Sarabjit’s Singh body will be handed over to Indian authorities in Lahore at around 3.30pm IST, reported Times Now. The body will then be lifted to Amritsar, after which it will be transported to Sarabjit’s village of Bhikhiwind.

Earlier reports stated that a BSF air ambulance could be used to bring back Sarabjit Singh’s body to Amritsar.

Shaheed Sarabjit SinghLAHORE | 2 May 2013 | HE News Bureau:: Sarabjit Singh, the Indian death row convict who was was brutally assaulted by jail inmates, died at Lahore’s Jinnah hospital late on Wednesday night.

The head of medical board supervising Sarabjit’s treatment confirmed his death.

Sarabjit Singh’s death occurred at 1 am (Pakistani time), the head of the medical board said.

Sarabjit Singh, 49, sustained several injuries, including a fractured skull, when six prisoners attacked him on April 26 after Friday Prayer in Pakistan’s Kot Lakhpat Jail. He was seriously hit on the head with bricks.

He had been on ventilator life support since then.

Late on Wednesday night his condition was described as “serious and critical” by the external affairs ministry.

As Sarabjit’s condition deteriorated, Pakistan announced that it was “positively considering” India’s request to repatriate him.

Earlier, India had strongly asked Pakistan to immediately release Sarabjit for best available treatment after he slipped into a “non-reversible” coma at the Lahore hospital, saying this is not the time for invoking “legal and bureaucratic reasons”.

Sarabjit was languishing in Pakistan jail since 1990.

Sarabjit Singh, an Indian farmer crossed Indian Border ignorantly and suspected and caught by Pakistan authority as spy after a blast in Lahore, Multan and some other places in 1989-90.

Singh had been attacked by some fanatic Islamic  prisoners at Kot Lakhpat Jail after Friday prayer in Lahore last week on 26th April and was seriously injured by stabbing with  sharp metal sheets, iron rods,blades and bricks to kill him as an revenge of recent hanging of two terrorists, viz, Ajmal Amir Kasab and Afzal Guru in India.

Sarabjit was also threatened at first after the hanging of Amir Ajmal Kasab for his leading connection with 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack. But, due to the indulgence of the Jail authority, the fanatic Muslim prisoners of the Kot Lakhpat Jail hatched another plan to kill Sarabjit Islamically inside the jail relating their unbearable intolerance affected after the hanging of Afzal Guru, who attacked Indian Parliament in 2001.

Just three days before the heinous Islamic attack inside a prison in Pakistan by Muslim zealots upon a non Islamic convict, Amer Aftab and Mudassar, two fellow prisoner threatened Sarabjit for dire consequences. But, the Muslim jailor and wardens took no precaution for that. As a result, within some days under the leadership of Aftab and Mudassar,  Sarbjit was stabbed, mutilated, thrashed and hit dangerously on skull by six fellow Muslim prisoners with raising slogans ~ “Naraye Taqbeer, Allha ho Akbar. Pakistan Zindabad. India Murdabad. Hindu-Sikh kutto ko khatam karo khatam karo”. (The only mighty slogan- Allah is Great. Long Live Pakistan. Go to hell India. Finish all Hindu-Sikh dogs for ever.)

Sarabjit lost his battle for life after four days in Jinnah Hospital where he was admitted for an absurd recovery. And thus. the Allah, Mohammad and Quran follower beastly Momins (Muslims) accomplished the violent Jihad by killing an Hindu-Sikh infidel named Sarabjit Singh under a scheme of Prison Jihad.

This is not the first case of brutal Islamic attack upon Indian Prisoners in Pakistan Jail. One Chamel Singh was also murdered in same Kot Lakhpat Jail by co-prisoners as planned by Pakistani Intelligence Agency ISI on 15th January last.  Chamel Singh was arrested by Pakistan agencies on the charge of spying for India and convicted for 5 years imprisonment.  But, the Punjabi-Sikh Chamel Singh was severely beaten up by water pipe made of iron, inside the jail by the ISI operators, just before the completion of the imprisonment term of 5 years by the convict. Chamel Singh succumbed to injury within an improper medical treatment.

Security around the hospital has been tightened. The officials from the Jinnah hospital initially tried to prevent the news from leaking out but the doctors confirmed his demise at 1 am.

In light of Sarabjit’s worsening condition, India had earlier contacted Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan to request consular access which had been granted.

According to the prosecution, Sarabjit had illegally crossed into Pakistan from Kasur on August 29, 1990.

He was arrested on charges of conducting four bomb blasts in Faisalabad, Multan and Lahore in 1989-90. His counsel claimed it was a case of mistaken identity.

Singh’s security was tightened after the recent execution in India of Afzal Guru, who was convicted of involvement in the 2001 terror attack on the parliament. But, it is now proved as a fake and fishy measures.

Singh’s mercy petitions were rejected by courts and former President Pervez Musharraf.

The outgoing PPP-led government put off Singh’s execution for an indefinite period in 2008.

This type of attack and murder can be happened in Pakistan only, where the Jihad in Prison on run and may be termed as “Prison Jihad”. [With input from PTI].

Rape JihadUpananda Brahmachari | Raniganj | Ist May 2013:: Under the series of Rape Jihad, originated from Ayesha syndrome (including Mufa’ Khathat), two Islamic beasts named Mohammad Rajat Khan and Mohammad Kaliya Sheikh virtually raped one Hindu girl student of sixth standard on broad day light on Monday near Sasthigoria park in Ranigang Municipality, in the district of Burdwan, West Bengal.

As a spark of retaliation against the police inaction for an allegedly gang-rape on a minor student on her way back from school, the situation turned as a violent protest by the Hindu locals who set three vehicles on fire and damaged at least 30 others, including one belonging to the police, demanding that two Muslim youths who were allegedly involved in the crime of rape be handed to them.

Asansol-Durgapur Police Commissioner Ajay Nanda said police had to resort to lathicharge as the huge contingent of personnel and RAF that rushed to the site at Sasthigoria could not contain the situation. It is told that the two Muslim rapists were arrested afterwards.

A police driver was injured in the violence, he said, adding eight people were arrested in connection with this and police picket was posted in the area in view of the tension betwwen Hindus and Muslims.

Protesters set vehicles on fire in protest to rape upon Hindu Minor girl students of sixth standard, by two genuine Muslim rapists. 

Trouble started when the Hindu girl studying in class six of nearby school named ‘Basanti Devi Valika Vidyalaya’ was allegedly taken to a nearby solitary bushy place beside Sasthigoria Park and raped by two Muslim beasts, Rajat (this Muslim miscreant took an common Hindu name to hide his Islamic identity when doing a menace)  and Kaliya, while the minor girl  was on her way back from school  at about 2 pm on 29th April. The girl reported the incident of molestation and rape to her family after her return to her residence at Purba College Para – Haspatalpatti area.

As per report, the Muslim rapists gave sedatives in drinks to that girl before that planned rape. Following this, the family of the victim Hindu minor girl and its neighbours went to the local police station to file a complaint at about 8 pm, which the police allegedly refused to register any case as the culprits were believed to be related to the ruling political party. They then blockaded Tarbangla Crossing on NH 60 from 11 pm to 3 am yesterday (30 April) in protest and stopped only after that the two men were arrested today.

However, locals and the girl’s family along with parents of other students indulged in violence on the highway demanding that the two be handed over to them or be given exemplary punishment. They also protested against alleged police inaction rather giving safe-guards to the Muslim rapists.

The girl underwent medical tests during the day, Police Commissioner Nanda added. The locality is still under tension. Hindu Youths of the locality made some contingent force to combat such Rape Jihad or Love Jihad against Hindu girls.

