New Delhi | Sources: DNA – First Post – CNN IBN – Agencies | 9 May 2013:: Shafiqur Rahman Barq, a Member of Parliament from Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh, was seen walking out of the lower house as Vande Mataram was being played before the house was adjourned sine die on Wednesday, 8 May 2013. The act has created an uproar amongst the opposition demanding for action to be taken against him. This communal Islamist, Shafiqur Rahman Barq is belonging to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), a party established under the ideologies of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, known as the maker of Indian Constitution.

Shafiqur defended his act in a TV interview (CNN-IBN) and said that he isn’t even sorry for his act and he feels he hasn’t done anything wrong. The Muslim MP said, “I won’t apologise to anyone. I respect the National Anthem, not the national song Vande Mataram. Vande Mataram is an ode to motherland. Muslims like me bend only before Allah, not before any other god or motherland.”

The speaker of the house Meira Kumar demanded for an explanation and asserted that such blatant disrespect for the National song should not be repeated.

“Members have no right to insult the National Song especially when they have taken oath. The Speaker has taken the right move by naming the MP. He has insulted Parliament,” BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain told reporters outside Parliament . BJP demands firm action against the communal MP belonging to Bajujan Samaj Party. But the reaction from BSP is still unavailable.

On the other hand, “India is a democracy, there is secularism here. Under secularism when there are 30 crore Muslims living in the country you have to be considerate towards their emotions as well,” a communal Barq said.

“I request that Muslims not be compelled to sing this song since it is against the Sharia.. the song tells people to bow before Bharat Mata and as it not to bow down to Allah, we will not sing it”, he said.

Strangely enough, despite the opposition by some Muslim leaders to some of the words of the song, no other Muslim MP chose to express their opposition to the song in a similar manner.

However, Burq is no stranger to strange behaviour in Parliament when the occasion has demanded it. In the past, specifically December 2012, Burq waved a black flag in Parliament to protest against the Babri Masjid demolition.

A day after he walked out of Lok Sabha during the rendition of Vande Mataram, BSP MP Shafiqur Rahman Barq struck a defiant note saying he could not sing the song in view of his religious belief.

“I absent myself when Vande Mataram is played to avoid any awkward situation but here I was present when it was being played” – Barq said, indicating that he was caught in a situation that he normally ducks.

An angry Speaker Meira Kumar ticked off Barq for walking out during the national song when Parliament was being adjourned sine die on Wednesday. “One honourable member walked out when Vande Mataram was being played. I take very serious view of this. I would want to know why this was done. This should never be done again,” Kumar said.

Asked in a TV interview on Thursday how other Muslim MPs were present during the song, Barq parried the query saying that was a different matter but he couldn’t do the same.

With the issue having the potential of flaring into a political controversy, it remains to be seen how the BSP leadership reacts.

The BJP was quick to launch an offensive, calling Barq’s walkout “Taliban-like conduct”, adding that such leaders did not have the right to be parliamentarians or even citizens of the country.

“Every session of Parliament, which is the temple of democracy, starts with the national anthem and ends with the rendition of the national song Vande Mataram. This has been the practice since Independence. Unfortunately, the national song has been dishonoured,” BJP vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.

“By boycotting the national song, he has insulted the Constitution and its norms. Those who hate Vande Mataram not only have no right to be a part of Parliament but also have no right to live in this country,” Naqvi added.

Three lessons for BJP after Karnataka defeat.

Is BJP really The Party With A Difference?

Bangalore | 8 May 2013:: Bhartiya Janata Party on Wednesday suffered a humiliating defeat in the Karnataka assembly elections while the Congress wresting power after a gap of seven years. No Modi Magic works to mitigate the doggy quarrel or to remove the stains of corruption as it was loomed over its unit in Karnataka of a Party with Difference, now facing disgusting factional politics undermining its ideology or anything.

Big hit by the exit of former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and the image of corruption and nepotism during its tenure in the first government in the south, the party has won only 40 out of 224-member Assembly in Krnataka this time. BJP had won 110 seats against Congress’ 80 and JD(S) 28 in the last assembly election. The final tally for 224 constituencies in Karnataka assembly in this election stands as Congress – wins 121, BJP – wins 40, Janata Dal (Secular) – wins 40, Samajwadi Party – wins 1 and Others – win 21. Poll in respect of AC No 210-Periyapatna was adjourned due to death of a BJP candidate, Shri Sannamoge Gowda.

Though Congress led by an Italian, spearhead of all corruption, half-educated lady, have wrested power, but it doesn’t have much to cheer on the vote-share front. Its share of votes has increased by less than 2% as compared to 2008, when it had 34.59% and too is being described as a glorious return of drowning Congress by its sycophants.

If all assembly segments in Karnataka vote exactly the same way in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the Congress may not win the 15-18 seats it hopes to, as the analysists suggest accordingly. It had won just 7 (seven) in 2009.

However, it shows that an anti-incumbency wave does not necessarily mean huge gains for the principal opposition party or BJP would like to believe that it got decimated in Karnataka only because of the split in the party and former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa’s Karnataka Janata Paksha (KJP) playing spoiler. But that is also a half-truth as proved. A detailed analysis of vote shares shows that the BJP’s share declined by a massive 13.9% from 2008 to settle at 20%. The KJP, on the other hand, captured only 9.8% of the votes cast for their anti BJP franchise in this election.

Had its no other option, the perplexed electorate of Karnataka erred to drive away the mischievousness thieves in order to invite a band of dangerous robbers to handle public exchequers and to provide them safety, security and prosperity. But, the changers of the Indian political system, the waivers of corruptions and the saviours of Bharat like Dr. Subramnian Swamy, Baba Ramdev, Team Anna etc. will only show their charisma in Parliamentary (Lok Shabha) Election in 2014. Karnataka elections and other state issues may not be in their faaaaar sighted agenda. Some of these social and political humbugs even think the change from the top, not from the grass root.

This thorny gift of defeat from Karnataka will not give any lesson to Sri Rajnath Singh, the present president of BJP. This slow down graph of possession in the states of Bharat is perhaps not any reasons to be worried about by Sri Advani or the toppers in BJP. Unless BJP puts a change in its dubious constitution by rejecting its commitment to ’Gandhian approach to socio-economic issues’ and embrace a pure Hindutva line alongside its declared basic philosophy of ’Integral Humanism’, BJP will not survive anyway. When curse of Gandhi ruined this country, how it could be beneficial for the prosperity of BJP?

Dharma, the basic principal of Bhartitya Jeevan (Indian life) cannot be separated from any parts of its spiritual-social-economic-political goal and it is quite contradictory to Secularism. Secularism is a threat to values of Indian life (Bhartiya Jeevan Mulya) and BJP adopted more dangerous ‘Positive Secularism’ than secularism.

Lured with an easy political gain, BJP is no more a ‘The Party With A Difference’. This is the first lesson for BJP after Karnataka defeat.

A bit to cheer for the Congress.

New Delhi | 8 May 2013:: In what is perhaps the only silver lining in a perilously dark cloud, the Congress has left the BJP in its dust in the Karnataka assembly elections. What must be galling for the BJP is that though it had hoped to come in second, it is now third with the Janata Dal (Secular) notching up more votes than it. Caste, always a major factor in Karnataka politics, seems to have worked in favour of former prime minister HD Deve Gowda’s party, which won handsomely in the Vokkaliga strongholds in the southern part of the state. The BJP was more or less doomed from the word go. The party had undergone a messy split with its strongman and former chief minister BS Yeddyurappa walking out to form his own party. Mr Yeddyurappa’s visceral hatred of his former party seems to have sent him into overdrive to ensure the BJP’s defeat.

