The Muslim operators in the UP Govt. are now involved in a nasty game to frighten Hindu populace by the subversive elements connected with different fanatic groups including HuJi. The pro Muslim ruling party lead by Mullah Mulayam Singh and the Chief Minister, Akhilesh Yadav, son of Mulayam, both are trying to give an open patronage to the Islamic fundamentalists in many way. Some days before Akkhilesh Singh tried to drop out all cases against two HuJI operators connected with 2007 serial blasts in different courts in UP. Afterwards the UP Govt. extended a 6 lakh rupee support to the family of such a HuJI operator died recently in jail custody very mysteriously. Not only that now this insane Govt. is contemplating to drop out another 15 cases against Muslim terrorists under a very nefarious conspiracy to boom the Islamists in Uttar Pradesh. Not only that, under a pressure of Barelvi Sect, Akhilesh has also appointed Mohammed Tauqeer Raza Khan, a non-elected Muslim cleric in a post in a status of a State Minister (Senior adviser in Handloom Department), who is connected with so many riots and communal incidents against the Hindus of Uttar Pradesh. Most probably, now such elements are attacking the Hindu areas of Kosikalan, an outskirt of Mathura, a holy Hindu pilgrimage.
Mathura’s Kosikalan area shook by 5 bomb blasts at Thursday late night injuring many and spreading panic in the locality. No death is yet reported. Police are yet mum about the blasts while situation remains tense. It is notable that last year, same area had faced communal riots on 1st June. Residents of the area think that the blasts were done to mark the day of communal violence. The area where blasts occurred is a Hindu majority one.
Residents of the area were angry as the Police reached the area only after midnight.
Some eyewitnesses say that the bombs were thrown by the culprits who came on Motorcycle and speeded away.
First blast occurred at Bharat Milap Chowk at 8.17 pm. Next three blasts followed within next four minutes at Lathi Bazar, Batasha Bazar and Baldev Ganj. One of these blasts occurred in front of Sanjay Agrawal’s house.
Last blast occurred at around 10.57 pm in front of Ramadevi’s house in Gopalnagar. The house bore the brunt of the blast. One Shri Mahesh Soni who was present at the site told a local news paper Amar Ujala, that his family just went to sleep when the blast happened.
Tension grabs Kosi Kalan
When the fifth bomb blasted in Gopalnagar, 60 year old Shankar ji was sleeping outside his house nearby. He ran in panic to find safety while the area filled with the fiery smoke after the blast.
People tried to calm one-another as the police failed to reach the area till late night. Some injured people were rushed to the hospitals by the local residents.
There was an explosion in a house near Delhi Gate area, while the occupants of the house were trying to make bombs with some Muslim miscreants some days back. IB and other agencies ran blank on clues after few days and no further intelligence was available about the plans of the miscreants.
Yesterdays blasts are to be blamed on this intelligence failure, the residents of the area say.
Another remarkable thing is, the PAC that was stationed in the area after the tensions, was sent to Hathia yesterday, when some tensions erupted there. Was there a design behind these two incidents, is the question remains to be answered.
The newspersons visiting the blast sites late night noted that the police presence was minimal even after the blasts, despite the widespread speculations from couple of days about the possible trouble around the anniversary of the last year’s Kosi riots. The locality is considered as highly sensitive one, but even the entrance from nearby highway was left unguarded by the police. It seems that the police downplayed the warning signs and the public speculations about the mishap. Police teams and a PAC battalion reached the area after 12.40AM in the midnight according to Amar Ujala report. SSP RKS Rathaur was leading the police team. Yet he or any other officers did not talk to the newspersons present.

Express news service | Lucknow | Wed 29 May 2013:: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday asked Union Minister for Minority Affairs K Rehman Khan to bring in a constitutional amendment Bill for providing reservation to Muslims.
“Providing reservation to Muslims without amendment to the Constitution is not possible. We are ready to support it whenever you bring such a Bill,” Akhilesh stated at a joint press conference with the Union minister at his official residence.
In its manifesto of Assembly elections, the SP had promised reservation to Muslims in proportion to their population. The issue cropped up when Khan was highlighting the achievements of his ministry. He mentioned that the Sachar Committee made 72 recommendations for the uplift of Muslims. “From these, the Union government did not accept three and could not implement three others. But we have implemented the remaining 66 recommendations,” he said.
At this, state Minister of Minority Welfare Azam Khan slammed the Congress for doing lip service towards Muslims for the past six decades. “Reservation to Muslims is the soul of the Sachar Committee recommendations. We understand that you do not have a majority, but at least bring the Bill,” he said.
Khan responded: “You tell me any recommendations of Sachar Committee which has been left out and it will be implemented within 24 hours.”
Khan added he was happy that the issue of Muslim reservation has been raised. “It is our right. But unfortunately Muslims are being referred to as a religious group instead of a social one. We need to rectify that,” he stated.
He claimed it was due to his efforts that Karanataka had a provision of 4 per cent reservation for Muslims for the past 20 years. “It was in the manifesto of the Congress in the 2009 elections, but it has been delayed due to legal issues. The eastern part of Pakistan, i.e. Bangladesh is now under a fanatic Islamization and Hindus have been reduced to 8% from a high of 23%. On the other hand, Muslim population in India has been boomed from a leas than 4 crores in 1947 to a high of 20 crores in 2013 (including illegal infiltrator Muslims from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Myanmar, Afghanistan etc.). Compilation of reports from Govt. census and other reports show that there are 19,48,41,141 Muslims in India in 2011. Muslims in India are well protected and they are flourishing in every fields. All the prime posts are/were adorned by Muslims. As per Govt. statistics, no Muslim has been died in starvation so far, but all the people died under starvation are Hindus, tribes or non-Muslims. Muslims are well protected under laws of the land, then why a hue and cry for such a Muslim reservation?
4. The role of Muslims in Indian Freedom Movements is always questionable. As the morphine of ‘Divide and Rule Policy’ was injected in the minds of Muslims, they have always betrayed with the Hindus and Struggle of Freedom Movement. The Muslim settlers in India after 1947, have not changed their mind-set. They are always trying to change the Hindu Majority and Multi-Cultural Identity of India in various modes including establishment of Shariah and Shariah Courts in India, challenging Indian Constitution, slaughtering cows, grabbing Hindu lands, properties and women, opposing Govt.’s Family Planning and Pulse Polio Programmes and even denouncing National Song of India. When Muslims in India have been contradicting the Nationality of India and its Holy Constitution and National Song, then why this dangerous move to give reservation to the Muslims time and again?
5. There are so many ethnic and religious groups in India. Then why these crazy creatures like Mamata Banerjee (CM West Bengal), Akhilesh Yadav (CM Uttar Pradesh) only bark for the Muslims in the name of Minority Welfare? These venomous Islamic supporters in the helm of Talibanic Political Affairs are trying to bite the Indian Constitution and population for their fatal finish. Counting will be on 13th July as the news touched in the headlines of all leading Bengali News papers today.
A big conspiracy against Bengali Hindus has been hatched against the Bengali Hindu voters by fixing this voting schedule. And anti Hindu Mamata Banerjee Govt. is doing all such nefarious work against Hindus from the beginning.