It is lastly reported that the local Muslim MLA (Member of Legislative Assembly),  Soharab Ali of Trinamool Congress (TMC) is fully trying to rescue the Muslim rapists as they belong to the same belief of barbaric Islam.

ATTACK ON HINDU MAKKAL KATCHI AND HINDU MUNNANI BY THE ISLAMISTSUpananda Brahmachari, Kumar Chellappan & Aron Patriot | Chennai | April 20, 2013::  Normal life in four western districts of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur and Erode in Tamil Nadu came to a standstill on Friday following a dawn-to-dusk hartal (Bandh) called by various Hindu outfits. The strike was in protest against continued attacks on temples and leaders of Hindu organisations by various outfits masquerading as political parties.

What stood out this time was the decision of various Hindu Mutt heads to join the agitation. This is the first time Hindu monks came out openly supporting a hartal. Shops remained closed and public transport came to a grinding halt in all the districts. Pollachi, the agricultural town in Coimbatore saw pelting of stones at buses.

“Since November 2012, we have been seeing attacks on leaders of various Hindu outfits by workers and hired gangs of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), both representing hardline Islamic views,” said RSS spokesman J Sri Ram. He said the last fortnight saw many Hindu households coming under attack by the members and activists of these parties.

Last week saw the house of Arjun Sampath, leader of Hindu Makkal Katchi coming under attack. A petrol bomb was thrown at the residence of Sampath who had a providential escape. “I questioned the action of a SDPI councillor who damaged the portion of a 1000-year-old temple in Coimbatore. The SDPI ward member asked that the temple festival should not be held without the concurrence of the Coimbatore corporation authorities,” said Sampath.

Former Coimbatore MP and BJP leader CP Radhakrishnan said Hindus are selectively assaulted by the Islamic outfits. “A marriage hall where a wedding reception was in progress was attacked by SDPI workers. The police looked the other way when a complaint was filed,” said Radhakrishnan. He disclosed that Coimbatore district alone saw 23 love jehads during the last two years.

“Incidents of teenaged Hindu girls eloping with their boyfriends and get converted to Islam are on the rise in these districts. Though we are trying to counsel the young girls, they are yet to understand the  nuances involved in these inter-faith marriages,” said Swamy Kumara Guruparar of Koumara Mutt. Swamy, an apolitical person, blamed a section of the minorities for the attacks on Hindu leaders and households. “They have unleashed a reign of terror in Tamil Nadu,” he added.

REPORTS OF ATTACKS UPON HINDUS BY ISLAMISTS IN TAMILNADU

The house of H Raja too came under the attack by some militant organisations. “Muslim Manithaneya Katchi, a political outfit floated by Islamic militants, is an ally of the AIADMK Government. Its leader Jawaharullah is a member of Tamil Nadu Assembly and wield enormous power in southern districts,” said Sampath.

He said the Islamic outfits have been encouraged by the Government’s move to ask the director of the movie Tuppakki to delete certain scenes. “Even the Viswaroopam row ended up with these organisations having the last laugh. The Government itself is helpless in handling these organisations,” he said.

Swamy Marudachala Adikalar of Perur Elayapattam, said the Islamic militancy in the region dates back to the early 70s. “We maintained silence all these years. The time has come to speak out openly since more and more activists and leaders of Hindu organisations are coming under attack,” said the Swamy.

Both Radhakrishnan and Sampath pointed out those colonies with Islamic names are mushrooming all over the textile city. “Billal Nagar and Ahmed Nagar sprang up overnight. The earlier name of these entities was Kruparajan Koil Street. One need not elaborate how they sprang up,” said Sampath.

According to Radhakrishnan, there is lack of coordination between police and intelligence department. “There is no understanding  and cohesion  between them. Isn’t it surprising to note that nobody has been arrested till date for these attacks?” asked Radhakrishnan.

HE.)   namely Riaz (28), Faizal (27), Abdul Rahman (38), Imtiaz (24), pairoz (20) were arrested.

Hindu marriages are raided by gangs that disrupt ceremony. 3 Hindu activists who were pasting posters were attacked and one of them is critical. The Hindu Munnani called for a shut down at ooty and shops remained closed and autos and vehicles didn’t run. Situation is tense. Further speaking to reporters State Hindu Munnani leader Muruganandam said Hindus are feeling insecure by increasing Jihadi activity and violence in Ooty-Coimbatore region. Such attacks have increased as seen in Petorl bomb attack on Hindu Makkal Katchi leader Arjun Samptah’s house. 12 Islamists have been arrested but most culprits have been left free. To make the government take action against Jihadi outfits and such attackers of Hindus Hindu Munnani had successfully observed a warning Bandh  in Coimbatore, Ooty and Tirupur, Erode and some other places against both the Political Islamists and  Anti Hindu Political Parties in Tamil Nadu and Deccan.

08_04_2013-8hindurefugeesNew Delhi |  8 April 2013 | IANS ::  Fear of deportation looms large over a group of 479 Pakistani Hindu refugees as their visas expire Monday but they are firmly set against returning to Pakistan, saying they will prefer to die than go back.

“We don’t know what will happen to us but what we do know is that if we are deported, it will be our bodies not us. We will die but not return to Pakistan,” Dharamveer, a farmer from Pakistan, told IANS.

(What a crucial situation for these unfortunate and persecuted Hindus came to Bharat as their last refuge to get a relief from the brutal torture by fanatic Muslims in Pakistan. But through the nexus of regulations these Hindus are inhumanly sent back to a slaughterhouse named Pakistan. What now the BJP MPs in Delhi are doing their massive jobs in Parliament? - Ed. HE.)

He is one among the asylum-seekers who crossed over to India through Jodhpur in Rajasthan March 9 on the pretext of visting Maha Kumbh in Allahabad. The group reached Delhi March 10 and took refuge in a 28-room building owned by Nahar Singh in Brijwasan area in south Delhi.

“Hindus are not safe there. Daughters are abducted and forced to convert. We can’t perform even funeral by setting bodies afire on pyre as Pakistanis ask us to bury the corpses,” said Dharmveer, who fled Hyderabad town in Pakistan’s Sindh province with his wife and four children.

“What we want is Indian citizenship so that at least we can die here peacefully,” he said.

The group comprises 83 women, 86 men and 311 children – of whom one died a few days ago.

Nahar Singh, an ex-soldier, is looking after these refugees. He had also sheltered 146 Pakistani Hindu refugees in 2011.

(When 3.5cr Bangladeshi Muslims are staying in Bharat with undue rights and procuring ration cards, voter cards, land etc. with the connivance with the political parties, then why such a meager numbers, hardly 25,000 in total, of Hindus are being sent back to mouth of an Islamic demon? Ed. – HE). 

“They knew that it was me who had arranged the stay of 146 Pakistani Hindu refugees in 2011 and came to my house. I am sympathetic towards them,” Singh told IANS.

Asked how he was managing the funds, he said that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and various NGOs were helping them.

TG ARRESTED AGAINNews Flash Updates (23-03-2013): Some hrs back it is learnt that Sri Tapan Kumar Ghosh of Hindu Samhati was again put to the jail custody in Alipore Central Jail on extension upon some technicalities of Gopal Nagar PS (in relation of Case No 410/12). He is still in ACJ. The release was expected as the bail had granted earlier. Justice suppressed by Admin.

