Conspiracy of labeling “Saffron Terrorism” unmasked. Swami Aseemanand withdraws ‘coerced’ confession.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 31, 2011

Swami Aseemanand withdraws confession : Swami Aseemanand’s earlier confession was a compulsion under tremendous ATS pressures to establish a fake “Saffron Terrorism”.

Aseemanand says confession was coerced

New Delhi: In a significant development, Swami Aseemanand, who is under scanner for his role in Ajmer, Mecca masjid, Malegaon and the Samjhauta Express blasts, has retracted his previous confessional statement, saying it was “coerced”.

According to reports, the right-wing spiritual leader has made a submission before a court in Ajmer that he was mentally and physically pressurized by the investigating agencies to ‘confess’ that he was the man behind those blasts.

Aseemanand is also believed to have informed the court that he was also threatened and being forced to become a government witness in the case.

He is said to have pleaded before the court to reject his previous application in which he had wished to become a witness in the Ajmer blast case, while deposing that he had no intentions whatsoever to turn approver in the case.

Besides, Aseemanand, three other accused in the Ajmer blast probe -Harshad Solanki, Bharat Rateshwar and Mukesh Vasani- were produced before the Ajmer court last Tuesday.

In his letter, Aseemanand has accused the Rajasthan ATS (handling the case so far) of ill-treatment as he was not allowed to hire a lawyer to defend him.

If reports are to be believed, Aseemanand has also sent a written appeal to the President about his alleged harassment by investigators.

The development has added a new twist to the ongoing probe into the Ajmer blast and complicated things for the ATS, which has so far failed to file a charge sheet against Assemanand and the other accused.

Instead, the ATS has also asked the court for giving time till April 8 to file charge sheet against the accused.

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan government had decided to hand over the investigation into the Ajmer dargah blast case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).

However, the Rajasthan ATS declined to comment. A senior official said the investigation was genuine and that they did not want to comment about Aseemanand’s application to the court.

“Aseemanand told the court that the CBI and NIA put pressure on him to confess his role in the blasts, and allegedly threatened to “fix” him in false cases and put his “family in jail”, some senior lawyers were quoted as saying.

Aseemanand had, in his previous confessional statement to the CBI, accepted his role and exposed the intricate network of people and groups responsible for the series of blasts in Malegaon, Ajmer, the Samjhauta Express and Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad.

RSS should delete Gandhi from Ekatmata Stotram, as MoKa is now charge-sheeted with bisexuality, racism, sexual advances and alleged rape with Hindu virgins.

Gandhi was bisexual, racist, claims new book

Mumbai | Agencies | 29-03-2011: Mahatma Gandhi, a renowned advocate of celibacy, truth and non-violence, was also a bisexual, a racist, and a man who loved the concept of humanity more than he loved individual human beings, claims a new book on the man, Great Soul: Mahatma Gandhi And His Struggle With India by Joseph Lelyveld, a Pulitzer prize-winning former New York Times executive editor.

In what is certain to raise the hackles of the Mahatma’s followers in India, the book claims that Gandhi had an affair with German-Jewish architect and bodybuilder Hermann Kallenbach, for whom he supposedly left his wife Kasturba in 1908.

Gandhi’s grandson, Gopalkrishna Gandhi told DNA, “There have been interpretations, re-interpretations and misinterpretations of Gandhi’s life and work — and Gandhi’s own writings have been the source of all three, as he has written so openly about his life. There have been hundreds of books written on Gandhi, and many more (including re-interpretations and misinterpretations) will continue to be written.” He added that he has not read Lelyveld’s book.

The book quotes from Gandhi’s letter to Kallenbach: “Your portrait (the only one) stands on my mantelpiece in my bedroom” and this mantelpiece “is opposite to the bed.” According to Lelyveld, cotton wool and Vaseline were “a constant reminder” of Kallenbach for Gandhi.

Lelyveld further states that Gandhi nicknamed himself ‘Upper House’ while Kallenbach was ‘Lower House’, and the Lower House was not supposed to “look lustfully upon any woman.”

According to Gandhi, active-celibacy meant perfect self control in the presence of opposite sex. Gandhi conducted his experiments with a number of women such as Abha, the sixteen-year-old wife of his grandnephew Kanu Gandhi. Gandhi acknowledged “that this experiment is very dangerous indeed”, but thought “that it was capable of yielding great results” (Tidrick, Kathryn (2007). Gandhi: A Political and Spiritual Life. I.B.Tauris. pp. 302-304). Many believe that, in the name of active celibacy, he not only used those women, but as he never sought for consent of them, he committed sexual oppression on them. On the other hand, the victims had no other alternative but to endure all such oppressions silently (Yashodhara Roychowdhuri, Ananda Bazar Patrika, 25.6.2006).

“How completely you have taken possession of my body,” the advocate of celibacy wrote to Kallenbach. And the two swore “more love…such love as they hope the world has not yet seen.”

 MOKA EXPOSED

Gandhi and Kallenbach got separated when the former came back to India in 1914, since the German could not travel to India in wartime. But according to the book, Gandhi never gave up hope, writing to him in 1933, “You are always before my mind’s eye.”

The book, which dwells at length on his work in South Africa, also claims that the Mahatma was racist towards the blacks. “We were then marched off to a prison intended for Kaffirs,” complained Gandhi during a campaign for the rights of Indians in South Africa. “We could understand not being classed with whites, but to be placed on the same level as the Natives seemed too much to put up with.”

Lelyveld quotes from a letter Gandhi wrote to the legislature of Natal province, where he speaks of how “the Indian is being dragged down to the position of the raw Kaffir,” who Gandhi believed to be someone, “whose sole ambition is to collect a number of cattle to buy a wife. “Of white Afrikaaners and Indians, he wrote: “We believe as much in the purity of races as we think they do.” Read DNA&MSN | The Telegraph | Indian Express.

Neither Manu nor Sushila had ever disclosed what happened on that fateful night. But it was not so difficult to guess. Most probably, Gandhi made sexual advances to Sushila and tried to rape an unwilling Sushila. She, on the other hand, prevented Gandhi and cried for help and that made Gandhi to scream out of frustration. After this incident, Nirmal Kumar decided to abandon Gandhi and he permanently left him on 18th March, 1947 (Ghose, Sankar (1991). Mahatma Gandhi, Allied Publishers. pp. 356, D Keer, p-759 & Yashodhara Roychowdhuri, ibid.).

GANDHI’S EXPERIMENT WITH CELIBACY

by Dr Radhasyam Brahmachari

It is well known that Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, the most trusted and the most loyal stooge of the British crown, served the British interest through his Satyagraha or the nonviolent freedom struggle. But most of the people of this country, who take him to be a man of high moral, do not know what short vile lechery he indulged in in the name of keeping Brahmacharys or celibacy, or in experimenting with the same. In 1903, when he was only 34 years old ( alternatively in 1906, when he was 37), or in other words, when he was at the zenith of his youth, he took a vow that he will observe celibacy and will remain a brahmachari for the rest of his life (D Keer, Mahatma Gandhi, pp-73)..

But the question remains, what made Gandhi, an extremely sensual man, to take such a vow? Gandhi was so sensual that when his father Karamchand was dying, he preferred to make love and have sex with his wife Kasturba in another room of the same house. So, when such a sensual Gandhi took vow to keep celibacy, one becomes suspicious that there must have been an evil intention behind that vow. Many believe that at that time, he developed some form of aversion towards Kasturba, an illiterate mother of three children, or in other words, he disliked to share bed with her. So, his intention was to abandon Kasturba as a sleeping partner in the name of keeping celibacy.

In 1882, when Mohandas was married to Kasturba, he was 13 and Kasturba was 14. While he was in South Africa, he came in contact with several educated and well bred women through his profession and Gandhi liked their company very much. From their company, Gandhi used to obtain a special kind of intellectual pleasure, which was not possible from Kasturba. At that time, more than a dozen women came very close to him and six of them were of Western origin. They were Graham Polak, Nilla Cram Cook, Madelline Slade (aka Miraben), Margarate Spiegel, Sonja Schlesin and Esther Faering (M V Kamath, Mahatma and Celibacy, Organiser, 2.7.2006). His closest Indian women were Srimati Prabhavati Devi (wife of Jaiprakash Narain), Kanchan Shah, Prema Ben Kantak, Sushila Nair (sister of Pyarelal), Manu Gandhi (wife of his grand-nephew Joysukhlal Gandhi), Ava Gandhi and Saraladevi Chaudhurani. This Saraladevi was a niece of the poet Rabindranath Tagore and her mother was Srimati Swarnakumari Devi (M V Kamath, ibid).