While Swami Aseemananda and Sadhvi Pragya Bharti are languishing in Indian Jails with fake charges and facing all severities of denial of bails, the accused and born Islamists are being freed to execute further Jihad against Hindus. The Akhilesh Yadav Government of Samajwadi Party & its Islamic allies, has withdrawn charges against Tariq Qasmi, the alleged HuJI militant behind terror attacks in Uttar Pradesh in 2007.
On December 22, 2007 Mohammad Tariq Qasmi and Khalid Mujahid were arrested from Azamgarh for the blasts. Explosives were also recovered from the duo. The Uttar Pradesh ATS then described Qasmi, a Unani doctor, as the area commander of HuJI in Uttar Pradesh and Khalid Mujahid as the head of the action group of HuJI.
In a significant decision that has opened the Pandora’s box, the State Home secretary announced the withdrawal of case against Qasmi on Wednesday. The state home secretary Sarvesh Mishra said that the government’s recommendation has been sent to the court through the law department. However, he added, the final decision of dropping the case would have to be taken by the court.
In a series of embarrassing development under Islamic conspiracy, the trial court has yet to frame charges against Qasmi in the cases.
This is the first instance in which the Samajwadi Party (SP) government has withdrawn a case against an alleged terrorist. Official sources say that terror charges against Khalid Mujahid would also be withdrawn soon.
However, senior police officials fear this might start off a series of such releases driven by votebank politics which could have dangerous consequences. “For its own political games, the government is neutralizing all the efforts we put in to arrest these terrorists,” a police official with the Uttar Pradesh anti terror squad (ATS) lamented.
The SP had promised in its election manifesto that innocents jailed on terror charges would be freed once the party came to power. The Akhilesh Yadav regime has been under great pressure from clerics and Muslim organisations to honour its promise.
Opposition parties have criticized the SP regime for its decision. “The SP is clearly out to appease the minorities with an eye on the Muslim votebank. But this is a very dangerous trend it is setting,” BJP spokesman Vijay Pathak said.
More importantly, the withdrawal of the cases promises to open up a Pandora’s box.
Besides being a major embarrassment for the ATS and the police, questions are sure to be asked about how the ATS had prepared the charge-sheet, what now happens to the evidence and relevant material placed before the court, and, most importantly, who are the real culprits responsible for the blasts.

Lawyers’ organisations have threatened to take to the streets on this issue. “The court serial blasts case is a serious matter. Several lawyers lost their lives. We will not allow the (state) government to withdraw the terror charges,” says Ajay Pandey, vice-president of the Central Bar Association.
Senior advocate Padm Kirti says it might not be easy for the government to withdraw the charges. “Though under the Criminal Penal Code the government has the right to withdraw any case, in this case it would be rather difficult as the STF and the ATS have submitted strong evidence, the charge-sheet has been filed and the case is in its final stages,” he says.
According to law, the court hearing the case has the final word on whether the charges can be withdrawn.
A PIL has been filed in the Allahabad high court against the withdrawal of the case. The petitioner has submitted that the two HuJI terrorists were arrested along with a large supply of explosives.
Experts say it would be virtually impossible to deny all the evidence that the STF and ATS have submitted before the court.
If the government chooses to rubbish the entire evidence, it would have to prove how the STF and ATS officials stand to benefit by framing the entire case.