Illegal Cow Saughter at Gopal Nagar, N 24 Pgs 

i. On the very day of Bakri Eid (27-10-2012), some outsider (named Md Jubbar Mondal),  came to Magurkhali Village under Gopal Nagar PS, North 24 Parganas to help some fundamentals of the locality viz. Selim, Sohet and Khayrul Mondal to organise  illegal cow slaughter in that mixed area where Hindus are not minority yet.

ii. In this alarming situations the local Hindu villagers protested the barbaric animal cruelty and illegal slaughter and found the OC of Gopal Nagar PS helped the Muslim butchers to kill one cow already. Due to public wrath out of criminality of Police itself, the Hindu villagers attacked the Police vehicle and injured the OC, Gopal Nagar PS, following the heavy lathi-charge of the police.

iii. Local MP and MLA (both of TMC- Total Muslim Congress) were compelled to intervene to rescue the all Police personnel put in a besiege in the Police Station. Police started a case 410/12 dated 27-10-12 in Gopal Nagar PS mentioning four Hindu Villagers.

iv. As the news reached Hindu Samhati Media Cell, as per source, the news was published in Swadesh Samhati Samvad in its issue no. 8, vol no. 2 in the month Nov 2012. As the villagers contacted Hindu Samhati  for getting suggestion, the O.C. Gopal Nagar afterwards included the name of Sri Tapan Kumar Ghosh very unreasonably while Hindu Samhati was not actually connected with that public resistance in no way as mentioned above.

v. As a bare example of State Repression upon Hindus and their Organisations, the State authority cunningly connected the case no 410/12 of Gopal Nagar PS under section 147, 148, 149, 325, 353 186, 427,34 IPC along with P.D.P.P. Act (Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984) etc, just half an hour before the expected release of Sri Tapan Kumar Ghosh from Alipore Central jail on 23-03-2013. Sri Ghosh is facing an extended detention in ACJ and may be taken under the Police Custody of Gopal Nagar PS on 24-03-2013 after production him in the respective Court on the same date.

vi. Sri Ghosh is likely to be produced at Bangaon ACJM Court on 26 March 2013 as reported by lawyers connected with affairs.

vii. Sri Ghosh is now at Bangaon Sub-Divisional Jail in North 24 Pgs. (updated upto 27-03-2013).

Hindu Samhati activists announced a protest rally on 30-03-2013 at Metro Channel, Kolkata to get an answer from the State administration, why their leaders are still in Jail without sufficient reasons. West Bengal State Police and Administration took the matter seriously and started  to spread a caution all over the state to dismantle the rally. Side by side, the State administration started a process to materialize the release the Hind activists in jail custody. The State Police in the higher echelon wanted to know from Hindu Existence, what is the actual demand of the aggrieved activists of Hindu Samhati. Then it was clearly conveyed the demand of unconditional release of Hindu activists detained in different jails of West Bengal and to stop the Muslim appeasement by the ruling party in West Bengal. Sri Tapan Ghosh was taken to Police Custody by Kultali P.S. and the normal date of hearing was fixed on 28.03.2013. But, the Ld. Advocate Sri Nabakumar Ganguli and others for Hindu Samhati, pleaded hard for the bail, as no material charges could be substantiated in the FIR to detain the President of Hindu Samhati any further. Ld. Advocate Sri Santanu Singha with Ld. Advocate  Sri Gopal Ghosh & Others were also present for Hindu Samhati.

After completion of formal procedures, Sri Ghosh is likely to be released from Alipore Central Jail tomorrow.

Sri Chittaranjan Dey, Senior Leader of Hindu Samhati and Sri S G Das, Convenor, Legal Cell of HS confirmed news of granting bail in favour of the President of Hindu Samhati.

In a very Important move , the activists of Hindusthan Nirman Dal (HND) today submitted a memorandum to Smt Mamata Banerjee, Chief minister of West Bengal through the Resident State Commissioner of West Bengal at A/2 State Emporia Building, Baba Kharak Singh Marg in New Delhi- 110001 with a demand to release Sri Ghosh immediately and stop persecution upon Bengali Hindus in West Bengal in a row of Deganga and Canning violence.

Afterwards, the activists of HND went to the Delhi residence of Sri Mukul Roy, Rajya Sabha MP at 181 South Avenue, New Delhi- 1 and Sri Shailendra Jain of HND met Sri Roy to describe the plight of Bengali Hindus in a TMC ruling state of West Bengal, where the dreadful incidents of Deganga and Canning is happening on regular basis. Sri Jain also requested Sri Roy to take early action to release all Hindu Samhati activists with its President confined upon fake charges. Sri Roy conveyed that he is nor fully aware of the Canning incident and he will see the matters in the written memorandum.

In the memorandum it is pressed that “We the members of Hindustahan Nirman Dal, a registered Political Party accredited by the ECI, would like to crave your kind attention to the following fact concerned to the plight of the Hindus in West Bengal.

1. We are deeply concerned with the intermittent of Sri Tapan Kumar Ghosh, the President of Hindu Samhati along with two whole-timers viz i) Sri Bikarna Naskar and ii) Sri Saourav Shasmal with four supporters including two juveniles. Sri Ghosh and others were arrested from different places on 14th March with very fake charges to malign Hindu activists and Hindu Organisations in West Bengal. The FIR against Sri Ghosh mentioned 147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186 and 307 I.P.C, while Sri Ghosh is working only to give a safe-guard to the victimized Hindus in Bengal.

2. The Hindus in West Bengal are grossly victimized in the Muslim Majority areas in many districts in West Bengal. The Riot of Deganga (North 24 Pgs) in 2010 or the recent Violence in Naliakhali Canning in 2013 (South 24 Pgs) are the eye-opener for the dreadful situation of the Hindus under the attack of anti-Hindu Forces. No Political Parties are serious to hear about the increasing plight of the marginalized Hindus in many places in west Bengal. Loot, dacoity, rape, teasing, torturing, land-grabbing, replicating religious rights, discrimination are the main reasons for the day-to-day degradation of the Hindus in Bengal.”

Further it is demanded by HND that “In this situation we demand: 

A. Immediate release of Sri Tapan Kumar Ghosh with all Hindu Samhati Activist and lift the cases under quick procedures.

B. Give a right safe-guards and justice to all Hindus so that they may not be further victim of any communal conspiracy hatched against them.

C. Don’t make discrimination on Hindus upon minority-majority basis. Stop appeasement to Muslims on religious ground. 

Otherwise start same concessions and facilities to the Hindus where they are minority in Development Block (BDO) basis.

Hope that you will be kind enough to take necessary action through transmitting our concern to the appropriate authority to see and act accordingly.”

In the course of discussion it is conveyed to both  the Resident State Commissioner of west Bengal in New Delhi and to Sri Mukul Roy, MP, Rajya Sabha and the Ex Rly Minister that Muslim appeasement in West Bengal is evident from undermining the rights of Hindu People in West Bengal. In the name of minority welfare, the Ruling Party in West Bengal (TMC) is giving various concessions and facilities to the Muslims only violating Right to Equality in various ways. The Muslim Imams and Muazzins are only getting the monthly honorarium only, but not the poor purohits, padris or garnthis. Only Muslim Girl students are getting Cycle without considering any economical status. But the poor non-Muslim girl students coming from very poor families are not getting any cycle under such scheme. While Madrasha Education and Urdu language are being promoted highly by TMC Govt., they are doing nothing for the Sankrit Pathshala-Toll education or the Sanskrit language. The list is never ending. But it is clear that the slogan for “Maa-Mati–Manush” has been changed as “Musalman Maa-Mati–Manush” under a dangerous Islamic Change. The Infiltration from Bangladesh and the Jihadi activities in West Bengal are also growing high without any check. Attack upon Police Stations by Muslim mob or killing of Police personnel by Muslim goons are being easy method to terrorize Hindu Public by the perpetrators. The problems of Hindus in bordering districts were also raised in the course of discussion.

