for a Hindu Rashtra.

We know that Nepal was constituted as a secular state after the endorsement of the Interim Constitution in January 2007, which was formally ratified in May 2008 under a pressure of Maoist political lobby. Till then Nepal was existed as the only Hindu Rashtra and Hindu Kingdom in the world. In the name of secularism and modernization in a fabricated ‘New Nepal’, the new entrants in the power pampered the religious minorities and culturally marginalized groups against the majority Hindus in Nepal. The politics in this phase was inculcated in various corruptions and extrusions of the Nepali people including the detrimental aggression of China and Christianity in the soil of Nepal.

In the process of a new constitution is being finalized for Nepal, numbers of Hindu groups and religious leaders are demanding that the country again be declared a Hindu Rashtra (State) maintaining a traditional respect to the Hindu Kingdom of Nepal . All the prominent Hindu groups have been organizing rallies in various cities around the country and the capital reclaiming the Hindu Rashtra statute in the new constitution. The Hindu nationalist party, Rashtriya Prajatantra Party Nepal, has also been demonstrating in numerous cities demanding a Hindu state and the removal of the term ‘secular state’ from the constitution of Nepal. so far.

Many political personalities in the Nepali Congress and the Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist Leninist) have also opposed to a secular state identity, demanding the inclusion of ‘religious freedom’ instead of ‘secular state’ in the new statute. Retaining a Hindu state in Nepal has been marked as an effort to stop proselytisation by Christian missionaries and the cow slaughter in Nepal. It is also reported that some Muslim leaders appear to support the Hindu state identity, arguing that the country’s present secular status has increased their religious insecurity under the threat of Christian conversion.

As a matter of fact people’s struggle for a Hindu Rashtra again in Nepal is seen in a highest level through this decade. Presently, four Hindu young men have been continuing their Fast-unto-Death at Kathmandu’s Khulamanch since 31st August. There was a huge rally at Boneshwor area on Saturday in support of the four youths on fasting. The protesters warned the authorities to declare Nepal as a Hindu Rashtra and save the lives of the youth on fasting.

On the other hand, some non-Hindu groups like National Council of Churches of Nepal (NCCN), Christian Solidarity Worldwide (CSW) – Nepal Chapter, the Nepal Buddhist Association, and many hill indigenous groups (i.e. non-Hindu Mongolian communities and some Muslims groups have repeatedly argued an unambiguously secular state not just one that endorses ‘religious freedom’. These non-Hindu groups are working under the critical influence European Union, Vatican, Chinese and Pakistani Embassy in Nepal aiming to stop the high chance of reinstating the Hindu Rashtra in Nepal in the name of  multi religiosity and cultural diversity. They say, individual’s right to religious freedom is guaranteed as a fundamental right in Article 23 of the Interim Constitution, so there is no need to replace the term ‘secular state’ with another one such as ‘religious freedom’. But, the 2047 BS (1990) Constitution of Nepal is described as “a multiethnic, democratic, independent, indivisible, sovereign, Hindu and Monarchical Kingdom’.

This identity of the traditional Himalayan Kingdom has no animosity with the Nepali people. But, the power sharers in the present system and the Maoists are trying to break Nepal in the name of Federalism and Secularism. Majority people in Nepal are now disgusted with the Maoists and their collaborators and they are dead against these stigma of Federalism and Secularism only to stop Hindu State in Nepal. Maoists and other corrupts in Nepal are now totally exposed. They are good for nothing for the people in Nepal, as per majority opinion.

In democracy, majority must be granted. 80% people in Nepal are supporting the cause of a Hindu Rashtra in Nepal, this cannot be overturned with a mimic view of 20%, and otherwise a referendum is the last refuge. Without a referendum, the people’s recognition for a Hindu Rashtra in Nepal cannot be snatched anyway in the name of CA or anything else.

To avoid any further crisis in Nepal including the chance of civil war, Nepal must be declared as a Hindu state removing its artificial ‘secular’ status. Nepal is virtually a ‘religious’ Hindu state and not a ‘secular’ anyway any means.

As per a secret source, the ultra leftists in Nepal will be challenged vehemently this time by the peace loving common people in Nepal and India is to extend its all effort to keep peace and culture of Nepal intact at any cost. This gesture of India will be greeted by the people of Nepal as a sign of love and responsibility for Nepal and not as interference or intimidation anyway.

In the turning of wheel, Nepal is advancing towards a Hindu Rashtra again.

India must support and encourage Nepal to reach to goal of Hindu Rashtra. We do not need destructive thorn of Islam to grow, in our green gardens of Bharat, and around. Japan has never encouraged Islamic weed to grow in their country. Angola has recently banned Islam, in their country.

    God bless Bharat. Tr.

Hindu Kingdom with Hindu Monarchy must be as it is in Nepal!