The BJP has no one but itself to blame for the loss of its only southern state. The party leadership dithered for far too long on taking action against its local leaders when they were clearly seen to be corrupt. They were dismissive of Mr Yeddyurappa and his protests at the way he was being treated. It was far too late when the new BJP president Rajnath Singh tried to soothe ruffled feathers. The BJP also relied, it would now seem erroneously, in the star power of Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi to inject a bit of life into the listless party. But despite Mr Modi’s best efforts, the party rank and file just did not work with any enthusiasm to ensure the victory of its candidates.

What seems to be upsetting many is that the voters really had little choice. They had to choose between bad and worse in the case of the Congress and the BJP. Corruption certainly was an issue and the BJP’s hopes that caste politics would overcome that did not materialise. With this defeat the BJP will have to start from scratch in the south. Karnataka was the gateway through which it had hoped to lay siege to south India. Now that gate is firmly shut for the moment. The Congress, while rejoicing, should not forget that it may have been chosen as a better option but it will have to deliver on governance in order to retain and attract investment and fulfil the aspirations of a young population. The state, which is supposed to be hub of the IT industry, has seen investors move out in recent times thanks to appalling infrastructure and rampant corruption. The Congress has its work cut out for it on these and other counts. Hit by scam after scam at the Centre the Congress will have to work overtime to ensure that the taint does not rub off on it in the state even before it gets off the starting block.

Corrupt BJP or BJP, a party without any difference will help the perpetual corruption of Congress in India and will help the Fake Gandhi Family Dynasty to rule Delhi for ever. This is the second lesson for BJP.

Confidence from public is not a matter of gimmick or controversy.

Pennsylvania | 8 May 2013:: Everyday the people of India pray for a miracle to happen that will save their beloved country from looters and robbers. They are helpless and can only pray and vote in hope for a better tomorrow. They elect one corrupt person over the other in the hope that things will get better in future. Unfortunately this rarely happens and sooner they find a more corrupt person with a higher degree misusing and abusing power for his cheap personal gains.

People can no longer tolerate the shameless loot of the country. The resources that belong to all the poor people of this county is being pocketed by a very few who manage to get hold of positions of power. Thereafter they loot, cheat and lie shamelessly and take the ordinary citizens on a ride of falsehood, deceit and forgery. All that the poor people can do is to react by casting their votes.

Votes are the voice of the “aam admi” and they have spoken very decisively in Karnataka. The support for the shamelessly corrupt and greedy “Bellary brothers” and the nepotism of Yedurappa destroyed the foundation of BJP in Karnataka. This election marks the great fall of once great and undisputed leader who took BJP to great heights in south India.

Yedurappa, is a classic example of how power can an ordinary mortal arrogant, greedy, blind and corrupt. The delay in correcting Yedurappa by the indecisive and opportunistic party bosses who failed to get rid of Reddy brothers who founded the Kingdom of Bellary has destroyed the BJP and may also cost it at the National level.

This may not be seen as a victory for Congress and this is only an anti corruption verdict. The same thing will happen to Congress in the Centre if it does not recover the looted money and put the corrupt behind the bars. The supreme court observations is very serious and I wonder how and why some ministers and bureaucrats hang on to power so shamelessly. I also wonder how they face the public after looting and cheating the country and its people.

People will certainly remember Coalgate, Railgate, Olympicsgate, 2Ggate, Hawalagate and many other gates that remain hidden.

In any other country all these looters would have been in jail for at least 25 years and in China they would have been shot dead long ago.

The poor people of India are forced to silently look at the shameless corruption that drains the resources of this country and makes the quality of their life miserable. They can speak only during elections and they try their best to get rid of the looters and robbers irrespective of any party while casting their votes. The patience of the people of this county is indeed the greatest and the most admirable as they prefer a apprentice thief to a master thief to govern them.

May God save and bless India. Indians hope that all the parties learn their lessons well and promote kind people with wisdom, knowledge, integrity, honesty and passion for social service in positions of leadership.

Leadership is all about connecting to people and understanding their simple aspirations . It is also about taking our minds and spirits forward with love, passion, energy and speed.

Education is the progressive discovery of one’s ignorance.

Why should we exploit public faith? Confidence from public is not a matter of gimmick or controversy. This is the third lesson for BJP, if the party likes any introspective realization.

Mumbai gets its first Shariah court to settle civil, marital disputes.

Mohammed Wajihuddin, TNN | MUMBAI | Apr 29, 2013:: The city is set to get its first Darul Qaza or Shariah court to settle civil and marital disputes in the Muslim community. The court, set up by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, will be inaugurated on Monday at Anjuman-i-Islam, near CST, and will serve to fill a long-felt need of the community.

Shariah courts already function at many places in the country, such as Hyderabad, Patna and Malegaon. Here qazis appointed by the AIMPLB hear the community’s various disputes, barring criminal cases, and deliver judgements. “This court will function to settle mainly family disputes pertaining to marriage, divorce and inheritance. Marriage disputes will be settled quickly and the couples will be told to either reconcile or separate if reconciliation is not possible. It will save the community much time and money as fighting cases in civil courts is expensive and time-consuming,” said AIMPLB secretary Maulana Wali Rahmani.

For a dispute to be heard by a Shariah court, both the parties in the dispute will have to approach the court. If one of the parties has approached a civil court, then it will have to withdraw the case for the Shariah court to accept the matter.

Rahmani said Shariah courts do not compete with the civil courts. “On the contrary, Shariah courts will lower the burden of the civil courts where thousands of cases are pending and the judges are overworked,” he said.

Senior advocate and head of AIMPLB’s legal cell Yusuf Muchalla called the city’s Shariah court a “significant alternative dispute settlement mechanism”. “This court will decide within the framework of Muslim personal laws and mainly deal with matrimonial disputes. This is a kind of domestic tribunal set up by the Muslim community.” He added that district and high courts in Bihar, Jharkhand, Bengal and Orissa have upheld several decisions given by the Shariah courts established by the Imarat-e-Shariah (House of Shariah) headquartered in Patna. Muchalla maintained that the Shariah courts were well within the law of the land.

SHARIA COURTS ARE ULTRA-VIRES CONSTITUTION

The Constitution of India that the constituent assembly had framed with great diligence and dedication was promulgated on 26 January 1950. Among its Directive Principles there is a recommendation for the Common Civil Code. Indeed it is a pity that the proposed code remains just a piece of paper in the teeth of opposition from many ethnic and religious parties mainly the Muslims.

Violating the spirit of the Constitution, many political parties with high ambitions but low vote gathering mechanism took recourse to appeasement of the Muslim community. The Indian National Congress, the Samajwadi Party, the Indian Union Muslim League and so on spearheaded a movement to let the Muslim community not only have full freedom in observing their personal law but went a step ahead and asked for establishment of Shariah Courts to entertain and decide law suits relating to marital disputes and other personal law problems provided both parties are Muslims and no party has already approached the civil courts established under law of the land.

Mumbai, Maharashtra has had the first Shariah Court inaugurated today, 30 April 2013.

In my opinion it is a sad day for the administration of civil law in Bharat as courts have been bifurcated on the basis of religion leading to further bifurcation of thought and ideas of different communities inhabiting this great land.Thank God the criminal law and its administration remains common to citizens of all faiths. We should be thankful to the British legal luminaries, judges and Indian lawyers who were far sighted and did not allow Shariah anywhere near administration of criminal justice.

With a view to honoring the founding fathers of our Constitution who favoured the Common Civil Code for men and women of all faiths who were citizens of India, we should strive to have at least common civil courts to administer justice in civil law of one and all.Shariah courts are negation of the lofty principles of Uniform Civil Code that our Constitution stands for.

Let us strive to honour the provisions of our Constitution both in letter and spirit so that Bharat moves forward as a united nation commanding the respect of civilized human beings.

