Protest Communal Violence BillNew Delhi |7 April 2013 | DHNS :: Keeping in mind the coming elections, Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde is reviving the controversial communal violence bill, gathering dust in the North block for close to two years now, empowering the Centre to declare an area communally disturbed for deploying security forces even without the consent of the state.

The ministry has sought legal vetting of the Union Law Ministry on the draft bill UPA is keen to table in second half of the budget session of Parliament which begins on April 22. The cabinet will take up the revised draft of the bill, seeks to protect religious and linguistic minorities, post nod from the law ministry.

Union Minister for Minority Affairs K Rahman Khan is believed to have laid stress on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Shinde to bring the bill in the coming session of Parliament. Though it would be difficult for the UPA to get the bill passed from both the Houses given the paucity of numbers, the Congress hopes to reap political advantage merely by introducing it in both the Houses as it would send the right message to the minorities ahead of crucial elections to six states and later Lok Sabha.

Other than that, it would help the party target the BJP as well as the Samajwadi Party in the Uttar Pradesh which has witnessed communal violence often.

After the bill was introduced in the Rajya Sabha way back in 2005, it was referred to the Standing Committee on Home for deliberations. The report of the standing committee was not acceptable to the Muslims which prompted the ministry to rework on it, said sources.

The ministry’s draft “largely sticks” to the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi-led National Advisory Council’s (NAC) version of the Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill, 2011.

Earlier, the Home Ministry had to shelve the bill owing to strong opposition from political parties, especially the BJP which had termed the move as “dangerous” and an intrusion into the federal structure of the country.

Many political parties had reservation on the bill content given the provisions included transferring of the communal cases outside the state for a just trial.To check the bias administrations have displayed in handling communal cases in the past, the draft bill binds the Central and the state governments and their bureaucracy to exercise their powers in an impartial and non-discriminatory manner to prevent and control targeted violence, including mass violence, against religious or linguistic minorities, Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes.

Reports complied from the input of  Sudhi Ranjan Sen , NDTV and , TNN  | Oct 19, 2012 | NEW DELHI:  West Bengal’s top cop today told the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) that there was clear and a growing link between the CPI (Maoist) and Pakistan’s dreaded Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Agency. West Bengal Director General of Police (DGP) Naparajit Mukerjee also told the MHA that the link between the Maoist and the ISI was clear in four districts bordering Bangladesh, including Murshidabad.

Mr Mukerjee made this revelation to the MHA in a meeting to review the progress made by states to deal with the threat of Maoist insurgency. Maoists have a strong to moderate presence in as many as nine states in India. Central security agencies have earlier warned about the growing links between the CPI (Maoist) and militant Islamic outfits like the banned Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI). A link between Pakistan’s ISI – accused of being the master mind of the 26/11 Mumbai strikes and also believed to have strong links with terrorist organisations the Lashkar-e- Taiba (LeT) – and CPI (Maoist) hasn’t yet been said so definitively.

In a related development, the MHA has asked the states not to swap hardcore Maoist to secure the release of hostages. In May this year, the Maoist had kidnapped Sukma collector Alex Paul Menon. He was kept a hostage for 13 days and Maoists had demanded the release of several hardcore arrested insurgents. The MHA has also asked the states to have a trained and dedicated team of negotiators for hostage negotiations. Maoists may have been facing all-round reverses in West Bengal ever since chief minister Mamata Banerjee took charge of the state last year, but they have forged a deadly alliance with the Pakistani spy agency ISI through overground radicals and remnants of the banned outfit SIMI during the period.

Revelation was made by the West Bengal police chief Naparajit Mukherjee here on Thursday when he told a gathering of chief secretaries and DGPs of other naxal-affected states about the growing Maoist-ISI nexus in four districts of the state.

Expressing his anguish over the development, he is learnt to have said that the nexus had been reported after arrests of some Maoists who elaborated how overground sympathizers of the Red Ultras acted as a ‘link’ for them.

Murshidabad, West Midnapore, Purulia and Bankura are the four districts where the West Bengal Police had noticed actions that hinted at Maoist-ISI linkages. The link is believed to be helping the ultras in getting arms and ammunition through existing network of north-east insurgents.

Though the Union home ministry did not add to what Mukherjee told the gathering over the nefarious link, security and intelligence agencies spoke about the possibility through Maoists sympathizers. They also said that the Maoists’ support to the Jammu & Kashmir terrorists for their cause in the bordering state had never been a secret.

The disclosure of Mukherjee comes even as Bengal has shown remarkable change in the situation where it effectively controlled the Red menace in the past one year through consistent intelligence-based operations against the Red Ultras.

Home ministry latest figures on naxal violence show that West Bengal – once a hotbed of Maoist activities – has, in fact, moved closer to what Andhra Pradesh had achieved by reporting zero casualty consistently in past so many years.

Ministry’s statistics, based on state’s reports, show that none of three highly Maoist-affected districts – West Midnapore, Purulia and Bankura — did not reported any killing in the past 10 months. The period, which incidentally coincides with the Banerjee’s rule in the state, had also seen the elimination of senior naxal leaders including top CPI(Maoist) politburo member Kishenji and arrest of several others during joint operations of state police and central paramilitary forces.

West Midnapore, which witnessed as many as 360 deaths (out the casualty list, death of 95% Hindus proved that the Maoists targeted Hindus to terrorize the common people to control them under gun fire. – Ed. Hindu Existence.)  of civilians and security personnel during 2009-11, has reported zero casualty this year. Purulia, Bankura, Birbhum, Murshidabad and Malda have also not reported any casualty.

Officials here believed that human intelligence-based ‘specific’ operations as well as the CM’s approach to reach out to people directly in the Maoist-affected districts had played important role in achieving such a situation in West Bengal.

“Mamata Bannerjee is the only chief minister who holds regular meetings and rallies right in the naxals’ dominated districts. This political move to fill the vacuum created by the retreating Maoists proves to be a boon for West Bengal”, said a senior home ministry official.

In the event of murder of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati by the Maoist and CWG nexus, brought the truth of Naxal-Christian coordination against Hindus in the broad day light.

Manifestations like going to Haj by the senior most Communist Leader – Razzak Molla, meeting of ADGP(T) – Nazrul Islam with Naxalite leader  Santosh Rana to create a Dalit-Muslim force in West Bengal, as reported or hobnobbing with Islamist like Taha Siddique or Nurar Rahaman Barkati by Mamata Banerjee herself or pretensions of the WB CM by adopting an Islamic culture and dress-up even in Hindu festivals, are the clear milestones of a Changing West Bengal within a Islamic frame work.

The grand occasion started with the inspirational speech of Swami Pradiptanandaji Maharaj from Beldanga Bharat Sebashram Sangh. He took the audience to the world of Hindurashtra where they could taste its essence in the uplifting of the nation as well as the universe and the need for Indians in general and Hindus in particular to make their lives status better in the current pseudo-secular nation. He revealed the way how Hindurashtra can be achieved in a path concreted by spirituality on one hand and nationalism on the other. The saint resembled Swami Vivekananda whom the westerners called a “soldier saint” due to his inbuilt nationalist spirituality. After listening to his intellectual caliber and stern voice one can easily guess why is he facing constant threats from the jihadists?

The first day of the 2 days long Bengal Hindu Summit was successfully followed to the second day with only increased enthusiasm. After the main function met an end at the first day, the Hindu brothers and sisters present over there broke the barriers of age and the difference between speaker and audience, they took active part in the group discussions with the same panellist status to all of them. Group discussions were conducted on three problems viz. Goraksha under the leadership of AcharyaYogeshShashtri of Goraksha Dal, Love Jihad under TituShadowson of Asansol News and the present status of the Bengali Hindus under UpanandaBrahmachari of Hindu Existence.