A revelation came up in connection with a RTI matter filed by activist Urvashi Sharma and actually knocked the Home Ministry and stamped Sushil Kumar Shinde as a blatant liar.
Moreover, the government also failed to indicate the total number of incidents of violence have been persecuted upon the minorities in the country. The information sought under the RTI Act, now has been emerged as a big embarrassment for Congress and UPA Govt in the Center.
The Government in the Home Ministry has also failed to indicate the information about the total number of incidents of infiltration and places of insurgency in the country time to time, as there is no record lying with GOI as replied against the RTI matter filed by activist Urvashi Sharma.
In January, Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde alleged in the Congress Contemplation Conclave (Chintan Shivir) at Jaipur, Rajasthan that the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh were organizing ‘terrorist training camp’ as a part Hindu terrorism in the country, as per available reports to him. RSS and the BJP then criticized Sonia Gandhi and Sushil Shinde for such baseless allegation and demanded apology for Shinde’s statement .
Union Minister of External Affairs Minister, Salman Khurshid also voiced at that time in favor of the statement of Shinde and opined that whatever Shinde said was based on the facts. However Khurshid rejected then the terrorism to be linked with any religion.
On January 28 this year, RTI activist Smt. Urvashi Sharma submitted an application under RTI (Right to Information Act, 2005) in an attempt to get answers to seven point questions to Prime Minister’s Office in connection with Sushil Kumar Shinde’s alleged claim of organizing terror training camp by BJP and RSS.
Smt. Sharma applied to get the certified copy/copies of those records available with Government of India that can establish the statement by the Home Minister for involvement Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with Hindu terrorism through operating the terror training camps as alleged.
The RTI application also demanded list of places and numbers of such BJP and RSS run Hindu terrorism training camps in details within India and abroad. The application also sought any Order, (if any), from Govt to discriminate or segregate or brand any act of terrorism with caste, creed or religion.
It was also demanded in the RTI application to provide the details of infiltration and insurgency in India and the actions so far taken by the Govt to combat all these infiltration and insurgency so far.
The RTI application also demanded to provide the copies of the investigation reports of the Blast in Samjhauta Express, Mecca Masjid and Malegaon blast.
In a very casual fashion, the concerned office has given a reply that the Home Minister clarified all the related matter through his statement on 20th Feb in which he stated the possibility of mis-interpretation of his statement in this row.
In connection of investigation reports as demanded for Samjhauta Express, Mecca Masjid and Malegaon blast, it was conveyed by the GOI that these are beyond the purview of RTI Act.
Though Shinde has been exposed for his nefarious work of equating Hindu Nationalism with Jihadi Terrorism, the main stream media still keep aloof for such a serious matter of ‘Active Jihadi Groups in Congress’. If not, why Shinde was throwing stones from a fragile glass house of Congress?
We must congratulate Smt. Urvashi Sharma, the RTI activist here, who exposed a blatant liar named Sushil Kumar Shinde, a baseless man, joker of Congress and a servant of Sonia.
Now, everybody is seeing a shameless Shinde who tried to equate the ‘Pure Nationalism’ with ‘Jihadi Terrorism’. There are so many Shinde in Congress to promote Talibanism in Bharat (India) by trashing out Real Nationalist Force in this land of Hindus.

Upananda Brahmachari| Kolkata | 15 March 2013:: Sri Tapan kumar Ghosh, one of the Founders and President of Hindu Samhati (A prime state level Hindu Organisation in West Bengal) was arrested on 14-03-2013 morning and was produced in Bankshall Court by Kolkata Police in afternoon. As the actual case caused in S 24 Pgs (Kultali PS), he was placed into transit remand accordingly. Subsequently, he was produced at Baruipur ACJM Court on 15-03-2013. Unfortunately, the bail has not been granted and next date for hearing is fixed on 28-03-13 for Kultali PS Case No. 71/2013. Advocate Samir Pal, Advocate Shantanu Singh, S G Das, Legal Advisor HS, Swarup Dutta, HRA and others were present in Baruipur ACJM Court. The legal cell of Hindu Samhati is contemplating to move Judges Court, Alipore as the case has no material for the charge under 307 IPC. No heavy injury report could be produced by the state. The other charges against Shri Ghosh are 147/148/149/332/333/353/427/152/153/109/186/507/186 I.P.C.