Shariah Courts are a part of the Separatist and Divisive tactics of some Muslim organisations. The aim is to separate the Muslim majority areas and administer it differently. Looking at history, we find that Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto pressured the then govt to bifurcate Sindh from Bombay province. Later they had Sylhet in the East separated from the Hindu majority Assam and made it a part of East-Pakistan. Now the courts are being separated for Muslim civil disputes to be adjudicated by the Shariah courts. Thus the foundation is being laid by the anti-national elements to have as many divisions of the Indian social set up as possible so that Islamic Jihad can prevail. The Nationalist elements must oppose it tooth and nail and prevent vivisection of our Bharat.

Upananda Brahmachari, Kumar Chellappan & Aron Patriot | Chennai | April 20, 2013:: Normal life in four western districts of Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Tirupur and Erode in Tamil Nadu came to a standstill on Friday following a dawn-to-dusk hartal (Bandh) called by various Hindu outfits. The strike was in protest against continued attacks on temples and leaders of Hindu organisations by various outfits masquerading as political parties.

What stood out this time was the decision of various Hindu Mutt heads to join the agitation. This is the first time Hindu monks came out openly supporting a hartal. Shops remained closed and public transport came to a grinding halt in all the districts. Pollachi, the agricultural town in Coimbatore saw pelting of stones at buses.

“Since November 2012, we have been seeing attacks on leaders of various Hindu outfits by workers and hired gangs of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), both representing hardline Islamic views,” said RSS spokesman J Sri Ram. He said the last fortnight saw many Hindu households coming under attack by the members and activists of these parties.

Last week saw the house of Arjun Sampath, leader of Hindu Makkal Katchi coming under attack. A petrol bomb was thrown at the residence of Sampath who had a providential escape. “I questioned the action of a SDPI councillor who damaged the portion of a 1000-year-old temple in Coimbatore. The SDPI ward member asked that the temple festival should not be held without the concurrence of the Coimbatore corporation authorities,” said Sampath.

Former Coimbatore MP and BJP leader CP Radhakrishnan said Hindus are selectively assaulted by the Islamic outfits. “A marriage hall where a wedding reception was in progress was attacked by SDPI workers. The police looked the other way when a complaint was filed,” said Radhakrishnan. He disclosed that Coimbatore district alone saw 23 love jehads during the last two years.

“Incidents of teenaged Hindu girls eloping with their boyfriends and get converted to Islam are on the rise in these districts. Though we are trying to counsel the young girls, they are yet to understand the nuances involved in these inter-faith marriages,” said Swamy Kumara Guruparar of Koumara Mutt. Swamy, an apolitical person, blamed a section of the minorities for the attacks on Hindu leaders and households. “They have unleashed a reign of terror in Tamil Nadu,” he added.

The house of H Raja too came under the attack by some militant organisations. “Muslim Manithaneya Katchi, a political outfit floated by Islamic militants, is an ally of the AIADMK Government. Its leader Jawaharullah is a member of Tamil Nadu Assembly and wield enormous power in southern districts,” said Sampath.

He said the Islamic outfits have been encouraged by the Government’s move to ask the director of the movie Tuppakki to delete certain scenes. “Even the Viswaroopam row ended up with these organisations having the last laugh. The Government itself is helpless in handling these organisations,” he said.

Swamy Marudachala Adikalar of Perur Elayapattam, said the Islamic militancy in the region dates back to the early 70s. “We maintained silence all these years. The time has come to speak out openly since more and more activists and leaders of Hindu organisations are coming under attack,” said the Swamy.

Both Radhakrishnan and Sampath pointed out those colonies with Islamic names are mushrooming all over the textile city. “Billal Nagar and Ahmed Nagar sprang up overnight. The earlier name of these entities was Kruparajan Koil Street. One need not elaborate how they sprang up,” said Sampath.

According to Radhakrishnan, there is lack of coordination between police and intelligence department. “There is no understanding and cohesion between them. Isn’t it surprising to note that nobody has been arrested till date for these attacks?” asked Radhakrishnan.

SHRI RAMA SETHU: GLOBAL INQUIRY CONFIRMS SETHU PLAN DISASTROUS.

Kumar Chellappan | CHENNAI | The Daily Pioneer | 04 April 2013 :: DMK chief M Karunanidhi’s dream project, the Sethusamudram Shipping Channel Project, is set to hit international headlines, for all the wrong reasons.

In what could be a major embarrassment to the UPA Government, a high-level team of marine scientists, environmentalists, geologists and marine engineers, appointed by Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa, has found that the Sethusamudram Shipping Channel Project (SSCP) is detrimental to the maritime and environmental resources of the island nation.

The experts were shocked to learn that India, which swears by Panchsheel principles and firmly believes in non-interference in the affairs of other countries, has blatantly violated all global norms like the International Law of Seas and MARPOL Convention, in conceiving the project.

In a report submitted to the Sri Lankan Government, the high-powered team has expressed dismay that though the 167-km long channel lies close to the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL) between India and Sri Lanka, the Indian Government has not taken into account the environmental and maritime impact the project could have on Sri Lanka.

As per the International Law of Seas accepted by the United Nations in 1968, India should have sought the concurrence of Sri Lanka before launching the project.

“The Sethusamudram Channel lies close to the IMBL between India and Sri Lanka. Both countries should get the concurrence of each other for any construction activities which fall near the IMBL. India has violated this age-old practice and Sri Lanka will definitely take up this issue,” a source close to the Sri Lankan Government told The Pioneer.

He said Sri Lankan leaders, irrespective of party affiliations, were upset over the indifference shown by the UPA Government towards the island nation while taking up the SSCP.

“You can expect a strongly worded statement by the Sri Lankan Government any time now. The Sethusamudram Project in all likelihood will end up in the United Nations,”said the source.

The MARPOL Convention (International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from ships) is a marine environmental convention designed to minimize pollution of the seas including dumping, oil spillage and exhaust pollution.

It was formed on October 2, 1983 (as a mark of respect to Mahatma Gandhi) and as of December 2005, 136 countries, representing 98 per cent of the world’s shipping tonnage, are parties to the Convention. It has been accepted all over the world that the Gulf of Mannar as well as the Palk Bay are ecological hot spots and nothing should be done to disturb their present status.

The scientific team appointed by Sri Lanka found that the initial dredging, infinite maintenance dredging and subsequent shipping through the channel would be disastrous to Sri Lanka.

Ariyaratne Hewage, secretary, Sri Lankan Education Ministry, was the chairman of the committee while Professor Shantha Hennayake, a geologist of international repute and deputy vice-chancellor of the University of Peradeniya, was the vice-chairman .

The recommendations submitted by the committee to the Sri Lankan Government ( a copy of the executive summary is with The Pioneer) has noted that though the region through which the channel is being built was an ecologically and environmentally fragile area, no action has been taken by the Indian Government to minimize the environmental and maritime impact it could have on Sri Lanka.

Sri Lankan experts have noted that the studies, primarily the project document and the Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) study carried out by India, prior to the commencement of the SSCP, are inadequate for a number of reasons. “These studies have not identified and evaluated the full extent of the impact. The channel design has not been optimized for minimum impact. The most pressing concern for Sri Lanka is that none of the Indian studies have proposed any mitigation measures for the impact occurring on Sri Lanka,” Prof Hennayake told The Pioneer over telephone from Colombo.

He said Sri Lanka has nothing against India building any channels or canals, as long as they do not disturb the ecological and environmental balance of the region.

“However, this is a project which is detrimental to both India and Sri Lanka. Any dredging work along the placid waters of the Palk Bay is a sure recipe to environmental disaster.

“Strangely, India confined the study of the environmental and ecological impact of the project to their side and forgot the existence of Sri Lanka. This is saddening,” he said.

The experts have warned that the marine wealth (especially fish) in the region would be destroyed permanently with the commissioning of the SSCP.

“The Gulf of Mannar and the Palk Bay, lying between the two countries, are unique, biologically rich areas linking two large marine ecosystems. This stretch of the sea is a rich source of all types of fish. Unless we accurately forecast and adequately mitigate the impact of the dredging of the channel this could destroy this sensitive and fragile marine ecosystem located between the two countries. It would also impact the fishing communities on the northern and north-western coast of Sri Lanka as they mainly fish in the potential area of impact on the Sri Lankan side of the channel,” said the recommendations submitted by the expert committee.

