The genuine effort  to abrogate the anti-national provisions in Art. 370 is the toughest blow on the Jihadi elements & their supporters in Kashmir valley. Removal of Art 370 is the beginning of New Hindu Era against Jihad: Upananda Brahmachari, Hindu Existence.

Ajay Taman | HENB | Mumbai | Aug 6, 2019:: BJP Govt. at Centre has taken historic decision by removing Article 370 and 35-A from the Constitution of India+.  Sin committed by Congress 70 years ago has thus been washed off by Modi Government. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) therefore, congratulates Union Government on behalf of all pro-Hindu organizations. Removal of Article 370 has relieved Bharat Mata of lot of weight off her head and it is now our demand that the Govt. should crown Bharat Mata by rehabilitating Kashmiri Hindus. This is the beginning of establishing Hindu Rashtra, stated Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the national spokesperson of HJS.

Patriotic citizens and various pro-Hindu organizations had been demanding removal of Article 370 at different levels. Today, justice is done to their demands. HJS and Sanatan Sanstha have been demanding removal of Article 370 through various rallies and all-India Hindu Rashtra Conventions held till now.

Now, the Govt. should revive all the temples destroyed in Kashmir and rehabilitate displaced our Kashmiri Hindu brethren; abolish all anti-national laws passed by Jammu and Kashmir State Legislative Assembly and immediately drive out Rohingya Muslims who have been given shelter there, are the demands made by HJS and we are sure that the Union Govt. would certainly take action on Hindus’ demands, said Shri. Shinde.

Eminent Hindu interlocutor and Hindu Existence web editor, Upananda Brahmachari also expressed his full support for the bold step taken by the NDA Govt led by BJP in the center to abrogate the anti-national and Muslim appeasement provisions in Art. 370 in the Indian Constitution.

Taking his twitter handle Brahmachari conveyed, “The genuine effort of @BJP4India to abrogate the anti-national provisions in Art. 370 is the toughest blow on the Jihadi elements & their supporters in Kashmir valley. We must Congratulate  @narendramodi and @AmitShah abundantly. “

“Removal of Art 370 is the beginning of New Hindu Era against Jihad. We must remember Dr Shyamaprasad Mookerjee’s sacrifice for the cause of Ek Nishan, Ek Vidhan, Ek Pradhan in Kashmir,” Brahmachari tweeted further.

Talking to HENB, Brahmachari welcomed the nationalist approach of Bahujan Samaj Party, Aam Aadmi Party, YSR Congress, Telegu Desam Party, , Telengana Rastra Samithi, AIADMK who also supported the abrogation of the Art 370 and 35 A, even not being in the alliance of NDA.

With the virtue of new law provisions for abolishing Art. 370; henceforth there will be no separate constitution and state flag for J&K. The State of Jammu Kashmir is also set to be split in the two Union Territories (UT) viz. Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. Now, the tenure of the J&K Assembly will be normal five years as others and not for six years.

During the discussion on the consensus bill on partition of J&K in two UTs, BJP MP from Ladakh in Lok Sabha J Tsering Namgyal’s demanded the abolition of Article 370. In his speech Namgyal condemned the Congress, NC and PDP for the misuse of Article 370 to drive out lakhs of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley and exploited the Buddhists in Ladkh.

Dr Shyama Prasad Mookerjee, the founder of Jan Sangha and the father figure of BJP scarified his life (allegedly murdered by Shiekh Abdulla) in Kashmir in June 1953 demanding Ek Nishan (one Flag), Ek Vidhan (one Constitution), Ek Pradhan (one Chief). Now, the demands of Dr Mookerjee have been fulfilled through the recent move of BJP for the abrogation of Art. 370, ultimately.

While the whole Nation is celebrating the removal of Art. 370 and 35 as a strongest step for coming to and end of Jihad in J&K, some pro-separatist people trying to stop the removal of the same by filing cases in the Supreme Court of India.
