26/11: Supreme Court upholds Kasab’s death sentence.

NEW DELHI | Aug 29, 2012 : The Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the plea of Ajmal Kasab in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case and upheld the sentence of death penalty awarded by the Bombay high court.

Kasab and his nine fellow jihadis had attacked CST railway station, Cama Hospital, Vinoli Chaupati junction, Oberoi Hotel, Taj Hotel, Nariman House and Leopold cafe in Mumbai on November 26, 2008 resulting in killing of 166 people and injuring 238 others.

A two-judge bench of the apex court pronounced the judgement at 10.30am.
The bench said the first and foremost crime committed by Kasab was that he participated in a conspiracy to wage war against India.

    Not only kassab is to be hanged! Relate this to life-sentence to rajivgandhi killers politically ,then islamists can not take advantage &political mileage !

    Hang both these suckers ( Afzal Guru & Kasab ) now, rather than wait and waste more tax payor’s money.

    4. For God’s sake, don’t keep the hangman waiting.

    5. For both Afzal Guru & Kasab, there has been a Hang-Vacuum or Hang-Vacation. This is outrageious.

    6. These suckers have been hanging around ( please pardon the pun )too long. These punks have been making the justice system of India, a big fat joke.

    7. These Johnnies need to be given a new experience, the hangman’s noose. All terrorists ought to be executed the same way.

    FOR the benefit of the country expending lot of money unnecy in the raring the snake for only nesty politics ,be stopped immdtly ,with out any further explaination ,now water is flowing over head ,which will be hazardous for corrupt leaders soon.