What the committee left unsaid is that the majority of those who will be robbed of their livelihoods will be Tamil fishermen who constitute the majority of the population in the two regions.

The study found that modelling studies were also inadequate. “Modelling needs to be backed by better field data to reach levels of accuracy required to satisfy the requirement of such a major undertaking. Increase in volumetric water exchange across Adam’s Bridge due to the canal and its impact on the ecology of the region has not been studied,” said the report.

The SSCP received negative attention globally in 2010 when Stjepan Mesic, then President of Croatia, expressed concern over the UPA Government’s move to demolish the Ram Sethu for constructing the channel. Mesic had told Swami Maheshwarananda Paramhans, a Yoga guru, that he would ask the UNESCO to declare the Ram Sethu as a World Heritage site.

BOSCO DOMINIQUE, TNN & PTI | PUDUCHERRY | 21Mar 2013:: Pro-Tamil activists attacked the Sri Aurobindo Ashram on Thursday, ransacking its office and damaging glass panes to condemn West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee’s remark that her party will not comment on issues relating to foreign countries. In a surprise show of support, the CM and Trinamul Congress leader, whose party had quit the UPA last year, had said she will back the Centre on whatever stand it takes.

More than a dozen protestors, owing allegiance to the Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhagam (TPDK) barged into the ashram located in the heart of the tourist town adjacent to a police outpost and damaged flower pots near the Samadhi (memorial) of the revolutionary-turned-philosopher. The agitated mob also ransacked the ashram office, damaging the glass panes that contained the symbol of Sri Aurobindo’s spiritual collaborator, fondly referred to as ‘Mother’. A police team rushed to the spot and arrested 15 protestors. The ashram is a popular destination for tourists from across the country and the world.

Mamta Banerjee had, in a statement issued on Wednesday, said, “We leave it for the Central Government to decide on such issues. However, the concerns of the state and the sentiments of the people must be kept in view by the Centre, before taking any decision pertaining to foreign country,” she said. “We are deeply concerned about the atrocities meted out to a section of Tamil population in a foreign country,” she said.

PTI REPORTS IN HT :: A group of pro-Tamil activists today barged into the Aurobindo Ashram, damaged furniture and smashed glass panes after reportedly attacking and injuring the watchman.

Police said activists of the Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam (PDK) also smashed flower pots and damaged the notice board, a clock and the ashram emblem atop the main gate.

They also raised pro-Tamil slogans, police said, adding that the reason for the attack was not known.

Ashram sources said the activists hit the watchman on the head before forcing their way into the Ashram. No devotee was present inside as the visiting time had ended, they said.

Police said 20 PDK activists were arrested in connection with the incidents. Cases were registered against them under various sections of the IPC relating to unlawful assembly, causing hurt and damage to property, they said.

HINDU EXISTENCE CONDEMNS:: We have no sufficient words to condemn this barbaric attack. Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhagam (TPDK) go to hell. Hindu Existence Forum vehemently protests such attack on a Divine Dharmik and Social Organisation like Sri Aurobindo Ashram, which embraces all. Such attack is not find any good result for the Tamils or any Tamil Eelaam constituted by such nefarious perpetrators. Disuniting Hindu Force is a gross stupidity.

Indian Mujahideen hand becomes clearer in Hyderabad blasts.

By Bharti Jain, Deeptiman Tiwary & Vishwa Mohan, TNN | Feb 23, 2013 | NEW DELHI:: As investigators trawl the devastated spots in Hyderabad’s Dilsukhnagar for clues to Thursday’s twin blasts, a debate has begun in the home ministry over whether the terror attack could have been prevented.

According to reports reaching here, there is no breakthrough yet for the investigators. “We are still groping in the dark,” a senior home ministry official familiar with the details of the probe said. However, there was relief after it turned out that some of the CCTV cameras in the ill-fated locality were functional at the time of the explosions on Thursday evening and, therefore, might be holding pointers.

Senior sources disputed reports that the wires of CCTV cameras had been snapped four days ago.

The MHA had fewer doubts on Friday about the involvement of Indian Mujahideen in the attack. The bombs carried the signature of IM. Both the devices were packed with ammonium nitrate and shrapnel with a timer mechanism: the staple of IM bomb-makers. The use of cycles to strap bombs has also been an IM trademark since November 2007 when they attacked courts in UP.

Both bombs were designed to ensure that the impact of explosions was concentrated on one side: again a stock in trade for IM which has used boat-shaped devices earlier in order to maximize casualties.

Faced with allegations of intelligence failure in Parliament, home minister Sushilkumar Shinde pointed out that the Centre has issued a series of alerts to authorities in Hyderabad about a possible terrorist reprisal against the hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru.

The first advisory went out on Saturday, alerting states against the threat of United Jehad Council to launch a fresh terror campaign against India to avenge Guru’s hanging. The message was amplified by Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed.

Although the first alert was general in nature, intelligence agencies, acting on basis of intercepts, refined it to caution that Hyderabad, along with Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore and Hubli and certain places in Gujarat and Maharashtra, could be on the hit list of terrorists desperate to make good their threat.

This message highlighting the threat to Hyderabad was sent on February 19. The following day, Intelligence Bureau asked the states to step up vigil at places which were known to be on the radar of terrorists and had been recced.

Centre’s concern, prompted by clear inputs according to Shinde, that a terrorist strike could be in the works manifested itself again on February 20, when it repeated that Hyderabad could be among the likely targets along with other places.

The same anxiety led the government to sound the same alert anew on Thursday morning just eight hours before the bombs went off in Hyderabad, killing at least 16 and maiming many more.

Dilsukhnagar fitted the bill, having been surveyed by an IM module as recently as last year. Delhi Police had on the basis of testimonies of two alleged IM terrorists, Syed Maqbool and Imran, told Andhra authorities that the locality was recceed as recently in July last year.

Sources in the home ministry said that the emphasis on the sites which had already been reconnoitered reflected the assessment that the terrorists were under pressure to do something spectacular sooner than later and, hence, focussed on locales they were already familiar with.

Centre refrained from blaming the state government, with Shinde saying in Rajya Sabha that the calm professionalism of AP cops was worth emulating. But many in his own ministry wondered whether cops could have prevented the carnage by upping their guard in response to a series of advisories. There was also puzzlement about the reasons why they failed to do so despite the fact that terrorists had targeted the same spot in 2007.

The last attempt failed only because the device planted by IM terrorists failed to go off, sparing the locality the devastation caused by the bombs the same module led by Riyaz Bhatkal had planted at Gokul Chat Bhandar and Lumbini Park.

According to sources, one possible explanation could be the fatigue among cops over having to deal with the same kind of alerts over and over again. They said the counter-terror advisories issued in the wake of Guru’s hanging were not different from those which were sent after Mumbai attacker Ajmal Kasab was sent to the gallows in November.

The alerts issued after Kasab’s execution had mentioned Hyderabad along with Bangalore and Coimbatore among the vulnerable spots. Speaking in Rajya Sabha, Shinde emphasized that the Centre had strong reasons to hoist the caution sign higher after February 19 and afterwards. If this was the case, the authorities clearly failed to impress the urgency upon the men at ground zero

Sources said that the routine of having to respond to the same kind of cues repeatedly could not but lead to a dulling of response: a vulnerability which could be exploited by a terrorist group set on a particular target as has been the case with IM and Dilsukhnagar. The predominantly Hindu locality with a history of communal tension has been consistently targeted by terrorists since 1999 when they unsuccessfully planted a bomb there.

The terrorists returned again in 2002 when a bomb claimed two lives. Residents were lucky in 2007 when the bomb planted there did not go off, but the determined group had had their way on Thursday.