Hindustan Nirman Dal and Hindu Existence Forum are jointly contemplating to start bigger movement in New Delhi to stop the “Row of Hindu Persecution: Deganga to Canning” in West Bengal.

From source it is obtained that the Hindu Activists in Delhi are contemplating to take  a harder stand to treat the West Bengal MPs who are reluctant to see the benefit and security of the persecuted Hindus in Bengal.

As the actual case caused in S 24 Pgs (Kultali PS), he was  placed into transit remand accordingly. Subsequently, he was produced at  Baruipur ACJM Court on 15-03-2013.  Unfortunately, the bail has not been granted and next date for hearing is fixed on 28-03-13 for Kultali PS Case No. 71/2013. Advocate Samir Pal, Advocate Shantanu Singh, S G Das, Legal Advisor HS, Swarup Dutta, HRA and others were present in Baruipur ACJM Court. The legal cell of Hindu Samhati is contemplating to move Judges Court, Alipore as the case has no material for the charge under 307 IPC. No heavy injury report could be produced by the state. The other charges against Shri Ghosh are  147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186 I.P.C.

It is really a Black Phase in the History of Bengal. Now the Basanti Police Station came all on a sudden this evening at 5 Bhuban Dhar Lane, Kolkata – 700 012 to arrest (read ‘abduct’) Sri Bikarna Naskar, one state leader of Hindu Samhati. As per latest news, Bikarna is under 3rd Degree torture by a Police Inspector named Shaidul. DID YOU WANT THIS ISLAMIC CHANGE IN BENGAL? PROTEST. PROTEST. PROTEST. Write wall to free HS Leaders. Organise protest rally, give written deputation everywhere.

Though Sri Tapan Ghosh’s confinement is connected with Jalaberia Protest over Canning Violence upon Hindus, it is not clear about the arrest of Sri Bikarna Naskar by Basanti Police troop in civil dress.

It is reported that the police is trying to give some arms cases to Bikarna to book him for a long time, so that he cannot proceed for his normal Hindu organizational work.

The Police action upon the Hindu activists are all time high in West Bengal. Just on 07 March 2013, the Hindu Existence Forum arranged the bail of Five HS activists under Usthi PS from Diamond Harbour Criminal Court (Usthi PS Case No 40/13).  Sri Tapan Kumar Biswas, Ld Advocate pleaded successfully to arrange the bails for 1) Bablu Ghosh (S/O Sushil), 2) Goutam Mondal (S/O Joydev), 3) Probir Naskar (S/O Jatin),   4) Dilip Naskar (S/O Panchanan) and 5) Pratap Hazra (S/O Judhisthir Hazra). Sri Pratap Hazra is a prominent dist. level leader of Hindu Samhati of South 24 Parganas, a Islamist prone southern district of West Bengal. The bail for Pratap and others was granted on the condition of attendence to Local PS, thrice in a week, until further order. The Charges were framed u/s  147/148/149/295A/323/325/379/506 and 392 IPC. But, the Advocates of Hindu Existence Forum moved for this case very tactically and arranged the bail in a record shortest time.

Now, it has been confirmed that Sri Saurav Shasmal,  one of the prominent whole timer of Hindu Samhati was arrested from Kakdwip (South 24 Pgs) on Thursday and sent to Diamond Harbour Jail on Friday (15-03-2012) with another HS activist. Sasmals were arrested when they were conducting a protest meeting at Kakdwip with a demand to free Tapan Ghosh immediately. IPC 153/153A/295A etc. have been mentioned in the FIR, as being stated. (This para is updated on 17-03-2013).

The situation of West Bengal is speedily worsening due the limitless appeasement of Muslims at the cost of Hindu oppression.

Maharashtra government moves to ban Abhinav Bharat.

ABHINANDAN ABHINAV BHARATBy Bharti Jain, TNN | New Delhi | Feb 27, 2013 ::  Maharashtra government has initiated proceedings to ban Abhinav Bharat, the radical Hindutva outfit accused of launching bomb attacks at Mecca Masjid, Malegaon,Samjhauta Express and Ajmer Sharief.

Sources in the home ministry here told TOI that the Maharashtra government has referred the file — seeking to ban Abhinav Bharat — to the Centre for its views. The Centre has forwarded the file to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is looking into many cases of terror allegedly involving Abhinav Bharat, for its comments. State government will take the call on outlawing Abhinav Bharat — not to be confused with a prominent NGO that bears a similar moniker — under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) after getting inputs from the Centre.

The move comes just as the storm raised by Sushilkumar Shinde’s remarks linking BJP and RSS to saffron terror seemed to be settling down following the “regret” expressed by the Union home minister.

Abhinav Bharat has been at the centre of the war of words between BJP and Sangh Parivar on the one hand and their detractors and government on the other. Government and opponents of BJP have cited the presence of alleged members of RSS in the ranks of the group and their alleged involvement in acts of terrorism to dub the Sangh Parivar as equivalent of jehadi outfits. Many of those arrested had remained closely involved with the RSS.

BJP and Sangh Parivar have strongly refuted the charge, saying that Abhinav Bharat was the brainchild of those, who insisted on a tit-for-tat response to a spate of jehadi terror attacks and who found RSS’s approach pusillanimous and coward.

That during their initial interrogation some of the leading lights of the group allegedly admitted to have plotted to kill RSS chief underlines why both sides have been able to stick to their narratives around the Hindutva terror outfit.

Both the Centre and state have power to ban an outfit under UAPA. With Abhinav Bharat operating mainly out of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, the former, a Congress-ruled state, has taken the lead in starting the legal proceedings for indulging in terror activities.

Indian ArmyThe terror origins of Abhinav Bharat, a closed group of Hindu radicals who believed in “bomb-for-a-bomb” ideology to counter jehadi terror attacks, can be traced back to 2006, with the blasts atMalegaon the same year being the first big attack by extremists owing allegiance to the outfit. Swami Aseemanand, Lt Col Shrikant Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, Lokesh Sharma, Kamal Chauhan, Sunil Joshi (now dead) and Rajendra Choudhary are some of the Abhinav Bharat leaders already arrested for their role in various blasts, including the 2007 Samjhauta train blasts and Malegaon, Mecca Masjid and Ajmer Sharief explosions.

Others accused still absconding include Sandeep Dange, Ramchandra Kalsangra and Ashwini Chauhan.

Himani Savarkar, daughter-in-law of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’s brother and niece of Nathuram Godse, assassin of Gandhiji, is also said to be associated with Abhinav Bharat.

Abhinav Bharat members actively raised funds from “sympathizers” for its terror activities and allegedly imparted arms training to those interested in its extremist ideology. According to the charge sheet filed by Mumbai ATS in the Malegaon blasts case, members of Abhinav Bharat held meetings through 2007 and 2008 at various places such as Ahmedabad, Ujjain, Faridabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, Pune and Nashik. Purohit met the other accused during the various meetings in these cities. At every place, he would assign them a task related to an attack.

The big breakthrough for Abhinav Bharat came with the 2007 blasts aboard the Samjhauta Express. Bombs placed on the Pakistan-bound train had killed 68 passengers, most of them Pakistanis. Though investigators initially suspected jehadi outfits from across the border, the arrest of Swami Aseemanand in 2010 and his subsequent confession blew the lid on the involvement of saffron terror outfits. eCourtesy: TOI.

No evidence of Sadhvi Pragya’s involvement in Malegaon blast : Why detained, asks Senior Counsel.