Sri Tapan Kumar Biswas, Ld Advocate pleaded successfully to arrange the bails for 1) Bablu Ghosh (S/O Sushil), 2) Goutam Mondal (S/O Joydev), 3) Probir Naskar (S/O Jatin), 4) Dilip Naskar (S/O Panchanan) and 5) Pratap Hazra (S/O Judhisthir Hazra). Sri Pratap Hazra is a prominent dist. level leader of Hindu Samhati of South 24 Parganas, a Islamist prone southern district of West Bengal. The bail for Pratap and others was granted on the condition of attendence to Local PS, thrice in a week, until further order. The Charges were framed u/s 147/148/149/295A/323/325/379/506 and 392 IPC. But, the Advocates of Hindu Existence Forum moved for this case very tactically and arranged the bail in a record shortest time.
Now, it has been confirmed that Sri Saurav Shasmal, one of the prominent whole timer of Hindu Samhati was arrested from Kakdwip (South 24 Pgs) on Thursday and sent to Diamond Harbour Jail on Friday (15-03-2012) with another HS activist. Sasmals were arrested when they were conducting a protest meeting at Kakdwip with a demand to free Tapan Ghosh immediately. IPC 153/153A/295A etc. have been mentioned in the FIR, as being stated. Maharashtra government moves to ban Abhinav Bharat.
By Bharti Jain, TNN | New Delhi | Feb 27, 2013 :: Maharashtra government has initiated proceedings to ban Abhinav Bharat, the radical Hindutva outfit accused of launching bomb attacks at Mecca Masjid, Malegaon,Samjhauta Express and Ajmer Sharief.
Sources in the home ministry here told TOI that the Maharashtra government has referred the file — seeking to ban Abhinav Bharat — to the Centre for its views. The Centre has forwarded the file to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which is looking into many cases of terror allegedly involving Abhinav Bharat, for its comments. State government will take the call on outlawing Abhinav Bharat — not to be confused with a prominent NGO that bears a similar moniker — under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) after getting inputs from the Centre.
The move comes just as the storm raised by Sushilkumar Shinde’s remarks linking BJP and RSS to saffron terror seemed to be settling down following the “regret” expressed by the Union home minister.
Abhinav Bharat has been at the centre of the war of words between BJP and Sangh Parivar on the one hand and their detractors and government on the other. Government and opponents of BJP have cited the presence of alleged members of RSS in the ranks of the group and their alleged involvement in acts of terrorism to dub the Sangh Parivar as equivalent of jehadi outfits. Many of those arrested had remained closely involved with the RSS.
BJP and Sangh Parivar have strongly refuted the charge, saying that Abhinav Bharat was the brainchild of those, who insisted on a tit-for-tat response to a spate of jehadi terror attacks and who found RSS’s approach pusillanimous and coward.
That during their initial interrogation some of the leading lights of the group allegedly admitted to have plotted to kill RSS chief underlines why both sides have been able to stick to their narratives around the Hindutva terror outfit.
Both the Centre and state have power to ban an outfit under UAPA. With Abhinav Bharat operating mainly out of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, the former, a Congress-ruled state, has taken the lead in starting the legal proceedings for indulging in terror activities.
The terror origins of Abhinav Bharat, a closed group of Hindu radicals who believed in “bomb-for-a-bomb” ideology to counter jehadi terror attacks, can be traced back to 2006, with the blasts atMalegaon the same year being the first big attack by extremists owing allegiance to the outfit. Swami Aseemanand, Lt Col Shrikant Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, Lokesh Sharma, Kamal Chauhan, Sunil Joshi (now dead) and Rajendra Choudhary are some of the Abhinav Bharat leaders already arrested for their role in various blasts, including the 2007 Samjhauta train blasts and Malegaon, Mecca Masjid and Ajmer Sharief explosions.
Others accused still absconding include Sandeep Dange, Ramchandra Kalsangra and Ashwini Chauhan.
Himani Savarkar, daughter-in-law of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’s brother and niece of Nathuram Godse, assassin of Gandhiji, is also said to be associated with Abhinav Bharat.
Abhinav Bharat members actively raised funds from “sympathizers” for its terror activities and allegedly imparted arms training to those interested in its extremist ideology. According to the charge sheet filed by Mumbai ATS in the Malegaon blasts case, members of Abhinav Bharat held meetings through 2007 and 2008 at various places such as Ahmedabad, Ujjain, Faridabad, Kolkata, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Indore, Pune and Nashik. Purohit met the other accused during the various meetings in these cities. At every place, he would assign them a task related to an attack.
The big breakthrough for Abhinav Bharat came with the 2007 blasts aboard the Samjhauta Express. Bombs placed on the Pakistan-bound train had killed 68 passengers, most of them Pakistanis. No evidence of Sadhvi Pragya’s involvement in Malegaon blast : Why detained, asks Senior Counsel.
Mumbai | 27 February 2013 | News Bharti:: Pointing out that there is not even any tangent evidence brought on record by the prosecution which could attract even slightest culpability on Sadhvi Pragya Singh in the Malegaon Blast case, Senior Counsel Mahesh Jethmalani has challenged any further detention of her in the judicial custody.
Senior Counsel Mahesh Jethmalani contended that though under the MCOC, the ‘bail’ is an exception, if the innocence of the accused is beyond the reasonable doubt, then there was no impediment in releasing her on bail at all.
Further detention of Sadhvi Pragya would be contrary to the verdict delivered by the Supreme Court of India in Ranjeet Sharma’s case way back in 2005 and so also in the case of State of Kerala V/s. Raneef delivered by Justice Markendaya Katju and Justice Gyan Sudha Mishra, pleads Jethmalani.
Jethmalani has claimed total innocence of his client Sadhvi Pragya Singh before Justice R. C. Chavan of Bombay High Court by contending that the very remand report dated 28 December, 2012 filed by the NIA before Special NIA Court while seeking the further custody of Dhansingh Chaudhary had ‘explicitly stated’ that the two wheeler in question that was used for carrying out the explosions at Malegaon in 2008 was brought by him and his associates at the instance of absconding Ramji Kalsangrah and Sandeep Dange from Indore to Malegaon.
If this is so, then very foundation of the prosecution that Sadhwi had provided her LML Freedom two wheeler to carry out the blast on the basis of which she came to be arrested way back in October, 2008 gets shackled, said Jethmalani.
Reiterating that as Sadhwi had sold her two wheeler way back in October, 2004 to her acquaintance Sunil Joshi, she had no reason to have any kind control over the movements of the vehicle. As it was in use and possession of Ramji Kalsangrah, going by the very remand report produced by the ATS before Nasik Court on 03.11.2008, witness statement of Sadhvi’s disciple from Indore.
However, the very confessional statement of Sudhkar Dwivedi alias Swami Amrutanand Teerth alias Shankaracharya recorded before the Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mumbai even if taken at the face value, which was subsequently retracted by him, shows that Lt. Col. Prasad Purohit and Ramji Kalsangrah were knowing each other, before two met in his presence at Ujjain’s Mahakali temple on 3 August, 2008 and hence prosecution story that she had introduced these two men to Shankaracharya Indore Circuit House on or about 1st July, 2008 does not hold water.

How much we have to wait for a Ramjanmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya and a Hindu Rashtra in Bharat?