To narrate the affair between Gandhi and Saraladevi, Sri Girija Kumar says, “Saraladevi Caowdhurani came very close to Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Their whirl wind romance lasted for barely two years, but it upset the balance of the Gandhian establishment and shook its very roots. She is now a part of history and a footnote in contemporary Gandhian literature. She, however, left a scar in the minds of Gandhiji for the rest of his life.” (Brahmacharya: Gandhi and his Women Associates, as quoted by M V Kamath, ibid.). Gandhi used to admit that his relation with Saraladevi went up to sexuality (Girija Kumar (1997), The Book on Trial: Fundamentalism and Censorship in India, Har-Anand Publishers. pp. 73-107).

Now, Rashtriya Swamsevak Sangha should delete the name of Gandhi from Ekatmata Stotra, as MoKa ( Mohandas Karamchand) is clearly charge-sheeted with bisexuality, racism (finally pro Muslim), phedophile activities, sexual advances and alleged rape with Hindu virgins. Many research articles and the truth have proved that this Ghandhi successfully be-fooled the Indian mass to his inclination to be a “king-maker” in India  as a “uncrowned kingly saint”  and at the cost of the partition of India with a definite connivance with Muhammad Ali Jinnha ( Quaid-e-Azam M A Jinnah). As opined by Dr Anwar Shaikh, a great thinker and Islamic scholar Gandhi and Jinnah had the same blood relation in their body.  Interested readers may kindly read Anwar Shaikah’s book “The tale of Two Gujrati Saints” ( read it as The tale of Two Gujrati Satans).

After all these, the name of the Sinner MOKA GANDHI should not be uttered anyway by the patriotic Swayamsevaks (cadres) of RSS in Sakha ( one hour daily programme) or individually. Any patriotic Indian or Hindu must recline the hymn no. 26 in the RSS morning hymn (Ekatmata Stotra, sloka 26), as it contains the filthy name of Gandhi……

May Gandhi had any relation with RSS. But there is no way left now to call this con man as DURATMA instead of MAHATMA.

RSS should resolute immediately.

Christian-Missionary Raj in India through Sonia (Maino) Gandhi. The story of Indian Crusaders.

Are we heading towards a Christian India?

By Francois Gautier (written on Monday, September 22, 2008)

I am a westerner and a born Christian. I was mainly brought up in catholic schools, my uncle, Father Guy Gautier, a gem of a man, was the parish head of the beautiful Saint Jean de Montmartre church in Paris ; my father, Jacques Gautier, a famous artist in France, and a truly good person if there ever was one, was a fervent catholic all his life, went to church nearly every day and lived by his Christian values. There are certain concepts in Christianity I am proud of : charity for others, the equality of system in many western countries, Christ’s message of love and compassion….
Yet, I am a little uneasy when I see how much Christianity is taking over India under the reign of Sonia Gandhi (actual name : Edvige Antonia Albina Maino ) : according to a 2001 census, there are about 2.34 million Christians in India ; not even 2,5% of the nation, a negligible amount.

Yet there are today five Christian chief ministers in Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.(in2008).

One should add that the majority of politicians in Sonia Gandhi’s closed circle are either Christians or Muslims. She seems to have no confidence in Hindus. Ambika Soni, a Christian, is General Secretary of the Congress and a very powerful person, with close access to Sonia Gandhi. Oscar Fernandez is Union Programme Implementation Minister. Margaret Alva is the eminence grilse of Maharashtra. Karnataka is virtually controlled by A K Anthony, whose secretaries are all from the Southern Christian association. Valson Thampu, a Hindu hater, is Chairman NCERT curriculum Review Committee, John Dayal, another known Hindu baiter, has been named by Sonia Gandhi in the National Integration Council ; and Kancha Ilaya, who hates Hindus, is being allowed by the Indian Government to lobby with the UN and US Congress so that caste discrimination in India is taken-up by these bodies. ( One can also add to list Ajit jogi, and Digvijay Singh both christian converts & also Pranoy Roy, his niece Arundhati ‘suzanna’ roy )

I have nothing personally against Sonia Gandhi, in fact she probably is a good person to win the allegiance of so many and certainly a loving mother. I share with her a love for India, like her I have lived in this country for over 30 years and like her I have married an Indian. But nevertheless, since she is at the top, Christian conversions in India seem to have gone in overdrive. More than 4,000 foreign Christian missionaries are involved in conversion activities across different states. In Tripura, there were no Christians at independence; there are 120.000 today, a 90% increase since 1991. The figures are even more striking in Arunachal Pradesh, where there were only 1710 Christians in 1961, but 1,2 million today, as well as 780 churches! In Andhra Pradesh, churches are coming-up every day in far flung villages and there was even an attempt to set-up one near Tirupati. Many of the North-East separatist movements, such as the Mizo or the Bodos, are not only Christian dominated, but also sometimes function with the covert backing of the missionaries. In Kerala, particularly in the poor coastal districts, you find “miracle boxes” put in local churches: the gullible villager writes out a paper mentioning his wish: a fishing boat, a loan for a pukka house, fees for the son’s schooling… And lo, a few weeks later, the miracle happens! And of course the whole family converts, making others in the village follow suit. During the Tsunami, entire dalit villages in Tamil Nadu were converted to Christianity with the lure of money.

It is true that there have been a few backlashes against missionaries and nuns, particularly the gruesome murder of Graham Steins and his two sons. But Belgium historian Koenraad Elst laments that « When over a thousand Hindus are killed and a quarter million Hindus ethnically cleansed in Kashmir, the world media doesn’t even notice, but watch the worldwide hue and cry when a few local riots take place and a few missionaries are killed by unidentified tribal miscreants. Christian Naga terrorists have been killing non-Christians for decades on end, and this has never been an issue with the world media, except to bewail the “oppression” of the Nagas by “Hindu India” ». More than 20,000 people have lost their lives to insurgency in Assam and Manipur in the past two decades. As recently as last week, four paramilitary Assam Rifles soldiers were killed in an ambush yesterday by the outlawed United National Liberation Front (UNLF).

The other day I was at the Madras Medical center, the foremost heart hospital in Madras. Right when you enter the lobby, you find a chapel, inviting everybody to pray, there are pictures and quotations of Christ everywhere and a priest visits all the patients, without being invited at all. Educational institutes and orphanages run by Christian organizations have become big business in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and other states. In Pondichery, where I am often, schools run by Adventists force their pupils, mostly Hindus, to say Christian prayers every day and attend mass. They are constantly fed anti Hindu slogans and biases under different forms, whether it is in history books, or discourses by priests during religious classes. Even in the elite schools or colleges, such as Saint Stephen in Delhi, Saint Xavier in Calcutta or Loyola college in Madras, where no direct proletization is attempted, Hindu pupils are subtly encouraged towards skepticism of their own religion, and admiration of whatever is Western. One should also say that it’s a one way traffic : remember the furor when MM Joshi wanted the Saraswati hymn to be sung at a Chief Ministers’ meet on education ? And imagine the uproar in secular India if portions of the Bhagavad Gita, this Bible for all humanity, were read at the beginning of the day in public schools ?

Sonia Gandhi said during the last National Integration Council meeting : « We are committed to ideological battle against communal forces which seek to destroy our diversity and polarise us. Certain parties promote polarization and confrontation. And there are certain regimes in India which promote communalism ». But is not actually the Congress under Mrs Gandhi, which is promoting communalism, by insidiously installing Christians and Muslims (and Marxists) everywhere, propping up Christian states, allowing a free hand too missionaries and pressing for reservations for Christian Dalits and Muslims, as recently done in AP, in a nation of 850 million Hindus ?

In my country, France, a Christian majority nation , it would be unthinkable to have Hindus – or even Indian born French for that matter – in so many positions of power. Impossible also to find a non-elected, non French, non-Christian person being the absolute ruler of the country behind the scene as Sonia Gandhi is in India. Indians like to say that the greatness of India is that it accepts a foreigner and a Christian like Sonia Gandhi. But is’nt it rather a weakness, and an aberration ? Can’t we find a worthy leader amongst one billion Indians ? This is an India where you see today Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati of Dwarka Peeth, made to disembark from an Indian Airlines flight for carrying his holy dand, a thin bamboo stick which is a symbol of their spiritual designation, inside the aircraft cabin.

Are we heading then towards a Christian India under Sonia Gandhi’s helm? It would be a tremendous loss not only to India, but also to the world. For in India, you find the only living spirituality left on this planet.

François Gautier. (the spirit and the force of the article remains vital in present context).

Do you know ……?????

  • 30%  Top posts are captured by 2% Christians in India.

  • Out of seven states in North East India 4 have absolute control of the Church.

  • Most of the North East subversive groups / Terrorist outfits including Maoists have definite connection with Evangelical groups.

  • 45% of non-arab foreign funds coming to India are utilized through Churches for conversion and camouflaging services, while 40% Arab foreign funds are coming to boost up Jihad and Islamic services.

  • Christian Fathers and nuns are living most lavish life in India by utilizing the money collected from overseas in the name of service to the poor people of the third world.

Is Anti Hinduism is an essential part of Islamic Bangladesh ?