Mamata Banerjee – Anarchist or Islamist?

Mamata Banerjee’s rule of Bengal has revealed her dark side to the public. The woman that was worshipped by the masses is now reviled and feared by them. It is a matter of time before the CPI (M) realizes her follies and capitalizes on them like Tarun Gogoi. I will explain how later.

Bengal regularly has its Mulayamesque moments these days. Her Government has illegally promised 3 cottahs of land and Rs. 2,500 per month honorarium to the Imams of 30,000 mosques of Bengal. She then followed it up with a Rs. 1,000 per month honorarium to the Muezzins of the mosques. Besides these unconstitutional acts she has used the backdoor to provide reservations to Muslims in government jobs.

Bengal is rife with communal riots these days but they go unreported due to media black-out. The fanatics among the Muslims have never had it better before. She is known to kow-tow to top Islamist zealots, known people with dubious backgrounds and ISI links and to assure them of her support in lieu of the blinkered minority community vote banks they control.

Due to her pressure the BSF is being forced to take a back-seat in protecting our borders from infiltration. During the last years of CPI (M) and Chidambaram’s tenure there was a measure of control regained on the eastern borders.

Again over the last few months she has had supporters of Hindu Samhati (a hindu action forum) beaten mercilessly and jailed, when they protested against police inaction in riot hit areas. She has tried to stop their legal protests and her government has faced humiliation in the court for its ham handedness and illegal moves against the organization.

Hundreds of homes of the majority community and places of religious worship have been burnt and desecrated without any action from the administration.

Rapes and kidnappings of majority community girls and women are common and the names of the alleged perpetrators of these crimes sound like they are from a specific minority community. However, these criminals are protected by their community leaders under contorted Islamist policies and intolerance of diversity.

“Majority” community homes and lands are encroached upon with audacity and tenants eliminated. The administration does not react due to their fear of Mamata’s blatant interference. Mosques regularly mushroom next to temples with the sole purpose of disrupting the peace of the area. It is an open secret that Wahhabis of Saudi Arabia are funding these mosques spectacularly to spread their poisonous version of religious bigotry. In a move that defies belief she has agreed to recognize thousands of such Madrasas!

The recent episode of rioting after a local newspaper made a gaffe shocked the complacent Hindus of Kolkata too.

Despite this the left remains crippled and unable to capitalize on the situation. The truth is that the so called “seculars” and the “Hindu right wingers” are unanimous in their feelings of disgust about the blatant appeasements of Islamists.

The Assamese people united to vote Tarun Gogoi to power and the BJP lost several seats when he took the correct administrative stand.

The CPI (M) should realize the same. Mr. Buddhadeb Bhattacharaya was already pro-Industry and had its support unlike Mamata who has alienated all. CPI (M) should not shy from a confrontation with the Islamists. All secular and Hindu votes will automatically consolidate in their favour.

Nevertheless, Mamata Banerjee remains blinkered about what the people want and how to go about it. She recently did announce a grant and autonomy for Ramakrishna Mission to shore up her sagging image but then she continues to swing her sword in the dark with dangeroAnand Mathur

Poonch: 6th July, 2012 | HE Special Coorrespondent* ::  While the army is doing its best to prevent cross-border infiltration in Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant General KT Parnaik, General Officer Commanding, Northern Command, warned a chance to infiltrate a high numbers of Islamic Terrorists to spread cross-border terrorism in India through POK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir)  borders.

Addressing journalists, General Parnaik disclosed that the Home Ministry has approved all army-related policies in this regard.

He added that though the army was “little disappointed” with the execution of the projects to curb infiltration, though it had considerably reduced in the last few months.

“The policies have been approved by the Home Ministry. Yes, we are a little disappointed with the way it has been done, but infiltration has reduced,” Lieutenant General Parnaik said.

He said that they have received information regarding camping of militants at launch pads, waiting to infiltrate into Kashmir.

“We have received information that all the launching pads house terrorists and they have been trying for the last six months, since the snow has melted, and their attempts have been futile. There have been one or two successful attempts as well, but it is no cause for worry,” he said.

Secret Pak Terror bases in POK

 Not to contradict with Lieutenant General KT Parnaik, nor to degenerate the hard liner Defense Ministers of India, we must point out one dangerous move in the  Govt policy under a timid softness in the face of internal communal hazards and election politics so pricked by the foreign agencies, for which the cross border subversive elements aspire the immediate support and acceptance of it by their counterparts already settled in India.

Now, it is supported from an intelligence link that thousands  of  communal agents from Pakistan, POK and Afghanistan have settled in India, not returning in their home land even after the expiry of their visas and doing their entrusted jobs of weakening India through various illegal business of arms, narcotics, fake notes, money-lending, women and children trafficking, assassination as mercenary and vary other anti national activities. These people always play a significant role to provide the safe arrival of the cross border terrorists and the intruders jumped from their launching pad.

Very recently five Pak nationals have been arrested by Indian Police in Titagarh area of West Bengal, which is considered as sleeper zone of choice of the Pak and Chinese terrorist outfits. They were arrested by the CID from Titagarh in North 24-Parganas district for one year overstaying in the country under the Foreigners Act, the police said.

The family entered into India through Amritsar Rly Check Post  on a tourist visa that had validity till May 2011. They had come to visit relative Osman Gani, who lives on RK Road in Hooghly’s Serampore. During their stay, one of the members married Gani’s relative and the family did not return to their country, Pakistan. Afterward they all shifted in Titagarh area.

Using a residential certificate given by local Muslim TMC (ruling party in West Bengal) Councillor, they managed to obtain other documents like a PAN card and even opened bank accounts like Indian nationals. Everything in place, they decided to stay back permanently in India. Apart from conspiracy, CID officers have arrested them arrested all five for staying in India even after their visa had expired and forging documents.They were also charged with conspiracy. The officers said they are in the process of  interrogation for  all the five family members to confirm whether they hold any links with spies or had any plans of sabotage plan in India.

However, all the five  Pakistani nationals, all members of a family from Karachi (Rahim Sha Colony, Orangi Town, Sector-11), were arrested on Sunday (1st July2012) for staying well after the expiry of their visa period and were produced in a court on Monday.

This is not a single story. When such thousand Pakistani traders, Moulavi, unknown professionals, Afghan money lenders, Kashmir Shwal sellers from POK and Kashmir (most of them are connected with Hurriyat Conference in Kashmir and marrying Hindu girls here and there in numbers) are spreading their   Islamic network, the common patriotic persons can not ignore the matter. Bharatiya (Indian) patriotic people  must prepare themselves with full valour and equipment to resist these venomous reptiles everywhere at first chance. These stand point is not excluded in checking the Maoist dragons and Evangelical leviathan also.

But the fault line in the Interior Ministry  is alarming. As per opinion of an expert, (Brigadier Gurmeet Kanwal (retd) is Director, Centre for Land Warfare Studies, a New Delhi-based Think-Tank. 24-01-2012 Rediff News):

“The National Investigation Agency, NIA, needs to be re-modeled on the US Federal Bureau of Investigation to give it both preventive and investigative powers. The NIA must be reconstituted as it lacks teeth in its present form.

India’s intelligence coordination and assessment apparatus at the national level remains mired in the days of innocence. While the requirement is for a strong National Counter-terrorism Centre, the approval accorded by the Cabinet Committee for Security is for a watered down version of the form in which the NCTC had been originally conceived by Home Minister P Chidambaram.

The NCTC had been envisaged as an umbrella organisation which would exercise control over agencies like the NIA, the National Technical Research Organisation, the Joint Intelligence Committee, the National Crime Records Bureau and the National Security Guard. It will now be placed under the Intelligence Bureau and the existing Multi-Agency Centre will be subsumed in it.

