How PM Modi inspired Haryana CM Manohrlal Khattar to arrest Gaurakshak Manu Manesar to hand over him to Rajasthan Police!

Dibyendu Narayan Panda | HENB | New Delhi | Sept 15, 2023:: The Haryana Police’s SIT (Special Investigation Team) arrested Mohit Yadav alias Manu Manesar on Tuesday (12.09. 2023) morning around 11 am. As per available reports,  on a tip-off, the SIT members in civil dress parked their two cars, a Bolero and a Creta, at vantage points and waited for him at Sector 1 in Manesar. Monu showed up there around 11 am. The SIT picked him up as he was on his way out, the sources said.

Monu (32) was booked in an FIR filed suo motu by the Nuh police at its Cyber police station on August 26, invoking sections 153 (malignantly or wantonly doing anything which is illegal gives provocation to any person intending or knowing it to be likely that it will cause rioting), 153A (promoting enmity between different groups), 295A and 298 (outraging religious feelings), 504 (intentional insult and provocation) and 109 (act or offence said to be committed in consequence of abutment) of the IPC. Sections of the Arms Act were added in the FIR after his arrest.

Soon after the SIT arrested him in Manesar, where he lives, took him to Nuh, and produced him at the district court there, Monu was handed over to the Rajasthan police, which had applied for his transit remand for its own investigation into the killings of two Muslim men from Bharatpur – Nasir and Junaid – on February 16 this year, allegedly at the hands of cow vigilantes. Acting on inputs they received, the SIT members, comprising Nuh police crime branch personnel and led by inspector Amit, staked out the grocery store at Sector 1 in Manesar on Tuesday morning.

Manu Manesar was arrested by the operation of Haryana SIT that is investigating the communal violence that broke out in Nuh on July 31, the first time the Bajrang Dal activist has been taken into custody since he emerged as a politically influential gau rakshak and the leader of a network of cow vigilantes in the state, erstwhile appreciated by Haryana Police which jointly conducted many operations with the accused Manu as if now.

Interestingly,  Haryana Police handed over Gaurakshak Monu Manesar to Rajasthan Police. A BJP-ruled state is handing over a Gaurakshak to a Congress-ruled State to punish a Cow-protector in a ‘false’ murder charge. This is what democracy is all about around us and the new narrative of BJP as to how to treat the people believing in staunch Hindutva. The same anti-Hindutva blood runs in every politician in this democratic system of Bharat, if not in India. This is the real picture that depicts the condition of Hindu society under a secular parliamentary democratic system in any political regime. Though, the members of the Drafting Committee of the Constitution of India included Article 48 after a huge appeal from Hindu society that cow is one of the seven basic fundamental elements of Sanatan Dharma; the present political parties and the judiciary failed to protect the soul of Article 48 of constitution. When one Monu Manesar followed his religious duties and protected the cows from Butchers, the entire democratic cult fell after him for severe attacks. The Haryana police released a picture of Manu Manesar being kneeled down holding his ears. This is what the global anti-Hindu order dictates. This is not Monu Manesar in that position, but it is the entire Hindu Society forced to kneel down holding their ears.

It is also revealed that ADGP Mamta Singh of Haryana Police played a vital role in the arrest of Manu Manesar and Mamta is very  close to CM Manoharlal Khattar to convince him that Hindu participants in Birj Mandal Yatra organized by VHP and Bajrangdal were equally liable to the riots of Nuh started on July 31st and continued afterward. The same anti-Hindu narrative has been reached to the Haryana administration via culpable Haryana police, which is completely responsible for the Nuh-Mewat mayhem as a gross failure of the police system to maintain the law and order.

But, it is a most important question, what made Manu Manesar a ‘Culprit’ from a benevolent ‘cow-saver’, who was earlier protected by Haryana police?

We must keep in mind that Haryana CM Manoharlal Khattar is an RSS man. Khattar joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in 1977 and became a full-time pracharak (whole timer) three years later. As a pracharak, he is a lifelong bachelor. He worked as a full-time pracharak for 14 years before moving to BJP, in 1994. So, it is difficult to accept that a pro-Hindutva Manu could be treated in such a way in the Khattar regime in Haryana. But, it is a hard reality that no one in the BJP can stand in his position without accepting the narrative made by PM Narendra Modi whether it is ridiculous, idiotic, or dangerous! Yes, Manu Manesar was arrested and treated so badly by  CM Khattar under the gross influence of PM Modi obviously.

Seven years ago, the most erudite and wise person in the BJP, PM Modi exhorted, “People in the garb of Cow vigilantes indulge in anti-social activities at night and turn ‘Gau Rakshak’ in the time”.

On August 6, 2016, while addressing a townhall-style event at the interactive session to mark two years of his MyGov initiative at the Indira Gandhi stadium complex in New Delhi, PM Modi showered his highest knowledge, “I get so angry at those who are into the Gau-Rakshak business. A Gau-Bhakt (cow devotee) is different, Gau Seva (cow protection) is different. I have seen that some people are into crimes all night and wear the garb of self-proclaimed Gau Rakshaks in the day.”

PM Modi said he would urge states to prepare a dossier of so-called Gau Rakshaks. “70-80% will be those who indulge in anti-social activities and try to hide their sins by pretending to be Gau Rakshaks”.

Not only that, Modi also shared his great research on the highly decreasing number of cow resources in the country by this way, ” they (gau rakshaks) should realise that most cows die because of eating plastic, not by slaughter. They should stop cows from eating plastic.”

So, the ‘best ever’ PM of India with his fathomless knowledge and wisdom’ tried to set a ‘unique’ narrative that 70-80% Gau Rakshas are night-time criminals and they should stop ‘cow protection’ from saving them from the hands of butchers and cow smugglers, rather they should engage themselves from protecting cows from eating cows as it is the prime cause of death of cows, not under the knives of butchers. Just wonderful.

Now, think how CM Khattar can deny such sermons of PM Modi for which Khattar was compelled to treat Manu Manesar as a ‘culprit’ not a ‘Gau Rakshak’ and paved the way as Rajasthan police can implicate and punish him in the ‘false’ murder charges of  ‘Nasir and Junaid’.

The Hindutva-lover people of Haryana and Rajasthan will both take the decision decisively as the Hindutva musks of the BJP are slipping down gradually.