Posted by hinduexistence on March 27, 2011

    Anti Hinduism in Bangladesh

Russel Gomez || Hindu Revolution Blog
    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
Anti Hinduism is a common thing is Bangladesh. With a tag of moderate Muslim country by western countries, Bangladeshi Muslims are expert in Hindu bashing. Persecution upon Hindus by the Fundamentalists, vandalization of Hindu temples, rape-molestation-abduction and forceful marriage of Hindu girls, forceful possession of Hindu lands and properties, ignoring rights to Hindus as equal and a perpetuated ethnic cleansing of Hindus in Bangladesh by profound Mullas in Bangladesh have been made a normal business of Muslims with the thwarted Hindus in Bangladesh.
    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
In Bangladesh, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party is regarded as an anti-Hindu party, and reportedly encourages anti-Hindu views and sentiments among the Muslim majority. Prominent political leaders frequently fall back on “Hindu bashing” in an attempt to appeal to extremist sentiment and to stir up communal passions. In one of the most notorious utterances of a mainstream Bangladeshi figure, the then Prime Minister Khaleda Zia while leader of the opposition in 1996, declared that the country was at risk of hearing “uludhhwani” (a Bengali Hindu custom involving women’s ululation) from mosques, replacing the azaan (Muslim call to prayer) (eg, see Agence-France Press report of 18 November 1996, “Bangladesh opposition leader accused of hurting religious sentiment”).
    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
Before the general election of 2001 a former leader of BNP who later became 15th president of   Bangladesh Dr A.Q.M. Badruddoza Chowdhury in an election seminar declared that if Muslims vote BNP they will touch the Quran and if they vote for Awami League they will touch the Gita.
    ……………………………………………………..
On August 2006,Leaders of the banned Islamist outfit Harkatul Jihad Al Islami (HuJi) established Bangladesh Islamic Democratic Party (IDP)and they threatened if any malauns (a derogatory term for Hindus) drop any blood in Bangladesh they will fly Flag of Islam in Red Fort of Delhi. Banned Islamic party Hizb Ut Tahrir also does the same thing- spreading hate against the Hindus.

Even the supposedly secular Awami League is not immune from this kind of scare-mongering. The present prime minister, Sheikh Hasina, was alleged to have accused Bangladeshi Hindu leaders in New York of having divided loyalties with “one foot in India and one in Bangladesh”. Successive events such as this have contributed to a feeling of tremendous insecurity among the Hindu minority.

The fundamentalists and right-wing parties such as the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and Jatiya Party often portray Hindus as being sympathetic to India, making accusations of  DUAL LOYALTY and allegations of transferring economic resources to India, contributing to a widespread perception that Bangladeshi Hindus are disloyal to the state. Also, the right wing parties claim the Hindus to be backing the Awami League.

The main news papers of Bangladesh do not criticize Islamic treason to Hindu contribution for the freedom of Bangladesh. The papers like  Daily Prothom Alo, Daily Amar Desh, Daily Songram, Daily Naya Digonto, Daily Somokal, Daily Dinkal do not depict the persecution upon Hindus increasing there day by day. The Islamists have a good control over the Bangladesh media for which the matter of ethnic cleansing of BD Hindus are always put behind the curtain. The text books of Bangladesh also openly criticize Hinduism.

Persecuted Hindus in Pakistan being migrated to India in disarray.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 24, 2011

Facing alleged social discrimination and economic backwardness, a number of Hindus and Sikhs from Pakistan want to embrace Indian citizenship.

Hindu migration a concern in Pakistan

By Mohammad S.Solanki (Executive Editor), Pakistan Hindu Post.

    Tuesday, March 22, 2011
Islamabad : Hindu leaders in Pakistan say persecution is the main reason for the recent migration of members of their community from the country.

“Every month a Hindu family leaves for neighboring India. Insecurity, killings, kidnappings and forcible conversion of women to Islam are the major causes,” said Jaipal Chabria, a Hindu politician in Pakistan.

The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan says that every year about 300 Hindu girls are abducted and converted to Islam against their will in Sindh province alone.

Some say Pakistan has nearly 4m Hindus, 75% of whom are Dalits. But Hindus counts below 2.7 million in Pakistan today. About 70 Dalit families have moved from Aakli to the plains near Mithi, where they are protesting the abduction of their women and demanding security. Hindus are persecuted grossly everywhere in Pakistan.

Hyderabad diocese’s Vicar General Father Samson Shukardin also referred to “increasing frustration” among minority groups. “Most of the cases registered from Hindu families are from the Haris (peasants) community. The recent murder of the only Catholic federal minister has also increased desperation among minority groups,” said the director of the National Commission for Justice and Peace in the Catholic diocese in Sindh province. “Many Christian families wish to leave the country but cannot do so because they are poor,” he said adding “Minorities are feeling left out.”

Out of a population of 170 million, 78 percent are Sunnis, 16 percent Shiites and 6 percent non-Muslims. Christians are the second largest minority after Hindus, who make up 1.6 percent of Pakistan’s population. About 90 percent of the Hindus live in the rural southern region.

The recent number of Hindus is the sharpest decline in contrast to 20 percent of the population at the time of country’s independence in 1947, Chabria said.

Indian Administrative is not ready to recognize the Indian root Pakistan Hindu refugees in India.

“The mass migration, the non return of the Hindu community is bad news. Other minority groups including Christians and Ahmadis are discriminated likewise,” said Pritam K. Rohila from the Association for Communal Harmony in Asia. “The younger generation do not trust the government any more and opt for living abroad,” he said. The use of religion for power and politics will only distance people from the county’s establishment, he added.

Media reports say about 30 temples remain out of 300 Hindu places of worship at the time of independence in Karachi.

Rights group say that Pakistan’s stringent laws relating to religion have been used to persecute minority faiths.

Hundreds of Hindus and Christians are said to be among the accused under blasphemy law.

Swami Prakashananda and the Sins of Society. Some Hindu saints, monks and leaders should take lessons from Swami Nityananda & Prakashananda episodes.

Swami Prakashanand and the Sins of Society

by~Birendra (Barry) Nirmal Tiwary || HE to express almost same views having due respects to the saints pictured above.

Courtesy : Hindu Congress of America.

Swami Prakashanand who is the founder of Barsana Dham temple, near Austin Texas was indicted in April 2008 for child molestation. After three years the trial finally took place in March of 2011. A jury of 12 men and women took two hours to find Swami Ji guilty of 20 count of child molestation.

The charges were based on allegations of two women, Shyama Rose and Vesla Tonnessen Kazimer, now 30 and 27 years old, respectively, whose families lived at the 200-acre ashram in Driftwood.  They said the guru kissed and fondled them on numerous occasions over the course of several years, beginning when they were as young as 12. A third woman, Kate Tonnessen, now 31, also claimed the holy man had kissed and groped her during the same period. Each of the charge carries a maximum punishment of 20 years in prison.

Swami Prakashanda is known to his followers as Shri Swami jee. His guru is Jagat Guru Kripalu (JKP) Maharaj. (1)

It is difficult for this author to know the truth as it is known only to the accuser, the accused and God. Therefore it is impossible for this author to decide whether respected Swami ji is guilty or not. In this essay we will explore the issues surrounding the case.

The U.S. authorities are quite serious in prosecuting adults who engage in sexual acts with minors. They enforce the law to the fullest extent which is commendable.  In the past few years and decades, many priests belonging to the Roman Catholic Church have been prosecuted and sent to jail for lengthy periods for committing sex crimes with minors. (2)

Punishing the guilty is an important aspect of maintaining law and order but would it not be better if we could eliminate the source of the crime itself? Is it not true that the media in the U.S. is saturated with sex talk? Almost every TV program especially the popular talk shows has sex talk. Just yesterday and today this author watched a few TV programs including Two and a Half Men and the conversations between the actors invariably had sex in them. It is a well known fact that sex is used by the media to attract or hold viewers attention. The most popular video website YouTube owned by Google is full of videos that have sexual content.

When the kids and adults alike have such easy access to porn via the Internet is it surprising that the minds of people are full of sexual ideas. The moral fabric of society is being destroyed. Even though on our currency, we read “In God We Trust”, the schools in the U.S. are turning the students into atheists. The majority of those graduating from high schools have little regard for or faith in God. The reason is that the schools emphasize the teaching of math, natural science, English, social sciences and the sports, while completely ignoring the teaching of spiritual and religious values. The excuse given is that the secular nature of curriculum prevent the schools from teaching any one religion. The teaching of religion is left to the churches, temples and mosques who do not even agree on basic concepts like the nature of God and the definition of spirituality.  Can we not ask the schools to teach religion and spirituality and their role in the life of man, without mentioning the teachings of any one particular religion?

If the authorities and people make efforts and eliminate porn from the Internet, it would go a long way towards strengthening the moral fabric of society. The media has a great role to play in this but the government has to force the media to eliminate immoral themes and sex talk from their programs and publications. But the government will not do this unless the people rise up and demand such a course of action from the politicians they elect and who have the power to pass the necessary laws.