The NCTC will draw up and coordinate counter-terrorism plans, integrate intelligence gathering and coordinate with all existing investigating and intelligence agencies.

The NATGRID (National Intelligence Grid), which was approved by the Cabinet Committee on Security in June 2011, will provide a data bank of 20 database like travel records, immigration details and income tax records as inputs to the NCTC.

Finally, the government must seriously consider enlarging the scope of its counter-terrorism policy to covertly eliminate the leaders of terrorist organisations abroad who are sponsoring terrorism in India.”

Here also the cooperation between the people and the Govt is not addressed properly. Unless and until the Govt is prepared to make a public preparedness on the basis on compulsory and confident military training or the spontaneous armed combat to the attacking terrorist force by the patriotic people on their own, these PAK, MAO or ANY TERROR FORCE cannot be eliminated.

Rehabilitation of the ex-military personnel in the border areas, creating rural level  resistance force of the local people, logistic and equipment supports to the  hard core anti Pakistan, anti Mao, anti anti-Indian cultural forces are the other options.

If Pakistan or China attack Bharat or any Vatican Conspiracy wants to make India again as a colony of them directly , is it possible  to set aside the matter by a patriotic person. All the majority people will surely take the arms in the names of Chartapati Shivaji, Maharana Pratap, Guru Govind Singh, Bhagat Singh, Netaji Subhas to save their Mother Land. Who will resist them?

It is a real time of preparation to combat all the Jihadi and anti Indian Forces putting their claws to the body of my mother.

Communal Violence Bill 2011: His Holiness Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi urges Hindus to fight ultimately.

Tiruvanthapuram : 21 Nov. 2011 || Hindu Existence & IBTL presentation : His Holiness, the Shankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakoti Peeth, Swami Jayendra Saraswathi has called for the one billion strong Hindus of India to stand and fight against the proposed Communal Violence Bill draft. His holiness was speaking at the meeting of the delegates of various Hindu organisations as part of the platinum jubilee celebrations of the Temple Entry Proclamation. The event was organised by the Hindu Aikyavedi at Tiruvanthapuram. The year-long platinum jubilee celebrations were inaugurated by His Royal Highness, Uthradom Thirunal Marthanda Varma, head of the royal family of Travancore.

Speaking on the occassion, His Holiness said that the bill is an attempt to destroy the unity of Hindus and all must fight against it. His Holiness also spoke about the social reformer Sree Narayan Guru. His Holiness said that the state and the Hindu community at large ows a lot to him. Shree Narayan Guru’s fight against untouchability and other inequalities helped the community to remain united.

On this occasion, Kesari editor J Nandakumar also delivered a talk on the proposed Communal Violence Bill. He emphasized that the Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill 2011 was aimed at splitting the Hindu community.

Other talks delivered in the meeting included one by Kerala Pulayar Maha Sabha general secretary N K Vasudevan who spoke on Justice Ranganathan Commission report and another by Aikyavedi state secretary Brahmachari Bhargavaram who talked about ‘Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Kerala Temples’.

It was an important conglomeration for Hindu community. Around 110 leaders of 61 Hindu organisations attended the leadership meet held as part of the function.

NEW DELHI: Terming the proposed Communal Violence Bill as “dangerous”, the BJP on Saturday opposed the legislation at the National Integration Council meeting here, saying it presumes that the majority community is always responsible for such riots.

“We feel that the Communal Violence Bill is a dangerous Bill as it harms the federal structure of the Constitution. It allows the Centre to hold all the powers. Moreover, it does not consider anybody a citizen and treats a person only as one belonging to either a majority or a minority,” leader of opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj told reporters.

Her Rajya Sabha counterpart Arun Jaitley and chief ministers of three BJP-ruled states — Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (Uttarakhand), Sadanand Gowda (Karnataka) and Raman Singh (Chhattisgarh) — echoed these sentiments at the NIC meeting.

The BJP made it clear that the Bill in its present form, which has been drafted by UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi-led National Advisory Council, should not come to Parliament.

“You will write off a person as a criminal, just because he or she is born in a majority community and you will presume that a person would be a victim only because you are born in a minority community. This bill is very dangerous,” Swaraj said.

The main opposition insisted that if passed, this legislation will encourage communal tension instead of reducing it, as it seeks to divide the country into majority and minority communities.

“The draft bill presumes that the majority community is unjust, and the minority community is the victim. But in our country, various sections of community are in a minority in one state and a majority in another state. The provisions of the Bill will go against the majority community in various states,” Swaraj said.

Swaraj said that a person should be judged by his character and style of working, and not by the religion in which he or she is born.

She insisted that it is wrong for the proposed Act to presume that those belonging to the majority community are always guilty of starting communal violence.

“It is also wrong to assume that a person born in a particular community would belong to the majority everywhere in the country. Some communities are a majority in one region and a minority in another,” the BJP leader said.

Citing examples, she said Christians may be a minority in north India but are a majority in some north-east states. Similarly, the Muslims would be a majority in some pockets and a minority in others.

The BJP also argued at the NIC meeting that a discussion on communal violence at this juncture was not at all relevant as there have been no instances of such acts in the recent past.

“There have been two major terror incidents in Mumbai and Delhi recently. The incidents of naxal attacks are also on the rise. Therefore, today’s agenda is not relevant as there has been no incident of communal violence in the country in the recent past. A discussion on naxalism and terrorism would have been more productive,” Swaraj said.

She also pointed out that holding a meeting of the NIC once in three years make the body virtually redundant and this should be an annual affair. The last NIC meeting was held in 2008.

Taliban comes to India.

At least 2,500 terrorists are present in launching pads in Pakistan and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK) and trying to contact with their links in the remotest corners of India as a whole to arrive and strike India significantly for a Talibani change within 15th August in this monsoon. 15th is the India’s 64th celebration day of Independence so far. High alerts have been issued to 12 major airports in India after getting terror threats in a very Talibani manner. The Govt. is embarrassed, may be. But the public is waiting for another blast or attack like 13/7, 26/11, Sankatmochan, Sheetla Ghat, Akshar Dham, Ahmadabad, Godhra or anything this type amidst a perception of awe and terror under the dictum of Talibani Islamists.

Mr. Jitendra Prasad’s statement about the militancy in Kashmir and POK is quite fearful to anybody concerned to it. In a written statement the Minister of State conveyed in Indian Parliament that “A number of training camps and launching pads are reportedly active in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. As per assessment, there are around 2,500 terrorists in POK,”

The minister also said that 52 infiltration attempts along the Jammu and Kashmir border have taken place till June this year, while last year the number was 489, slightly higher than in 2009 (485).

“Infiltration attempts from across the border in Jammu and Kashmir have shown a marginal increase during the year 2009 and 2010 in comparison with the year 2008,” he said.

On ceasefire violation along the Line of Control (LoC), he said the number of violations which were 77 in 2008 came down to 28 in 2009 and it further increased to 44 in 2010. 19 ceasefire violations have been reported along LoC up to July this year, he said in a reply to another question.

While two infiltrators have been killed till June this year, the corresponding figure for 2010 was 112; for 2009 was 101 and 90 intruders were killed in 2008. The figures for arrested infiltrators stand at one (2010), nine (2009) and six in 2008.

Bangladeshi migrants a threat to India

Though it is understood the gradual increase of the Talibani Network in India, Govt is failure to combat them in a stronger fashion along with the menace of the three crore illegal Bangladeshi migrants  at present in India. From these three crores illegal migrants hardly 3000 were arrested in last three years. In a paper presented in a seminar in Pune University by Mr. Mohit Roy, an expert on Bangladesh minorities and Infiltration in India, indicated an estimated illegal migration from Bangladesh figured as 1,16,22,850 in 2004. It is very much clear that the numbers of prospective Talibani people are increasing in India by leaps and bounce under the notice of Govt. itself.