PTI | Jan 20, 2013 |Jaipur & New Delhi :: Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde has accused the BJP and the RSS of fanning Hindu terrorism, a charge which drew angry reaction from both of them.

“Reports have come during investigation that BJP and RSS conduct terror training camps to spread terrorism… Bombs were planted in Samjhauta express, Mecca Masjid and also a blast was carried out in Malegaon.

“We will have to think about it seriously and will have to remain alert,” Shinde said at the AICC meeting in Jaipur on Sunday.

As his remarks were slammed by RSS and BJP which termed them as “dangerous” and accused Congress of indulging in “destructive politics”, Shinde stuck to his stand, saying, “This has come so many times in the papers… It is not a new thing that I have said today.

“This is saffron terrorism that I have talked about. It is the same thing and nothing new. It has come in the media several times,” the home minister said.

To a question if it was Hindu terrorism or saffron terrorism, he said, “This is saffron terrorism (that) I have stated.”

Charging Congress with having a “destructive mindset which was reflected in the home minister’s statement”, BJP said it was “very objectionable”. “It is not only unacceptable but dangerous also,” party spokesman Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said.

“There cannot be anything worse that the country’s home minister giving such an objectionable statement to disrupt peace and harmony of the country,” Naqvi told reporters in Delhi.

Terming RSS as a “nationalist organisation”, the BJP leader said, “Sonia Gandhi should apologise. Rahul Gandhi and home minister should also apologise, otherwise there will be serious consequences. This is not accepted. Such baseless things when said by home minister amounts to giving clean chit to real terrorists.”

“Sometimes I feel that Congress has become a group of cowards (kayaron ki jamaat). I am terming Congress as a group of cowards because repeated terror strikes are happening in the country, terrorists are mushrooming here.

“They abolished the tool to fight terrorism,” he said in an apparent reference to scrapping of POTA.

Attacking the home minister, RSS spokesman Ram Madhav described his statement as “highly irresponsible” and said he had made the remarks only to please his party bosses.

“If a Congress leader had said something like this it wouldn’t have mattered that much, but if the home minister of the country is saying something like this, it is highly irresponsible. “What is the meaning of joining Hindu and saffron colour with terror? It is a downright insult of India’s spiritual, cultural and civilisational heritage. Hindus has always been generous… India is secular because Hindus respect the other view,” party spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad said.

“Saffron is the beacon of India’s spiritual and religious heritage, what is the intention behind linking saffron with terror?” he added.

“Forces in Pakistan will be the happiest today; Pakistan is always in a mode of denial, whether it is 26/112 or attack on the border, they will say look at what your home minister is saying,” Prasad said, adding, “When SIMI or Indian Mujahideen was banned, did we ever say it is Muslim terror? A terrorist is a terrorist regardless of his faith.”

Referring to the Sethu Samudram row, the senior BJP leader demanded an answer from Congress president Sonia Gandhi on what he termed as the repeated hurtful attacks on Hindu sentiments always.

“The BJP will not tolerate the use of Hindu terror or saffron terror in India. Sushilkumar Shinde must be sacked and PM and Sonia must tender unconditional apology,” he said.

Prasad also slammed Congress Digvijay Singh for his comments linking RSS with terror, while also accusing the Congress of indulging in vote bank politics.

“These are copy book cases on rank vote bank politics on terrorism and questioned the delay by the government in deciding on the mercy plea of Afzal Guru and its alleged slow response on the issue of illegal immigration,” he said.

NEW DELHI: An Indian soldier was beheaded and another killed (mutilated) by Pakistani troops after they crossed over into Indian territory in the Mendhar sector of Jammu & Kashmir on Tuesday, in a grim reminder of the brutality perpetrated during the 1999 Kargil conflict which can make peace making even more difficult.

The “border action team” of the Pakistani Army took advantage of the thick fog in the thickly-forested mountainous region to sneak 500 to 600 metres across the Line of Control (loC) before they were driven back after a fierce gun-battle and even close-quarter combat with Indian troops that went on for over 30 minutes shortly before noon on Tuesday.

The incursion and ceasefire violation seemed to be a diversionary manoeuvre to push infiltrators into J&K, as has been the earlier practice of Pakistani Army. However, it met with adequate fire-power from the Indian troops who, tipped off by the Intelligence Bureau, were fully alert to thwart any nefarious design.

After the gun battle, the bodies of Lance-Naiks Hemraj and Sudhakar Singh, part of an “area domination patrol” of the 13 Rajputana Rifles, were found. One of them was badly “mutilated”. Although the Army did not give more details of the barbarism, sources said the retreating Pakistani soldiers had chopped off the “head” of one of the Indian soldiers and taken it back with them.

An outraged Indian Army dubbed the crime “yet another grave provocation” by the Pakistan Army, and said that it would be “taken up sternly through official channels”. Given the gravity of the situation, PM Manmohan Singh, who was in Kochi in the afternoon, was briefed over the phone.

“We condemn the provocative action. The government will take up the incident with the Pakistan government. We expect Islamabad to honour the ceasefire agreement (which came into force in November 2003) strictly,” said the defence ministry.

Predictably, the Pakistan military denied its troops had crossed over into India or indulged in a ceasefire violation on Tuesday. “It looks like Indian propaganda to divert world attention from the raid conducted by Indian troops on one of our posts on Sunday, in which one of our soldiers was killed,” it said.

But the decapitation of the Indian soldier on Tuesday evoked memories of the barbaric way in which during the 1999 Kargil conflict Captain Saurabh Kalia was tortured by his Pakistani captors who later handed over his badly mutilated body to India. Kalia’s father is still fighting to get Pakistan to punish the soldiers who were responsible for his son’s brutal torture.

The defeat in Kargil did not chasten the Pakistani security establishment into mending its ways and stop violating the Geneva Convention which lays down how captured soldiers should be treated. In February, 2000, infamous Pakistani terrorist and al-Qaida member Ilyas Kashmirihad led a raid on the Indian Army’s “Ashok Listening Post” in the Nowshera sector to kill seven Indian soldiers.

Even then, Kashmiri had taken back to Pakistan the head of a 24-year-old Indian jawan, Bhausaheb Maruti Talekar of the 17 Maratha Light Infantry, as a trophy to brandish. He is believed to have been honoured by General Pervez Musharraf himself at a ceremony later.

On Tuesday, the defence ministry said the director-general of military operations (DGMO), Lt-General Vinod Bhatia, had already taken up the issue “directly” with his Pakistani counterpart. With the PM landing back in New Delhi later on Tuesday, the ministry of external affairs is likely to summon a top Pakistani official on Wednesday to lodge a strong protest over the matter.

Sources said Army chief General Bikram Singh also briefed national security advisor Shivshankar Menon on the “significant escalation” in ceasefire violations by the Pakistan Army in recent days. “Pakistan Army is regularly giving covering fire to help terrorists infiltrate into J&K, especially in the Rajouri, Uri and Keran sectors. If there were 61 such violations in 2011, as many as 120 have been recorded in the last one year,” said an official.

India has already denied Pakistan’s earlier allegation on Sunday, holding that it was actually Pakistani soldiers who opened “unprovoked heavy machinegun and mortar fire on Indian post in the Uri sector”. Indian troops had just responded to it “in a calibrated manner”. The external affairs ministry also asked Pakistan to ensure that the “sanctity of the LoC is maintained”.

AIMIM (All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen), shortly known as MIM’s Deputy Leader and MLA of Chandrayangutta, Akbaruddin Owaisi returned to the country from London on Monday morning. Owaisi has sought 4 days time from the police to appear before it in connection with a case filed against him concerning the hate speech he delivered last month at Nrmal in Adilabad District on 24-12-2012.

According reports, MIM activists were present in large numbers to give a rousing reception to the firebrand leader at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad, about 22 km south of downtown Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Police had made elaborate ‘bandobust’ arrangements for Owaisi’s return to the city. But not arrested the culprit.