Prakashanand and the segregation of the sexes

The Barsana Dham temple near Austin, Texas was founded by Swami Prakashanand who turned it into one of largest and most successful of the Hindu temples in the U.S. This temple adored Srimati Radha Ranee, the consort of Lord Krishna. This adoration of Srimati Radha Ranee earned this temple many women followers. In fact many of the eloquent preachers from this temple were women.  It seems that Swami Prakashanand was surrounded by women devotees.

One important teaching of the Hindu religion is to prohibit excessive intermingling between men and women. This teaching applies most forcefully to those who call themselves the teachers of the Hindu religion. For example about Lord Chaitanya, who was a great saint of the Vaishnava tradition of Hinduism, the following has been said.

Chaitanya was extremely dispassionate. He abandoned all sorts of sensual pleasures as poison. He was very strict in observing the rules of Sanyasa. He declined to grant an interview to Raja Pratap Rudra of Orissa, because it is a great sin for a Sanyasin to see a king. It is as sinful as looking at a woman. If a Sanyasin sees a Raja or a king, gradually he will be attached to the Raja. As the mind has the habit of imitating, the Sanyasin also will begin to lead a life of luxury and have a downfall eventually. That is the reason why a Sanyasin is prohibited from seeing a Raja. Gauranga never saw a woman in the face. He did not allow any woman to approach him. He slept on the ground with bare body.” (3)

It is not too difficult to understand why Lord Chaitanya considered it a sin to look at women or to meet with kings. Man and woman are like wood and fire. If you bring wood closer to fire, the result will be the burning of the wood. This is why all religions emphasize modesty and for preservation of purity and character, they prohibit excessive intermingling between men and women. Islam is most strict in this regard and this author finds great merit in this attitude of Islam. In fact Lord Buddha taught also that man and woman must be careful not to intermingle too much. The following quotations from Swami Vivekananda about the duties towards wife and duties towards husband are worth noting.

Swami Vivekananda on Duties towards One’s Wife:
No man should scold his wife, and he must always maintain her as if she were his own mother. And even when he is in the greatest difficulties and troubles, he must not show anger to his wife. He who thinks of another woman, besides his wife, if he touches her even with his mind, that man goes to dark hell. Before women he must not talk improper language, and never brag of his powers. He must not say, “I have done this, and I have done that.” The householder must always please his wife with money, clothes, love, faith, and words like nectar, and never do anything to disturb her. The man who has succeeded in getting the love of a chaste wife has succeeded in his religion and has all the virtues.” (4)

Swami Vivekananda on Duties towards One’s Husband:
Chastity is the first virtue in man or woman, and the man, who, however he may be strayed away, cannot be brought to the right path by a gently and loving and chaste wife is indeed very rare. The world is not yet as bad as that. We hear much about brutal husbands all over the world and about the impurity of man. But is it not true that there are quite as many brutal and impure women? If this was not the case, I am perfectly satisfied that there would not be one impure man in the world. What brutality is there which purity and chastity cannot conquer? “(5)

So, in my opinion, Hindu religious teachers should appreciate the great dangers of developing intimacy with people of opposite sex and should exercise extreme caution when dealing with members of opposite sex, especially when the latter are minors.  In fact this author likes the fact that most Hindu priests are married. Marriage is not sinful. What is most sinful is to claim to be a sanyasi (i.e. ascetic) and engage in sexual relations with anyone. Divorce is not sinful. What is sinful is to remain married and engage in extra-marital relations.

Post Script (inserted as sent in comment section by the author on 22nd March 2011)

I am the author of the essay “Swami Prakashanand and the sins of society” published above. I am very much confused by the comments of the readers. I am not sure if Swamiji is guilty or not. Hindu religion has many enemies and our enemies may be trying to discredit and malign our gurus in order to destroy us. It is also possible that Swamiji made a mistake and got carried away. This is why I wrote that religious teachers must be aware of the great dangers of excessive intermingling with people of opposite gender. Any man can get carried away if he is in regular contact with beautiful women or girls. But this does not mean that Swamiji is guilty. It could all be a setup.

I personally was victim of brainwashing and I know its great dangers. Brainwashing is carried out by religious and political organizations. I wrote an essay about brainwashing that you can read at the following link:

    http://www.myads.org/journal/bkn21.shtml

Some people oppose organized religion. One Indian doctor is very active in opposing Hindu religion. He probably got promoted and rewarded for opposing his own religion and race.

Insecure Hindus in Balochistan Decide not to Celebrate Holi in Protest. Pak Hindus celebrate Holi not whole heartedly. An unpleasant Holi for Pakistani Hindus.

An unpleasant Holi for Pakistani Hindus

A Karachi Temple without any special ceremonial arrangements on the eve of Holi festival. Karachi Hindus feel unsafe to celebrate Holi amidst the violence and series target killings in Karachi for the last four months and more.

Source : The Baloch Hal News

KALAT, 18th March 2011 : Hindus in Balochistan have decided not to celebrate their  upcoming religious festival of Holi in protest against government’s failure to recover a kidnapped prominent religious leader and high Preist, Maharaj Luckmi (Lakki) Chand Garji of the historic Kali Mandir, of the Kalat Hindu community who was abducted two and half months ago.Hindus also cited the killing of senior Balochistan National Party leader and scion of the Khan of Kalat family, Agha Mehmood Ahmadzai, as another reason for not celebrating the festival of colors which is being marked at the end of this week.

The decision was made in Kalat during a meeting of the Hindu Panchayat which was headed by Dewan Hari Chand, the community organization’s president who said the government had failed to fulfill its promises to provide protection to the Hindus living in Balochistan. He complained that two and half months had passed but authorities had not succeeded in recovering the missing Hindu spiritual leader, Lakki Chand Garji which had triggered a sense of insecurity among them.

“We can’t  celebrate Holi, a day of happiness, with our spiritual leader missing and the Khan Kalat family mourning over the killing of Agha Mehmood. We’dlike to express our solidarity with the people of Balochistan at this critical juncture,” he added.

    The express Tribune adds :

The decision was taken during a meeting of the community’s Kalat chapter under the chairmanship of Divaan Harichand, Makhi Chand and Chaudhry Jettanand. Maharaja of the historic Kali Mandir, Luckmi Chand Garji, was abducted last December and there is still no trace of him.

“Law enforcement agencies have failed to trace the kidnapped Hindu leader despite a lapse of three months,” Harichand said, adding that the government had been assuring the community for the maharaja’s safe recovery but his whereabouts were yet to be ascertained.

The population of Hindus in Balochistan is more than 200,000. The festival of Holi is scheduled to be celebrated on Saturday.

Extremism, kidnappings take gloss away from Holi celebrations

Source : Pakistan Today : KARACHI : 18th March, 2011 – Hindus would not be able to celebrate their religious festival Holi with traditional enthusiasm due to the recent floods, kidnappings for ransom of adults and children from Sindh and Balochistan, and increasing religious extremism.

Residents of several towns and cities of Sindh – the hub of Pakistani Hindus – have announced that they would observe the festival with simplicity for various reasons. Holi – the festival of spring – would be observed on Saturday and Rangoli – the festival of colours – would fall on Sunday. Pakistani Hindus are believed to be the biggest religious minority of the country with a population of, according to the 1998 census, 2.7 million people, majority of whom live in Sindh. In the northern districts of the province, the recent waves of kidnappings for ransom of minor Hindus have adversely affected the community in the districts. A detailed research conducted by the Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child National Manager Salam Dharejo reveals that between 2008 and 2010, at least 23 minors – some as young as three years old – were kidnapped for ransom in Kashmore and Kandhkot towns, nine of whom were Hindus, including four girls. The study also stated that recently, 12 more child kidnapping cases were brought to light, and half of the victims belonged to Hindu families, whereas most of these children have not been recovered yet. Due to increasing kidnappings for ransom of Baloch Hindus in Balochistan, several families have so far migrated to India and other countries, whereas many others are planning to leave. “In the northern districts of Sindh, most Hindus are businessmen, so their children are being kidnapped for ransom. Under these circumstances, how can Hindu families celebrate the festivals of happiness,” said Revachand, a resident of Kashmore Town.

Somewhere in Sindh Hindu Public are seen in a jubilant Holi mood, 2011.

In the past, the Sindhi Hindus of Umerkot, Tharparkar and Sanghar – the districts with thick Hindu population – celebrated the colourful festival of Holi on a massive scale, but in 2009, a tragic incident occurred, because of which the local Hindus are still in fear. On March 11, 2009, the Hindu community was celebrating Holi when some Muslims in the area, who found some things written on the road with colours in connection with Holi celebrations, considered the writings sacrilegious. Several towns in the districts and nearby districts were closed down while angry mobs attacked the properties of Hindus. “Though it was the first incident of its kind, we have restricted our celebrations to limited areas to avoid any unpleasant event,” said a resident of Vahro Sharif village near Umerkot. Besides that, in the recent floods, a large number of Hindus, who were working as landless peasants in kutcha area – the worst flood-hit area of the province – were rendered homeless, and despite the passage of several months, many of them are still living at relief camps; therefore, they would also be unable to celebrate their religious festival. Since centuries, Sindh – also known as the land of Sufis – has been a model of religious harmony, and Sindhi Muslims usually celebrate Hindu festivals with their Hindu friends, but times have changed. Increasing religious extremism in the Pakistani society has also affected the Sufi Sindh, and many Sindhi Muslims, despite willing to join their Hindu friends in their celebrations, are unable to do so, which is a bad omen for Sindhi Hindus.