It is very disgraceful to the Govt. that they are completely unable to crack down the conspiracy of 13/7 or Malegaon blasts and they are giving highest safety and full amenities to Amir Ajmal Kasab (26/11 Mumbai blast 2008), Afzal Guru (Parliament attack 2001), Mohd Arif alias Ashfaq (the L-e-T terrorist at Red Fort attack on 2000) and torturing upon Swami Aseemananda or Sadhvi Pragya on mere suspect of unreal ‘Hindu Militancy’ or ‘Saffron Terrorism’.

In this pro Islamic stands of the Govt, the militancy and terror both are growing in a crude Talibani manner with a support of fortified fencing of minority sentiment.  The Govt. appointed interlocutors of Kashmir like Ms Radha Kumar and Mr Dilip Padgaonkar were felicitated by Mr. Gulam Nabi Fai (now arrested in  US by FBI for utilizing $4 Million in last two decades against India to separate Kashmir ) and by some his associates. Mr. Fai has been working as an ISI–PAK lobbyist  for the Kashmir militants to degenerate India’s Kashmir and international policy for last 25 years. But Indian Home minister P Chidambaram wants to dilute the matter only to make the prominence of Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umer Farooq and hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani or Mr. Rajendra Sachar (J) for an unabated minority (read Muslim) rights. All these perpetrators-activists working under so called Human Rights, media and civil society are believed to be close friends and recipients of Fai lobby and his anti Indian organization like Kashmiri-American Council. The veteran columnist Smt. Sandhya Jain has already explored the matter and pointed at a FBI-FAI-ISI-UPA Nexus at the international level to promote Talibanisim in India.

Jitters on the part of Police and Administration have been surfaced at the time to tackle a group of rowdy boys who deliberately objected and returned the Muslim girls and women who came for Eid marketing at ‘Bhopal Chowk Bazar’. Public stuck with the open banners depicting “aurotun ke liye ghaar jaida behattar hai” means “homes are the more suitable place for the women”.

A group of frenzy Muslim youths were trying to put into practice the preaching of the Bhopal Shahar Qazi Mufti Syed Fazil Qasmi, who had advised women against shopping alone or without purdah (veil). Actually the fanatic City Muslim Cleric understood Bhupal as a part of Afghanistan and issued an instruction to the community members not to send females alone in the market for Ramzan shopping. He also encouraged Muslim women to go for shopping accompanied by a male member from the family and also advised them to use veil.

“homes are the more suitable place for the women”- prohibited for Ramadan marketing.

Inspired by the sermon, some youth went on a rampage, asking women to go home. When the women refused to accept their “firman”, the youth attacked shop keepers with scissors and looted their shops.

Although it was an unsuccessful bid to enforce “Shariat” on women shopping alone in the markets of Bhopal which led to a brawl with shopkeepers on Sunday last. When some shopkeepers jointly moved to police, police came and did nothing to arrest even one so far including the Taliban Cleric of Bhupal. Actually, Talibans in India are too engaged to frame their work out for a big match next. They may now plan to restrict girl students in school, compulsion for Hijab, female castration, honor killing and an integral strategy for Jihad in India. The Talibani days are coming obviously in India.

The Afghan wind in the recent days whirled the US troops there. But that whirlwind cannot be stopped by some ‘fake encounter’ enticed with the disappearance of Bin Laden, Haqqani or Illiyash Kashmiri or through some drone attacks in the remote frontiers. The names of Laden, Baitullah, Mhesud, Haqqani or Kashmiris are greater than their names to the Taliban cadres and the leaders have a common agenda to Talibanize India within next five years.

Now, these Talibani dictums are not only sufficient for Muslims. The fanatics find the scope to show their power of Shariat upon the non-Muslims also. With the scope of the enormous increase of 5 times Muslim (in 1947 Muslims in India were appox. 3.5 crore and they are now near 17.5 crore) population through, uncontrolled birth, immigration, mass conversion, love jihad, killing of Hindus in Riots etc, the Indian Talibans have their goal set a Shariat in India, even frightening the common Hindus by any means.

In the recent past an organization named Tahreek-e-Taliban-Hindusthan claimed to be associated with Darul Uloom Deoband, India issued a dangerous threatening letter to the Hindus of India through internet. The letter dictates as under:

“”[[This Country ‘India’ was never a nation of Hindus. It was ruled and governed by Muslims for hundreds of years. And we the students of tahreek-e-taliban-hindusthan, demand that the Muslim majority areas should be and must be ruled according to the Sharia Law.

Threatening letter to Hindus by Talibans.

Therefore we pass This verdict from today onwards that all the non-muslim living in muslim majority areas should start paying ‘JIZYA’- A tax that every non-muslim has to pay to Live and Work under Muslims.

You have only three choices:

1)      Convert to our great faith ‘Islam” and u will be safe.

2)      Or pay the Jizyah on our terms and conditions and live.

3)      Or accept our challenge and fight us on the battle field.

Ten % of your monthly income must be deposited to the local Mosques on the 1stdate of every month. Failing to do so Or taking this verdict lightly will result in very harsh and serious punishment and it will be considered as act of treason and provocation to War.

Apprehending the seriousness of such a hatred campaign, this writer contacted the Darul Uloom Deoband (DUD) through e-mail immediately for fact-findings. But the approach of the DUD in this matter is so reluctant though they replied after repeated request as “Dear Upananda Brahmachari, Greetings and regards!

This is to inform you, in reply of your below email, that we are not aware of any such movement. Darul Uloom Deoband neither has any relation with the so-called movement nor does it recognize the ideologies propagated by it. Darul Uloom Deoband believes in peace, mutual harmony and national integration. (Maulana Mufti) Abul Qasim Nomani, Acting Mohtamim, Darul Uloom Deoband.”

But the DUD authority could not find the source of such hatred campaign by a ‘real’ or ‘fake’ Tahreek-e-Taliban-Hindusthan against Hindus by taking their names or could not lodged any FIR against the perpetrators till date or did not issue any public statements against such a threatening letter to the Non Muslims in India, as per available reports. Actually the uncontrolled (by Govt.) Mosques, Madrashas, Majars, Tabligues (preaching parties), Ijtemas (conferences), Local Shariat Courts, Muslim NGOs, Muslim Political Parties, Jihadi Groups like SIMI (Student Islamic Movement of India), IM (Indian Mujaheedin), Hijbul, Hurriyat, the ISI-DGFI network and obviously the presence of fifth column everywhere in India – all have drawn the deadline of the democracy in India. The Talibani countdown has begun. It is not difficult to find many foot prints of Talibans in the mini-pakistans or crescent mohallas (areas) through long beards, caps, long length kurthas, too short payzamas, multi layered black burqas, renovated mosques, five times Azan from Mosque minerates in highest volume, road blockade for Friday Namaj in public, make shift beef stalls, cheap Muslim hotels, 24X7 crowded clubs, carrying fire-arms, all party (political) meeting at Iftar parties & Milad-un-Nabi, new sections in all Govt offices to see the Muslim interest as per Sachar committee recommendations, Muslim Loan Mela, Islamic Bank  and suddenly missing some young men for Allah’s most preferred job – JIHAD.

Baba Ramdev returns to Delhi, meets Rajbala

NEW DELHI| IANS | Jun 26, 2011, 03.51pm IST|: Weeks after he was forced to quit Delhi, Baba Ramdev returned here on Sunday to meet a woman who remains in hospital since suffering spinal injuries in a police crackdown on the yoga guru on June 5.

Ramdev met Raj Bala, 51, a resident of nearby Gurgaon, at the GB Pant Hospital. He is to address the press later in the day.

Delhi Police said there were no restrictions on Ramdev’s movements.