We believe Indo- Nepal relations will find new dimensions with new government of India respecting the Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal.. But we always seek positive support and developmental cooperation. At this time, we are in crisis. All Nepali people want India be supportive in reinstating our lost pride-Hinduism and constitutional monarch. The Nepalese monarch always has goodwill with India. The fact is that the Nepalese monarchs held special right for carrying out ritualistic worship in many Hindu shrines and temples in India. Then, India’s Hindutwa also can be dignified. Then, the strong Hindu nationalist leader Narendra Modi- PM of India should have to suggest to the Nepalese three party leaders-Maoist, Congress and UML to keep intact the world Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal who have been guided to impose secularism, republic and federalism by the hints of EU, Christian Mission, CIA and former Congress (I)’s agendas.
Hinduism educated us global brotherhood, humanitarian and respectful coexistence among differences. I strongly believe that Hindu philosophy can guide the entire world for humanitarian values and norms. As honorable Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi recently said our principle that Basudaiva Kutumbakam…..is the only option to make inter-countries’ relationship more harmonious and meaningful. Obviously, it will contribute to reorganize this world better place to live for our forthcoming generations. But the basic question is if we don’t recognize ourselves, nobody will recognize us. Hinduism is our identity, Hinduism is our dignity, Hinduism is our life. It is the pride that we are part of it. The essences of Nepalese nationalism are- Hinduism and monarchy. These are typical identifying symbols of Nepal. Nepalese royal institution basically was known for national unity and patriotism. Nepal’s sovereignty, integrity and national pride addressed by Hindu monarchy. The Hindu monarchy has especial privilege in India to devotee the temples and Dhams in Biswonath in Kashi-Banarash, Tirupati, Somnath, Amarnath, Rameshoram, Kamaru-Kamachxya.
Nepal has three great qualities-1) Pious land of Rishis, sages, originated the Vedic, Hindu sculptures and shrine books. 2) Ancient sovereign-country ruled by Hindu monarchy and 3) Birth place of Lord Buddha and Hindu kingdom in all over the world. In this sense the Indian Hindus and the Hindus of whole world should have to conscious to save and dignified the world Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal. Nepal always seeks a permanent, loyal and respected permanent institution–the monarchy. The reality is that the strategic and Geo-socio-political situation of Nepal mandatory demands the existence of monarchical institution in the country. The monarchy and Hindu Kingdom both are inter-related identified symbols of Nepal. Our concern is national stability, unity and complete democracy to maintain the balance relation with India and China.
Since 2006, Nepalese Hindus are suffering from the Maoist, Congress and UML’s nefarious activities. The three party leaders have been joined their hands with EU, Christian Missions and CIA to impose Christianity in Nepal and to break China in the name of free-Tibet. This is because our basic foundations are violated; consequently national unity and sustainable peace has not been achieved. The constitution is non-functional with the annulment of the constitution of 1990 that was suddenly suspended without any reason. The country has been unconstitutionally declared so called republic, secular state and ethnic-based federalism. This is in fact, foremost cause of the deterioration situation of the country. Now, we are facing the most terrible crisis. Probably we are experiencing the darkest period of our entire history.
Hinduism and its culture and traditions have a long history spanning over a period of thousands and thousands of years and developed over several eras. It is understood that human civilization started to advance since the Vedic age. Hindu religion is the most personally expansive and psychologically empowering religion on earth. It is a path that teaches its followers to be fearless, dedicated, focused, strong, assertive, self-controlled, virtuous, self-reliant, and to strive for excellence in all endeavors. Among all religions of the world, Hindu religion is considered as an ancient religion that is recognized as the foundation of civilization and as the most liberal democratic way of life. Hinduism & Buddhism are the identities & cultural assets of Nepal.
Nepal has been standing on the verge of disintegration for the last 10 years. And neither the law nor decisions is working in Nepal. Due to the eccentric corrupt characters of the party leaders, the parliamentary system has not come to right path as well as the country’s development programmed can move. The parties are choosing the ethnic lines to operate themselves to break Nepalese unity. This is tantamount to opting for a suicidal path. Due to the anti-nationalist activities of the Nepali Congress, UML and Maoist leaders, Nepal’s condition has become very critical. Due to the RAW nefarious conspirator roles, anti-India slogans are increasing day by day. So, to maintain the harmonious and cordial relation between Nepal and India and to keep intact Nepal’s sovereignty, and Hindu Kingdom, there must be restored the unchangeable point of 1990 constitution.
    Thank you!

If Hindutva(or any religion) should be saved in Nepal(or any religious country). Then constitution should have a rule saying that. Other religious people should have strict population control of 2, 1.5 or less but never more than 2. Else other religions population will takeover and Hinduism will be gone. Check below video to understand what I am saying.

Keep the exact Nature of Nepal as it is since centuries as a HINDU Nation. There is NO Need to make it secular. Secularism give special rights to minorities and minorities blackmail the majority in the name of secularism on each and every issue. This is what happened in India. I am not against the “Right to Co Exist” in a country with other faiths. All concerned Faith must respect each other and Co Exist side by side without crossing the line. In my opinion Nepal should and must be declare a “HINDU RASHTRA” .