On December 6th of 1992 in Ayodhya , by demolishing the ”ILLEGAL” and “DISPUTED” Babri Structure , We Karsewak’s have reclaimed our rightful Holy place, Sri Ram Janma Bhoomi, Lord Rama’s Holy Birth Place. Since then 6th December is celebrated as ‘Vijay’/'Shourya’ Diwas – ‘Victory Day’ or ‘Valour Day’ by Hindu’s all over the Globe. But after 20 years that VIJAY is still incomplete and it may termed as an ‘Ardha Vijay Diwas’ as it is a Victory in a half done condition.
Hindus won a big litigation in the Mandir-Masjid land dispute, but the controversy is still being kept alive by some followers of Babar who destroyed a magnificent Rama Temple by his commander Mir Banki in 1528 to make that disputed structure to humiliate the Hindus in many ways. Through a series of war over 450 years the followers of Lord Rama clearly knocked down the followers of Babar in 1992. But, the pseudo secular politicians with Islamic, Christian and Communist faith are putting many hurdles to build a magnificent Ram Temple at Ayodhya. Not only that, many holy places of Hindu Faith are waiting for the liberation from the plunderers’ Jihadi signs amidst its bloody history of Bharat in Islamic or Christian rules.
The crisis in the Hindu leadership and treating the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Movement as an used or less important issue, did a great harm to the resurgence of Hindu Rashtra Movement in India. Actually, Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Movement was activated as to rise a Hindu Wave to build up a meaningful management of a Hindu Rashtra in Bharat with Hindu Empowerment in all dimension. But that ethos are now somehow skipped by the political power monger Hindu Leadership always searching a short-cut to reach the goal.
I am not contradicting the Political power to be captured by the Hindus. But that cannot be first priority before making the foundation work so strength-fully. Horses should pull the chariot. Chariot cannot pull the horses. If we don’t possess that strong foundation or well trained horses to that Hindu Chariot, never can we reach that goal of Hindu Rashtra or Ram Janmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya as a highest symbol of it.
So, the Hindu empowerment in all the social and economical faculty, Hindu empowerment in Judiciary and Administration, Hindu empowerment in Police and Military, Hindu Exploration in Science and Technology are needed as the horse-power to the Hindu Chariot leading to the goal of Hindu Rashtra. But, politics need a Hindu enforcement here instead of empowerment, so that the Indian Politics cannot be a subject of any Jihadi, Evangelical or Communist powers likely venture a stabbing on Indian Independence, Integrity and Sovereignty.
If we wish to see our Holy places and signs of pride rebuilt once again to the glory as it were, we have to sacrifice more. With out spontaneous support from every sphere of Hindu Life such a big Hindutva movement cannot be helpful to reclaim our Holy places or one and only Hindu Rashtra in Bharat for a billion of Hindus in the world. With the spirit of December 6 1992 , let us march together for re-establishing of a Hindu Rashtra in Bharat to become a Vishwa Guru and a Real World Power.
In this context I have three suggestions to make our movement successful.
One. Real Unity in Hindu Leadership. Hindus are divided as the Hindu Leadership is divided. If there is a real unity in Hindu Leadership, Hindus will be united in a moment. Respect to others and political dissolutions are the important factors here.
Two. Issue based joint strategy. Many issues before the Hindus put Hindus in an issue-less confronting situation. Common and Commanding issues can put forth maximum Hindu success. Go-Ganga Raksha. Hindu’s highest sentiment over Go-hatya (Cow-slaughter) and Ganga Raksha to save the environment as habitable, must come to the priority. Dharmasthan Raksha. Reclaiming Rama Janmabhoomi. Mathura Krishna Janmasthan and Kashi Vishwanath Jirnoddhar comes most important, but 100s of Bhagya Lakshmi Temples at Charminar or Bhojpal Temples are shrines are to be liberated through consistent movements. As the whole of Bharat is treated as Matru Bhoomi and Dharma Bhoomi, it should be liberated from anti Hindu force. Nari Raksha-Samaj Raksha. War front must be opened to fight against Love Jihad and Christian Conversion. With these issues Bharat must speak in a word, think in a way and win over the opponents of Hindutva.
Three: Local leadership for Hindu empowerment. Just make a group of Ten to Fifteen boys (your friends) in your para (locality) and take a vow not to face any defeat from the opposition. Be Strategic. Powerful and then Successful. Self Defence and Arms Training is must. Keep keen vigil to stop Jihadi Terrorism. Take the help of RTI and HR in possible cases. Try to maintain a liaison with local PS. Gradually expand your group and set specific responsibilities in some smaller efficient groups. IT/Social Media Groups, Legal Cell, RTI Cell, Human Rights Cell, Fund Rising, Co-operatives, Hindu Help Line, all these will come up one after another, but all these should be saturated by the Pure Hindutva Concept. Without a dedicated, diligent and desperate Local Hindu Leadership, nothing can be achieved.
This is a matter of strength out of profound Hindu faith. We have to show the world about the power of Hindu Dharma. Hindu Dharma will defeat the Jihadi Terrorism, Christian Conversions and pseudo Secular Politics. Let everybody inform to join the Hindutva movements and find the solutions how to stop attacks on Hindu Dharma and how to win in the war for formation of Hindu Rashtra.
20 years have already gone after hearing the assurance one after another. But now, we cannot wait for an indefinite time to establish a Ramajanmabhoomi Temple at Ayodhya. I think Hindu Groups in many fronts are getting reactive day by day through facing various Political, Islamic and Evangelical hazards. Proactive Hindus have set their alternative ways out of any big banners to run a struggle for Hindu Freedom to usher a New Hindu Age in Bharat Bhoomi. Big Hindu houses will be compelled to compensate for the real Hindu demands under pressure. In that calculation we will build a Sri Ram Temple in Ayodhya in 2015 and a Dharma Rashtra – Hindu Rashtra in Bharat in 2025. Swagatam. welcome to this Hindu Rashtra.
Join the demonstrations against Zakir Naik at Thane, Maharashtra
During Ganesh Festival, Dr. Zakir Naik had hurt religious sentiments of Hindus by making statements like ‘Prove that Ganapati is God; only then I will have the holy sacrament (Prasad)’. Cases have been filed against his above statement at many places; even then, Zakir has been granted permission to hold a public meeting at Mumbra. This has created a wave of anger amongst Hindus all over the country and intense demonstrations will be held on Monday, 3rd December 2012 at 4.00 p.m. outside Government Rest House near District Collector’s office at Thane (W) demanding withdrawal of the permission granted to Zakir Naik for holding the meeting and his arrest by filing case of treason against him.
After the demonstrations, delegation of pro-Hindu activists will meet the District Collector and Police Commissioner to submit a representation.

