Upendra Bharti | HENB | Mumbai | Nov 26, 2019:: Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha starred upcoming movie Dabangg 3 under the banners of Salman Khan Films and Arbaaz Khan Productions is going to be released on 20 December. Recently its video song titled ‘Hud Hud Dabangg’ was released in social media. It is shown in the song that many Sages and Saints are dancing inappropriately along with Salman Khan. Few sages are even shown dancing with guitar in their hands. Not only that persons dressed as identical as the Hindu deities as Lord Shiva. Lord Ram and Lord Krishna were also pt in the dance sequence. This is nothing but a mockery of Sages and Hindu culture. This has hurt religious sentiments of Hindus, as Sages, Saints and Deities are revered in Hindu society in a highest place.

With this designed vilification of Hindu sentiment, now devout Hindus are appealing for Boycott of Dabangg 3 movie until it removes such objectionable scenes from its song and movie as seen from T-Series upload in Youtube.

Earlier in April last, Salman Khan found himself embroiled in a controversy when photographs of a Shivling covered with wooden planks derogatorily during the shooting of Dabangg3+ as surfaced on social media. A video of the actor shooting for the film’s title track found its way to the internet before the makers could officially post anything about the ‘Hud Hud Dabangg’ song. The shooting was going on the banks of the Narmada at Maheshwar, 95 Km away from  Indore, Madhya Pradesh. After public protest to degenerate the Shivling, the Team Salman tried to save the face anyway though a statement from a Line Producer named Harsh Dave.

Devout Hindutva organisation, Hindu Janajagurti Samiti (HJS) has also protested such defamation of Hindu Sadhus-Saints-Deities in a very inappropriate dance scene presented in Dagangg 3.

In a press statement, HJS expressed its protest against Salman Khan’s Dagangg 3, by saying, “Will Salman Khan, who is showing Sadhus dancing dare to show Mulla-Maulavi or Father-Bishop dancing in this film ?”

“The trailer of the film ‘Dabang-3’ produced by ‘Salman Khan Films’ which is going to be exhibited on 20th December 2019 has been aired recently. In the song ‘Hud-Hud-Dabang- Dabang’ in the film, Hindu Sages, Bhagawan Shiv, Shriram and Shrikrushna have been denigrated. Sadhus have been shown dancing with Salman Khan in a hideous and objectionable manner. As a result, the religious sentiments of all Hindus have been hurt. The way in which Salman Khan has degraded Sages, will he dare to show Mulla-Maulavi or Father-Bishop dancing similarly?”, the question was raised by  Sunil Ghanwat, Organiser of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti for Maharashtra and Jharkhand States.

HJS also has submitted a representation to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), in which it is demanded that the scenes hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus should be deleted and until then, Certification to the film should not be given.

Interestingly, BJP influenced CBFC, now chaired by PM Modi’s friend Prasoon Joshi who is also a renowned poet, lyricist and script writer, is allowing many anti-Hindu things in many recent films which create controversy and consequently hurt gross Hindu sentiment.

The protest against ‘Hud Hud Dabangg’ song in Dabangg 3 in a shape to #BoycottDabangg3 is gradually spreading in social media and various Hindu forums, that must be addressed properly to remove the Hindu grievance.

Eminent Hindu interlocutor and Hindu Existence Editor, Upananda Brahmachari vehemently opposed this vilification of Hindu Saints and Deities by *Salman Khan Films* and *Arbaaz Khan Productions* and took his twitter handle to attract attention of CBFC Chairman Prasoon Joshi and Union Ministers Prakash Javdekar (Information and Broadcasting) and Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (Human Resorce Development) to take appropriate action to remove the objectionable parts from ‘Hud Hud Dabangg’ Song.
