Jai Bhagwan Goyal, International Executive President of Front and National President of Rashtrawadi Shiv Sena, has alleged the Christian missionaries at a book fair at Pragati Maidan in Delhi were brainwashing Hindus for conversion. They even handed out objectionable content at the book fair free of cost. 

Upendra Bharti  | HENB | New Delhi | Mar 2, 2023:: In a case of alleged vilification of Hindu Dharma, the United Hindu Front has demanded strict action against Christian missionaries. According to the organisation, the Christian missionaries were attempting to distribute objectionable content against Hindus at the World Book Fair in Delhi’s Pragati Maidan in the name of ‘free distribution of Holy Bible’.

The organisation has alleged the Christian missionaries, through such content, were trying to prepare Hindus for conversion. Further, the United Hindu Front alleged the content was being distributed free of cost, even to children. Not only that the the the agents of the missionaries were collecting the name, address and mobile numbers of such public to whom the copies of Bible and other books were given ‘free’.

A protest broke out at the book fair after United Hindu Front’s national vice president Dharmendra Bedi reached the venue, along with Delhi chief Rahul Manchanda and other workers of the organisation.

Taking the twitter handle, the United Hindu Fornt tweeted, “United Hindu Front demanded strict action against Christian missionaries spreading propaganda against Hinduism and distributing objectionable material and protested #UHF #Protest #UnitedHinduFront.”

Ramesh Shinde, National Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti also posted a video through a tweet saying, ” Conversion Mafia active at #WorldBookFair ! Hindu Karyakarta protesting against free distribution of #Bible to lure & convert Hindus. @noconversion”

According to Jai Bhagwan Goyal, International Executive President of the Front and National President of Rashtrawadi Shiv Sena, people working for the Christian missionaries were talking ill about Hindus and were convincing them to leave Hinduism and adopt Christianity.

Meanwhile, Goyal has demanded the immediate removal of book stalls set up by the Christian missionaries.

He further alleged conversions were openly being done in the national capital following encouragement from the Kejriwal government.

Goyal also demanded the police and the administration take strict action against those involved in conversion activities.

Though the protest was organised on March 1, no police action so far taken till today, as reports came in.