Islamic maroon in MIM ( Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen) have taken the vow to hamper the Diwali Celebration at Historical Bhagyalakshmi Temple at Charminar in the city at any cost. So they are not ready to allow any makeshift pandal decoration for the yearly Diwali Celebration at Bhagyalakshmi Mata Temple, in the same style of the Kashmiri agitators, how they were not allowing the use 99 acres of land for Amarnath Pilgrimage in 2008. Then the Kashmiri subversive elements saw a bogey of demographic change of J&K due to Amarnath pilgrimage and for the temporary transfer of that lands to Amarnath Shrine Board. Now, the Hyderabadi maroons just feel the disturbance and embarrassment for Allah due to the temple bells of Bahyalakshi Mata Mandir and illuminations of Diwali. Actually those creatures are the dwellers of darkness and can’t bear any ray of light.
Tensions prevail again in old city Sunday following rumours that the management of Bhagyalakshmi Temple had taken up its expansion work near the Charminar. Actually, the Temple committee is only trying to set a temporary shed adjacent to it for accommodating the devotees to attend the yearly Diwali Celebration in the Temple as a long drawn traditions. Due to the status quo order passed by the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh High Court on 5th November, the MIM idiots spread various types of rumours so that the Diwali decoration in the Baghyalakshmi Mata Temple cannot be done properly, as reports came in.
Hindu Retaliation in Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad) is taking a new dimension.
‘As tension mounted in some parts of old city over the rumours, the area was cordoned off and some leaders of MIM party were prevented from trying to proceed towards Charminar, violating prohibitory orders banning assembly of five or more persons, police said.
“Six MIM legislators and its two councillors were taken into custody as a precautionary measure for not allowing police to maintain status quo orders of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, a senior police officer said.
The MIM leaders alleged that despite the state High Court ordering status quo, some groups were carrying out the expansion work.
However, Bhagyalaxmi Devalaya Parirakshana Samithi convener Bhagavanth Rao refuted the charges saying that they have been maintaining court’s orders and merely took up works to decorate temple on the occasion of Diwali.
Meanwhile, city Police Commissioner Anurag Sharma appealed to people to maintain peace and not to believe the rumours.
The usually busy roads leading to the 400-year-old Charminar monument were deserted with police sealing off all the routes by erecting barricades and barbed fencing.
Police intensified patrolling in the sensitive areas of the old city that witnessed communal clashes last week.
Prohibitory orders banning assembly of five or more people remained in force in areas falling under five police station limits of South Zone in old city from November 8.
A large number of policemen including the Rapid Action Force (RAF) were deployed in communally sensitive areas.
BJP’s Protest for Diwali Cause at Bhagyalakshmi temple at Charminar, Hyderabad.
BJP on Saturday took out a rally in protest against the state government for not allowing to undertake decoration work at century old temple adjacent to Charminar, on the occasion of Diwali festival.
On a petition filed by MIM, the state High Court recently gave a direction to maintain status quo as on October 30.’ ['-' from Hindu].

The prominent Hindu leader of Sri Ram Yuba Sena and Telgu Desham councillor, Thakur Raja Singh alleged the softness of the ruling party towards MIM perpetrators. However, the decoration of Diwali is still pending at Bhagyalakshmi Mata Temple, even in the day of ‘Dhanteras’ – the eve of Diwali. From Amarnath to Hyderabad, Kolkata to Dwaraka, Muslims of India are repeatedly challenging the festivals of Hindus. Numbers of Hindu Pujas and Festivals are decreasing due to the Islamic resistance. But, while Hindus will start a real resistance to save their Dharma, these anti-Hindus will find no place in Hindustan.

‘Expansion’ row adds to tension in Old City of Hyderabad.
Express News Service – Hyderabad | 02nd November 2012 :: Tension continued in the Old City of Hyderabad on Thursday after the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) objected to the management of Bhagyalakshmi temple at the Charminar setting up a small shed in front of its premises late Wednesday night.
Police took as many as 20 persons into preventive custody after a mild clash took place between the two groups.
“At around 10 am on Thursday, devotees and Bajrang Dal activists reached the temple and staged a dharna alleging that a section of people deliberately opposed decoration works at the place of worship. Police rushed to the spot and took 20 persons into preventive custody,” deputy commissioner of police (DCP) Akun Sabharwal said, adding that the arrested persons were shifted to Kanchanbagh and Bahadurapura police stations.
According to police, the management was trying to build a temporary shed in front of the temple for the festival, when some MIM party activists, led by Charminar MLA Syed Ahmed Pasha Qadri, rushed to the spot and objected to the construction, alleging that the space near the Charminar was being encroached upon.
Heated argument ensued between the two groups after which police rushed to the spot and dispersed the mob.
Heavy security was deployed in and around the Charminar to prevent untoward incidents as communal clashes have been taking place in the Old City for a few days. Section 144 is still clamped in the Old City

Swati Mathur, TNN | Oct 16, 2012 | Lucknow ::Accusing the Uttar Pradesh government of conniving to capture the disputed temple land in Ayodhya, Vishva Hindu Parishad Patron Ashok Singhal alleged on Monday that Samajwadi party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav wanted to acquire a land next to the 70-acre acquired land around Sri Rama Janma Bhumi.
Saying that the SP chief had alleged “ganged up” with UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi towards this end, Singhal said all the Sants of the country were of the opinion nothing but a huge temple to Sri Ram Lala would be built on the 70 acres of land. He also said the construction of a mosque would not be allowed within the scriptural and cultural rim and perimeter of Ayodhya. Singhal said: “It seems that Mulayam Singh Yadav wants to build a mosque and an Islamic Cultural Centre on the said plot of land (where an Ara/saw machine stands) adjoining the 70-acre acquired land of the Central Government. The Islamic forces are compelling him to do so.

