Dirgha Raj Prasai | HENB | Kathmandu | Sept 11, 2015:: The beginning of degradation of Nepal started from the nefarious conspirator role of Congress (I) and its Intelligence Agency RAW. On 22 November, 2005, the 12-point agreement was reached under the direction of the then Congress (I) Govt. and its Indian intelligence wing RAW against the 1990 constitution to format the new constitution from Constituent Assembly(CA) to terrorize Nepal by degrading the status of Hindu Rashtra Nepal. Since that day, Hinduism and Nepal’s nationality and democracy have been endangered. India imposed the threats of secularism, republic and federalism in Nepal. The agendas of secularism, republic and federalism embedded in the 12-point understanding are not the agendas of political parties. It was an unfortunate turn of Nepal’s history. Now, in regime in Delhi, the Nepalese people expect a full support for Hindu Rashtra in Nepal from their virtual Hindu neighbors.

In fact, Nepal and India are only the two pious Hindu countries in the world. But, Congress (I) and its RAW had designed to end the identified symbols of Nepal-the world Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal. Luckily, Congress (I) Sonia Gandhi’s regime ended-2014 and the Hindu nationalist party-BJP arose in India with big majority. It is very hopeful that the BJP party and Modi Govt. will consider to end the conspirator nefarious design of Congress (I) and RAW which had imposed evils of secularism, republic and ethnic-based federalism in Nepal. But, the PM Modi is sometime out of pace to act as a ‘Proud Hindu Nationalist’. As a matter of fact, the conventional Muslim appeasement policy in Indian politics is a deterrent factor to do anything for the majority Hindus from New Delhi.

Last year India has witnessed the historical victory of nationalist patriotic power as a democratic practice of world’s largest democracy. We heartily congratulate Prime minister Sri Narendra Modi, a visionary leader. We believe Indo-Nepal relations will find new dimensions with new government of India respecting the Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal.. But we always seek positive support and developmental cooperation. At this time, we are in crisis. All Nepali people want India be supportive in reinstating our lost pride-Hinduism and constitutional monarch. The Nepalese monarch always has goodwill with India. The fact is that the Nepalese monarchs held special right for carrying out ritualistic worship in many Hindu shrines and temples in India.

Then, India’s Hindutwa also can be dignified. Then, the strong Hindu nationalist leader Narendra Modi- PM of India should have to suggest to the Nepalese three party leaders-Maoist, Congress and UML to keep intact the world Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal who have been guided to impose secularism, republic and federalism by the hints of EU, Christian Mission, CIA and former Congress (I)’s agendas.

It is a great hope that prominent Hindus saints like Yogi Adityanath (BJP statesman and MP from Gorakhpur); Dr. Charudatta Pingle (National Guide, Hindu Janajagruti Samity) and Upananda Brahmachari (Global Ambassador for Bharat-Nepal Hindu Rashtra and Editor, Hindu Existence) have already supported the present Hindu Rashtra Movement in Nepal. But, the big Hindu organizations like RSS, VHP and virtual Hindu political party in India, i.e. BJP must convey their support to the current Hindu movement in Nepal for a Hindu Rashtra and Hindu Kingdom. Any negligence for the Hindu Rashtra movement in Nepal including ‘Fast unto Death’ for Nepal Hindu Rashtra by some Nepali youths over ten days in Kathmandu, will give a very inhumanitarian message to all. While the majority (over 90% Hindu people in Nepal) Nepali people want Hindu Rashtra in Nepal, it cannot be changed without any referendum.
Nepali Hindu people are stuck upon the silence of Jagadguru Shankarachary Swarupananda Saraswati of Dwaraka Peeth, Jagadguru Shankarachary Nischalananda Saraswati of Govardhan Peeth, Dr Pravin Togadia of VHP, Dr Subramanian Swamy of BJP, US Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and Hindu statesman Rajan Zed upon the concurrent Hindu Rashtra movement in Nepal.

Hinduism educated us global brotherhood, humanitarian and respectful coexistence among differences. We strongly believe that Hindu philosophy can guide the entire world for humanitarian values and norms. As honorable Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi recently said our principle that Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam…..is the only option to make inter-countries’ relationship more harmonious and meaningful. Obviously, it will contribute to reorganize this world better place to live for our forthcoming generations. But the basic question is if we don’t recognize ourselves, nobody will recognize us. Hinduism is our identity, Hinduism is our dignity, Hinduism is our life. It is the pride that we are part of it. The essences of Nepalese nationalism are- Hinduism and monarchy. These are typical identifying symbols of Nepal. Nepalese royal institution basically was known for national unity and patriotism. Nepal’s sovereignty, integrity and national pride addressed by Hindu monarchy. The Hindu monarchy has especial privilege in India to be the principal devotee the Temples and Dhams in Kashi Biswanath in Varanashi, Tirupati, Somnath, Amarnath, Rameshwram and Kamarup-Kamakhya. So, the dharmik relationship between Nepal and Bharat is inseparable. If the Hindu existence in Nepal is protected, then the Hindu Bharat will also be saved automatically. Otherwise, the soil of Nepal may be used as a Christian, Islam and Maoist hub against India perpetually.

