Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | May 16, 2022:: Nearing to its centenary, RSS (est 1925) is now in a dire need to preach its new theory that ‘Hindutva stands for unity and not Muslim hatred’.
Obviously, Hindutva stands for unity. But, the propagation of ‘Hindutva is not Muslim hatred’ is ridiculous enough as Hindus never believe hatred to others. Now, the question arises whether RSS is to prove that it is an organisation against Muslim hatred and profound believer of RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat’s theory of ‘same DNA of Hindu and Muslim’.
In a book lunch programme in Delhi, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) joint secretary Dr Krishan Gopal stressed that ‘Hindutva is not just a symbol of Indian solidarity but it’s a symbol of global solidarity. In that sense, Hindutva stands for unity and noway Muslim hatred’. Speaking at a book launch event, the RSS leader said that Hindutva does not divide humanity and those living with this fundamental thought and philosophy for thousands of years embracing everyone are Hindus.
“Hindutva is inclusive, it does not divide humanity. There is no possibility of excluding even our enemy from our vision and thoughts as we believe that we are incomplete without everyone,” he said, adding, “Hindu is a tradition, thought and philosophy which has been there for thousands of years in this country. He said this at an event event organised to unveil a book titled ‘Hindutva Arthat Bharatiya Ekatmata, Muslim Vidwesh Nahin’.
While focusing on the title of the book which in English means ‘Hindutva means Indian solidarity, not animosity against Muslims’, the RSS leader said that during COVID-19 pandemic people of this country came forward to help everyone, including animals and birds.
He said people of this country have different religious beliefs and political inclination but are united.
Interestingly, in his speech Dr Krishna Gopal never mentioned the Islamic hatred against Hindus in which hundreds of Hindus have been murdered by the Jihadi islamists as reflected in the gory incidents ranging from the killing of Nagaraju in Hyderabad+ to killing of Rahul Bhatt in Budgam+.
RSS champions are overwhelmed in the theory of ‘Same DNA’ and ‘Hindutva is not Muslim hatred’. Most amazing.
But, why RSS propagates that Hindutva is not Muslim hatred? Most probably, RSS has its dream to get all Muslims in its organisational set up by 2025, the year of its centenary. It’s nothing but an idiotic idea.