Hindu Existence adds that the there are some 20 prominent Hindu organisations in Pakistan trying hard to restore the minority rights in Pakistan for the 2.5 million maximum Hindus living in Pakistan today. Though claimed by Pakistan Hindu Council that there are 7 million (5.5%)Hindus still exist in Pakistan the Pakistan Govt. records and detailed Sources support that there are near 2.5 million Hindus form less than 2% of the total Pak population about 132.35   million as per 1998 census there.   With the heinous killing of Mr Shebaz Bhatti ( was a Christian by faith),  the Minority Minister Pakistan, obviously Pak Hindus also lost a good friend and advocate of  Minority Rights as all Rights Activist feel deeply. Mr Bahtti requested Pak Punjab Govt. to allow Rs. 5000/= to all Hindu minority families in Pak Punjab Province at the time of Diwali and  Holi and he had in mind to introduced it in all the provinces where Hindus exist in Pakistan. The process is now at stake.

But the Pak Govt. even does not allow any Central holiday for any Hindu occasion perhaps termed as a religion of Kaffirs. The Pak Govt. holiday list does not contain any Hindu Holiday.

Though Holi is not a holiday in Pakistan, news of celebration of Holi came to us from various parts as a way to get relief from the gross persecution, bonded labor life, abduction and ethnic cleansing of Hindus there.

This year, Asma Jehangir, a veteran Human Rights Activists in Pakistan and the president of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Pakistan and a delegation of 138 members of SCBA are to visit India for celebrating Holi in Jaipur, India.

Islamists in Bangladesh vandalize and loot in Hindu Temples rampantly to establish a perfect Islam there.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 18, 2011

Continuous vandalisation and robbery of Hindu temples in Bangladesh

    by Hindu Revolution blog.

Hindus form nine percent of Bangladesh’s population of 162 million.A series of attacks on Hindu temples of Bangladesh over recent times have made the hindus to think they are unsafe even under seculer government.

Though a big doldrums already came from the minority Hindus from the measures so far taken by the present so-called pro-minority Bangladesh Awami League  Govt. led by Sheikh Hasina through a shattered election promises to them, accumulated pressure from various sides upon the Hindu minorities now may return them in the fearful days under the BNP-Jamat combination for the last clot. (cited from article of Upananda Br.dt.11.01.11).

Though some minority forums like HRCBM (Human Rights Congress for Bangladesh Minorities), BDMW (Bangladesh Minority Watch), BHBCUC (Bangladesh Hindu Bauddha Christian Unity Council-USA) and others are trying hard to address  the constraints before Hindus as an existential threat and put their demands to the respective Govts, in Bangladesh time to time, the general scenario for the trailing Hindus go worse day by day. A recent report of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) and National Institute of Population Research and Training (NIPRT) reveals that Hindu population has been decreased in Bangladesh region by 24% as it was 31% in 1901 and stands at a meager 9.3% in the latest census of Bangladesh.  The report pointed the salient causes of onslaught of minority Hindus due to post election violence in 2001 in recent caused a mass evacuation of Hindus from their homeland and compelled to leave the country under the tantamount pressure of ransom, infringing religious rights, destruction of their properties, encroaching lands, physical torture, arson, molestation, rape, abduction, even pressurised conversion and so on. In such strangulation the reproduction rates of Hindus in Bangladesh came down and the immigration rates are high.

Bangladeshi Hindu Temples are targeted by Islamists

From another source it is evident that some 100 destruction of temples and over 300 registered cases of abduction-molestation-rape of Hindu women and minor girls earmarked 2010 as hopeless situation also from the new vendors of secularism in Bangladesh.”(cited from article of Upananda Br.dt. 11.01.2011).

1.An ancient Hindu temple in a village near the Bangladesh capital was vandalised, the miscreants breaking six idols, police were quoted as saying on 2nd February,2010.
Some 30-35 people attacked the Sri Sri Rahshakali temple in Ashrafdi village in Naranaganj district on Friday night, a police official as saying.
They also damaged four adjacent houses and injured five people, it said.
Police officer Mohammed Yunus Ali said the temple was attacked following an altercation between a Hindu and three youths in the village. A case has been registered, the official said.
2.The temple containing the tomb of Baba Ramthakur situated in Chawmuhuni, Noakhali was vandalised on 29 August,2010. The terrorists looted the temple and caused damage to its infrastructure.
3.On 11 SEPTEMBER 2010, Miscreants at Gosaildanga in Chittagong rampaged a Hindu temple, the police say.
Eyewitnesses said some six youths led by one Mohammad Masud of the adjacent Muslim-dominated area stormed the temple in the port city around 10:45pm by breaking iron gate and wooden doors.

A CID officer carries out a thorough search at Dhakeshwari National Temple in the capital to collect evidence following a daring robbery of about 200 tolas of gold ornaments at the temple

They smashed several idols including those of Lord Narayana, Shivalinga and Ghaut, and utensils there.
Thousands of Hindus of the area took out a procession demanding arrest and punishment of those responsible.
Mihir Das, joint general secretary of Gosaildanga Shwashan Kalibari Temple Committee, told bdnews24.com: “Five to six drunken youths led by gangster Masud of the neighbouring area vandalised the temple.”
Bandar Police Station officer-in-charge Rejaul Karim and local ward councillor Jahangir Alam Chowdhury went to the scene hearing of the incident.

Donated by the devotees the ornaments were decorated with the image of goddess Kali while the money were kept in the boxes in front of the goddess,” said Nirmal Chatterjee and added, “We suspect, an organized gang is involved in the burglary.”

He alleged that earlier they had informed the government authorities several times about the insecurity of the temple, but nothing was done in this connection.

After the incident, a protest meeting was held in front of the temple in the morning when the temple committee also announced another protest meeting for today (Monday).
Mohanagar Sarobojanin Puja Committee President Biresh Chandra Saha filed a general diary (GD) with Chawkbazar police station in this connection.

Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan Sarbajanin Puja Udjapon Committee Babul Devnath has expressed deep concern over the incident. He said, “A theft took place at Baradeswari Kali Temple on Dec 12 and another at Jaykali Temple on Dec 22. We demand proper investigations into all these incidents.”
Later The Detective Brach (DB) of police arrested eight persons in connection with thefts at the capital’s Dhakeswari and Kali temples. The detainees include alleged leader of the gang Garibullah alias Aslam, 24, Mohammad Monir, 25, Monir Hossain, 27, Mohammad Selim, 35, Shahid Jamal, 34, and Chandu, 30. The identities of the rest two could not be known immediately.
DB Inspector Ashraf Hossain, who conducted the drives, told that five of the arrestees Garibullah, Md Monir, Monir Hossain, Selim and Jamal were each placed on five days’ remand yesterday.
According to the DB inspector the five placed on remand were directly involved in the thefts while the other three in dealing and selling the gold ornaments.
He said, “Garibullah admitted that led by him the gang stole from Dhakeswari and Kali temples and other temples in and around the capital. However, most of the looted ornaments were sold in the black market.”
On information that a gang of thieves who were sent to Narayanganj jail allegedly for looting a temple in Munshiganj continued robbing temples after obtaining bail, DB officials headed for Narayanganj and found two of the gang members Garibullah and Md Monir still in jail. The officials brought the two to the DB headquarters for interrogation, said a DMP press release.

    Hindu Existence File Photo

Based on the information gleaned from the two, DB police recovered some gold ornaments and other stolen items from Munshiganj and Narayanganj and arrested Monir Hossain at Raipur of Laxmipur district, said the press release.
    4. Bharoteshwari Kali Mandir in Narail was robbed on December 1, 2010.
    5. On 17 december 2010 robbers broke into Sabujbag Kali Temple and robbed belongings of half a million dollers from the temple.

    7. On 8 January 2011 At least 200 tolas (bhori) of gold ornaments, six tolas of silver ornaments and Tk 4.5 lakh in cash were stolen from the  Dhakeshwari National Temple.
Worship at Dhakeswari National Temple was suspended for some period following the incident.

Nirnal Chatterjee, Joint Secretary of Mohanagar Sarbo Janin Puja Committee, told reporters the ‘Sebayet Ratan Chakraborti and Nitya Gopal Chakraborti left the temple at around 9:00pm on Saturday night after locking all rooms, including the main temple. But in the morning all locks were found missing.DB officials also recovered 11 broken locks of Dhakeswari Temple from the roof of a nearby workshop upon Garibullah’s information.Replying to a query, the DB inspector said, “The gang targeted temples as those are less secured and offer minimum risk.”