“Why would we stop him?” asked Deputy Commissioner of Police Dharmendra Kumar. “He is allowed to hold a press conference.”

Delhi Police broke up his fast against corruption at the Ramlila ground here after June 4 midnight, dispersing thousands of men and women using force and tear gas. Many suffered injuries. Raj Bala was one of them.

Ramdev reached the hospital this afternoon and met Rajbala in the Intensive Care Unit. He left the hospital around 3 pm.

A large number of his supporters had gathered outside the hospital but were prevented by police from entering the Unit. Speaking to the media, Baba Ramdev accused the government of trying to silence people who are fighting corruption. He said, ” Rajbala’s condition is due to police violence. My fight was not illegal and nobody can silence me.”

Police were deployed in abundance outside the hospital to ensure that no untoward incident takes place. Senior officials were at the hospital leading the police contingent.

Sources said police was keeping a close watch on the movement of the yoga guru.

Delhi Police has in an FIR on the Ramlila Maidan incident, cited “provocative” speeches made by religious and political leaders, including Baba Ramdev and Sadhvi Ritambara, as the main reason for canceling permission for the yoga guru’s protest at Ramlila Maidan.

He was asked to leave Delhi and banned from entering the city for 15 days. Ramdev continued his fast in Haridwar and Dehradun till June 12.

Seven Maoists were involved in the killing of Hindu seer Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati that triggered widespread ethno-communal riots in Orissa’s Kandhamal district in 2008, police said on Monday. The crime branch of Orissa police filed in its second chargesheet in the sensational August 23, 2008, murder case of Swamiji in his Jalespeta Ashram, stating it had got prima facie evidence against Maoists Sabyasachi Panda, Udaya @ Pulari Rama Rao, Jadu @ Somanath Dandasena, Azad @ Duna Keshava Rao, Dasru @ Dasanna, Lalu and Lakhmu @ Madan.

Even as a petition pending disposal in Odisha High Court questioning why the State Crime Branch is not investigating the role of a local church in the murder of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati in Kandhamal, the Monday’s filing of a second chargesheet in the case indicates that the investigating police are trying to paint the Maoists as the only villain in the murder of the Hindu seer.

The crime branch on Monday filed a second chargesheet in the case naming at least seven more persons connected with Maoist actions involved in the killing of Saraswati.

The preliminary charge sheet filed earlier in 2009 had also named seven persons. Incidentally, all the 14 who are now believed to be behind this heinous murder are Maoist cadres, including top Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda.

A CB officer here said that they are now focusing to bring all those persons who were behind this crime. “We have not concentrated yet to ascertain the motive behind the killing”, the officer said adding that the outlawed Maoist organization had immediately owned responsibilities of the killing of the seer for he (the seer) was spreading hatred among people in the name of religion.

While all the seven named in the first charge sheet have already been arrested, the police officer informed that two among those seven named in the second charge sheet are also now behind the bars under the charges of murder, trespass to commit offence, theft and criminal conspiracy.

They are also facing charges. Sources also indicated that trial in the case has already begun in a fast track court of Phulbani, while the prosecution has kept its option open to file further charge sheets in the case as investigation is still continuing.

However, challenging the ongoing trial and questioning the sincerity of the crime branch police, a petition seeking impartial enquiry by an independent agency into the sensational murder case is still pending disposal in Odisha High Court.

Appearing in the case, a senior lawyer of Supreme Court M N Krishnamani had argued that there are a lot of discrepancies in the crime branch enquiry. He also brought to the notice of the HC that the crime branch police have not brought the reported resolution passed by a local Church into the purview of investigation. Members of Beticola Parish Church Council of Baliguda had reportedly passed a resolution prior to the incident that Swamiji would be killed, the petition alleged.

Earlier the Orissa High Court directed the Criminal Investigation Department of the state police to submit a status report on the progress of its probe into the murder of VHP leader Laxmanananda Saraswati and four of his disciples.

The killing of Laxmanananda (82) and his disciples on August 23, 2008 by Maoists in a tribal residential school in Jalespeta area of Kandhamal had triggered communal riots in the district.

Though the CID sleuths took up the case a few days after the killing and submitted a preliminary chargesheet on January 30, 2009 against seven tribal Christians, they could not investigate the conspiracy angle in the preliminary chargesheet.

But now the Christian-Maoist nexus are very clear in the case of Swami Laxmanananda Murder as the Swami successfully challenged the subversive and conversion works of the Maoists and Evangelical groups so active in anti national networking in Odisha , Jharkhand, Chattisgarh and some other tribal Hindu prone areas in India.

Are we heading towards a Christian India?

I am a westerner and a born Christian. I was mainly brought up in catholic schools, my uncle, Father Guy Gautier, a gem of a man, was the parish head of the beautiful Saint Jean de Montmartre church in Paris ; my father, Jacques Gautier, a famous artist in France, and a truly good person if there ever was one, was a fervent catholic all his life, went to church nearly every day and lived by his Christian values. There are certain concepts in Christianity I am proud of : charity for others, the equality of system in many western countries, Christ’s message of love and compassion….
Yet, I am a little uneasy when I see how much Christianity is taking over India under the reign of Sonia Gandhi (actual name : Edvige Antonia Albina Maino ) : according to a 2001 census, there are about 2.34 million Christians in India ; not even 2,5% of the nation, a negligible amount.

Yet there are today five Christian chief ministers in Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.(in2008).

One should add that the majority of politicians in Sonia Gandhi’s closed circle are either Christians or Muslims. She seems to have no confidence in Hindus. Ambika Soni, a Christian, is General Secretary of the Congress and a very powerful person, with close access to Sonia Gandhi. Oscar Fernandez is Union Programme Implementation Minister. Margaret Alva is the eminence grilse of Maharashtra. Karnataka is virtually controlled by A K Anthony, whose secretaries are all from the Southern Christian association. Valson Thampu, a Hindu hater, is Chairman NCERT curriculum Review Committee, John Dayal, another known Hindu baiter, has been named by Sonia Gandhi in the National Integration Council ; and Kancha Ilaya, who hates Hindus, is being allowed by the Indian Government to lobby with the UN and US Congress so that caste discrimination in India is taken-up by these bodies. ( One can also add to list Ajit jogi, and Digvijay Singh both christian converts & also Pranoy Roy, his niece Arundhati ‘suzanna’ roy )

I have nothing personally against Sonia Gandhi, in fact she probably is a good person to win the allegiance of so many and certainly a loving mother. I share with her a love for India, like her I have lived in this country for over 30 years and like her I have married an Indian. But nevertheless, since she is at the top, Christian conversions in India seem to have gone in overdrive. More than 4,000 foreign Christian missionaries are involved in conversion activities across different states. In Tripura, there were no Christians at independence; there are 120.000 today, a 90% increase since 1991. The figures are even more striking in Arunachal Pradesh, where there were only 1710 Christians in 1961, but 1,2 million today, as well as 780 churches! In Andhra Pradesh, churches are coming-up every day in far flung villages and there was even an attempt to set-up one near Tirupati. Many of the North-East separatist movements, such as the Mizo or the Bodos, are not only Christian dominated, but also sometimes function with the covert backing of the missionaries. In Kerala, particularly in the poor coastal districts, you find “miracle boxes” put in local churches: the gullible villager writes out a paper mentioning his wish: a fishing boat, a loan for a pukka house, fees for the son’s schooling… And lo, a few weeks later, the miracle happens! And of course the whole family converts, making others in the village follow suit. During the Tsunami, entire dalit villages in Tamil Nadu were converted to Christianity with the lure of money.

