Pune: Hindus took out huge rally against Cow Slaughter, Love Jihad and Conversion.

In Pune ‘Hindu Janaakrosh Morcha’, many Hindutva organizations participated and took out huge rally on the demand of Banning Cow Slaughter, Strict law to prohibit Love Jihad and Conversion. 

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Pune | Jan 21, 2023:: In the city of Pune today, the Hindutva Oranistaions took out a public protest march (Janaakrosh March) under the banner of “Sakal Hindu Samaj”.The march started from Lal Mahal and ended at Sambhaji Maharaj’s statue. Through this march, the Hindu community members have made some demands to the both Central and State governments highlighting various matters including strict law to prohibit Love Jihad and Conversion and Banning Cow Slaughter. It is told, if these demands are not fulfilled, the Hindu organizations will start agitation in each block in Maharashtra and across the country.

The programme was set on the Chhatrapati Shri Sambhaji Maharaj’s martyrdom day as ‘Dharmaveer Din’.

The procession started from Lal Mahal at 10 am on Sunday. The march reached the Sambhaji Maharaj Memorial in Deccan area and concluded at this place after performing Mahaaarti of Shrimanta Dagdusheth Halwai Ganapati by the dignitaries. Maharashtra BJP MLA Shivendra Raje Bhosale, Telangana BJP MLA Raja Singh Thakur, descendants of Sant Sri Tukaram Maharaj Shivajirao More and Shirish More,  Dhananjay Desai, Swapnil Naik of Patit Pawan organization, Kishore Chavan of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, history scholar Nilesh Bhise, Mahesh Pavle of Raje Shivarai Pratishthan, leaders of various  Ganeshotsav mandals and others participated in the march.

From the march, the Maharashtra BJP MLA Shivendraraje Bhosale targeted Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Ajit Pawar on Sunday saying that there should be no discussion on this issue as in we have read so far the history that Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj has been identified as ‘Dharmaveer’. We will not tolerate any attempt to disrespect Sambhaji Maharaj.

Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was tortured to death on the orders of Mughal emperor Aurangazeb in 1689.

Bhosale clarified that an atmosphere of fear was being created everywhere for the past few days among the Hindu society by some fear mongers. The march on Sunday was made to reduce that fear. There is a BJP government at the center and is also a BJP government in the state, the sentiments of Hindus participated in the march should be taken into consideration. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj established Swarajya. At the time of establishment, it was also an issue to protect religion. In that line the Hindus do not want to oppose anyone from this march, Hindus are just trying to preserve the Sanatan  Dharma.

Addressing the media persons, Telengana BJP MLA Raja Singh Thakur told Govt must be concerned about the Love Jihad and Conversion for which Hindus always put in a danger. He condemned the way in which the Hindu girls and women are trapped in Love Jihad racket and finally cut into 35 pieces in a horrific situation. He urged that the demands of Hindus for banning Cow slaughter and enactment of strict law against Love Jihad and Conversion. Otherwise, the Hindus will be compelled to start agitation across the country.