However, police are yet to take a call on his request, a senior police officer said, adding the decision on whether to grant him the permission will be taken at a senior level.

Earlier, MIM workers turned up in large number at Shamshabad airport here where Owaisi landed early this morning. The MLA was reportedly in London for his treatment.

As part of further probe into two cases, notices were issued to Owaisi on January 4 and he was directed to appear before investigation officers of Nirmal (Rural) police in Adilabad district today (January 7) and before the Nizambad II Town police on January 8. Another notice was served on Owaisi by the Osmania University Police directing him to appear before them on January 10.

Two FIRs were registered suo moto at Adilabad and Nizamabad districts while a third case was filed against the MLA by Osmania University Police following a court directive after the Floor Leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly had allegedly used inflammatory and derogatory language against a particular community during his public speeches last month.

Akbaruddin has been booked under IPC sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, language etc. and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony) and 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs).

He has also been booked under IPC section 121 (waging or attempting to wage war, or abetting waging of war, against the Government of India).

Clearly, Mr Akbaruddin has failed to maintain the direction of Police as Nirmal police had summoned the MLA to appear before them on January 7 in relation to a case booked against him for the hate speech delivered there during a public meeting on December 24.

As a precautionary measure, the Nirmal Town police have imposed Section 144 (prohibit assembly of five or more persons) of the Criminal Procedure Court from 6am to 6pm on Monday. As a convoy of 30 to 40 vehicles is likely to follow Akbaruddin Owaisi’s vehicle to Nirmal, commissioners and SPs of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizamabad and Adilabad have been told to remain on high alert from Sunday night.

Police would also beef up security at the Nampally court premises on Monday as two separate petitions related to hate speeches of Akbaruddin and Togadia would come up for hearing on Monday.Hyderabad police and their counterparts in Ranga Reddy, Nizamabad and Adilabad have been asked to remain on alert and intercept private vehicles following Owaisi’s vehicle wherever possible.

But there is amply scope to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi without delay for the 12 points reasons for framing serious charges against him under 109, 115/116, 118, 119, 121, 131, 147, 149, 153, 153-A, 153- B, 295, 295-A, 298 of IPC; 108, 151 Cr. P. C and other attracted provisions of Indian Constitution.

1. Insulting Hindu Temples (109, 115/116, 118, 119, 147, 149, 153, 153-A 295, 295-A, 296, 298, 153, 153 A IPC and 108, 151 Cr. P. C.) : He says ” In Hindustan, we (Muslims) ruled for 1000 years and we left our symbols. Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Agra Fort, Qutub Minar, Charminar, Golkonda and hundreds of other symbols. The world comes to Hindustan to see our symbols. The people from the world do not come to see Ram and Krishna Mandirs” .

2. Claiming that Indian Muslims have the legacy of the invaders (123, 124-A, 131, 142, 171-F, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511). He says”When we ruled for 1000 years, we were not even 1 crore, now we are 25 crores Why are we silent now ? Every Pundit and Pujari used to offer salaam (salute) to us. The 4 minars of Charminar show that the East-West-North-South were dominated by us” .

3. Justifying Terror attacks (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511) : He Says “Terror attacks happened, bomb blasts happened – they were wrong. But Oh Hindustan if you had not allowed destruction of Babri Masjid, then the bomb blasts at Mumbai would also were not happened. Every action has a reaction. I am not for any particular sect, I am only for Muslims. We will think about secularism only after Babri masjid is rebuilt.”

4. Spreading wrong Information about legal system (195 IPC 203,IPC section 2-c and 15 of contempt of court act, 1971, section 228, 340 Cr. P. C. and TADA) : He says ” Ajmal Kasab was hanged. I don’t want to go into a debate on his hanging. Why was he hanged ? He came from Pak came into India, killed 200 civilians and he was hanged. In Gujarat, the person who killed 2000 Muslims – no case has been filed against him. If there is any law in this country, then the way you have hanged Kasab, you must hang Modi. We want to see Modi as hanged out. This Muslim of Andhra gives a call that if Muslims unite then Modi will also be hanged.”

5. Justifying Bangladeshi Infiltration into Assam (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440 and 511) : He says ” In Assam, the riots happened using AK-47 on Muslims. You say they are Bangladeshi. If the Muslims are Bangladeshi, who are you Advani ? You ran away and came to India. We Muslims of this country did not run away anywhere. “

6. Insulting Hindu customs (109, 115/116, 118, 119, 147, 149, 153, 153-A 295, 295-A, 296, 298, 153, 153 A IPC and 108, 151 Cr. P. C) : He says “This country was ours and will remain ours.” ( he stated earlier that the country was ruled by Babar, Shah Jahan & Aurangzeb and they are their followers)”. He says further “ If in case we go, we will take Taj, Qutub Minar, Red fort. What will be left ? The dilapidated Ram Mandir of Ayodhya, the nude paintings of Ajanta-Ellora ! What else be left ? When we die, we are buried because we have love for the land. When you die, you are cremated and mix with the nature like vagabonds.”

7.Threatening a democratically elected CM (171 -G of IPC) : He says “There are many such Modis who have come and gone. Modi, come to Hyderabad once and we will show you. Tasleema Nasreen came, no one knows where she is. She ran away. The same will be happened to Modi.”

8. Encouraging Violence and Call To Muslims to Kill Hindus (153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B , 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says” Hindustan –We are 25 crores, you are 100 crores. Remove the police for 15 minutes and we will show you who has more courage and strength. ( Crowd rises up in standing ovation ) Why are you afraid ? When something happens ( meaning riots), I get phone calls. Nobody calls and tells me- “This happened and I did this and now you take care”. Take action – don’t fear. Today, I have this mike in front of me. If tomorrow I hold something else, then there will be so much of bloodshed in this country which this country has not seen in the last 1000 years.”

Insulting National Heroes & Hindu sentiments (145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says “In Ayodhya , there are 3 mandirs where people claim that Ram was born here. In Haryana, Kaushalyapuram there are places where people say Ram was born here. Oh Vajpayee, Oh Advani, tell us where all did Ram’s mother go. They say Ram was born 15 Lakhs years ago. How do they know what happened so many lakhs of years when we are unable to track even 200 years of history ?”

He further says ” There are many pujas that they( Hindus) do. Rama, Lakshman, Durga..how many more. I knew Lakshmi but who is Bhagyalakshmi ? What sort of names are these ? I dont want to spoil the atmopshere of this pious program by taking this manhoos(ill-fated) names – (names of Hindu gods and goddesses) ” !

10. Supporting cow slaughter and promoting beef eating (STATE OF GUJARAT VERSUS /// 2005 7 JUDGES SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT WILL ATTRACT with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says ” If only they ( Hindus) also eat the beef, they will realise how tasty it is. We are eating it and we love it. We will not compromise ” .

11. Threat to taking away National Monuments outside India (INDIAN MONUMENTS PRESERVATION ACT. 1904, . ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA 1951 AND 1958 ACTS with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says, “swearing in the name of Allah, We will not leave this Hindustan any way at our first priority. But, if we leave this land anyway, we will not go away with empty hands. We will take away the Tajmahal, Lal Quila and Qutub Minar as well.”

12. Defaming and Inciting against Indian Army and its role declaring Indian Army as “Na Maard” (WAGING WAR 121, 131, 133, 135 with IPC 153, 153 A, 153 AA, 153-B, 145/148/120-B/499, 385, 386, 400, 402, 411, 424, 436, 438, 440, 511): He says, ” what in the numbers of Thousands, Lacs or Crores of impotent, they cannot give birth of anybody. When the public cannot challenge us and Muslims shows their bigger strength, these Army of impotent come to combat us”.

But the deafening silence of Political parties promoting Muslim appeasements and the authorities under the pressure of Indian politics are totally unsuccessful to arrest Akbaruddin Owaisi to put him into jail, which is the right place to tame down such an rabid Islamic Jihadi against Indian Majority people, its Constitution, Army and peaceful social structure.