New Delhi, Oct. 15, 2012 – “The word is in the air for some months now that Sri Mulayam Singh Yadav is wanting to acquire a land bang next to the 70-acre acquired land around Sri Rama Janma Bhumi. Sri Mulayam Singh Yadav and Smt. Sonia Gandhi have ganged up towards this end. For this a retired Judge of the Allahabad High Court has been engaged for about two years now to make efforts to evolve a so-called consensus,” said the VHP Patron Sri Ashok Singhal in a media briefing here today.
He said: “Regarding the Sri Rama Janma Bhumi it is the view of all the Sants of the country that on the acquired 70-acre land only a huge temple to Sri Ram Lala would be built and the construction of no new mosque would take place within the scriptural and cultural rim and perimeter of Ayodhya. We caution the state and central governments to be more careful in tackling acts of violence, pay adequate compensation to the victims of police fire and take quick legal action against the killers,’ the resolution stated. It also appealed to the Muslim masses to show no unnecessary and hasty violent reaction to inflammatory situations created on purpose by communal forces whose eyes are fixed on the general elections in 2014 for which communal polarization is required so that their political party may benefit.”
The report goes further: “The AIMMM, in another resolution, welcomed the effort of the central government to raise Muslim representation in the police force which has gone down to as low as 2% in some states. ‘Muslim representation should also be raised in the Army, IB and other security agencies to regain the lost confidence of the Muslim masses,’ it stated.”
Not only that, after demanding such communal propositions, the Islamic body in question out-rightly condemned the role of present police and intelligence services and reacted that: “IB and police officers responsible for fabricating cases and implicating innocents should be punished and compensation to the victims should be deducted from the salaries and pensions of such officers.”. According to this Islamic body demanding Islamization of Police, Intelligence and Army categorically said that,”Police chiefs were recently told during their annual conference that the biggest threat faced by the country comes from the so-called “Indian Mujahidin” which many in the Muslim community think is a fictitious organization propped up by the IB to harass Muslims. Eighteen youths have been arrested recently in Bangalore and other places in a totally false and fabricated case which is clear from the changing stories dished out by Bangalore police about these youths.” [One can read the original report of TOI here].
In West Bengal, Ms. Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal declared 10% separate Muslim OBC reservation within the stipulated OBC quota in her state. Declared sanction for 10000 Madrasas, Rs. 2500 to Imams and Rs. 1000 to Muazins respectively, bi-cycles for Muslim Girl students of Madrasa and many other facilities to her Muslim brothers and sisters ignoring the plight of Hindu poor people.
In Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and some other states Muslims are enjoying reservation facilities upon religious grounds, which are simply violating the attracted articles of Indian Constitution. In various overt and covert processes the Shariat loving people are trying hard to divide the Indian Constitution upon Muslim and Non-Muslim basis under the proclamation of Reservation and Social Justice for Muslims in India with more than equal rights. Salman Khurshid, the secular face of Pro Islamist in the Central Cabinet Ministry of India is also trying a 5% general reservation in all the central offices, schemes and provisions. In other words, Muslims of India are now demanding more than equal rights over the majority Hindus by an distinctive instigation of Muslim sentiments to get rid off the Hindu supremacy or influence in India. The days of partition is coming back with its prominent preface as history repeats itself.
One can judge the developments of Muslim demands in India since the establishment of Muslim League in 1906 (30th Dec, 1906) and down to the partition of India in 1947 through a bloody Direct Action against Hindus initiated by the same Muslim League in 16th August, 1946. The descendants of the same Muslim League are moving freely in India with full political and financial support to fulfil their unfinished programme of a Greater Pakistan in Indian Sub-continent. The India Muslim Majlis-e Mushawarat (AIMMM), Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), All India Democratic United Front (AIDUF), Popular Front of India (PFI), People’s Democratic Conference of India (PDCI), Peace Party, Qumi Ekta, Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Welfare Party of India (WPI) or such other political party or political alliance of Muslim fundamental political groups, all are the new incarnations of that Communal Muslim League who demanded and divided India upon Two Nation theory. Now, the new Muslim Leaguers in different names are heading towards another partition of India in a prolific anti-constitutional stance. On the basis of communal strength the Indian Muslims are planning to change in basic principal of Indian Constitutions first and finally to adopt Shariat upon the Indian Constitution as a law of Allah. One should not forget the Shah Bano case and the humiliation thereafter.
But the primary question is that on what authority Muslims can justify their illegal demands of reservation in India or any Muslim Leaguers or the like minded people can be permitted to stay in India. We have to discuss over this matter before entering into the next to nullify Muslim Reservation in India. [To be concluded].
Bengali Hindus retaliate over Construction of Aligarh Muslim University in Hindu area.
Baharampur (WB) | 1st Sept, 2012 | HE Media Desk – MSD :: Ongoing construction of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Campus at Ahiran under Suti -I Development Block in Murshidabad in West Bengal was vehemently protested by the Hindu peasants and aggrieved locals under the leadership of BJP West Bengal Unit.
BJP supporters on Friday (31-08-2012) injured five policemen by platings stones and exploded bombs, torched two government vehicles and ransacked the office of the BDO at Suti- I demanding renaming of the upcoming campus of the Aligarh Muslim University in Murshidabad district as reports came in. The trouble started when a BJP delegation led by its state unit President Rahul Sinha and Subir Das, Jt. Block Development Officer (BDO), Suti – I, exchanged heated arguments over the demands of renaming the proposed university and immediate stoppage of its construction work which began in the first week of August, SP Humayun Kabir said.
It is alleged that the land encroachments from the poor Hindu farmers was made in such a discriminatory way in which the Hindu land looser got minimum compensation. Though it is told by the administrative authorities that 40 bighas of encroached land so far been returned to the annoyed Hindu farmers, the question of establishing a campus of Aligarh Muslim University (the pioneer institution of two nation theory to make a division of this country into Bharat and Pakistan) in a Hindu majority block (Suti-I) is still unsolved.
While the construction of the said Communal University (AMU has cent percent Muslim employees and faculties) is running in the abandoned quarters and complex of Farakka Barrage Authority, the locals demand an university in the name of Patriotic and revolutionary Poet Nazru Islam or in the name of Murshidabad University as a local sentiment.
It must be mentioned here that as per the constitution of AMU, it only permits its extension units within the 25 kilometers radius of AMU Mosque. A special leave petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court is now pending in the matter of establishment of Kishanganj Campus of AMU in Bihar.
The SLP has been filed by one Jainarayan Kumar who has challenged the move to open the AMU centre in Kishanganj, citing the Aligarh Muslim University Act’s Section 5 which allows opening of such centres only within 25km of the university mosque. Earlier, the Patna high court threw out such a plea on the basis of Section 12 of the Act which provided for the establishment and maintenance of such centres with the sanction of the AMU’s Visitor, who is the President of the country.
In such a situation, a hectic arrangements for the impugned construction is being made by the West Bengal State authorities in the face of the Muslim appeasement policy adopted by Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal.
At latest, a FIR has been made by the state police against 1000 agitators (mostly Hindus) including Rahul Sinha, the President of West Bengal BJP unit. Sri Sinha reiterated that he had put no incitement in this matter so far.
The repercussion of the local people is very natural as they do not tolerate any Muslim cultural invasion in the name of a Muslim University in an area still dominated by Hindu culture so far.