Sadhvi Pragya ThakurMumbai |  27 February 2013 |  News Bharti:: Pointing out that there is not even any tangent evidence brought on record by the prosecution which could attract even slightest culpability on Sadhvi Pragya Singh in the Malegaon Blast case, Senior Counsel Mahesh Jethmalani has challenged any further detention of her in the judicial custody.

Senior Counsel Mahesh Jethmalani contended that though under the MCOC, the ‘bail’ is an exception, if the innocence of the accused is beyond the reasonable doubt, then there was no impediment in releasing her on bail at all.

Further detention of Sadhvi Pragya would be contrary to the verdict delivered by the Supreme Court of India in Ranjeet Sharma’s case way back in 2005 and so also in the case of State of Kerala V/s. Raneef delivered by Justice Markendaya Katju and Justice Gyan Sudha Mishra, pleads Jethmalani.

Jethmalani has claimed total innocence of his client Sadhvi Pragya Singh before Justice R. C. Chavan of Bombay High Court by contending that the very remand report dated 28 December, 2012 filed by the NIA before Special NIA Court while seeking the further custody of Dhansingh Chaudhary had ‘explicitly stated’ that the two wheeler in question that was used for carrying out the explosions at Malegaon in 2008 was brought by him and his associates at the instance of absconding Ramji Kalsangrah and Sandeep Dange from Indore to Malegaon.

If this is so, then very foundation of the prosecution that Sadhwi had provided her LML Freedom two wheeler to carry out the blast on the basis of which she came to be arrested way back in October, 2008 gets shackled, said Jethmalani.

Reiterating that as Sadhwi had sold her two wheeler way back in October, 2004 to her acquaintance Sunil Joshi, she had no reason to have any kind control over the movements of the vehicle. As it was in use and possession of Ramji Kalsangrah, going by the very remand report produced by the ATS before Nasik Court on 03.11.2008, witness statement of Sadhvi’s disciple from Indore.

However, the very confessional statement of Sudhkar Dwivedi alias Swami Amrutanand Teerth alias Shankaracharya recorded before the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mumbai even if taken at the face value, which was subsequently retracted by him, shows that Lt. Col. Prasad Purohit and Ramji Kalsangrah were knowing each other, before two met in his presence at Ujjain’s Mahakali temple on 3 August, 2008 and hence prosecution story that she had introduced these two men to Shankaracharya Indore Circuit House on or about 1st July, 2008 does not hold water.

THE GHOST OF JINNAH IS STILL ALIVE IN OWAISI BROTHERSThe Ghost  of  the partition devil Muhammad ‘Ali Jinnah is still alive in Owaisi brothers of Hyderabad. In a chilled wave of  Islamic wind the tuberculous ghost of Jinnah needed some warmth of pure fanaticism for which the bloody swine Akbaruddin Owaisi gave a clarion call to finish off 100 Hindus by 25 crores of Muslim in the same way of direct action as it was done by Jinnah on 16th August 1946.

Actually this Owaisi Sultanate of Hyderabad are always posed a anti Indian- anti Hindu stand from the beginning as they belong to Rajakar Sunni clan. Rajakar is a para-military force of fundamental Muslims against non-Muslims to hold a supremacy of Muslims in the dominion. The MIM (Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen) and now AIMIM (All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen) generated by this Owaisi family were never patriotic in the Bhartiya (Indian) context or they never wanted to stay in Indian Republic. They always opted the anti Indian politics and stand to materialize a two nation theory or the Momin-Kaffir division under Islamic communalism.

The party has roots back to the days of the princely State of Hyderabad. It was founded and shaped by Nawab Mahmood Nawaz Khan Qiledar Golconda of Hyderabad State by the advice of Nawab Mir Osman Ali Khan the Nizam of Hyderabad and in the presence of Ulma-e-Mashaeqeen in 1927 as a pro-Nizam party. then it was only Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) and the first meeting was held in the house of Nawab Mahmood Nawaz Khan his house name was “Touheed Manzil”. The MIM advocated the set up of a Muslim dominion rather than integration with India. In 1938 Bahadur Yar Jung was elected President of the MIM which had a cultural and religious manifesto soon acquired political complexion and became aligned with the Muslim League in British India. He soon rose to be the supreme and unquestioned leader of the MIM and imparted a new militancy to it.

On December 26, 1943, Nawab Bahadur Yar Jung delivered an important speech in the All India Muslim League conference Lahore. In the first half of his speech he laid stress on the struggle for Pakistan. In the second half he talked about the creation of Pakistan.

The Razakars (volunteers), actually a  Muslim paramilitary organization, was historically linked to the MIM. In total up to 150,000 Razakar soldiers were mobilized to fight against the Indian Union and for the independence of the Hyderabad State against Indian integration and to force its eventual merger into Pakistan instead. After the integration of the Hyderabad state with India, the MIM was banned in 1948 till 1957. The MIM president and Razakar leader Qasim Rizvi was jailed from 1948 to 1957, and then he was left on the condition to go to Pakistan, where he was granted asylum. Pakistan and ISI have a direct link with MIM as the strategists opined for various reasons altogether.

From that legacy these Owaisi brothers Assaduddin and Akbaruddin are maintaining a crude and staunch Islamic subversiveness in Indian politics arousing a venomous communal feeling. Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi, father of Owaisi brothers took complete command of AIMIM and thus refereed as Salar E Millat (The Commander of the Community) or simply Salar. In 1960, during Salahuddin’s leadership AIMIM made full fledged entry in politics by capturing the Mallepally seat of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation by defeating M. M. Hashim of Indian National Congress and MIM never saw behind until it spread its communal influences all over Andhra Pradesh by making his elder son Assaduddin as Member of Parliament of Hyderabad Loksabha Constituency (2009) and younger son Akbaruddin as Member of Legislative Assembly from Chandrayangutta Vidhansabha Constituency (2009).

With this increased political power, the Owaisi brothers have been raping the Hindu sentiments by various methods like banning Hindu festivals like Ramnavami and Hanuman Jayanti in Hyderabad, promoting Cow slaughter in Hindu areas, giving shelters for Communal Rohingya Muslims in Hyderabad, giving effort to demolish Bhagyalakshmi Temple at Charminar and now targeting a communal riot betweeng Hindu and Muslims by fomenting hot-headed Muslims in various places throughout India. Moreover, these two Owaisi brothers are playing a key role to unite all the Muslim political force under an Umbrella of Political Jihad in India aiming to another Pakistan or to make India as DINIA (the pre Pak name as proposed by the Pak originators at Cambridge). From Assam Riots to Raja Academy Violence in Mumbai or collaborating with Popular Front of India and All India United Democratic Front of Baddaruddin Azamal, these brothers come to the spotlight of present Muslim politics in India. The communal Politics of Jinnah remain still alive in the subversive and Jihadi politics of these Arab-Pak prompted Muslim leaders and Islamic parties in India.

On 24th of December 2012, Akbaruddin crossed the limit ultimately by calling a Direct Action against Hindus near Adilabad (AP). In his disparaging remarks against Hindus in a hate speech, the sitting MLA of  Chandrayangutta told that Muslims would need just 15 minutes without the police to show 100 crore Hindus who is more powerful.

In a complaint filed against the MIM legislator, an advocate Kashimshetty Karunasagar said he had stumbled upon YouTube uploaded hate speech made at a public meeting at Adilabad on December 24, about 300 km from the city.

The VII additional chief metropolitan magistrate after admitting the petition said the matter will be heard on December 31.

Kill All TerroristsAkbaruddin, who is the younger brother of MIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi, said Hindus have so many gods and goddesses, and every eight days, there are new gods coming up. “We knew about Lakshmi, but who is Bhagyalakshmi, we are not aware,” Akbar said referring to the Bhagyalakshmi temple abutting the historic Charminar.

