NEW DELHI: Terming the proposed Communal Violence Bill as “dangerous”, the BJP on Saturday opposed the legislation at the National Integration Council meeting here, saying it presumes that the majority community is always responsible for such riots.

“We feel that the Communal Violence Bill is a dangerous Bill as it harms the federal structure of the Constitution. It allows the Centre to hold all the powers. Moreover, it does not consider anybody a citizen and treats a person only as one belonging to either a majority or a minority,” leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj told reporters.

Her Rajya Sabha counterpart Arun Jaitley and chief ministers of three BJP-ruled states — Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (Uttarakhand), Sadanand Gowda (Karnataka) and Raman Singh (Chhattisgarh) — echoed these sentiments at the NIC meeting.

The BJP made it clear that the Bill in its present form, which has been drafted by UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi-led National Advisory Council, should not come to Parliament.

“You will write off a person as a criminal, just because he or she is born in a majority community and you will presume that a person would be a victim only because you are born in a minority community. This bill is very dangerous,” Swaraj said.

The main opposition insisted that if passed, this legislation will encourage communal tension instead of reducing it, as it seeks to divide the country into majority and minority communities.

“The draft bill presumes that the majority community is unjust, and the minority community is the victim. But in our country, various sections of community are in a minority in one state and a majority in another state. The provisions of the Bill will go against the majority community in various states,” Swaraj said.

Swaraj said that a person should be judged by his character and style of working, and not by the religion in which he or she is born.

She insisted that it is wrong for the proposed Act to presume that those belonging to the majority community are always guilty of starting communal violence.

“It is also wrong to assume that a person born in a particular community would belong to the majority everywhere in the country. Some communities are a majority in one region and a minority in another,” the BJP leader said.

Citing examples, she said Christians may be a minority in north India but are a majority in some north-east states. Similarly, the Muslims would be a majority in some pockets and a minority in others.

The BJP also argued at the NIC meeting that a discussion on communal violence at this juncture was not at all relevant as there have been no instances of such acts in the recent past.

“There have been two major terror incidents in Mumbai and Delhi recently. The incidents of naxal attacks are also on the rise. Therefore, today’s agenda is not relevant as there has been no incident of communal violence in the country in the recent past. A discussion on naxalism and terrorism would have been more productive,” Swaraj said.

She also pointed out that holding a meeting of the NIC once in three years make the body virtually redundant and this should be an annual affair. The last NIC meeting was held in 2008.

Lok pal proposed ultra strong anticorruption pill, like RTI, Lok Aayuktha and CVC etc. earlier pills prescribed to treat corruption, should have been a strong tool in a vibrant democracy. But given the pathetic state or our democracy, complete dominance of our political leadership by the corrupt and incompetent lackeys… no law would help us to control corruption. Dr. Rajendra Prasad had, dedicating our constitution to the nation, prophesied it thus in 1948 itself: ‘If our elected representatives are (competent) men of integrity and character, they can deliver good to the society even if this constitution is defective. But if they are lacking in these (virtuous) qualities, this constitution (or any of its amendments or additions) is not going to help our Nation’. Constitution is like a machine. It acquires its direction from its operators… our elected representatives, political leadership. Communal Violence bill is a dangerous bill that all it requires a minority member is to report to a police and the majority member will be jailed and the identity of the minority member will not even be revealed. It presupposes every majority member is violent and every minority member a victim. Given that there are 350,000 majority members thrown away from home in Kashmir and living in squalid camps (sometimes 4 to 5 families in one room) at the threat of rape and death, given that between 2004 and 2008, the terrorist deaths and accidents is next to war torn Iraq, given that India continues to face dangerous threats of terrorism all directed against majority members, you would wonder where this bill is coming from. That is India, a country with perverted bastards at the helm of affairs, on one side looting the nation to hilt, on another dividing and destroying the nation. A nation lead by an uneducated and corrupt foreign woman who has little love for the nation or its culture, but as a place to loot and ride roughshod and impose her completely unfit son onto 1.2 billion people and fast moving towards creating another impoverished Africa on the Asian continent. I am told that there are approximately 3 millions NRI living in America. Also, I am given statistics that NRIs are the most educated in America. I am also given statistics that NRI are the most wealthy in America. I would like to know what the rest of the NRI community is doing about this bill? Are they aware of this bill? Does it mean anything to them? Why has the NRI press in America not cover this issue? Why are most NRIs only intrested in attending Bollywood shows? Why are most NRI just interested in working, living, praying, entertainment, and sleeping? What good is the finest education and endless wealth if it is not used to defeat injustice, discrimination, corruption, poverty, help sick, etc? Destroying adharma is the essence of the Bhagvat Gita. How many NRIs are aware of this? Knowledge is for removing ignorance (avidya). Wealth is to take care of the need of the physical body and then to distribute to the needy in the community.

