‘Hindu Rashtra Constitution’ draft proposes Kashi (Varanasi) as national capital.

Based upon Sanatan Dharma, it deals with equality and prosperity. People of every caste will have the facility and security to live in the nation and that people of other religious faiths will not be allowed to vote. This ensure military training for all citizens and agriculture will be completely tax free.  

TNN | Prayagraj | Aug 13, 2022:: A group of 30 eminent seers and scholars has prepared the first draft of the constitution of the Hindu Rashtra, which was first proposed in February at the Dharma Sansad held in Prayagraj. The 32-page draft would be presented at the next Dharma Sansad to be held at Magh Mela-2023 in the Sangam city.

The draft mentions in detail provisions in the field of education, defence, law and order, system of voting, rights of the head of state, etc. As per the constitution, Varanasi will replace New Delhi as the country’s capital. Besides, there is a proposal to build a ‘Parliament of Religions’ in Kashi (Varanasi). It also proposes that Muslims and Christians will enjoy all the rights of a common citizen, barring the right to vote. Besides, every citizen would be given compulsory military training and agriculture would be made completely tax-free.

In February 2022, a resolution was passed in the Dharma Sansad held at Prayagraj to make India a ‘Hindu Rashtra’ and the idea of a constitution was floated. Accordingly, the draft of the constitution has been prepared. Thirty eminent personalities from different fields have contributed in preparing the draft.

The patron of the drafting committee is Swami Anand Swaroop, Shambhavi Peethadheeshwar and president of the Shankaracharya Parishad. It also consists of Kameshwar Upadhyay, chairman, senior advocate of Supreme Court BN Reddy, defence expert Anand Vardhan, Sanatan Dharma scholar Chandramani Mishra and Dr. Vidya Sagar, etc.

The cover page of the constitution carries the map of the proposed ‘Akhand Bharat’. Through the map, an attempt has been made to show that the countries which have been separated from India will be merged with it in the future. The page also shows a saffron flag waving atop some temples. Inside is the picture of Shambhavi Mata while the pages carry, besides text, pictures of deities and great personalities of India, including Maa Durga, Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, Gautam Buddha, Guru Gobind Singh, Adi Shankaracharya, Chanakya, Veer Savarkar, Rani Laxmibai, Prithviraj Chauhan, Swami Vivekananda, etc. “The constitution of the Hindu Rashtra will be of 750 pages and its format will be discussed extensively now. Discussions will be held with religious scholars and experts from different fields. Half of the constitution (around 300 pages) will be released at the Magh Mela 2023 to be held in Prayagraj for which Dharam Sansad will be held,” Swami Anand Swarup told TOI over phone from Varanasi on Friday.

Talking of salient features of the constitution, Swaroop said: “There will be an executive system wherein Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and Jains will get the right to exercise their franchise. People of every caste will have the facility and security to live in the nation. In this, the right to vote will be given after completing the age of 16 years, while the age of contesting elections has been fixed at 25 years. Altogether 543 members will be elected for the Parliament of Religions. It will abolish the rules and regulations of the British period and everything will be conducted on the basis of the Varna system.”

    It is a happy day Hindus are now awaken and have taken the right step.
    Witout knowing all the points mentioned in the NEW HINDU Constitution,
    Shri Hanuman Seva Sena take the opportunity and the freedom to put some
    points is general. The points are;
    1. Delhi can not be the capital of India. Delhi can stay as KILA in hands of
    the Army leadership and ruled by them. No Kejriwal type rulers anymore.
    2. Transform all convention schools into GURUKULS with education of own
    interests. No foreign type of eduation and no drop-outs.
    3. All Nari – married – with children with low income in Hindu Raj must get a
    monthly income of 5000, RS a month. This can be financed by cutting the
    political budget of politicians. No need of a copy of foreign democracy.
    4. No taxes on income, food, health, clothing and education. Explanation is needed.
    5. The Sena is the protector of the country. They are the guarantor with their
    lives the safety of the country. This means also all land must be given to
    the Sena and on lease-basis one can use of the land. Non productive land
    must be taxed. Agriculture and Sena with education are the prime institutions.
    6. GURUS/GYANIES are needed to rule Bharat and not politicians. They are
    the creator of black-money, debts and chaos.
    7. The Congressy flag and constitution must be taken down.
    8. In RAM RAJYA RAM JI flag is needed in AKHAND BHARAT.
    9. The remnants of foreign war-losers can not be given equal rights
    as HINDUS, because that is insult of the HEROES who had laid down
    their lives for AKHAND BHARAT.
    10. Anti-Hindus, internal as external, can not posses land or enterprise,
    nor do they have any equal rights.
    This is the voice of Sri Hanuman Seva Sena.

      A Government is the servant of the Nation and not otherwise.
      Time has come to undo all anti-Hindu laws and Congressy
      Constitution and Flag. Invaders and their kin can not be
      granted equal rights as the Victor. Bharat needs a 4 lines
      Sena. Rishis/Munis gave Bharat its knowledge and in the
      Kaliyuga this knowledge must be upheld by accepting GURUKULS
      in entire Bharat. Only through knowledge a just and rightful society
      can be guaranteed. This is the voice of Sri Hanuman Seva Sena.

      First Bharat is the land where Ram Ji. Krish
      na Ji, Sita Ma, Hanuman
      Maharaj took autar. This is the land of the VED (Vedas), Ramayana,
      Mahabharat and Geeta. They who got this knowledge are HINDUS
      and believer and lover of the DEVI/DEVTAS. The land where Ganga Ma is flowing and giving the Bharati their strength and peace. This is AKHAND BHARAT, the HOME of HINDUS.
      This status can not be taken away from Hindus by internal,
      external enemies, no matter where they are from and in what form.
      As long as the Ramyana will exist, as long Sri Hanuman Ji will stay on Earth to protect the given values to HINDUS To obtain this
      knowledge GURUKULS are needed in hands of GURUS/GYANIES.
      This is the message of Sri Hanuman Seva Sena.

      Sriman Ji, if the question is put to me, my answer is:
      1. Srimati Nupur Sharma was a public person on behalf of the
      BJP in Parliament. Her freedom can not be curtailed. Why not?
      If that can be done, then not a single discussion in public is possible. Who is her enemy? It is the Islam, the invader killer-
      religion who was defeated many times in wars. They could threaten srimati Sharma, because the Congressy Nehru constitution gave the losers equal rights as the VICTOR. This was and is wrong. This has to be changed.
      2. The Archbishop of York was the reminder of the agressive
      Vatican religion against other nations and their culture. The Islam
      and the Vatican religion are the destructive powers in this world
      since about 600 years. They are destroyers and not builders.
      This is the voice of Sri Hanuman Seva Sena.