The MIM had been complaining against a semi-permanent structure over the Bhagyalakshmi temple and finally parted ways with the Congress party after weeks of violence. Akbaruddin’s hate speech saw a huge buzz created on the social media all day and it was also trending on Twitter.

“Inflammatory speech by MLA Akbaruddin – Remove police for 15 mins, We will finish off 100 crore Hindus,” tweeted television commentator and interviewer Karan Thapar, which was re-tweeted by journalist and columnist Swapan Dasgupta.

Meanwhile, a group of civil rights activists have strongly condemned Owaisi’s speech.

The group comprising Mazher Hussain, Hamid Mohammed Khan, M Mandal, Asghar Ali Engineer, Swami Agnivesh, Mahesh Bhatt, Irfan Engineer, Sandeep Panday and Ram Punyani said in a statement, “Such obnoxious speeches and statements divide society, vitiate peace and lead to conflicts and riots that eventually result in deaths and destruction causing untold hardships to the poor of all communities. Coming from a responsible member of Legislative Assembly makes it even more detestable and unacceptable.”

BUT SUCH EYE WASHING FROM RIGHTS GROUP OR INACTION FROM HINDUS CAN ONLY AGGRAVATE THE PROCEEDINGS OF PAKISTAN FURTHERMORE IN BHARAT. The Hare Krishna  Hindu temple of ISKCON in Russia, is scheduled to be demolished by Moscow authorities by 15 January 2013. The ISKCON monks announced that the Hindu temple was facing closure by Russian government, a year after the Christians of the country had sought ban of Bhagvad Gita, though the Russian Court of Tomsk rejected the ban on Gita upon the plea of the Orthdox Church.  The temple destruction has been generated by the protest of Orthodox Church of Russia which hold the status of more than ‘State Religion’.

This Orthodox Church of Russia is not going to demolish religious places of other faiths except the Hindus and obviously ISKCON’s.  As this Hindu group is working hard to fulfill the spiritual vacuum among the materialistic Russian people so disgusted by the meaningless services of Orthodox Church. After attacking the Srimadvagabad Gita’s ISKCON version (‘Gita as it is’ by Prabhupada), the Orthodox Christians are directly hitting ISKCON from their sheltering place. The Church authority is hatching a clear conspiracy against the increasing influence of ‘Hare Krishna Movement’ in Russia.

It is hard to reveal  the real Hindu-Buddhist history of Russia. ISKCON has many branches in Russia having Shri Krishna-Gour Netai Temples in Russia. Ramakrisna Mission has its branch in Moscow. Regular Hindu pujas are conducted there in Ramkrishna Temple.

Azerbaijan’s Baku still carries the Hindu reminiscence of ancient Vedic  Agni Puja in Jwalaji Temple (Hindu Temple). Russian Mongolia has still Buddhist (TantraYana) majority and Hindu-Buddhist amity. Buryatia still maintains its Indian roots in religious practices. But, the Christian conspirators are planning to end the Indian influences in Russian religious practices.

In 2007 a ancient Vishnu Deity was unearthed in an excavation work near Volga region. The Vishnu idol found in Staraya (old) Maina village dates back to VII-X century AD. Staraya Maina village in Ulyanovsk region was a highly populated city 1700 years ago, much older than Kiev, so far believed to be the mother of all Russian cities.

The Hindu Council of Russia [HCR] represents members of the Hindu religion in Russia. The council was created on December 19, 2011, in light of the Bhagavad Gita trial in Russia, by “Hindus from Bharat (India), Bangladesh, Mauritius, Nepal and other countries residing in Russia.” Sadhu Priya Das is the current chairman of  HCR.

The presence of ISKCON,  Ramakrishna Mission, Chinmaya Mission, Ananda Marga, the organizations associated with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Sahaja Yoga, Brahma Kumari, Satya Sai Baba and Osho Rajneesh unequivocally prove the Hindu Existence in Russia.

While ISKCON and Brahma Kumari appear to have a relatively strong followers in Russia, the other organizations in the list have a marginal but significance presence in this country. So far 80 centers of ISKCON and 20 of Brahmakumari’s are nurturing the Hindu and Buddhist Culture in Russia with the other Indian Root Hindu Organizations.

As of December 2005, the Federal Registration Service recorded the number of registered Hindu groups listing Hindu group and Hindu groups with particular orientation on Krishna (78) and Tantric sects with the 20 self realization centers of Brahmakumari’s.

According to the Hindu Forum of Britain, there are 60,000 Hindus in Russia, over 10,000 of whom live in Moscow.

The present protest against Hare Krishna Temple in Moscow has been orchestrated by the Russian Orthodox Church which did not want land given to a temple one Hindu Organisation as considering it as a measure of  ”converting Russian Christians to a Hindu way of life”.  With the vehement anti-propaganda of Russian Orthodox Church, Hindus were victimized, threatened, bullied, beaten and subjected to violence one after another in a so called socialist country and a citadel of ‘Glasnost’ and ‘Perestroika’ .

Finally, in November 2005, the Mayor of Moscow canceled the land order and took away the piece of land given for the construction of the Hindu temple.

On November 29, 2005, Archbishop Nikon of the Russian Orthodox Church sent a letter to the mayor of Moscow, describing the Hindu deity Krishna as an ‘evil demon’. The letter continued in that manner, using words such as ‘satanic’. Some days after a representative of  Teresa, the Queen of Christian Conversion in India met the anti Hindu Archbishop Nikon with a confidential mission.

On January 14, 2006, Mayor of London, Ken Livingstone handed over letters expressing concern about the harassment of Russian Hindus by the Moscow Government and the Russian Orthodox Church to the visiting Mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov in London, even as British Parliamentarians led by Ashok Kumar MP, Lord Dholakia and Baroness Flather got ready to host the launch of the Defend Russian Hindus Campaign at the House of Commons on 18 January of the same year.

British Parliamentarians and members of the all faith communities  adopted then a resolution to  Defend Russian Hindus launch at the House of Commons, urging the Moscow Government to stop harassment of minority religions in Russia. Parliamentarians from all three parties will later hand a copy of this resolution to the Russian Ambassador in London.

After that gallons of water have flown in Ganges and Volga, but the Orthodox opposition to Hare Krishna Hindu Temple of ISKCON still remains intact as majority Christians do not tolerate Hindus any way. They want Christian conversion of this world and India in a very scrupulous evangelical way. Actually, Orthodox Christians in Russia haven taken a vow to end up all Hindu activities in Russia in every footsteps by demoralizing Hindu Scriptures and destroying Hindu temples.

Russian President Vladimir Putin came to India in his official visit on 24th Dec, 2012 for a Indo-Russia strategic purpose. He came and flown away after signing some agreements and deals, but the Indian-Russian cultural disruption did not get a chance to heal up properly.

Anyway, huge numbers of Hindus everywhere and the some confused Hindus in Ramakrishna Mission still observe Christian celebrations of year ending and new christian era.  Christian are destroying Hindu Temples in Russia, converting huge numbers of Hindus in Christianity and we are enjoying 25th December…. 1st January. SHAME.

And we foolish Hindus are celebrating various Christian celebration in our own way. What a suicidal measure we are adopting all around. Stop buying cakes for a persecutors’ (Christian) celebration. Donate for a Hindu Cause to Ramakrishna Mission, ISKCON, Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti,  Hindu Existence… where ever you get a scope to strengthen our Hindu society.

Russia’s only Hindu temple faces threat of demolition.

