Cow vigilantism: SC seeks response from Haryana, UP, Rajasthan.

The Supreme Court must be unbiased to end violence of ‘cow vigilantism’ permanently by giving ultimate ‘protection of Cows’ in India.

Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Haridwar | Jan 29, 2018:: The Supreme Court on Monday sought responses from the governments of Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh for not following its order to take stern steps to stop violence in the name of cow vigilantism.

The apex court was hearing a contempt petition filed by Tushar Gandhi, the great grandson of M K Gandhi, saying the three states have not complied with the top court order of September 6 last year.

The moron like Tushar Gandhi fails often to understand the root cause of such ‘violence’ by vigilantes vexed to stop enormous cruelty and barbaric savagery caused by cow killing violating all the rule of the lands+ and hurting the majority sentiment in a shape of ‘rape’ of the Judiciary and Executive in front of deaf and dumb Legislative agencies of the constitution.

The defected descendant like Tushar does not care even his great grandfather’s vision and mission to protect cow resources in India. Gandhiji wanted to frame the first law to ban cow slaughter in India for making a Ramarajya after getting independence. But this traitor like Tushar only uses the name of Gandhi only to get advantages to fulfill his hidden agenda to support the cow smugglers-torturers-butchers and to oppose the save-cow-crusaders. Why Tushar Gandhi never knocked the door of the court of law to stop cow slaughter in India as envisioned by Gandhi, but he has his regularity in courts to promote cow slaughter by challenging the public efforts in cow vigilantism.

Leave the filthy name and act of Tushar. But, it is unfortunate to see several times that Supreme Court of India has also lost its balance to judge the principal points to redress the root cause of many problems.

This is a high concern that some common people or innocent people are being victimized on the suspicion of cow smugglers or cow slaughterers by violent cow vigilantes. This vigilantes are doing wrong as they take laws in their hands very illegally. Raising voice against such misdeed as appreciated and addressed by Tushar and his team is good. But, those who are smuggling cows and cattle, indulging animal cruelty, killing cow resources after violating all the framed laws, rules and regulations and finally making the cow-vigilantes so furious, are they doing any good for the society? Then why the whole system of Judiciary, Executive and Legislature are maintaining their deafening silence to scare the society against cow killing. What’s the role of Tushar Gandhi for his great grandfather’s hope for ‘Cow Protection‘+ in India?

Today, a bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud issued notice and sought the replies from the three states by April 3.

Senior advocate Indira Jaising, appearing for Tushar Gandhi, said that despite the apex court order, violent incidents were still being witnessed in various parts of these three states viz. Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. All these states are run by BJP Govts.

The bench said it will hear the contempt petition along with the main writ petition filed by Tushar Gandhi earlier.

On September 6 last year, the apex court had asked all the states to take stern measures to stop violence in the name of cow protection, including appointing of senior police officers as nodal officer in every district within a week and act promptly to check cow vigilantes from behaving like they are “law unto themselves”.

Hmmmm. the apex court can categorically direct to appoint  senior police officers in every district to stop cow vigilantes. But, My Lord Chief Justice of India your court never did any justice to the holy cows and cow worshiper Hindus by appointing such senior police officers in every district to save cows and cow worshipers according to law, despite of hundred cases already heard, ordered and disposed in the highest temple of justice!

Who can be blamed for this gross injustice to holy cows and cow worshiper majority Hindus? No, it is not obviously traitor Tushar, not Justice Misra, Justice Khanwilkar or Justice Chandrachud. Able Hindus, specially the Hindu lawyers who can activate and play the robotic system of the apex court are simply responsible for these cow killings and torture and killing of Hindus going to save cows. Tushar Gandhi and his friends circles in Qureshi, butchers and beef-eaters can efficiently play the robotic system in Indian judicial system with a mechanical memory and intelligence stuffed by records, precedents, proceedings, application of laws and the constraint of constitution. Hardly it has its any heart with jurisprudence, ethics and values.

This robotic court of law finds the cause of action to move, but not the root cause of action to motivate the people for ending all injustice. Hence, the court moves on the cause of action as mentioned by Tushar Gandhi and Supreme Court certainly fails to protect cows and cattle as per Art 48 of Indian Constitution+ and the conflicts between cow vigilantes and the cow killers remain intact for ever.

With highest veneration to Supreme Court and the earring judicial system of India, I must submit with my plea to reconsider the mindset of the court of law to accuse and punish cow vigilantes without taking proper action against unlawful and suicidal cow killing and animal cruelty in India.

If there is no animal cruelty before public, communal ecstasy  by killing cows before Hindus, political provocation of beef fest in streets, the unholy business of cows+ and the dangerous conspiracy to kill the cattle resource of India including the vulnerable ‘Bos Indicus’ only to jeopardize the Indian agri-economy and healthy well being; why there shall be any violence by cow vigilantes?

Why SC seeks response only from Haryana, UP and Rajasthan for stopping cow vigilantism? It can get nation’s response. if desires. to check cow vigilantism for ever by ensuring a new era of lawful and practical way of cow protection all around.

Postscript: I don’t know whether the Hon’ble bench of CJI Misra will take this matter suo moto as an appeal to their highest conscience.

I fully hope the positive end if this matter be put before the bench against Tushar Gandhi accommodatingly by three personalities. No. 1. Shri Ram Jethmalani. No. 2. Dr Subramanian Swamy. and No. 3. Shri S Gurumurthy.

But, I have no hope as  1. Shri Ram Jethmalani does not know me. 2. Dr Subramanian Swamy does not tolerate me. and 3. Shri S Gurumurthy does not hear others except the call of RSS .