History repeats itself. The days of suffocating British Raj is back again through a notorious Italian lady, Sonia Gandhi nee Sonia Antonio Maino, (the real Vatican representative) and her Indian counterparts by censoring Hindu Media in a gag. The present Congress led UPA (United Progressive Alliance) Govt. in India has banned numerous Hindu websites, blogs and pages in social media including http://hindujagruti.org the internet organ of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, a famous Hindu organisation with world reputation. Pro Muslim and Pro Christian Congress Party in a mood to persecute the majority Hindus all along.
If we want to look back the repression in the British Raj, we see that the infamous “Gagging Act” of 1857 has been passed following the 1st Great Indian War against the British. It sought to regulate the establishment of printing presses and to restrain the circulation of printed mater. All presses had to have a license from the government. No distinction was made between publications in English and other regional languages. The Act also held that no printed material impugning the motives of the British Raj, tending to bring it hatred and contempt and exciting unlawful resistance to its orders. When the British Government found that the Gagging Act was not potent enough to repress all Nationalist sentiments, it went on to create a more forcible law, designed in part by Sir Alexander Arbuthnot and Sir Ashley Eden, Lieutenant Governor of Bengal. In the course of time, the Vernacular Press Act was passed in 1878 under the Governor Generalship and Viceroyalty of Lord Lytton, for ‘better control” of Indian language newspapers. The purpose of the Act was to control the printing and circulation of seditious material, calculated to produce disaffection, which was already present, against the British Government in India in the minds of the masses.
So far, thirty five vernacular papers in Bengal, including the Amrita Bazar Patrika, the editor of which was one Mahatma Sisir Kumar Ghose. Sir Ashley Eden summoned him and offered to contribute to his paper regularly, if he allowed what he published to go under scanner by Sir Ashley’s office first. Ghose refused, and remarked that “there ought to be at least one honest journalist in the land.” The Vernacular Press Act might be said to have grown from this incident. About the time the Act was passed, Sir Ashley remarked in a speech that forty five seditious writings published in fifteen different vernacular papers were presented before him before the Act was finalized. The Vernacular Press Act stated that any magistrate or Commissioner of Police had the authority to call upon any printer or publisher of a newspaper to enter into a bond, undertaking not to print a certain kind of material, and confiscate any printed mater it deemed objectionable. The affected party could not seek redress in a court of law. General threats to the Indian language press were these:
1. Any attempt to subvert the functioning of democratic institutions.
2. Agitations and violent incidents.
3. False allegations against British authorities or individuals.
4. Attempts at endangering law and order to disturb the normal functioning of the state.
5. Threats to internal stability.
Any one or more of the above were punishable by law. No redress could be sought in any court in the land.
In such a way of violation of jurisprudence and toeing the nature of democracy, the Britishers banned most of the Nationalist news papers and periodicals and also proscribed the writings of Vivekananda, Tilak, Aurobinda, Subhas, Savarkar and so on to curb on the struggle for freedom prior to our Independence in 1947.
Those black days are overlapping in a situation of semi-emergency now in Bharat (India), when the present heirs of those colonial authorities are repeating the same thing by banning Hindu Media to dismantle the unachieved Struggle for Hindu Freedom in Bharat. The corrupt Congress or the UPA is shameless. The so called social interlocutors and the media magnets are also magnificently malafide in nature. So, we must condemn all of them with our utmost resentments.
As per reports the Govt in India has banned over 300 sites, blogs and pages, most of them are managed by Hindu individuals and organisations, without giving any intimation to the site owners. It is told that this ban has been made upon precautionary or preventative measures to check the Assam aftermath. But, there is hardly any Hindu retaliation yet in any corner of India except Assam, so that we may collect any evidence as a proof in connection with any repercussion generated from any Hindu site. But, most of the active Hindu sites are banned and the reactionary Muslim sites are allowed for the subversive activities against our Country and its people.
Those who are thinking that the ban on Hindu websites is effective on Hindu mainstream of life and Hindu activities, they are idiots enough. After banning the HINDUJAGRUTI SITE, hundreds of blogs and pages have erupted their pure dedication of Hindu Journalism as a supplementary to the HINDUJAGRUTI WEBSITE. And this can be a landmark to start a strong Hindu Media to replace the conventional Secular Media run by the Arab and Christian money power. So, a strong Hindu media is also an urgent need of the hours to kneel down the media menace of the secularists and to nullify the Cyber Jihad waged against India by the Mullahs, as well.
We must enter now into building a strong Hindu Media in this critical juncture to knock down the anti national and anti Hindu ‘Secular Media’ which is most dangerous than anything.

Afterwards the UP Govt. extended a 6 lakh rupee support to the family of such a HuJI operator died recently in jail custody very mysteriously. Not only that now this insane Govt. is contemplating to drop out another 15 cases against Muslim terrorists under a very nefarious conspiracy to boom the Islamists in Uttar Pradesh. Not only that, under a pressure of Barelvi Sect, Akhilesh has also appointed Mohammed Tauqeer Raza Khan, a non-elected Muslim cleric in a post in a status of a State Minister (Senior adviser in Handloom Department), who is connected with so many riots and communal incidents against the Hindus of Uttar Pradesh. Most probably, now such elements are attacking the Hindu areas of Kosikalan, an outskirt of Mathura, a holy Hindu pilgrimage.