NEW DELHI: A year after Russia sought to ban the Bhagavad Gita, the Iskcon Krishna temple in Moscow is facing closure by the Russian government. By January 15, 2013, Iskcon monks said their Moscow temple, the only Hindu temple in Russia, would be demolished by the city authorities.

As Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives on Monday for a day of talks with the Indian government, the temple issue is likely to figure in the discussions, not least because the issue has been pursued by the foreign ministry.

Indian ambassador to Russia Ajai Malhotra has asked the Moscow authorities to give an extension to a temporary temple which is set to expire on December 31, 2012, until they complete the construction of a Vedic cultural centre. Asked about the proposed demolition, Russian ambassador to India Alexander Kadakin dismissed fears of demolition.

However, Iskcon monk Madanmohan Das said the demolition order has not been revoked, so the temple is due to come down in January, because the authorities said it “violates the urban building code” and has no legal grounds for existence.

In a statement, the temple officials said they feared that even the permanent temple would face the axe. “A source in the Moscow mayor’s office said on condition of anonymity that Mayor Sergey Sobyanin also ordered to axe the permanent temple project, which Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit and previous Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov had included in a joint declaration in 2006 as a symbol of cultural cooperation between the cities. Following the declaration, Indian ambassador Ajai Malhotra laid the cornerstone for the new project earlier this year,” the statement said.

This year, Russia plans to push for land from the Indian government for a Russian orthodox church in Delhi. In 2004, Moscow’s Iskcon temple was demolished and the Iskcon group was offered another plot to build a temple. Reports said the offer was withdrawn after Russian orthodox church members protested against the temple building plans.

Last year’s Bhagavad Gita trial had brought Lok Sabha to its feet and in a rare move, Parliament had collectively asked Russia to prevent the ban. The latest issue of demolition promises to put another wrinkle in the bilateral relations. [Courtesy: TOI]

Tehatta, [Input from HE News Bureau Nadia], West Bengal | 14th Nov. 2012 :: Enough is Enough. Again Hindus are attacked by Police of West Bengal under the instruction of strangle down even a slight Hindu sentiment to extravagantly appease the Muslim demands by cutting down religious rights of Hindus in every foot step. Hindus are thrashed down to an intolerable position which is bound to such a retaliation that can be death sign of the ruling TMC (All India Trinmool Congress) Govt in West Bengal.

Today, one Sri Ashok Sen was shot down while other three were injured  ( one of them in critical condition) in police firing at Tehatta in Nadia district of West Bengal on Wednesday morning. Local channels showed footage of policemen firing into the crowds from rooftops. The trouble started around 8 am when Hindus of the area blocked  road on Krishnanagar-Karimpur State Highway, protesting the police’s refusal to allow them hold a twenty years old Jagadhatri Puja at a particular location at PWD Para  near Howlia. Police first lathicharged and charged tear gas the crowd without any provocation as a dispersing method which then turned the protesters violent  and they set at least six police vehicles on fire. Additional Director of Police, law and order, Surajit Kar Purkayastha confirmed three rounds of police firing in a press briefing in Writers’ Buildings in the afternoon.

According to locals, there had been dispute between Hindus and Muslims over a piece of land in Howlia village, which is vested with the state government. Trimurti Club,  local puja committee had been organising this Sarbajonin Jahadhatri Puja at the ground  for the last eight years to continue this 20 years old Jagaddhatri Puja of PWD Para. This time, the incited Muslim community in ‘Change Syndrome’  objected to the puja at the venue, which is a Govt. vested land and not a Muslim/Wakf property at all.

TMC leader and State Minister, Ujjwal Biswas, (minister for youth welfare from Nadia district), rushed to the spot. “The land is vested with the government. There has been a long-standing dispute over the land between Hindu and Muslim groups. When the Hindu groups wanted to organise Jagadhatri Puja on the ground, the Muslim groups sought permission for namaaz there. We held an all-party meeting in the presence of the SDO and SDPO. The issue was resolved. But local CPM leaders provoked the mob, which caused today’s violence,” said Biswas.

According to sources, members of the Muslim community wanted the ground to be used as an Eidgah for namaaz only by dethroning the Puja Rights of Hindus. As a matter of fact, the Muslims of PWD Para area have already barricaded some portion of land forcefully to use it as ‘Eidgah’.

It was learnt that in the all party-meeting, held a couple of weeks ago, it was decided that the puja would be shifted to a nearby ground under the same arrangements of Trimurti Club.

However, the organisers claimed that despite repeated visits to Tehatta police station, they had still not got permission for the puja at the alternate venue and created all such unfortunate incidents only due to hang up a Puja Permission deliberately.

As per report, the person who was killed in the  police firing was identified as Ashok Sen (42 yrs), a local resident of Hospital Para of Tehatta . For last few days, tension was mounting over negating a  permission of  a Jagaddhatri Puja  of PWD Para near Howlia area. Locals alleged that police refused to grant permission for very old Jagaddhatri Puja for security reason. Actually, the Muslims of the area has raised a objection the Puja nearby an occupied ‘Eidgah’ (upon PWD land) of a Muslim populated area. Tehatta Subdivision has four blocks where the Muslim population is a majority. The aggrieved  Hindus,  all the 56 Jagaddhatri Puja Committees  and the Businessmen Association of Tehatta called a bandh on Wednesday also.

The police first tried to refute the incident of ‘Police Firing’, but due to the clear telecast of firing on various channels, Police could not conceal the matter and confirmed ’Police Firing’ after a long seven hours of the tragic incident. Five Hindus are arrested under the charges of violence, over ten Hindus are under treatment, but the eight injured police personnel (as claimed by the police authority) are nowhere seen in any treatment centres. Processions and meetings in the area have been also banned. A heavy Police contingent and Rapid Action Force have been deployed in the disturbed area to control the situation, as reported. Some sources said that the SDPO, Tehatta, Dr. S. WBPCC chief Pradip Bhattacharya asked Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to “discipline” her police and demanded an impartial probe into the incident.

Leader of Opposition Suryja Kanta Mishra said the situation there did not warrant police firing. “Problems cannot be solved by police firing and the inflexible attitude of the government will not help solve any problem,” he said.

Islamic maroon in MIM ( Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen) have taken the vow to hamper the Diwali Celebration at Historical Bhagyalakshmi Temple at Charminar in the city at any cost. So they are not ready to allow any makeshift pandal decoration for the yearly Diwali Celebration at Bhagyalakshmi Mata Temple, in the same style of the Kashmiri agitators, how they were not allowing the use 99 acres of land for Amarnath Pilgrimage in 2008. Then the Kashmiri subversive elements saw a bogey of demographic change of J&K due to Amarnath pilgrimage and for the temporary transfer of that lands to Amarnath Shrine Board. Now, the Hyderabadi maroons just feel the disturbance and embarrassment for Allah due to the temple bells of Bahyalakshi Mata Mandir and illuminations of Diwali. Actually those creatures are the dwellers of darkness and can’t bear any ray of light.

Tensions prevail again in old city Sunday following rumours that the management of  Bhagyalakshmi Temple had taken up its expansion work near the Charminar. Actually, the Temple committee is only trying to set a temporary shed adjacent to it for accommodating the devotees to attend the yearly Diwali Celebration in the Temple as a long drawn traditions. Due to the status quo order passed by the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh High Court on 5th November, the MIM idiots spread various types of rumours so that  the Diwali decoration in the Baghyalakshmi Mata Temple cannot be done properly, as reports came in.

Hindu Retaliation in Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad) is taking a new dimension.

