Upananda Brahmachari | HENB | Haridwar | June 24, 2019:: In a shocking revelation of union govt data and inputs which are recently published in a report in IANS, may cross all limits of appeasement of Muslim minorities that you can capture for ever.

As per the report of IANS, students from the Muslim community received about 80 percent of total scholarships offered under 20 Central government schemes in 2018-19, official data shows.

This is very much significant that the policy and implementation of scholarship to the students in various states in India are running in such a manner that the majority Hindu students (above 80% in estimation) all over India are getting scholarships in a very poor numbers after the huge numbers of students in Muslim community and a moderate numbers of Christian students

As per census data of 2011, Hindus are 79.80% and the percentage of Muslims 14.23%, Christians 2.30%, Sikhs 1.72%, Buddhists 0.70% and Jains 0.37% comes respectively. In such a demographic situation, granting scholarship to 88 lakh Muslim students in a comparison to only 5.2 lakh Hindu students in a specific financial year gives a clear hint of conspiracy against the Hindu students of India.

The IANS report further reveals, the total amount disbursed under these scholarship programmes sponsored by 14 Union Ministries was Rs 2,157 crore in 2018-19.

The report is obviously alarming that 22% Scheduled Caste students and 8% Scheduled Tribe students having its roots to Hindus have also been outnumbered by the Muslim students in the case of getting scholarships from various education and social welfare departments of central Govt.

It’s a mockery of democracy in the name of Sabka Saath – Sabka Vikash (with all, all round development) as coined by ruling BJP govt and its champion PM Narendra Modi, the so called ‘a party with difference‘ adopted the same policy of Muslim appeasement by which minority Muslim students in India get as total scholarship of Rs 1,032 crore and majority Hindu students get only 128 crore just in one financial year 2018-19. Can you imagine the volume of deprivation of Hindu students in the last five years of Modi Govt?

As, a matter of fact the ‘compliment- addicted successive Modi governments (Modi- I & Modi- II)’ could not find time to review the Muslim appeasement policies and  system lacuna framed by earlier Congress govts in which the majority Hindu students are grossly deprived.

The norms for getting scholarships for students are formulated in such a way the students from Hindu community have been being deprived than the Muslim students in various ways of  hurdles relating to their gross family income or in other recommendation criteria.

The Minority students are fixed to an eligibility of annual income upto Rs. 2.50 lakh from all sources for a scholarship under ‘SCHEME OF MERIT CUM MEANS BASED SCHOLARSHIP’ FOR STUDENTS BELONGING TO THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES’+; This scheme covers all technical and professional courses at undergraduate and post graduate level.

But, when the eligibility and criteria come for the general students mostly belonging to the Hindu community for the ‘CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME NATIONAL MEANS-CUM-MERIT SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME’+; the income yardstick is fixed for such Hindu students upto annual income of Rs. 1.50 lakh from all sources.

In such a way the numbers of Hindu students remain unsuccessful to meet the eligibility criteria to make applications for student scholarships. The Over Efficient Modi Govt in India has failed to formulate any unique scholarship policy which can stop the gross deprivation of Hindu students.

From a verification it is found that West Bengal, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Kerala were the top five states to receive scholarships.

In terms of the amount received under these students scholarships, BJP ruled Uttar Pradesh came first with Rs 356 crore, followed by anti-BJP party TMC ruled West Bengal got Rs 281 crore.

So, the pro minority system in the Govt is endangering the future of Hindu students under a gross deprivation of scholarship distribution whether in a BJP ruled state or a non-BJP ruled state.

We are not putting more salts in the bruise of Hindus by mentioning Nai Manzil (training Madrassa students for government jobs); Shadi Shagun (in this scheme Rs.51,000/- to be paid on marriage of unmarried minority girl student beyond graduation); Padho Pardesh (scheme offers interest free bank loans of upto rupees twenty lakhs to aminority student for pursuing Post-Graduate Diploma, Masters, M. Phil or Ph.D. course in a foreign university; and interest on such loans is paid by government as subsidy); Naya Savera (scheme provides free special coaching etc. to minority candidates/students in selected institutions for admission for technical and professional courses and for recruitment to government and public sector jobs including courses for Medical-Engineering Entrance test); Nai Udaan (scheme gives financial support to Minority students for preparation of Main Examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Commission and State Public Service Commissions) and so on. Majority Hindu students are deprived from such facilities, even in BJP ruled time span and still in the name of minority development.

I think, RSS stalwarts in BJP like Ram Madhav, Prof Rakesh Sinha, Tarun Vijay have any time to spend over these serious concerns about the future of Hindu students. What is doing ABVP, the student wing of RSS to stop these gross deprivation of Hindu students around the years and now in Modi regime?

Hindu students are put forth in a dangerous discrimination. Please stop this Vinash (destruction) of Hindu students in the name of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas.

   मोदी एक बहुरूपिया नेता है, जो वोट हिन्दूओं का लेता है और विकास जिहादियों का करता है। मुस्लिम वोट के लालच में उसमें सबका साथ सबका विकास सबका विश्वास का नारा दिया है। क्या जिहादियों के विकास का ठेका केवल हिन्दूओं ने ले रखा है? इसका सर्वोत्तम उपाय है हिन्दू टैक्स देना बंद करें या टैक्स की चोरी शुरू कर दें। फिर देखते हैं कि ये कहाँ से लाकर देता हैं।

   साल २०१३ में मैंने नस्त्रदामस की एक भविष्यवाणी पढ़ी थी की कांग्रेस हारेगी बहुत बुरी तरह से फिर बीजेपी अपने साशन काल में कांग्रेस से भी ज्यादा हिन्दुओ को पीड़ित करेगी फिर उसके बाद उसी बीजेपी में से दूसरी बीजेपी ( हिन्दू पार्टी ) बनेगी जो पहले बीजेपी को हरा कर भारत को विश्व गुरु बनाएगी . बीजेपी ने जब पहले और दूसरी बार कांग्रेस को हराया और फिर बीजेपी जो हिन्दुओ के विरुद्ध निति बना रही हे ( जैसे की आप के लेख से पता चलता हे ) अब वह समय आ गया हे की दूसरी पार्टी की अवास्कता हे जो मोदी की अकाल ठिकाने पर लाये . आप जसे बुद्धि जिविओ को एक साथ आ कर यह कार्य करना होगा क्यों की यह तो पहले से ही स्पस्ट हे की भारत विश्व गुर बनकर ही रहे गा पर समय आप लोगो को तय करना हे कब ?????????????

   I never expected this move of Modi. This move of appeasement has deeply hurt me, my mind and my heart. Neither Modi promised this act of Muslim appeasement nor the Muslims wanted or expected this from Modi. So why? I am deeply puzzled to ponder over this question of why. What I come to conclusion is that we all are still under the spell and hang over of that slavery which we suffered for centuries. This spell has made our thoughts Muslim-centrist. We are still a Muslim-first nation.