Nepal has three great qualities-1) Pious land of Rishis, sages, originated the Vedic, Hindu scriptures and shrine books. 2) Ancient sovereign-country ruled by Hindu monarchy and 3) Birthplace of Lord Buddha and a living Hindu kingdom in all over the world. In this sense the Indian Hindus and the Hindus of whole world should have to conscious to save and dignified the world Hindu kingdom and Hindu monarchy in Nepal. The reality is that the strategic and Geo-socio-political situation of Nepal mandatorily demands the existence of monarchical institution in the country. The Hindu Kingdom and Hindu Rashtra both are inter-related identified symbols of Nepal. Our concern is national stability, unity and complete democracy to maintain the balanced relation with the neighbors. So, India must take initiative to reinstate a Hindu Rashtra again in Nepal. Constitutional Hindu Rashtra in Nepal maintaining the monarchy and Hindu kingdom is the only solution to many challenges in Nepal and BJP Govt in India.

Nepal and India are only the two pious Hindu countries in the world. Nepal is the pious country in the lapse of the Himalayas, which is beautiful, quiet, the birth place of Buddha and origin land of Hindu kingdom. Besides being the country of Everest it is equally popular with its diverse cultural values. This is the land where civilization began and is also known as the country of ‘SANGRILA.’ Nepal is as holy place to Hindus & Buddhists, as Mecca for Muslims and Jerusalem to Jews and Christians.
Nepal is a country sandwiched between China and India. Because of its Geo-political situation, Nepal’s sovereignty has always been very sensitive. Nepal is rich culturally and naturally. Our successful foreign policy would be to maintain our culture, traditions and indigenous identities to balance between China and India. Actually, Nepal is a paradise which provides calmness and rejuvenation to the mind. This lovely place is also said as the potpourri of ethnicity and has many cultural landscapes. This land of bio-diversity has so many cultural and religious landmarks that give a soothing experience to everyone.
It is a matter of grief after 2006 the major three parties imposed secularism and republic under pressure from Congress (I) Sonia Gandhi’s and its RAW, and the western foreign powers. The fact is that that conspiracy to end Nepal’s existence will also end and awareness will prevail. India’s BJP government will also not fall under any conspiratorial spell against Nepal. Nepal is a nation that has shown its identity by being the only Hindu Kingdom that protects its monarchy. But many demand only the Hindu status in Nepal. There should not be a Hindu status only that only recognizes Hindu monopoly. The East India Company was very active to destroy all the Hindu shrines, temples attacking all Hindus nefariously in India. The Himalayan Hindu states were not also secured. In such critical stage, the Great King started to unify many Hindu states in this region. So, from the time of unification Nepal has been known as a Hindu kingdom, that is why, the great King, Prithvi Narayan Shah had unified more than 54 Hindu states to keep intact the Hindu identity in the world. In this Hindu Kingdom all religions including Islamic religion are given space. Nepal’s national flag and its status as a Hindu kingdom has been a distinct identity in the world. Nepal is the central and authoritative land of Hinduism and Buddhism. Nepal could be declared a Hindu and Buddhist Kingdom and made the centre of these two religions. However, the sad part is that on 24 April 2006 the parliament was reinstated by the King and on 18 May 2006 under foreign pressure the party leaders declared Nepal a secular nation. It was a serious crime.
Everybody knows, among all religions of the world Hindu religion is considered as the most liberal. According to renowned philosopher Voltaire, Hinduism is the best gift of the East to the West. Similarly, George Bernard Shaw, Irish litterateur also said ‘Hindu religion is the most important and the most liberal religion in the world. According to Encyclopedia of Religions and Ethics, signs of Hindu religion are even found in the present Islamic country like Iran. A stone scripture of 486 BC found in Iran contains the words Hindu and Hindus. Even an ancient Parsi scripture ‘Shatir’ has lifted a word of Ved Vyas ‘I am a true Hindu born in a Hindu country’.
We Nepalese people always want cordial and harmonious relation with India. Since 2005, the Congress (I) has been conspiring internally to bring us pain. So we are suspicious of Congress (I) Sonia Gandhi and RAW’s activities. We don’t have bitter feelings towards Indian people. We are against the Indian Congress party led by Sonia Gandhi. When Congress (I) comes to power it has influenced the traitors within Nepal and used it against the interest of Nepal. Due to the nefarious conspirator role of Congress (I) and its RAW, Nepal has been standing on the verge of dismemberment in the last seven years. Nepal has been always showing good will towards India. Cordial people to people level relations between Nepal and India has existed since ancient times.
In Nepal after 2006, the constitution has stopped working. And neither the law nor decisions is working. On 22 November, 2005, the 12-point agreement was reached under the direction of Indian intelligence wing. Since that day, Nepal’s nationality and democracy have been endangered. The agendas of secularism, republic and federalism embedded in the 12-point understanding are not the agendas of political parties but of CIA, RAW, European nations and Christian missions. So, to maintain the cordial relation between Nepal and India Modi Govt should propose the Govt of Nepal and Nepalese party leaders to keep in existence the constitutional monarchy and Hindu Kingdom in Nepal.
