Another conspiracy to arrest Jitendra Narayan Tyagi for his ‘so-called anti-Muslim statement’ after adopting Hinduism.

A Kashmir court is active against Jitentra Narayan Tyagi for the alleged hate speech against Islam & Quran. But which court will think over the hate speech in Islam and Quran?

Shiva Raina | HENB | Jammu | April 30, 2022:: A Court in Kashmir has issued a non-bailable warrant against Jitendra Narayan Tyagi (formerly Waseem Rizvi) for allegedly making controversial statements against Muslims and Islam. Last year, former Chairman of the UP Shia Waqf Board Waseem Rizvi changed his religion to Hinduism and changed his name as Jitendra Narayan Tyagi through a Suddhi Yajna conducted by eminent Hindu Seer Yati Narsinghanand.

Earlier also, in this case, the court had issued summons to the accused, asking him to appear before it and immediately respond to the allegations made against him in the complaint. However, he did not appear in court. “In view of the facts and circumstances of the present case, a prima facie case is made out against the accused under sections 153A, 295A, 505 of the IPC,” the Kashmir court said, adding that Jitendra Tyagi has also been the chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Shia Waqf Board for a long time.

The case is pending in a local court in the Second Additional Munsiff, Shahber Ayaz, the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate in Srinagar.

According to the complainant, Danish Hasan Dar, a resident of Srinagar, “The accused left Islam of his own free will and willingness and converted to Hinduism, but while talking to the media after the conversion, he made controversial statements about Islam, which hurt the religious sentiments of Muslims.” The court will now hear the matter next on June 3.

Yati Narshinghanand and Jitendra Narayan Tyagi (formerly Waseem Rizvi) were both sent to judicial custody for months in the so called Haridwar Dharma Sansad Hate Speech row. Both are now out of jail on bail.

Now the perpetrators against Hindu saints and seers are more active to hatch conspiracy to frame them in various charges involving their Hindutva activism.

The Kashmir Court is trying to arrive a ground for giving a relief to the petitioner for hurting his sentiments on Islam and Quran, but such Courts never think to take a suo moto action against Quran and Islam which are full of Hate against Non Muslims and Barbaric Jihad against kaffirs.