It is true that there have been a few backlashes against missionaries and nuns, particularly the gruesome murder of Graham Steins and his two sons. But Belgium historian Koenraad Elst laments that « When over a thousand Hindus are killed and a quarter million Hindus ethnically cleansed in Kashmir, the world media doesn’t even notice, but watch the worldwide hue and cry when a few local riots take place and a few missionaries are killed by unidentified tribal miscreants. Christian Naga terrorists have been killing non-Christians for decades on end, and this has never been an issue with the world media, except to bewail the “oppression” of the Nagas by “Hindu India” ». More than 20,000 people have lost their lives to insurgency in Assam and Manipur in the past two decades. As recently as last week, four paramilitary Assam Rifles soldiers were killed in an ambush yesterday by the outlawed United National Liberation Front (UNLF).

The other day I was at the Madras Medical center, the foremost heart hospital in Madras. Right when you enter the lobby, you find a chapel, inviting everybody to pray, there are pictures and quotations of Christ everywhere and a priest visits all the patients, without being invited at all. Educational institutes and orphanages run by Christian organizations have become big business in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and other states. In Pondichery, where I am often, schools run by Adventists force their pupils, mostly Hindus, to say Christian prayers every day and attend mass. They are constantly fed anti Hindu slogans and biases under different forms, whether it is in history books, or discourses by priests during religious classes. Even in the elite schools or colleges, such as Saint Stephen in Delhi, Saint Xavier in Calcutta or Loyola college in Madras, where no direct proletization is attempted, Hindu pupils are subtly encouraged towards skepticism of their own religion, and admiration of whatever is Western. One should also say that it’s a one way traffic : remember the furor when MM Joshi wanted the Saraswati hymn to be sung at a Chief Ministers’ meet on education ? And imagine the uproar in secular India if portions of the Bhagavad Gita, this Bible for all humanity, were read at the beginning of the day in public schools ?

Sonia Gandhi said during the last National Integration Council meeting : « We are committed to ideological battle against communal forces which seek to destroy our diversity and polarise us. Certain parties promote polarization and confrontation. And there are certain regimes in India which promote communalism ». But is not actually the Congress under Mrs Gandhi, which is promoting communalism, by insidiously installing Christians and Muslims (and Marxists) everywhere, propping up Christian states, allowing a free hand too missionaries and pressing for reservations for Christian Dalits and Muslims, as recently done in AP, in a nation of 850 million Hindus ?

In my country, France, a Christian majority nation , it would be unthinkable to have Hindus – or even Indian born French for that matter – in so many positions of power. Impossible also to find a non-elected, non French, non-Christian person being the absolute ruler of the country behind the scene as Sonia Gandhi is in India. Indians like to say that the greatness of India is that it accepts a foreigner and a Christian like Sonia Gandhi. But is’nt it rather a weakness, and an aberration ? Can’t we find a worthy leader amongst one billion Indians ? This is an India where you see today Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati of Dwarka Peeth, made to disembark from an Indian Airlines flight for carrying his holy dand, a thin bamboo stick which is a symbol of their spiritual designation, inside the aircraft cabin.

Are we heading then towards a Christian India under Sonia Gandhi’s helm? It would be a tremendous loss not only to India, but also to the world. For in India, you find the only living spirituality left on this planet.

    Down with Chinese dragon with nefarious anti Indian design

    The Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha expresses serious concern over the growing multi-dimensional threat from China and the lackluster response of the Government of Bharat to its aggressive and intimidator tactics. Casual attitude and perpetual denial of our Government in describing gross border violations by the Chinese People’s Liberation Army as a case of ‘lack of common perception on the LAC’, attempts to underplay the severe strategic dissonance between the two countries and failure to expose the expansionist and imperialist manouvers of China can prove fatal to our national interests.

    The ABPS cautions that the growing civilian and defence ties between China and Pakistan are a matter of grave concern to our national security. Presence of the 10,000-strong Chinese Army in Skardu ( PoK) in the guise of construction works and repairs to Karakoram highway is a serious issue as it allows China to encircle Kashmir . Other issues of concern that best exemplify Chinese’ assertiveness include its offer to export one – Gigawatt (GW) nuclear plant and transfer of ballistic missile technology to Pakistan thus precipitating potential nuclear conflict in the region.

    The malafide intentions of China are conspicuous in a number of recent developments. It has falsely charged Bharat of occupying 90,000 sq. km of its territory (including Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim); It is excluding the state of J&K from Bharat in its maps; It is also excluding 1600 KM-long border in J&K from the LAC on the Tibet-Bharat border; It has initiated issuing paper visas for Bharatiya  citizens from J&K besides citizens from Arunachal Pradesh. The Chinese troops entered Gombir area in Demchok region last year and threatened the civilian workers to stop construction work. In November 2009, a road project under Centrally-sponsored National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS) in Ladakh, was stopped after objections were raised by the Chinese Army. Infact, it is China which has encroached upon our territory inside the LOC in that region and constructed a 54 km long road for military purposes.

    The ABPS sees potential danger from the Chinese machinations in our North East. Its continued claims over Arunachal Pradesh shouldn’t be taken lightly as it has set its eyes not only on that state but on the entire North East. Recent expose’ in a leading Bharatiya weekly about the extent of the involvement of China in arming, encouraging and funding insurgent groups like the NSCN should awaken us to this danger. Besides NSCN insurgents other insurgent groups in the North East like the NDFB, ULFA etc also get patronage from China. It is also a matter of serious concern that the ISI too is operating in cahoots with China in this region. The A.B.P.S. expresses concern over the growing number of cases of Chinese spies being arrested in different parts of the country.

    It is well-known that the weapons from the Chinese government weapon manufacturers find their way to the Maoists and other terrorist groups in Bharat through illegal weapon ports like Cox Bazar in Bangladesh. Fake currency also is being pumped into Bharat from China. The ABPS wants to draw the attention of the Government and people to the occasional publications in the officially-controlled Chinese media about dismembering Bharat into 20-30 pieces.

    Penetration of Chinese goods into Bharatiya  market is affecting our manufacturing industry adversely besides posing a serious challenge to our security, health, environment and strategic concerns. The ABPS wants the Government to tackle this issue of China’s penetration into our system through trade and commerce with utmost seriousness. All citizens should refrain from using Chinese products as an expression of patriotism.

    The ABPS wants to draw the attention of our government and countrymen to the threat from China in the form of diversion of river waters in the South Central  Tibetan region. In the process it would be robbing lower riparian states like Bharat, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Thailand of their right to the waters from rivers like Brahmaputra and Sindhu which originate from Kailash – Manasarovar in Tibet. Joint mechanism established in 2007 between Bharat and China to oversee water related issues remain dysfunctional mainly due to the utmost secrecy maintained by China in its water management plans. Two of our states i.e. Himachal Pradesh and Arunachal Pradesh were hit by flash floods and it was suspected at that time that these floods were due to some form of interference in the river flow by the Chinese. Our engineers were not allowed to inspect the upper streams of the river by the Chinese government. The ABPS warns the government that unless the issue is addressed immediately the situation may lead to serious crises between the two countries.

    The ABPS urges our Government to take note of the expanding military and diplomatic might of China not only in the immediate neighbourhood but also in the strategically important regions like Africa and the West Asia. China’s 3.1 million strong  Army is being rapidly modernized with newer weapons and technology. It has built all-weather roads and extended railway network along Tibet, Nepal and Bharat border. China today is a formidable player in the Indian Ocean region. It is establishing contact with all kinds of renegade dictators in the world including the North Korean and Sudanese dictators. Its strategic experts are propounding such disdainfully dangerous theories like Preventive Use of Nuclear Weapons suggesting that China should reserve the right of first attack against any nuclear power with nuclear weapons as a preventive measure.