We are also surprised to see that no Hindu Organisations have their specific legal cell to pull down such subversive and anti Hindu elements making such bigger conspiracy against Hindustan and creating new horizon of destructive Jihad against Bharat and its people.

ANYWAY, ARREST AKBARUDDIN OWAISI WITHIN THREE DAYS, OTHERWISE WE MAY HAVE TO FACE A SEVERE RETALIATION AGAINST THIS ANTI INDIAN AKBARUDDIN IN A FIERCE MODE. JAI HIND.

Handover-ing ‘Sir Creek’ area to Pakistan. Is GOI planning to resettle Indian boundary stealthily?

Is GOI planning to resettle Indian boundary stealthily?

Surat | 12-12-12 :: A burnt child dreads the fire. But both the refugees in Delhi (one from Lahore and another from Karachi) have forgotten their burnt tents either. The shaky Prime Minister of India and the de-facto Leader of Opposition had nothing to say in the Parliament about the hand over the ‘Sir Creek’ area of Gujarat until it is spoken by Lion of Gujarat Sri Narendra Modi. Hermetically saying I had not a clear idea about this before. But, now it is known that Government of India is planning to settle away this strategical and resourceful ‘Sir Creek’ area to Pakistan on 15th of this month. At least Sri Narendra Modi, the two times Chief Minister (nobody hesitates for the 3rd round) of Gujarat is saying as such.

GOI have adopted the ‘King Shivi’ policy. According to Indian mythology, King Shivi offered his own flesh cutting from his thigh to an Eagle when a pigeon was saved by the King from the clutch of that Eagle. That Eagle claimed equal portion of flesh that of the pigeon as proportionate meal. Considering the Eagle as a hungry guest ( as guests are treated as God in Indian consideration), King Shivi did that job of unique sacrifice.

Our Dhilliwala Kings are doing that job in a separate way. Not disturbing their grain of self-interest, they are trying to cut the limbs of our Mother land in order to offer them to our guests coming from neighbouring countries. As per source, Delhi Kings are ready now to offer now the ‘Sir Creek’ regions to the visiting Interior Minister of Pakistan on coming Saturday.

In earlier instances the most unpatriotic Govt in Delhi tried in Sept, 2011 to transfuse (read sell) some blood of our motherland through Teesta water agreement with Bangladesh. But, for a stern rebuff of Mamata Banerjee, the CM of West Bengal, the Manmohan Singh Govt could not materialize that cunning policy to a make desert in West Bengal. For their expansive and innovative thoughts in UPA ( United Progressive Alliance led by Congress), perhaps they tried to expansion of ‘Thar desert’ from Rajasthan to West Bengal. Bizarre annoyance of Monmohan didn’t affect anything to Mamata Didi. But, for that turmoil Congress Govt in Delhi could not propose to offer some border lands of West Bengal and Assam to our eastern neighbour publicly at the time of exchange the Chittmahals with Bangladesh.

When the Kashmir Interlocutors (Dilip Padgaonkar, Radha Kumar & Co.) tabled their proposal to settle Kashmir Problem, it seemed to us that the so called interlocutors found a perpetual solution of Kashmir Problem. The interlocutors submitted their report on 12 October, 2011. The Home ministry after suppressing the report for 7 months made it public only on 24 May 2012. They think, if the Kashmir is kept out of the Indian territory, how Kashmir problem can give us a headache all along. While Hurriyat (Liberation-Freedom) is given to Kashmir, it will be kept outside Indian Jurisdiction (though they told a fake control of India over Kashmir), the problem of Kashmir will be removed. But, as RSS vehemently opposed and BJP summarily rejected the Interlocutors proposals, we still see Kashmir within Indian Map, though disputed.

On 10th Dec., our venerated External Affairs Minister, Salman Khurshid had a great realization to cut short Indian territory for its good administration over undisputed areas. Mr. Khurshid opines, “India has to accept China’s presence in ‘exclusive’ areas“. This great saying of our Foreign Minister means the acceptance of Chinese claim over Arunachal Pradesh and Siachen. But, not a meaningful retaliation came from any sides of strategic experts or from the political opposition, may be busy for the Gujarat elections.

Now, the blow came from Gujarat itself. On 12th December 2012 at Bapunagar in Ahmedabad, Narendra Modi alleged the stealthy handover of ’Sir Creek’ regions to Pakistan on 15th Dec. In 1965, the Pak invaders tried to enter India through this area to attack our people in the western side. Pakistan is claiming this bordering land of 9,000 sq kms which is not only strategically important for security reasons, these creek beds are enriched with natural gas and mineral oils and also the livelihood means of thousands of fishermen of Gujarat. Though Modi alleged the handover and Monmohan rubbished the matter of ‘Sir Creek’ area, this long pending land and boundary dispute with Pakistan also comes on as the operative part in the de-section table.

It is an irony that the Indian citizens are not lucky enough to know the borders of their own country in actualities. Govt. of India should draft a new map of India and place it to the Nation, if they have not the problem with Indian territory. Otherwise, the riff-raff persons like us cannot be sanguine about borders. The patriotic people of India are determined not to loose an inch of sacred land which we got in Hindusthan through a sacrifice of our forefathers and warriors in freedom struggle.

SORRY TO SAY THAT, DELHI IS NOW TURNED AS BASE CAMPS OF ITALY, CHINA, PAKISTAN, MYANMAR, BANGLADESH AND OBVIOUSLY USA.

Pratul Sharma | MAIL TODAY | New Delhi, December 6, 2012 :: Hate channels which are illegally down-linked and freely available to viewers near the India-Pakistan and north-eastern borders have become important weapons in the psychological war against India.

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has red flagged 24 “illegal” foreign channels for beaming anti-India programmes. The potential for mischief by these channels was serious enough for the government to concede in Parliament:

“The content of some of these channels is not conducive to the security environment in the country and poses a potential security hazard.”

The government has initiated steps to enhance the penal provisions for beaming such channels. Amendments to the Cable TV Act, which will include higher fines apart from the existing jail provisions, are ready to be introduced in Parliament.The government’s move to block the channels follows a spate of communal incidents in Uttar Pradesh, Hyderabad, Assam, Srinagar, Mumbai and other parts of India in recent months following motivated reports.However, the authorities find it difficult to jam all channels. Encouraged by this lack of control and easily available in the border areas and even elsewhere, these channels are brought into homes via cable TV.

Ajit Doval, former director of the Intelligence Bureau, said, “If these channels are indulging in anti-national and seditious activities which are detrimental to the security of the country, then the government should take suitable legal action and a technological response to counter them.” Read details in India Today>>

Join the demonstrations against Zakir Naik at Thane, Maharashtra

During Ganesh Festival, Dr. Zakir Naik had hurt religious sentiments of Hindus by making statements like ‘Prove that Ganapati is God; only then I will have the holy sacrament (Prasad)’. Cases have been filed against his above statement at many places; even then, Zakir has been granted permission to hold a public meeting at Mumbra. This has created a wave of anger amongst Hindus all over the country and intense demonstrations will be held on Monday, 3^rd December 2012 at 4.00 p.m. outside Government Rest House near District Collector’s office at Thane (W) demanding withdrawal of the permission granted to Zakir Naik for holding the meeting and his arrest by filing case of treason against him.

After the demonstrations, delegation of pro-Hindu activists will meet the District Collector and Police Commissioner to submit a representation.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has made an appeal to all Hindus for participating in the demonstrations in large number. Dr. Zakir’s program at Somayya Grounds is cancelled !

Express news service | Mumbai, |Wed Nov 21 2012 | 08:28 hrs :: A few hours before The Indian Express reported that his mercy petition was rejected by President Pranab Mukherjee, Ajmal Kasab, the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist, was hanged at Pune’s Yerwada Jail where he was shifted earlier from Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail.