Nirnal Chatterjee, joint secretary of Mahanagar Sarbojanin Puja Committee, said they have heard about the arrest and the recovery.

He demanded fair investigation into the mysterious incidents of burglary at 23 temples across the country in the last two months.

‎”A significant portion of the temple land has been lost due to the Enemy Property Act and confiscation by the Bangladesh Government, and the current premises are considerably lower than the historic reach of the property.
The temple was the… victim of significant vandalism during the communal disturbances in Dhaka in 1990 and in 1992, when property worth several million Takas was destroyed.”
    8. Paban temple of Purbachadkati, Jalakhati District was vandalised on 12 January,2011.
    9. Kadamtola Kali Mandir in Sutrapur was robbed on 2 february 2011. It is situated in the oldest part of capital Dhaka.
Shusil Kumar Datta, secretary of Kadamtola Kali Mandir committee, said the theft took place Tuesday-Wednesday night.
The temple’s priests Manik Chakraborty and Archana Rani came to open the shrine at around 7.30 a.m. and found all the locks were broken and ornaments that adorn the idol and cash kept in the donation box had been stolen.
Nazrul Islam, a police official, said that 4.7 tolas of gold, 6 tolas of silver, 10 saris and Taka 7,000 ($100) in cash were stolen from the shrine.
Chakraborty said: “After several thefts occurred in different temples in the city we took special security care and bought new locks for the mandir. But despite taking all security measures, the burglars broke into the temple and took away the gold ornaments and cash.”
    10. Four temples of Kishoregang Disrict were robeed in a duration of 2 weeks. These temples are Baba Lokhnath temple, Kali Temple and 2 rada Gabinda Temples.
    11. On the day of Sarawati Puja,8th february 2011 muslim terrorists attacked and vandalised deities and infrastructure of Sri Sri sitla kali temple of Barisal.
    12. On 10th February 2 temples (Kali and Shiva Temple) was vandalised in Voler Chowra village of Lalmonirhat District on the same night. The local hindus complaints a group of muslims vandalised and robbed these templs before.
    13. On january 2011 in a duration of 5 days two temples have been vandalised in Narayangang, near capital Dhaka.
These are Narayan Temple and Kali Temple. The robbers toke away deities, gold and silver ornaments and cash takas.
    14. On Mar 06,2011 Burglars stole valuables, including five statues and gold ornaments from Radha-Madhab Mandir (temple) near Gollamari Swashwan (cremation site) in the city of Khulna, southern Bangladesh.
Goureshwar Nimai Das Brahmacharee, divisional head of Eskon, a religious organization, said, temple`s caretaker (Sebayet) Suvo Gavinda found that someone broke the collapsible gate and door of the temple at about 4am.

When he entered the temple he saw that five statues of god and goddesses, two and half tolas of gold ornaments and an amount of cash Tk 90,000, donated by devotees were missing from the temple.
Later a bugler named Kabir Khalifa was arrested and the stolen deities were recovered.
The influential Daily Star pointed out in an editorial that there were no arrests so far. It said that there was no action beyond visits by ministers, senior officials and teh police and promises to book the guilty.
The editorial warned that if not curbed “this will be a spur for the communal forces in the country and outside to upset the peaceful co-existence of all religions in Bangladesh”.
It did not elaborate on who the “certain group” is behind the incidents that “has targeted the holy places of worship with despicable intent”.
The burglars broke into places of worship and stole gold and silver ornaments and cash. Dhakeswari national temple, Baredeswari Temple and Joykali Mandir in the capital have been the main targets. The fashion of crime seems to be cases of ’simple burglary’.”
Unfortunately, we have not known if any arrests have been made in connection with these thefts…Even if these are cases of simple burglary, the incidents leave a severe dent in the minds of worshippers who believe these acts desecrate holy places,” the newspaper said.

Defeat the designs of Chinese dragon against Hindu India.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 13, 2011

Must See : A great inspiration for  average reluctant Indian Hindus. Minority Hindus in Pakistan are giving a great fight to stop temple demolition at Choryo village of Tharparkar district, Sindh, Pakistan. Most respectful Salutation from Hindu Existence. Watch the video here.

Defeat Chinese Designs against our National Interests and Security – RSS.

(Resolution – II of  Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha, Yugabda 5112, March 11-13, 2011, Puttur , Karnataka)

Down with Chinese dragon with nefarious anti Indian design

The Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha expresses serious concern over the growing multi-dimensional threat from China and the lackluster response of the Government of Bharat to its aggressive and intimidator tactics. Casual attitude and perpetual denial of our Government in describing gross border violations by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army as a case of ‘lack of common perception on the LAC’, attempts to underplay the severe strategic dissonance between the two countries and failure to expose the expansionist and imperialist manouvers of China can prove fatal to our national interests.

The ABPS cautions that the growing civilian and defence ties between China and Pakistan are a matter of grave concern to our national security. Presence of the 10,000-strong Chinese Army in Skardu ( PoK) in the guise of construction works and repairs to Karakoram highway is a serious issue as it allows China to encircle Kashmir . Other issues of concern that best exemplify Chinese’ assertiveness include its offer to export one – Gigawatt (GW) nuclear plant and transfer of ballistic missile technology to Pakistan thus precipitating potential nuclear conflict in the region.

The malafide intentions of China are conspicuous in a number of recent developments. It has falsely charged Bharat of occupying 90,000 sq. km of its territory (including Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim); It is excluding the state of J&K from Bharat in its maps; It is also excluding 1600 KM-long border in J&K from the LAC on the Tibet-Bharat border; It has initiated issuing paper visas for Bharatiya  citizens from J&K besides citizens from Arunachal Pradesh. The Chinese troops entered Gombir area in Demchok region last year and threatened the civilian workers to stop construction work. In November 2009, a road project under Centrally-sponsored National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) in Ladakh, was stopped after objections were raised by the Chinese Army. Infact, it is China which has encroached upon our territory inside the LOC in that region and constructed a 54 km long road for military purposes.

The ABPS sees potential danger from the Chinese machinations in our North East. Its continued claims over Arunachal Pradesh shouldn’t be taken lightly as it has set its eyes not only on that state but on the entire North East. Recent expose’ in a leading Bharatiya weekly about the extent of the involvement of China in arming, encouraging and funding insurgent groups like the NSCN should awaken us to this danger. Besides NSCN insurgents other insurgent groups in the North East like the NDFB, ULFA etc also get patronage from China. It is also a matter of serious concern that the ISI too is operating in cahoots with China in this region. The A.B.P.S. expresses concern over the growing number of cases of Chinese spies being arrested in different parts of the country.

It is well-known that the weapons from the Chinese government weapon manufacturers find their way to the Maoists and other terrorist groups in Bharat through illegal weapon ports like Cox Bazar in Bangladesh. Fake currency also is being pumped into Bharat from China. The ABPS wants to draw the attention of the Government and people to the occasional publications in the officially-controlled Chinese media about dismembering Bharat into 20-30 pieces.

Penetration of Chinese goods into Bharatiya  market is affecting our manufacturing industry adversely besides posing a serious challenge to our security, health, environment and strategic concerns. The ABPS wants the Government to tackle this issue of China’s penetration into our system through trade and commerce with utmost seriousness. All citizens should refrain from using Chinese products as an expression of patriotism.

The ABPS wants to draw the attention of our government and countrymen to the threat from China in the form of diversion of river waters in the South Central  Tibetan region. In the process it would be robbing lower riparian states like Bharat, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Thailand of their right to the waters from rivers like Brahmaputra and Sindhu which originate from Kailash – Manasarovar in Tibet. Joint mechanism established in 2007 between Bharat and China to oversee water related issues remain dysfunctional mainly due to the utmost secrecy maintained by China in its water management plans. Two of our states i.e. Himachal Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh were hit by flash floods and it was suspected at that time that these floods were due to some form of interference in the river flow by the Chinese. Our engineers were not allowed to inspect the upper streams of the river by the Chinese government. The ABPS warns the government that unless the issue is addressed immediately the situation may lead to serious crises between the two countries.

The ABPS urges our Government to take note of the expanding military and diplomatic might of China not only in the immediate neighbourhood but also in the strategically important regions like Africa and the West Asia. China’s 3.1 million strong  Army is being rapidly modernized with newer weapons and technology. It has built all-weather roads and extended railway network along Tibet, Nepal and Bharat border. China today is a formidable player in the Indian Ocean region. It is establishing contact with all kinds of renegade dictators in the world including the North Korean and Sudanese dictators. Its strategic experts are propounding such disdainfully dangerous theories like Preventive Use of Nuclear Weapons suggesting that China should reserve the right of first attack against any nuclear power with nuclear weapons as a preventive measure.