    In such a challenging scenario the ABPS calls upon the government to:

    1. Reiterate the Parliament’s unanimous resolution of 1962 to get back the territory acquired by China to the last inch.
    2. Take effective measures for rapid modernization and upgradation of our military infrastructure. Special focus should be on building infrastructure in the border areas. Towards that, constitution of a Border Region Development Agency should be considered which would help prevent the migration of the people from the border villages.
    3. Use aggressive diplomacy to expose the Chinese’ designs globally. Use all fora including ASEAN, UN etc for mobilizing global opinion.
    4. Disallow Chinese manufacturing industry free run in our markets. Prohibit Chinese products like toys, mobiles, electronic and electrical goods etc. Illegal trade being carried out through the border passes must be curbed with iron hand.
    5. Follow strict Visa norms and maintain strict vigil on the Chinese nationals working in Bharat.
    6. Restrict the entry of Chinese companies in strategic sectors and sensitive locations.
    7. Mobilize the lower riparian states like Myanmar, Bangladesh etc to tell China to stop their illegal diversion of river waters.

    Digvijoy’s Congress plays ‘minority card’ to woo Muslim votes, declares – “Bangladeshi Hindus are infiltrators, same as Muslims”.

    SILCHAR, Feb 17: Getting a large Arab-Pak funds perhaps, Molla Digvijoy Singh now reached Assam and North East States as a torch-bearer of Islam there. Learning lessons from Bihar, BJP leaders both at the Centre and the State of Assam have been cautious not to play blatant ‘Hindu Card’ notwithstanding its explicit stand on ‘Hindutva’. Congress, on the other hand, has started a sort of vilification campaign against ‘Sangh Pariwar’ in general to target BJP as ‘communal’ and ‘exponent of terrorism’. The strategy, according to political analysts, has been well timed and designed in view of Assembly elections in some States including Assam. By blaming RSS being involved in certain acts of blasts and explosions in the country and the arrest of Swami Asimananda, Colonel Purohit and Prajna Bharati, Digvijay Singh, AICC general secretary and in-charge of Assam created a furore.

    Lambasted over AGP-BJP stand point over the issue of Hindu refugees came from Bangladesh, an imbalanced Islamist provocateur Digvijoy said in a Congress meeting at Mollagunj, South Karimganj that Bangladeshi Hindus came from Bangladesh have no right to be treated as refugees. They are only infiltrators like the Muslims.

    When questions came from the press that the new comer Muslims certainly manage their voter cards, ration cards very easily by the help of their fellowmen but Hindus cannot manage the situation and threatened to push back again in Bangladesh where they were persecuted, an ignorant Digvijoy entered another business hectically. This suspect ISI Agent inside Congress, this AICCI member gave scope to get his comment over the recent Pak flag hoisting in Assam in various places on 26/01 Republic Day, mass conversion into Christianity from the India-root tribal people through out the NE regions and the Chinese-Maoist aggression in Arunachal Pradesh.

    BJP national leaders were quick to react, dubbing the allegations as unfounded and politically motivated since none of those under detention have yet been charge-sheeted. Arun Jaitley, BJP MP and leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha, has been most vociferous in denouncing Congress leaders like Digvijay Singh and gone on record to say that their diatribes against Sangh Pariwar are to divert the attention of people from the whirlpool of ‘scams and corruptions’ in which the Congress under the leadership of Manmohan Singh is enmeshed.

    After landing in Barak Valley and having a preliminary knowledge of the ground reality that the Bengali dominated region is a saffron bastion, Chandan Bagchi, observer of this valley, Digvijay Singh, AICC general secretary and observer for Assam, and Bhubaneswar Kalita, APCC president, thought it wise to repeat the ‘refrain’ and hit out at BJP to give further edge to their traditional ‘minority appeasement’ policy. Their attack on BJP became more virulent in their addresses to the meetings with the workers and nomination seekers and their supporters here at Congress Bhavan on Wednesday after getting the feedback that of the three districts, Karimganj and Hailakandi are minority dominated while Cachar is close to become a minority dominant.

    All the three leaders found the ground fertile to play ‘minority card’ and called BJP communal. Digvijay Singh was more pungent in his attack on Sangh outfits when he said, “Muslims are unnecessarily blamed for terrorism unleashed by Sangh Pariwar”. Reacting to their observations, Kiriti Bhushan Purkayastha, district president of BJP, said, “this is nothing new but a part of the communal politics of Congress which has boomeranged in Bihar.” He added to say “it will only consolidate Hindu votes in favour of BJP because the game plan of Congress has been more than exposed”. The Congress is now playing as he said “Muslim card” to blame Sangh only to divert the attention of people from CWG, Adarsh Colony and 2G Spectrum scams at the national-level.

    With reference to Assam, BJP president said, “it is the same ploy to divert the attention of people from the multi-crore scam of North Cachar Hills, now called Dima Hasao district.” But, he added to say people are not going to be fooled by such false propaganda or malicious campaign against BJP. It was also strange that the Congress leaders after having seen for themselves the deplorable conditions of highways and roads of this valley have nothing to say about it. Nor did they explain why the two national projects- BG and East-West Corridor- are being delayed. Digvijay Singh had only to tell the mediapersons that it was for the Chief Minister of Assam to answer.

    Bhubaneswar Kalita became more explicit in the electoral strategy of his party when he said Congress was eager to have alignment or adjustment with AIUDF, but its president Badruddin Ajmal “has declined to accept it”. It was clear that Congress in Assam was banking more on minority votes as well as alliance with AIUDF to ensure its return to power. In the final analysis, political observers say, more the BJP is blamed by Congress, it will only bring Hindus of this valley closer to it and it will not be a surprise if the saffron party repeats 1991 when it bagged nine Assemblies and both the MP seats.

    It is a great concern in Assam that the Hindus are minorities in 6 districts here viz. Dhubri, Barpeta, Goalpara, Hailakandi, Karimganj & Naogaon  and out of 27 districts in Assam there are 13 Muslim concentrated Districts. A land slide demographic change in Assam always turns a peril for Hindus in Assam in every moment. And in these areas hoisting of Pakistan Flag in National Days is a very common phenomenon now a day with the indulgence of present Congress led State Govt. in Assam.


    Save Rangfra mandirs in Arunachal: Janajati body’s SOS to PM

    GUWAHATI, Feb 17: The Janajati Dharma Sanskriti Suraksha Manch (JDSSM) sent a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on February 14, 2011 requesting him to ensure immediate arrest of armed cadres responsible for creating panic at Kothung village in Tirap district, including Lazu Circle, and the entire Changlang district in Arunachal Pradesh. In its letter, the Manch has also sought appropriate security to the office-bearers of Rangsomhum (Rangfra mandirs) in all the villages in the neighbouring State of Assam.

    The Manch, through the letter, has also requested the Prime Minister: “Check the ‘conversion crusade’ and the ‘menace of missionaries’ sponsored by different churches of Nagaland who are moving freely under the protection of armed terrorists of the NSCN-K and the NSCN-IM”.

    “One Wangdong Chaktey, a self-styled central intelligence officer (CIO) UT/III of the government of people’s republic of Nagaland (GPRN-NSCN-K) served a threat letter on January 4, 2011 to the president of the Central Rangfra Administrative Council (CRAC), district Changlang in Arunachal Pradesh. The NSCN-K has ordered the CRAC… to stop its activities by January 9, 2011, and thereafter all socio-cultural and faith promotional activities of Rangsomhum (Rangfra temple) of Kothung village of Tirap district, including Lazu circle, and the whole of Changlang district. The NSCN-K has warned that non-compliance of that order would invite dire consequences,” the letter to the Prime Minister said, and added: “NSCN-K official Wangdong Chaktey has ordered that no Rangsomhum (Rangfra mandir) could be constructed any more in any village of that area. Neither, the followers of Rangfra faith can take any religious and cultural activity anywhere. When Wangjam Chaktey and Kamjam Hangphuk, the priest and secretary respectively of the Rangfra Administrative Council (RAC) of Kothung village, could not comply with orders of the NSCN-K, they were summoned to their designated camp located in the nearby jungle. There, priest Wangjam Chaktey (75), was tied in a post and tortured them for four hours from 11 am to 3 pm on January 11.”

