B Upendran | HENB | Thiruvananthapuram | April 30, 2023:: The story of Hindu plight under the terrible onslaught of Jihad has reached Kashmir to Kerala right now. After the controversial film, The ‘Kashmir Files’, another film ‘The Kerala Story’ has been made to expose the Islamic agenda in India and around the globe by a trick of ‘Love Jihad’. While The Kashmir File exposed the Jihadi onslaught to evict the Kashmiri Hindus mainly Pandits from the valley, now the film, ‘The Kerala Story’ is going to be related on May 5th to expose the conspiracy to victimize thousand of Hindu and Christian girls of Kerala in order to make them ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) terrorists and so on. When the Kishmir file was researched a lot to crack the agenda of the liberation of Kashmir through the killings and eviction of Hindus from the valley through the ghastly blood-shed; the makers of Kerala Story explored many things on how the Hindu and Christian girls of Kerala were forced to engage in the Islamic terrorism to keep the flag of ISIS high in the world of Jihad.
The movie written and directed by Sudipto Sen will be released in theaters across India in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam languages.
In short, The Kerala Story is an upcoming multi-lingual film directed by Sudipto Sen, and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under the banner of Sunshine Picture. The plot follows the story of a group of women from Kerala who are converted to Islam and join the extremist Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The film has courted controversy for portraying itself as a real story and for making a claim that thousands of women from Kerala are being converted to Islam and recruited into ISIS.
The “The Kerala Story Teaser” released five months back just hinted then, “Heartbreaking and gut-wrenching stories of 32000 females in Kerala!” The movie buffs have been expecting a blast since then.
The trailer of The Kerala Story was released on April 26 and has led to reactions and controversies as the Producer and Director of the film aimed to tell the tale of how women from the Indian state of Kerala women were tricked through ‘Love Jihad” and trafficked to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in the conflict zone of Syria. It is told by the Sunshine Picture in the official Trailer that, “A spine-chilling, never told before true story – revealing a dangerous conspiracy that has been hatched against India. The Kerala Story is a compilation of the true stories of three young girls from different parts of Kerala.“
The film stars Adah Sharma, Yogita Bihani, Sonia Balani, Siddhi Idnani, and others, which has created a huge sensation in advance.
The film especially showcases certain cases of how ‘love jihad’ was used by ISIS to lure 32,000 women to Syria. The trailer shows how men were brainwashed to woo Hindu and Christian women of Kerala in the name of love, convert them to Islam, and convince them to join ISIS and other Islamic war zones. The shocking incidents occurred between 2018-19, when a rising number of Kerala youths had come under the influence of ISIS.
Amid the ongoing controversy over the upcoming contentious film ‘The Kerala Story’, the makers of the film on April 29 in Mumbai advocated the intentions of the movie and justified their reasoning behind making the movie on a sensitive matter. Stressing on the gravity of the film’s issue, the maker said that the number of ‘32,000’ girls, which is currently in the eye of the storm, does not matter. “You will not ask this question after watching the film. The number is not important. We said that 32,000 girls left their homes, we didn’t say that they joined ISIS. We even filed an RTI to know about the whereabouts of these girls. But Kerala Police have still not given us a number of the vanished girls. It’s better if you watch the film and then make comments on the number of girls who vanished,” Indian film director Sudipto Sen said. The Kerala Story is currently garnering a lot of backlash from the Indian National Congress and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) party over its context. The movie is padded around the 2016 Kerala case where several girls went reportedly missing and were reportedly converted to join ISIS.
From Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan of the Communist Party to the Congress Leader and MP Shashi Tharoor all the affiliates of Jihadi-Block in India naturally criticized the film as usual, but movie lovers in India and abroad are curiously waiting for the release of ‘The Kerala Story’ which may turn as a big hit like anything.
