Court grants bail to Kajal Hindusthani. Hearing the bail order, supporters shouted, Jai Shri Ram.

Flowers showered on her as Kajal Hindusthani gets bail, took a vow to strengthen her fight against Love Jihad, Land Jihad and Conversion.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | New Delhi | April 14, 2023:: Popular Right-wing activist Kajal Hindusthani, who is also followed by PM Modi on Twitter, was arrested on April 9 for an alleged “hate speech” on the Ram Navami program that allegedly provoked riots in Gujarat’s Una town on March 30-April 1. Finally, she was granted regular bail by the Gir-Somnath district sessions court on Thursday (April 13). Kajal was arrested on the basis of a  complaint filed against her at the Una police station On April 2.

After her arrest, she was produced before a court in Una which sent her to 14-day judicial custody as the Gujarat Police did not seek her police remand.

She was lodged at the Junagadh central jail as the police didn’t seek her remand. The magisterial court had denied her bail on that day and sent her to Junagadh jail. Subsequently, she moved to the sessions court for bail.

But, under special submission, Hindusthani was granted bail by Judge Rekha M. Asodiya. Kajal Hindusthani is an original resident of Jamnagar in Gujarat. Hearing the bail order, the supporters of Kajal Hindusthani shouted slogans, ‘Jai Shri Ram, Bharat Mata ki Jai and Kajal Didi Sangarsh karo- Ham Tumhari Saath hai’.

After making ‘bali’ (sacrificial slaughter) to the pedestal of secularism, BJP  victimized Nupur Sharma, Naveen Jindal, and T Raja Singh; a BJP lobby in Gujarat framed Kajal Hindusthani alias Kajal Singala to implicate her with Una Riot. But, Kajal got bail finally. Nupur, Naveen, Raja, and Kajal, were all vocal about the insanity and illegalities of Islam or the Islamic hate message of ‘Sar Tan Se Juda (Cut the head from the body); but all of them were cursed by BJP in the churning machine of the party only to give a message of truptikaran (appeasement) of Muslims in the ambit of ‘Saavka Viswas (to earn the faith of all).

Experts expressed different opinions on Kajal’s arrest as she made her speech in the presence of police deployment and the riots were created by Muslims after showing their repercussions in front of police deployment. A huge failure of the Police department was responsible for the riot and it was not for any ‘hate-speech’  of Kajal Hindusthani on the Ram Navami Program in which she urged the Muslim girls and women to marry Hindu boys and men to save themselves from Tin Talaq, Nika-Halala, Burqa, and other Islamic oppressions to female.

Even then, Gujarat Police lodged an FIR on April 2 naming her under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 153 (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot)  and 295 A (deliberate or malicious act intending to outrage religious feelings).

According to Kajal’s lawyer, the court ordered her release on a bail bond of Rs 50,000 and on the further condition that she would appear before the police twice a month and would not leave India, surrender her passport, etc.

After getting out of jail, while speaking with the media, Kajal said,“Even after this much I am firm on what I said. This is why I was not afraid and now I am here in front of you. I had trusted that I will definitely get justice. And I got justice and I am here in front of you all.”

“There are many workers who work a lot for Dharma. As people from the other side commit such things, it is our duty to save our faith. I was doing social work against land jihad, love jihad, and forced conversions. I still do that and I continue to do that,” she added.

After getting released from the jail in neighbouring Junagadh district on Thursday evening Kajal went to her residence in Jamnagar by road under police protection.

Incidentally, many women and local residents showered flower petals on her vehicle en route.

The Hindutva social media unequivocally condemned the whole thing on Kajal Hindusthani’s arrest as allegedly perpetrated by a section of Gujarat BJP and Police and welcomed the decision of the Hon’ble court to release her within a short period.