‘As tension mounted in some parts of old city over the rumours, the area was cordoned off and some leaders of MIM party were prevented from trying to proceed towards Charminar, violating prohibitory orders banning assembly of five or more persons, police said.

“Six MIM legislators and its two councillors were taken into custody as a precautionary measure for not allowing police to maintain status quo orders of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, a senior police officer said.

The MIM leaders alleged that despite the state High Court ordering status quo, some groups were carrying out the expansion work.

However, Bhagyalaxmi Devalaya Parirakshana Samithi convener Bhagavanth Rao refuted the charges saying that they have been maintaining court’s orders and merely took up works to decorate temple on the occasion of Diwali.

Meanwhile, city Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma appealed to people to maintain peace and not to believe the rumours.

The usually busy roads leading to the 400-year-old Charminar monument were deserted with police sealing off all the routes by erecting barricades and barbed fencing.

Police intensified patrolling in the sensitive areas of the old city that witnessed communal clashes last week.

Prohibitory orders banning assembly of five or more people remained in force in areas falling under five police station limits of South Zone in old city from November 8.

A large number of policemen including the Rapid Action Force (RAF) were deployed in communally sensitive areas.

BJP’s Protest for Diwali Cause at Bhagyalakshmi temple at Charminar, Hyderabad.

BJP on Saturday took out a rally in protest against the state government for not allowing to undertake decoration work at century old temple adjacent to Charminar, on the occasion of Diwali festival.

On a petition filed by MIM, the state High Court recently gave a direction to maintain status quo as on October 30.’ ['-' from Hindu].

For the hardness from both the communities, the normal life of the peace loving people are grossly hampered.

The prominent Hindu leader of Sri Ram Yuba Sena and Telgu Desham councillor, Thakur Raja Singh alleged the softness of the ruling party towards MIM perpetrators. Agar mandir ka kaam shuru nahi hua toh iske anjaam k liye taiyaar rahe. Aao Hindu bhaiyo kal ek naya itihaas likhe. Jai Sri Ram”

However, the decoration of Diwali is still pending at Bhagyalakshmi Mata Temple, even in the day of ‘Dhanteras’ – the eve of Diwali. From Amarnath to Hyderabad, Kolkata to Dwaraka, Muslims of India are repeatedly challenging the festivals of Hindus. Numbers of Hindu Pujas and Festivals are decreasing due to the Islamic resistance. But, while Hindus will start a real resistance to save their Dharma, these anti-Hindus will find no place in Hindustan.

According to police. In Yesterday violence 4  (four) RTC buses were pelted with stones, 2 (two) private vehicles were damaged and one ATM was damaged, police booked cases related to incidents of violence. Apparently “City is peaceful.”.

2. Heavy restrictions and deployment are seen around Charminar and Sri Mata Bhagyalakshmi Temple. Temple priest preparing for Special Puja of Deepwali in the Temple without any special festive decoration of the Temple.

3. Pujyasri Paripoornananda Saraswati Swamiji was arrested and was taken to Gandi Nagar Police Station when Swamiji was Going towards Bhagya Lakshmi Temple In Hyderabad to visit.

4. MIM (All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen) withdrawn support from Congress Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. And perhaps MIM perpetrators are planning a ‘direct action’ against Hindus of Hyderabad.

Saying that the SP chief had alleged “ganged up” with UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi towards this end, Singhal said all the Sants of the country were of the opinion nothing but a huge temple to Sri Ram Lala would be built on the 70 acres of land. He also said the construction of a mosque would not be allowed within the scriptural and cultural rim and perimeter of Ayodhya. Singhal said: “It seems that Mulayam Singh Yadav wants to build a mosque and an Islamic Cultural Centre on the said plot of land (where an Ara/saw machine stands) adjoining the 70-acre acquired land of the Central Government. The Islamic forces are compelling him to do so.

Singhal also accused the UP government of fostering an atmosphere of communal disharmony in the state, which is making it “unbearable for the Hindu society.” He said: “Incidents of pulling up and removal of Murtis from temples or their amputation are mounting in the state. The ripping up of the image of Maa Devkaali recently in Ayodhya is a burning example. Especially the timing of the eve of the Navaratras chosen to break or sever the images to practice iconoclasm is designed to compellingly provoke the society. The Akhilesh Yadav led SP Government has proved to be totally incapable of preventing such incidents.

New Delhi, Oct. 15, 2012 – “The word is in the air for some months now that Sri Mulayam Singh Yadav is wanting to acquire a land bang next to the 70-acre acquired land around Sri Rama Janma Bhumi. Sri Mulayam Singh Yadav and Smt. Sonia Gandhi have ganged up towards this end. For this a retired Judge of the Allahabad High Court has been engaged for about two years now to make efforts to evolve a so-called consensus,” said the VHP Patron Sri Ashok Singhal in a media briefing here today.

He said: “Regarding the Sri Rama Janma Bhumi it is the view of all the Sants of the country that on the acquired 70-acre land only a huge temple to Sri Ram Lala would be built and the construction of no new mosque would take place within the scriptural and cultural rim and perimeter of Ayodhya. From the labors being put in by the Hon’ble Judge it seems that Sri Mulayam Singh Yadav wants to build a mosque and an Islamic Cultural Centre on the said plot of land (where an Ara/saw machine stands) adjoining the 70-acre acquired land of the Central Government. The Islamic forces are compelling him to do so.”

“That is why the word is in the air that the acquiring job the SP government of U.P. will do and the UPA Government led by the Sonia-led Congress would siphon off funds for the plan. Regarding Sri Rama Janma Bhumi if a reckless decision is taken that would lead to grave consequences,” warned Sri Singhal.

“The pressure of Jihadi forces in entire Uttar Pradesh is getting unbearable for the Hindu society. The BHBCUC (Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council -USA), NABC (North American Buddhist Community), Bangladesh Hindu Mandir New York, Sarbojanin Puja Udjapon Parishad – INC.,  Bangladesh Puja Samity – NY, American Jumma Council -NY and other rights group vehemently condemned the recent Islamic plunder in Ramu, Patia and Ukhiya Buddhist monasteries,  Hindu temples and over peace loving minority Hindu-Buddhist people in Cox’s Bazar and Chattagram areas in Bangladesh. AHMEDABAD : TNN | Oct 4, 2012, 01.58AM IST :: A rally to condemn the anti-Islam film ‘Innocence of Muslims’, which has irked Muslims across the globe, took a violent turn in the city on Wednesday. An angry mob set fire to the Karanj police chowky along with 11 motorbikes and two jeeps belonging to the policemen.

City police fired three rounds in the air to disperse the mob. Officials also lobbed more than 30 tear gas shells and lathi-charged the protesters to bring the situation under control. At least 12 people were injured in police lathi-charge.

More than 100 people were arrested for the violence by late evening. This included a woman, Zarina Khan, who had initially sought permission for a rally from the cops, which was turned down. The accused have been booked for attempt to murder and vandalism.

The violence sparked off after a string of bandh calls given by various groups in different parts of the city during the past week. Several minority-dominated parts of Ahmedabad had witnessed spontaneous bandhs and small rallies against the film.

On Wednesday, a large section of the minority community had decided to stage a rally on a much larger scale. However, the city police denied them permission. Upset with the decision, the protesters called for a city-wide bandh.

The protesters were also angry with some of their community members. On Tuesday, Mufti Shabbir Ahmed of Jama Masjid, members of organizations like Jamat-e-Islami, Jamiet-e-Ulaima Hind and Muslim legislators and municipal councilors had appealed that the community not follow the call of bandh. In a meeting held at the Jama Masjid, Muslim leaders had condemned violent means of protest against ‘Innocence of Muslims’.