Ajmal Kasab, the lone terrorist caught alive during the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, was hanged to death at 7.30 on Monday morning.

Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shine told media that Ajmal Kasab’s mercy plea was rejected by the President on November 5.

Earlier, Ajmal Kasab’s mercy plea was rejected by the government which had then sent its recommendation to the President.

Home Ministry had said that Kasab’s mercy petition was dismissed as he was involved in a grave crime of waging war against India that led to killing 166 people, including foreigners.

The 25-year-old Pakistani and nine other fellow Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists had landed in Mumbai on November 26, 2008 by sea from Karachi and had gone on a shooting spree at various places, carrying out the country’s worst terror attack. While Kasab was captured alive, the other terrorists were killed by security forces.

Kasab’s mercy petition was sent to the Home Ministry by the Maharashtra government in September after rejecting the plea.

After nearly a four-year-long legal battle, on August 29, the Supreme Court had confirmed the death penalty awarded to the LeT operative by the trial court and later upheld by the Bombay High Court. Upholding Kasab’s conviction, the apex court had said he killed without “the slightest twinge of conscience”. [Read full story here].

Exclusive: President rejects Ajmal Kasab’s mercy plea

Amitav Ranjan | Indian Express | New Delhi | Wed Nov 21 2012 :: President Pranab Mukherjee Tuesday rejected the mercy petition filed by Ajmal Kasab, the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist sentenced to death for his role in the November 26, 2008 terror attack on Mumbai.

The decision was taken following the advice of the union home ministry, a highly placed source told The Indian Express. “All the papers have been signed,” the source said.

Mukherjee’s decision comes nearly two months after the Maharashtra home department rejected Kasab’s mercy petition that had been addressed to the President. The department’s recommendation was sent to Rashtrapati Bhavan through the state chief minister’s office and the union home ministry.

Kasab was one of 10 Pakistani terrorists who came to Mumbai by boat from Karachi and attacked targets across the heart of the financial capital, killing 165 people and wounding scores. Before launching the attacks, they also killed the Indian captain of the boat they had hijacked off the coast of Gujarat.

Kasab had filed his mercy petition in September after the Supreme Court confirmed his death sentence on August 29. The apex court had held that the 26/11 carnage was an attack on India and Indians which deserved the rarest of rare punishment.

A bench of Justices Aftab Alam and C K Prasad had said that 25-year-old Kasab, the only attacker who survived the three-day outrage in Mumbai, had shown no remorse or the possibility of rehabilitation after his arrest, and in fact considered himself as a “hero and a patriotic Pakistani at war”. He had no feeling of pity and killed without the slightest twinge of conscience and the gallows remained the “only” punishment for him, the court had said.

No Reservation for Pro-separatist Muslims in India.

Under this heading: “More Muslim representation in police force, army and IB: AIMMM“, Sri Ashish Tripathi, of TNN has contributed an exploring news in Times of India (14-10-2012) about the conspiracy of Islamists in India for capturing India through administration, police, army and intelligence bureau etc. step by step. Though the report has been generated out of a Islamist-Akhilesh chemistry in the back-drop of Uttar Pradesh Islamization, but the report has been established its importance in the length and breadth of this country, whether it is in West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Assam or Jammu and Kashmir. Religious Reservation in a shape of clear Muslim Reservation in India is being nurtured another threat to divide India again on the basis of old ”Two Nation” theory.

In this chilling report, Ashsis told, “Expressing concern over spurt in communal violence in various parts of the country, the All India Muslim Majlis-e Mushawarat (AIMMM), the umbrella body of Indian Muslim organisations in the country, has demanded increase in Muslim representation in the police force and Intelligence Bureau (IB).

The Central Working Committee of the AIMMM, in a recent meeting, passed a resolution stating that it is alarmed at the spurt in communal riots in various parts of the country, especially in Uttar Pradesh after Samajwadi Party government came to power in the state. ‘It has been noted that the police force either remains passive during these instances of engineered murder, loot and arson or becomes an active participant opening fire at will at Muslims with the intent to kill as happened at Masuri town near Delhi.

We caution the state and central governments to be more careful in tackling acts of violence, pay adequate compensation to the victims of police fire and take quick legal action against the killers,’ the resolution stated. It also appealed to the Muslim masses to show no unnecessary and hasty violent reaction to inflammatory situations created on purpose by communal forces whose eyes are fixed on the general elections in 2014 for which communal polarization is required so that their political party may benefit.”

The report goes further: “The AIMMM, in another resolution, welcomed the effort of the central government to raise Muslim representation in the police force which has gone down to as low as 2% in some states. ‘Muslim representation should also be raised in the Army, IB and other security agencies to regain the lost confidence of the Muslim masses,’ it stated.”

Not only that, after demanding such communal propositions, the Islamic body in question out-rightly condemned the role of present police and intelligence services and reacted that: “IB and police officers responsible for fabricating cases and implicating innocents should be punished and compensation to the victims should be deducted from the salaries and pensions of such officers.”. According to this Islamic body demanding Islamization of Police, Intelligence and Army categorically said that,”Police chiefs were recently told during their annual conference that the biggest threat faced by the country comes from the so-called “Indian Mujahidin” which many in the Muslim community think is a fictitious organization propped up by the IB to harass Muslims. Eighteen youths have been arrested recently in Bangalore and other places in a totally false and fabricated case which is clear from the changing stories dished out by Bangalore police about these youths.” [One can read the original report of TOI here].

In West Bengal, Ms. Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of West Bengal declared 10% separate Muslim OBC reservation within the stipulated OBC quota in her state. Declared sanction for 10000 Madrasas, Rs. 2500 to Imams and Rs. 1000 to Muazins respectively, bi-cycles for Muslim Girl students of Madrasa and many other facilities to her Muslim brothers and sisters ignoring the plight of Hindu poor people.

In Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and some other states Muslims are enjoying reservation facilities upon religious grounds, which are simply violating the attracted articles of Indian Constitution. In various overt and covert processes the Shariat loving people are trying hard to divide the Indian Constitution upon Muslim and Non-Muslim basis under the proclamation of Reservation and Social Justice for Muslims in India with more than equal rights. Salman Khurshid, the secular face of Pro Islamist in the Central Cabinet Ministry of India is also trying a 5% general reservation in all the central offices, schemes and provisions. In other words, Muslims of India are now demanding more than equal rights over the majority Hindus by an distinctive instigation of Muslim sentiments to get rid off the Hindu supremacy or influence in India. The days of partition is coming back with its prominent preface as history repeats itself.

One can judge the developments of Muslim demands in India since the establishment of Muslim League in 1906 (30th Dec, 1906) and down to the partition of India in 1947 through a bloody Direct Action against Hindus initiated by the same Muslim League in 16th August, 1946. The descendants of the same Muslim League are moving freely in India with full political and financial support to fulfil their unfinished programme of a Greater Pakistan in Indian Sub-continent. The India Muslim Majlis-e Mushawarat (AIMMM), Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), All India Democratic United Front (AIDUF), Popular Front of India (PFI), People’s Democratic Conference of India (PDCI), Peace Party, Qumi Ekta, Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Welfare Party of India (WPI) or such other political party or political alliance of Muslim fundamental political groups, all are the new incarnations of that Communal Muslim League who demanded and divided India upon Two Nation theory. Now, the new Muslim Leaguers in different names are heading towards another partition of India in a prolific anti-constitutional stance. On the basis of communal strength the Indian Muslims are planning to change in basic principal of Indian Constitutions first and finally to adopt Shariat upon the Indian Constitution as a law of Allah. One should not forget the Shah Bano case and the humiliation thereafter.

But the primary question is that on what authority Muslims can justify their illegal demands of reservation in India or any Muslim Leaguers or the like minded people can be permitted to stay in India. We have to discuss over this matter before entering into the next to nullify Muslim Reservation in India. [To be concluded].