In such a challenging scenario the ABPS calls upon the government to:

    1. Reiterate the Parliament’s unanimous resolution of 1962 to get back the territory acquired by China to the last inch.
    2. Take effective measures for rapid modernization and upgradation of our military infrastructure. Special focus should be on building infrastructure in the border areas. Towards that, constitution of a Border Region Development Agency should be considered which would help prevent the migration of the people from the border villages.
    3. Use aggressive diplomacy to expose the Chinese’ designs globally. Use all fora including ASEAN, UN etc for mobilizing global opinion.
    4. Disallow Chinese manufacturing industry free run in our markets. Prohibit Chinese products like toys, mobiles, electronic and electrical goods etc. Illegal trade being carried out through the border passes must be curbed with iron hand.
    5. Follow strict Visa norms and maintain strict vigil on the Chinese nationals working in Bharat.
    6. Restrict the entry of Chinese companies in strategic sectors and sensitive locations.
    7. Mobilize the lower riparian states like Myanmar, Bangladesh etc to tell China to stop their illegal diversion of river waters.

Age old Durga Mata Temple in Sindh, Pakistan will be destroyed by Muslim granite-miners within one month.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 12, 2011

In search of granite, path to Choryo Durga’s temple blown up with dynamite. Muslim Stone-crushing firm continues Temple ruining activities despite Sindh government’s ban on leases; Hindus protest, pro-muslim officials express ignorance…….

    Must See.

A great inspiration for reluctant Indian Hindus. Minority Hindus in Pakistan are giving a great fight to stop temple demolition. Most respectful Salutaion from Hindu Existence.

Durga temple faces destruction in Pakistan

Tahir Ali in Rediff News posted 11th March, 2011 along with news snippets from Zee Tv.

Perhaps this beautiful Durga idol may not be seen in this Temple in near future

The demolition of Hindu temples in Pakistan for the construction of parks, schools etc is a common phenomenon in Pakistan.

In the latest such incident, some contractors have started digging granite stones at the base of a hill, on top of which a historical Temple of Durga Mata is located, in Sindh district. Despite opposition by local Hindus, the digging work is going ahead and the temple may be completely demolished within a month.

The company began excavating a hill near the Durga Mata temple in Choryo village of Tharparkar district with heavy machinery and dynamite about a month ago.

War footing digging in granite rocks threats the natural balance

Local residents said contractor Abdullah Qureshi was given control of the hill on lease by the Sindh government.

Qureshi is “busy blasting through huge chunks of the hill at the bottom of the temple to extract granite while the pilgrims watch on in horror,” the report said.

The excavation was launched as pilgrims from Nepal, India and other countries came to the temple to attend the annual ‘Sardaro mela’ in February, The Express Tribune newspaper reported.

The ‘yatris’ or pilgrims found that the path leading to the temple was destroyed.

“Pieces of rock were scattered all around and heavy machinery loomed ominously and silently nearby,” the report said.

The three-day Shivratri mela that began on February 2 became an occasion for protests by local residents.

The authority allowed the granite digging company without any provision to protect the age old Sindh Durga Mata Temple

The ancient temple is located on top of a hill in Nagarparkar in Tharparkar district of Sindh. A number of Hindu and Jain temples are located in Nagarparkar and its surrounding areas. Most of them date back to 2,000 to 2,500 years.

Instead of trying to put a stop to the digging activity, the Sindh government has issued a lease to a contractor to carry out the work.

Veerjhi Kohli, caretaker of the temple, told “The way the work of blasting is going on, the temple will be demolished within a month. The hill (on which the temple is located) is going to be dug up from all sides, how will the temple survive? The demolition of the temple shows how helpless Hindus living in Pakistan are.”

Veerjhi added, “Some two lakh pilgrims visited the Durga Mata temple during Shivratri. The pilgrims had protested the destruction and urged the government to stop the work, but to no avail. The work was halted during the festival but now it has resumed again.”

The Pakistani media also doesn’t highlight the destruction of temples, laments Veerjhi, adding that it doesn’t focus on the plight of Hindus in the country.
“Neither any TV channel nor any leading newspaper reported our protests. After such incidents, we Hindus feel alienated in Pakistan,”

Hindu activists have approached local political figures and other concerned authorities but none of them have offered to help. “We were shocked by the district coordination officer’s remark, who said the temple was safe and there was no risk to it from the digging,” Veerjhi said.

Kashmiri Islamists reached West Bengal to grab Hindu land pretending over their poverty. Another ‘al-Taqiyya’.

Posted by hinduexistence on March 8, 2011

500 Kashmiri Muslims want to grab expressway in West Bengal near Dakshineswar Kali Temple.

Kashmiri aggression in Communist Ruling and Pro Change West Bengal. This is one kind of stealthy invasion of Islam in Bengal Soil.

KASHMIRI REFUGEES EKE OUT LIVELIHOOD IN KOLKATA

    Sabyasachi Bandopadhyay||Indian Express|| Posted:Sun Mar 06 2011
About 50 Kashmiri families have for the past two months put up tents near Dakshineshwar temple in the northern outskirts of Kolkata.

A big plot of vacant land at Rajabagan, meant for an Expressway, has become the temporary address for 350 to 400 Kashmiri refugees, most of whom are form Baramulla, Badaun and adjoining areas of the strife-torn Kashmir valley.
The flock comprises mostly tangawalaas and fruit vendors from places like Pahelgam, Patnitop and whose livelihood depends largely on tourism.
The members of the group talking to The Indian Express said that since June last year, strikes, curfews and shut-downs have made it difficult for them to manage two-square meals a day. Hundred of these families first flocked to Jammu station and from there set out for different locations.
“We have found a shelter here,” said Riyaz Ahmed, one of the camp inmates. Riyaz is MA in education from Kashmir university.
“At Dakshineshwar railway station, we saw this abandoned land and decided to set up camps here. The locals are helping us with food and other necessities,” said Rashid Ahmed, 23, who is a graduate.
While West Bengal Chief Secretary Samar Ghosh denied any knowledge of the new group of refugees in the northern outskirts of the city, the additional director general of Intelligence Branch, West Bengal police, Banibrata Basu, said police teams were sent to inquire about them. Their addresses in Kashmir were verified and found to be true. And on humanitarian grounds, they were allowed to stay, said Basu. The open space where Kashmiri refugees have set up camps, belong to the National Highway Authority.
An official of Belghoria police station under which the land falls said: “Initially we objected but when we came to know about their circumstances, we allowed them to stay. They get water from the nearby municipal taps and from Kishore Sangha, a local club. Food is often provided by Gurudwara Singh Sabha of Baranagar, a few NGOs and a few local mosques. The male members of the group earn some money by doing odd jobs like pulling rickshaws and working as daily labourers.
The living conditions are highly unhygienic. “If we fail to get food and lead a peaceful life, we will go back. We will ask our government to make arrangements for us,” said Mohammad Shafaq, another inmate of the camp.
When contacted on phone, Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed his ignorance about the refugees. He said he will inquire about it.
    Bengal Spotlight comments :
    • This news was published in Bartaman Patrika months before concerning the security of Dakshineshwar Kali Temple as some Kashmiri Terrorist Outfits and Indian Mujaheedin threatened to blast Kalighat and Dakshineshwar Kali Temple. The callous West Bengal Chief Secretary Samar Ghosh and the pretentious Additional Director general of Intelligence Branch, West Bengal police, Banibrata Basu, are now denying the planful occupation of some hidden subversive elements in West Bengal.
    • The non-sense Kishore Sangha and Balle Balle Baranagar Gurudwara Singh Sabha are giving milk to the serpents to spate the venom to us. This is nothing humanitarian. These Kashmiri men pelted stones upon Indian security. These Kashmiri men hacked to death of Rajneesh Sharma, the husband of Anchal Sharma. They drove away 3 lakhs of Kashmiri pandits from Kashmir. They are moreprivileged in Kashmir than anybody under the poverty line in any states of India. They burnt Sikhs and Hindus alive many time before. The President and Prime Minister or any Chief minister or anybody from out of Kashmir do not buy a little piece of land there and we simply considering their suspicious occupation in Bengal ?
    • The ruling CPI(M) and the pro-change TMC both have in their mind to have some more voters if they are given EPIC anyway. Both are not concerned about the demographic change and increase of Islamic fundamentalism in west Bengal. They have only one say to increase the reservation for Muslims as they are the ardent follower of Holy Shariyat instead of Unholy Indian constitution.
    • Hello, Mr Vikram Sen, Director of Census Operations, West Bengal – have you counted these illegal Kashmiri intruders at Dakshineswar along with all Kashmiri Shwalwalla (Shwal sellers) and the unauthorized Kabuliwalla (Afghan money lenders) staying in West Bengal ? We know that you send your men at 00-00 hrs on 1st March to count the street mads, footpath dwellers, etc. But you escaped these Kashmiri invaders for some unknown reasons.

