Govts in India or the Judiciary must not join or favour any Eid-ul-Fitr or Eid-ul-Adha celebrations  as these are against non-Muslims and humanity.

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Haridwar | June 22, 2017:: It is said that Justice should be equal for all. If it is right, Indian Jails must be almost free now from Muslim accused, under trails and convicts in this Ramadan.

As Madras High Court yesterday exempted+ a Tamil Nadu Muslim leader, sentenced to a year in jail in FCRA violation case, from surrendering till June 29 to serve the term on the ground that he was keeping ‘Ramzan’ fast, this justice must be conferred to other Muslims fasting during Ramadan in Indian jails.

Justice N Sathish Kumar exempted Tamil Nadu Munnetra Kazhagam state president M H Jawahirulla from surrendering before jail authorities after a lower court sentenced him and four others to one year imprisonment for violation of the Foreign Contribution (Regulations) Act,(FCRA) 1976.

Jawahirulla had moved the high court challenging his conviction and sentence in the FCRA breach case. The judge posted his plea for further hearing on June 29 after granting him the relief for the Ramzan (Ramadan)  period.

As far our knowledge is concerned, thousands of Muslims are fasting during Ramadan in Indian jails added with ‘special iftar diets’ without any problem. Then what hell happened to Madras High Court for sending Jawahirulla in Jail custody by this time. Perhaps, the seat of Justice in Madras High Court is affected with an elusive narrative of “Secularism” in India which does not stand for “the principle of separation of the state from religious institutions”, but for pro-Muslim or pro-Islam.

As a matter of fact, India is engrossed these days with Ramadan, Roza and Iftar. How can its judiciary be far away?

On the other day, Hyderabad High Court allowed Telegangala Govt’s gala Iftar party+ on June 18.

A division bench of acting chief justice Ramesh Ranganathan and justice T Rajani, while dealing with a PIL filed by Lubna Sarwath seeking a stay on spending a huge amount of Rupees 60 crores for hosting ‘iftar dinner’ and distributing ‘gift packet’ connecting 380 mosques in Hyderabad and 420 elsewhere in the state.

The bench, however, directed ‘the government to feed only the needy poor Muslims and give away Ramzan gift packets or benefits to deserving poor Muslims’. Petitioner’s counsel R Sameer Ahmed said the government was spending minority welfare department’s funds illogically in the name of Iftar dinners. Last year, ‘3 lakh was spent just on invitation cards and car passes’.

If the Hon’ble court thinks it justified Telengana Govt’s decision to feed the needy poor Muslims and giving away gift packets spending Rupees 60 crores in a single day, why the Court doesn’t issue an order to the Govt to make it convenient to feed all the poor people irrespective of caste, creed and religion around the year throughout the state?

Actually, realities rest otherwise. The trends of Muslim appeasement and minority vote bank politics in India have spoil all of its system including Judiciary in India.  It is not the singularized story of Telengana or Karnataka. These trends of promoting Ramzan, Roza and Iftar are most prevalent in West Bengal, Kerala and many other non-BJP ruled states in India.

In West Bengal and Kerala, Muslim Govt employees are getting early departure facilities for iftar (break of fasting) session. Even court hours are being adjusted accordingly. Not, only that the Police Stations in West Bengal are collecting money from Hindu business men and houses under pressure for conducting “Iftar Majlish” in every police station as a mandatory programme. Though the Govt of WB is spending more than 100 crores for “Iftar Majlish” in lavish manner in Corporations, Municipalities and other block and local body levels, the ruling political party TMC is conducting it separately.

The enthusiasm for Ramadan, Roza, Iftar and ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’ in state to state is airing the demand of  celebration of ‘Eid-ul-Adha’ by the Govt in coming days. Muslim bodies have started campaigning for observing  ‘Eid-ul-Adha’ (Bakr Eid) by Govt initiative as it is done in Eid-ul-Fitr. If the demand is fulfilled the scene of Namaz in Red Road would be ‘awesome’ if they start public slaughtering of cows in Red Road on Eid-ul-Adha in presence of Great Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee!

Once upon a time the Govt of Indonesia did not observe Eid-ul-Fitr nor Eid-ul-Adha in Govt level. History tells us a ‘Hindu legacy’ and ‘roots in Indian culture’ in Indonesia. The name of National Airways in Indonesia is still “Garuda Indonesia”, image of Lord Ganesh is still found in Indonesian Rupee. But, one day  Eid-ul-Adha has been included in Govt programme side by side with the observation of Eid-ul-Fitr. In the name of ‘Good Islam’, ‘Radical Islam’ captured Indonesia step by step.   Now, Indonesia has strong presence of ISIS in every province + of the country.

While in 2013, the number of Indonesians fighting for ISIS in Syria was estimated at 50, that number grew to between 300 and 700 in 2016 and early 2017 respectively. Indonesia has lost the Hindu influence under the pressure of Radical Islam as it invaded the society and system there. All these changes surfaced not all on a sudden, but with a gradual Islamization in a series of operations. Indonesia is rapidly heading for an absolute ‘Islamic State’.

In India, if we fail to understand this modus operandi of Radical Islam as it is seen in Indonesia or many places in the world, India will be Indonesia in the journey of Ramadan, Roza, Iftar, Eid-ul-Fitr , Eid-ul-Adha and hobnobbing with Islamic radicalism in the name of fraternity.

Muslims must not be restricted to observe Ramadan, Roza of Iftar any way, but how Govt can join with them with a month of conspiracy against kafir (non-Muslims/infidels/ polytheists) and making a preparation to wage a war (Jihad) against them?

The Surah At-Tawbah [9:5] clearly states in Quran, “And when the sacred months [Ramadan] have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent [Tawbah], establish prayer [Namaj], and give  levy [zakah], let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful”.

The connotation of the verse is very clear (foolish interpretation by saying that this ayyat appeared in a war scene will not work and now it has been universalized) and how can any Govt in ‘secular’ nature can join such a clandestine observation of a month which is meant for the preparation of killing the infidels and non-Muslims as a future plan of action?

State  must stop to join in any Islamic conspiracy against majority non-Muslims in India. Govt of India and of any state must not  join any Eid-ul-Fitr or Eid-ul-Adha to refrain itself from being an Indonesia.

Don’t say Eid Mubarak if you know the implication that they have just completed a month of prohibition (though they conducted 127 attacks, killed 1389 upto 27th day of Ramadan, as per TROP))  in which killing of Non-Muslims was denied as per Quran. Ramadan will be over in more three/four days. Then, they are free to kill you anytime.