This is not the first time about Sonia’s mysteries. First mystery related to Rajiv’s death. A couple of Rajiv’s close friends told me that Rajiv was considering of divorcing her after he learned of her affair. Sonia got a wind of it and got him killed. To keep this secret, her daughter Priyanka went to see Nalini in jail, one of the accused killers, when there was a news about her writing a book about Rajiv’s murder. One senior cabinet minister told me that more than one year after Rajiv’s death, Sonia got pregnant and she first travelled to Russia on Indian passport and then to Switzerland on Italian passport and had abortion there. About three years back, she was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital when she was sick with “some mysterious” disease and my contact told me that this mysterious disease had symptoms like AIDS. No one, not even the Prime Minister, was allowed to visit her. In July both she, via London and Rahul, via Dubai, went to Zug, Switzerland to “straighten” their Swiss accounts before she was scheduled for a surgery. This surgery involves uterus related cervical cancer. Now she’s supposedly in India and no one has seen her yet. The big and more serious question now is “what will happen to the Congress Party and the Indian political scene”. Now comes the Prevention of Targeted and Communal Violence Bill, 2011.

  If you know all this please also tell us with who she has a relationship. as long as the ghost of “Gandhi the name” haunts India there is no deliverance for India. Instead of a statesman as leader like Shivaji, Rana pratap, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Bahgat Singh, Chandrashekher Azad, Subhash Bose, lala lajpat Rai, Bipin Chandra Paul, Khudirsm Bose, rash Bihari Bose, Veer savarkar, sardar patel we have chosen Gandhi whose childhood and youth are not at all exemplary and his cronies Nehru, Maulana abul kalam Azad and so many non leaders whose names I don’t want to name here and soil my typing capabilities. If we were really united we would have got our real freedom in 1857. What we got in 1947 is not the freedom. It is the left over waste that British have left after consuming all the wealth and resources. Our black leaders have imbibed the divide and rule policy very well. The majority and minority divide will again divide the country if Hindus are not united. The spirit of patriotism is verymuch lacking among Indians otherwise why do we have Rajiv gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Sonia as our leaders and all other corrupt guys togather in all the parties. It more than 86 years that a great patriot like Dr. hedgewar has given us the golden mantra called Rashtiya swayam sevak sangh.Isreal’s first prime minister Ben gurion started a similar force to recon with and you can see how israel is a force in world stage and is successfully fighting all the enemies. India is still langushing. Nobody on world stage cares more about India voice because they know as people we are divided.

Friends,

Let us hope that this sinister Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill 2011 will fail as and when it is brought before Parliament, because the National Integration Council (NAC), in its meeting on 10thSeptember, did not support it.

As pointed out by many, including the BJP representatives, the Bill strikes at the federal structure of the Constitution by giving unlimited power to the Centre to interfere in State’s matter on the pretext of ensuing communal harmony. It also gives license to the rioters of the minority communities, (euphemism for Muslims and Christians), to indulge in unrestricted violence and have the blame put on the majority (Hindu) community. But the strange part of it is that the Hindu reaction to this utterly anti-Hindu bill has been very mild.

What I want to add is that this draft Bill has not come all of a sudden. It is in accordance with the hidden Congress agenda of stealthily bringing back the Shariat law of the Mughal period, under which Hindus were always victimized even when they tried to have parity with the Muslims. The agenda was inadvertently disclosed by late Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi, in his Red Fort speech on the Independence Day of August 15, 1988, when he said, “Our endeavour should be to take the country to heights to which it belonged about 250-300 years ago”. Students of history know that it was the period of bigot Muslim emperor Aurangzeb. Hindus got relief only when they
revolted against the Mughal rule, under the leadership of Shivaji in Maharashtra and Guru Gobind Singh in the Punjab.

As the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has indicated, this Bill will be brought back with some window-dressing. It is, therefore, necessary that the Indian intelligentsia, especially Hindus, keep their vigil to fight it out as and when it comes in any shape.

I don’t think that the Bill is so much for bringing back the Shariat laws as
to suppress the Hindus and killing the Hindu Dharma or the Sanatana Dharma
and completing the work of McCauley left incomplete in converting the Hindus
to Christianity as otherwise he has succeeded in moving the Hindus away from
their Dharma by distorting and misinterpreting their scriptures and their
Dharma and making them intellectual slaves of the West.

(1) Congress shows that there party is for all religion but actually congress always favour muslim community. Congress think that if all muslim unitedly support them then it will be easy for them to win elections. Congress does same thing which british govt has done with Indians, To rule on India they always devide hindu and muslim religion, that policy is being continued by congress. There is all type of corruption in our country but congress don’t want to bring any kind of bill which will stop corruption because she knows if it happened then 90% of his members will found corrupt. Because of rise in price it becomes difficult for common man to survive. In this condition it becomes difficult for Congress to win election that is why to remove public attention from these necessities and to grab muslim communities vote Congress brought this communal voilence bill 2011 which is against majority, and it should be protested.

This bill is anti Indian and in the name of security for minorities and dalits they want to make the majority to suffer. How can we protect the Indians with this bill ? If the bill is enacted the majority will be left with only 3 choices. 1: convert yourself in to a minority community. 2: leave the country. 3: Suffer all atrocities of this bill.
All the so called secular political parties are to be blamed , who are not seeing the consequences of this bill , with their short sighted ness for their vote banks.