    The letter further said: “Earlier, the same militant official of the NSCN-K had issued similar a threat letter on October 30, 2010 to stop all religious activities of Rangfra religion. Again on February 1, Kamjam Hangphuk was kidnapped and retained in their designated camp for 6 days till February 6. The hardest hit is Khonsa, the district headquarters of Tirap which is under control of cadres of the two waring factions – NSCN-IM and NSCN-K,” the letter said, and added: “On January 14, chief of Ozakho village, Awang Wangsu, the lone son of his parents, was shot dead. A decade ago, his father was also killed by militants… The entire generation of the chief of Ozakha village has become extinct due to the armed conflicts. A number of government officials have also been receiving intimidation and threat letters leading to hampering of many developmental activities. While taking into account the intensity, magnitude and movement of the latest turn of events, it is apprehended that the war of supremacy between two factions will become more vigorous with potential of damaging the prospect of peaceful survival of innocent people of these two districts – Changlang and Tirap – which have become the battleground of the NSCN-IM and the NSCN-K.”

    “…The official logos of both the factions of the militant outfit bear prominently the slogan ‘Nagaland for Christ’ signaling that Christianity is the only recognized religion in the area of their control,” the Manch told the Prime Minister in its letter.

    The Pak friend China have been trying to provoke  the subversive elements in Arunachal Pradesh to encroach some Indian Land to China in oder to make a strong Anti Indian base here.

    Now, it is very much evident that Congress, Communist, Muslim and Christian outfits have gone into a treaty to uproots the Hindus from this North East Region to make an Islamic land in Assam, a Christian land in Nagaland, a Chinese occupation in Arunachal Pradesh and so on. Is entire North East is going out of Indian Territory ?

    To save India, We have to save Hindus.

    Sonia, Madani, Burney, Digvijoy, Rahul, Congress, Communists, Christians, Muslims all are in a row to destroy Hinduism in India.

    The latest discovery of Diggi Raja (Mr. Digvijoy Singh – The Think Tank of Congress, Chief Ideologue to Congress Chair Person Smt. Sonia Gandhi and Mentor to her son Rahul) has come to the surface.

    After a long research, Mr. Singh has confirmed that Jinnah is not the champion of Partition of India. The culprit was Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, who propounded the Two Nation Theory….. Jinnah just followed it to get some extra mileage.

    When the whole media was enchanted with this great revelation, I simply went to a psychologist to get the clues for telling such a lie about a great warrior and the role model of Indian patriots like Savarkar.

    The psychologist told me that if a power craving man has been kicked out of his state politics and found most unsuccessful to manage a lucrative ministerial post at the centre, rapidly got a highest level of perversion when he takes oxygen from a sphere where a blending of French perfume exists just oozing out from an Italian body and the condition of his stomach is full by petro dollars. Really, this is a critical condition one faces exceptionally. And Digvijoy barks accordingly in a dire Hindu-phobia.

    With many of others in the freedom fighters in the Independence struggle against British, Sri Aurobinda and Veer Savarkar were two prominent advocates for AKHANDA BHARAT (undivided India), obviously with Simanta Ghadhi – Khan Abdul Gaffer Khan.

    Sri Aurobinda and Savarkar lamented long for the partition of India. The partition of India was unbearable to them. But Savarkar supported the theory of Partition of Pakistan by gaining West Bengal into the Indian Territory by breaking then East Pakistan. History tells us Savarkar supported Shyama Prasad Mookherjee in this regard.  But Savarkar always aspired such a day when Sindhu would be flowing through the Indian Territory once again. And according to his last will, the mortal remains (asthi) of Savarkar is still kept by his ancestors only to flow into a River Sindhu flowing through India.

    The near literate Digvijoy should not know these facts and so he does not know even that Rashbehari Bose the founder of INA wrote a letter to Savarkar to suggest a successor to him to take the supreme command of INA. Savarkar suggested a Subhas Chandra Bose as a single option. Then a transformation occurred. From Subahas Babu, a dynamic and uncompromised personality in India politics to the Supreme Commander of Indian National Army. And this brute Digvijoy distorted the historical truth by saying Savarkar is the originator of Two Nation theory and wanted to minimize the sin of Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the real conspirator for the Partition of India. Yes, this man Doggy Singh went to the publication ceremony of the book “RSS ki Sazish 26/11” by a notorious Pak agent, Aziz Burney of Rashtriya Sahara Media Group.

    Some days ago, lashing out at Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) chief Ashok Singhal has alleged at a Mumbai Press Meet that she had been destroying Hinduism continuously and that she was “deputed by the Vatican.”

    Singhal said: “She (Sonia Gandhi) wants to destroy Indian religion, culture and traditions. We are opposing this, since we will not let this happen. She realizes that our strength is growing, and she is scared of our power. That is why she is opposing us. We are not in any way connected to extremism. Neither the VHP, nor the saints and RSS are involved in any way to militancy.”

    But it is now proved that an interlinked connectivity exists as the Christian War Groups, Islamic Jehadi Operators, even the Communists marching ahead in their abundant anti Hindu Campaign.

    Rahul Gandhi had told U.S. Ambassador to India, Timothy Roemer in July last year that “the growth of radicalized Hindu groups” may be a “bigger threat” to India than activities of some Islamic terror groups. This Rahul, the ‘projection of Congress as the Future India’ gets full indulgence of his mother Sonia and provocation from his mentor Digvijoy. A suspicious Aziz Burney captures the media of Rashtriya Sahara under certain dictum of Pan Islam. The Communists of Kerala openly supports Abdul Nasser Madani the founder of Islamic Sewak Sangh, now reframed as Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Madani is the main accused of Coimbatore blast. All are seeing the Hindu Terrorism – Saffron Terrorism as bigger threat. Muslim Terrorism, Christian Terrorism, Maoist Terrorism are nothing rather reasonable out of persecution, exploitation, lack of education and so on.

    But, we should not forget the sacrifice of Hindus for this land. The Mughal and the British persecution upon the Hindus time and again under their regime. Pool of blood Hindus have given to fertile the sense of patriotism in this land to get freedom. Hindus went to jail, to sit on starvation, to be martyr for their Mother Land. We rented the air and made fear to the enemies with Chanting BANDEMATARAM. Never opposed. But Muslims opposed BANDEMATARAM. Muslims went to jail only 3% and sacrificed themselves as martyr below the rate of 2% in Indian freedom movement. Even then, Muslims are great patriots and the Hindus are only terrorists. This is the justification to allot to 27% land of our mother land for a 23% then Muslim population in India in 1947 and allowed 50% treasury to the Pakistan, we got from the British. AND HINDUS HAVE BEEN CRYING FOR A HINDU NATION-STATE IN INDIA AS AN ORPHAN. This cannot be.

    We cannot allow another partition of India through a rehearsal going in Madrasa Education System, separate Sharia Law for Muslims, Islamic banking, dismantling population control, allowing reservation in politics, economy, job and even in Hindu Devaswom Boards. And in the same way Christian powers want to control over Hindus in India in all possible ways. The equation of Sonia, Burney, Digvivoy, Rahul, Madani, Yeachuri, Congress, Communists, Socialists, Christians, Muslims only to finish Hindus in India is very clear to us.

    We have given enough time to flourish the anti Hindu mentality in India under an utter reluctance. Now this is the time not only to resist but radicalize. To save India, We have to save Hindus. This is the most possible way to save Humanity in this world too.