High Thanks to Bengal Spotlight & Hindu Digest to highlight this major concern to Bengali Hindus. To know more about “al-Taqiyya” click & read here.

Islamic Persecution upon disappearing Bangladeshi Hindu Minorities & Vested Property Act : Shame for Democracy. Towards a Hindu-less Bangladesh ?

Posted by hinduexistence on March 4, 2011

‘Protect the minority rights of BD’……

‘Vested Property Return (amendment) Act: Need to End Historic Injustice’ : round table

    - Sambuddha Gupta from Dhaka

Eminent speakers, experts, HR activists, lawmakers, advocates and minority leaders of Bangladesh  at a roundtable gathered for a bannered discussion – “Vested Property Return (amendment) Act: Need to End Historic Injustice”, have termed the Vested Property Act (VPA) a shame for the country’s democracy and said the act must be annulled without delay to brighten the country’s image as a secular and peaceful abode.

Seven organisations— “Association for Land Reform and Development”, “Ain O Shalishi Kendra”, “Bangladesh Hindu Buddha Christian Oikya Parishad”, “Movement for Resistance of the Vested Property Act”, “Sammilita Samajik Andolan”, “Nijera Kori” and “HDRC” arranged the roundtable at CIRDAP auditorium Saturday afternoon (26.022011).

The eminent global economist of Bangladesh and the Chairman of Economics Department of Dhaka University and a strong voice for persecuted minorities of Bangladesh, Prof. Dr. Abul Barkat categorically opined that the enactment of the impugned VPA will lead a 0% Hindu minority in Bangladesh in near future from the 9.2% of present Hindus as per current census report of BD.

‘As far as the issue of human right is concerned, the law should go without further delay to give the minorities freedom from fear,’ chairman of Bangladesh Human Rights Commission Mizanur Rahman said.

Branding the Enemy (vested) Property Act 1965 as a discriminatory law he said the act could not be acceptable in a society upholding value of human rights.

Chaired by Justice Golam Rabbani, the function was addressed, among others, by adviser to the former caretaker government Sultana Kamal, Hasanul Haq Inu, MP, Amirul Islam, professor Mezbah Kamal, professor Abul Barakat. Noted lawyer Subrata Chowdhury acted as moderator.

General secretary of Bangladesh Hindu Buddha Christian Oikya Parishad Rana Dasgupta presented a keynote paper titled ‘Vested Property Return (amendment) Act: Need to End Historic Injustice.’

Elderly politician Ajoy Roy, CR Dutta, Sara Hossain, human rights activist Aroma Dutta, additional attorney general MK Rahman, and general secretary of Adhibasi Forum Sanjib Drang also took part in the discussion.

Terming the Vested Property Act a big huddle to country’s progress and prosperity, noted economist and researcher professor  Abul Barakat said the act must go to build a secular, democratic and progressive state before completion of the silver jubilee of the country’s independence as enshrined in the Vision 2021 of the present government.

From the presentation of Dr. Barkat, it is revealed that out of 2.7 million (27 lakhs) Hindu households in total in BD, 1.2 million (44%) are directly affected by the VPA. And Hindus are forced to lose their lands over 26 lakh acres out of which 81% stands for harvest land, 11% domicile land, 2% orchard, 2% water land, 1% abandoned and others. These lands under VAP over 26 lakh acres cost a total amount of Taka 3,10,644 crores as per  valuation of the year 2007, which equals 67% of the then GDP of BD. As per the report, the total loss of minority Hindus in BD under VAP touched Taka 3,50,412 crores which figured 75% o the GDP of BD in 2007. The report prepared by Dr Barkat created a big commotion in the BD Govt. but found ineffective to make any good to the minority Hindus in Bangladesh under a tremendous fundamental pressure, persecution and politics by various Islamic groups.

It is now confirmed that the Islamists in Bangladesh has waged a Taliban styled war against the Hindus through forceful conversion, abduction of minor Hindu girls, gang-rape of Hindu women, looting of Hindu temples, killing of protesting Hindus and so on.

Earlier Dr. Barkat surfaced the reality of forceful land grabbing from the Hindu minorities by the Bangladeshi Islamists cut across all party lines. His survey showed that the land grabbing through the act of various political affiliation made direct beneficiaries of appropriated property in this way. Bangladesh Awami League 44.2%, Bangaldesh Nationalist Party (BNP) 31.7%, Jatiya Party 5.8%, Jamaat-e-Islami 4.8% and others 13.5%.

Chairman of Bangladesh Human Rights Commission  Mizanur Rahman said, ‘So far the vested property act will exist, the citizens of country will be divided as ‘enemy’ and ‘friend’.

Mr. Mizanur  Rahman  observed that a complete anarchic situation and mismanagement was prevailing centring the vested property which was also affecting the members of majority Muslim community.

He said the commission while placing its annual report to the president in March next would recommend for scraping the law immediately and return the vested property to their owners or successors through a tribunal.

Justice Golam Rabbani blamed the bureaucracy and their greed for the sufferings of the people caused due to the Vested Property Act. ‘We should keep in mind that Bangladesh is not a state based on any religion or nationalism’, he said.

Sultana Kamal said people expected that the present government would take lesson from the past. ‘The government, if it desires, can repeal the vested property act through a gazette notification,’ she said.

President of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal Hasanul Haq Inu, MP, said the vested property act had been enacted out of vengeance to the Hindu, Buddha, Christian minorities. The Vested Property Return Act 2001 and the country’s constitution should be the guideline for repealing the act, he said.

Amirul Islam said the enemy or vested property act had no legal base in the eyes of national and international laws including Tashkent Declaration of 1966, promulgation of the country’s constitution and passing law in the parliament in 1974.

‘Now the government can execute the legislation through a notification’, he said adding the vested property act is contrary to all national and international laws and damaging to country’s image.

Describing the Vested Property Act as a ‘Legacy of Past’, president of Mahila Parishad Ayesha Khanam said, ‘the act symbolises our colonial, communal, backdated and inhumane political mindset’.

Describing the present VAP as a black phase for the human rights of the BD minority Hindus Rana Dasgupta, Gen Secy, BHBCUC demanded 7 amendments in the present Act, including exclusion of illegal listing of Hindu occupations under VAP after 23rd March, 1978, one time Gazette publication of the list under VAP as per the census on 23rd March, 1978, provision of accessible Tribunals in every districts for settlement of vested property of the minorities and some other relevant points not to cheat and throw out Bangladesh through an unjustified Govt. machinery ignoring the direction of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

    Godhra Jihadists…..

Indian Court Sentences 11 People to Death for Train Blaze

March 01, 2011, 3:23 AM EST || By Bibhudatta Pradhan || Bloomberg Businessweek

March 1 (Bloomberg) — An Indian court sentenced 11 Muslims to death and 20 others to life in prison for conspiring to set fire to a train carrying Hindu pilgrims in 2002, a blaze that triggered some of the worst rioting in the country’s history.

The special court in Ahmedabad, the biggest city in western Gujarat state, last week convicted the 31 people for their role in starting the fire in the town of Godhra in February 2002, killing 59 Hindus. The verdict was the first linked either to the train burning or the subsequent riots in which over 1,000 people, mostly Muslims, were killed.

The crimes come “under the category of the rarest of the rare,” public prosecutor J.M. Panchal told reporters today. Today’s ruling “is very difficult to swallow,” said I.M. Munshi, a defense lawyer. “We will appeal.”

The state government of Chief Minister Narendra Modi of the Bharatiya Janata Party, India’s main federal opposition party, was accused by political parties and human rights groups of failing to stop the riots and even allowing the violence to continue. The BJP led by Modi, whose administration said it did its best to maintain law and order, subsequently won re-election in the state.

“It’s a politically charged trial and will be subject to scrutiny and further review by higher courts,” Suhas Chakma, director of the Asian Centre for Human Rights, said in a phone interview in New Delhi. “One question the Gujarat government has to answer — if they could complete the trial for the burning of the train, why not that for the subsequent riots that took place?”

    Fast Track

Most of those killed in the train fire were returning from Ayodhya, a city where Hindus and Muslims have disputed ownership of a religious site since an ancient mosque was torn down by a Hindu mob in 1992.

In May 2009, the Supreme Court ordered the setting up of six fast-track courts to speed up cases linked to the fire and rioting in 2002. The top court said the cases could be heard in Gujarat, rejecting a petition from the National Human Rights Commission that they be transferred out of the state to ensure trials were free and fair.

Earlier investigations into the cause of the blaze were contradictory. One panel appointed by the railway ministry said in its March 2006 report that the blaze aboard the Sabarmati Express “was not a deliberately attempted or inflicted fire, but an accidental fire.” A commission set up by the Gujarat government blamed members of the Muslim community after an altercation at the station between some pilgrims and Muslim vendors.

Control of the mosque site in Ayodhya was split between Muslim and Hindu groups, which received two-thirds of the land, by a court last September. The Supreme Court is now hearing appeals against the ruling.
